I really liked this food specialty. It was fun to try a different culture, but I'm sure we didn't do it professionally. I already knew that I liked Miso soup. My partner really liked the Tom Yan. I've never eaten cancer scissors before, I suffered with them, but it wasn't bad once. You could say we tried everything in drinks as well. That short drink X was interesting, but I'll stick with sake 😅

The ambience is nice. The service is very attentive and quick. You can choose between normal dishes and hot pot. So there is also something for non-soup lovers. There is a special hot pot menu on which you can tick what you want and it will be brought to you. We decided on two soup broths. Pho + TomYam. We liked the TomYam a little better. We enjoyed it very much!

Very expensive and outrageously tiny portions! Unfortunately that was the first and last time for us. There are definitely better locations in Augsburg. Conclusion: Hui on the outside, Poor on the inside

Hatten noch ein Ticket vom Schlemmerblock und haben damit das Restaurant ausprobiert. Achtung, es hat nicht viel mit den "üblichen" Chinesischen Restaurants zu tun. Man sollte mit Stäbchen umgehen können, bekommt aber auf Wusch Besteck..Hatten die "Pekingente" bestellt, gekommen ist die übliche Ente auf Sprossen, das war normal gut aber dazu dünne geschmacklose Teigscheiben in die man wohl den Reis hätte einwickeln sollen..dazu eine nach unserem Empfinden pappsüße dicke braune Soße, die die Konsistenz und etwa auch den Geschmack von Nutella hatte, auf Nachfrage bekamen wir dann Süßsauer-Soße, die man in der Ausführung in jedem Laden bekommt..andere Soßen gab es offenbar nicht. ...Beim Thailänder um die Ecke ist es besser. Aber vielleicht hatten wir auch nur das falsche bestellt, Pärchen und junge Leute an den Nachbartischen speisen offenbar mit Genuss....für uns das erste und das letzte Mal....na ja. "einem geschenkten Gaul..... "

I recently visited this restaurant and the food was simply amazing! What was particularly exciting was the opportunity to try the “hidden menu”. The dishes were incredibly authentic and reminded me of Chinese cuisine. The flavors were intense and perfectly balanced. The “Spicy Beef” and “Pork” from the secret menu were particularly enjoyable.

The dishes were not only delicious but also very different from the usual Chinese food found in many restaurants. The preparation was perfect and the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. If you are looking for an authentic and unique experience, you should definitely visit this restaurant!

Serving food cold when you are the only guests in the restaurant is an art. It is also impossible not to serve the dishes together, the more incomprehensible that the later dish was already cold, how does that work? Despite everything, it was delicious. I can highly recommend this restaurant. I had a hot pot with my children. Such a huge selection of fresh ingredients, fish, meat and pasta. In my opinion, the price/performance ratio is completely appropriate. We were thrilled.

The Sichuan cuisine is very authentic and the chili noodles are well prepared.

Quite nice, you have to like the hot pot concept. We paid over €80 for two people and didn't even get full. For that money you could eat out twice somewhere else. Service was also poor, everything took a long time. We won't come anymore.

I've been a regular at this Chinese restaurant for a while now, and it never disappoints. The food is always tasty, with a great variety of dishes that are consistently well-prepared. Very nice, even if small, restaurant with super friendly service and delicious food! When it comes to food you have a lot of choice instead of always having the same 3 menus with 5 different types of meat and the drinks (especially the matcha lassi) are incredibly good Gladly again!

Overall it was okay, but there was nothing special. Menu is pretty simple. 水煮牛肉 wasn't spicy enough and had little meat.

Expectations were high when we entered the beautifully designed restaurant. Full house on a Saturday evening, good atmosphere. However, the young and hard-working service was hopelessly overwhelmed. Double the number of service staff would have been required here. The long waiting time of almost an hour was correspondingly unbearable. The restaurant seems to be a bit of a victim of its current success!? When we have to return the ice-cold spring rolls inside, we wait another quarter of an hour for a hot replacement. An error can always occur - but it has to be corrected more quickly! The main courses aren't really that convincing. Maybe we should have had a hot pot like most people? Unfortunately we weren't happy here.

Tried the hot pot, it's a really cool idea, but it's best to try the sauces at the beginning. We had a pot divided into two parts and one of the sauces wasn't good at all, but I think that's a matter of taste.

The food is really good, however the management of the restaurant is very very bad. There were 3 large rooms completely packed and just !2! servers working. We had to wait for over an hour for our food to arrive, some of the dishes were cold and some were missing. I want to emphasize once again that the servers were not in the wrong here, both were very polite and understanding. In such circumstances the manager HAS TO step in and help the servers. This, however, was I just disappointing.

A restaurant well worth a try. The atmosphere is better at night. Makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The dishes are also compared to the tastes of other Chinese people. I prefer spicy food, so I tried two three-star spiciness dishes and felt satisfied. One of the special cocktails, well...how should I put it! A rather wonderful taste. The food was okay, very oily and overpriced. A portion of rice is a joke. Below is a picture showing the relation of a small teacup to a plate of rice (to the right of the teacup). The oolong tea tastes good ch a cheap tea: 9 euros for a pot for 2 people. Not good value for money overall. The ambience was pleasant, toilets were clean. Answer 2: A dish soaked in oil cannot be eaten with a very small portion of rice, I agree (see picture). You can pay as little as €9 (2 people * €4.5) for a good oolong tea, but only if the quality is right. For all lovers of Chinese cuisine: a good green tea can be brewed up to 6 times. Every restaurant that prepares Chinese cuisine caters to the desire.

As we were waiting for the train we were looking for Chinese food in Augsburg. It costs 56.5 for two people, which is not cheap, and the taste is average. There is no food such as fatty intestines in Maoxuewang, but there is a little smell, which may be normal. Some Maoxuewang may have a little smell, but the taste is very average. The spicy chicken was average, fried very hard and seemed to have no bottom. The mixed stew soup is about 5.6 euros, there are only 4 pieces of soup in it, and the taste is very average. The saliva chicken is well cooked and the chili pepper is very fragrant. To sum up, I think the taste of this Chinese food is very average, but the decoration is good and many foreigners come to eat, so it may be more in line with the taste of foreigners. We tried this restaurant because the other Chinese restaurants with their buffets were starting to taste too monotonous and stale. The station atmosphere and noise from most Chinese people also really bothered us. We were extremely positively surprised here. A manageable menu and there is something for everyone. We waited an hour for our food, but it was really worth it. When it comes to the parking situation, however, you should take into account that it is better to use a parking garage nearby and that the few 100 m on foot are only residential parking spaces.

It was an absolutely fantastic evening at Huan HotPot Service. It's so new in the city of Augsburg! The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. The selection of ingredients for the hotpot was varied and of high quality. I enjoyed a delicious meal and was well looked after throughout the evening. I can heartily recommend the hotspot and will definitely come back! The drinks were also so curious and homemade. Some specific cocktails can only be found at Huan because the colleague invented them herself. A drink with watermelon and jasmine was particularly enjoyable, and the milkshake with mango also tasted incredibly good. Many thanks to the entire team for this great experience!

Das war einen absolut fantastischen Abend beim Huan HotPot Service. Es ist so neuartig in Stadt Augsburg! Das Restaurant hat eine gemütliche Atmosphäre und das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und professionell. Die Auswahl an Zutaten für den Hotpot war vielfältig und von hoher Qualität. Ich genosse eine köstliche Mahlzeit und wurden während des gesamten Abends bestens betreut. Ich kann das Hotspot aus Herz empfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!Die Getränke war ebenfalls so neugierig und hausgemacht. Manche spezifische Cocktails finden Sie nur an Huan, denn die Kollegin sie selbst erfunden hat. Besonders war eine Getränke mit Wassermelone und Jasmin sehr freude,auch das Milchshake mit Mango schmeckt unglaublich gut. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für dieses großartige Erlebnis!

Incredibly good authentic Chinese restaurant. Tried the hot pot today. The selection of many different soups and the super fresh ingredients are incredible. Super unique experience here in Augsburg. Since we have eaten here quite often, we can also highly recommend the normal menu! The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

We spontaneously went out for dinner in the evening and were so pleasantly surprised by what Restaurant HUAN had to offer. A wonderful ambience, great service and the food is top notch. We will come back! Can only recommend!!!

Update March 2024: I don't really know what to say. We have been to Huan several times - the last time was at the end of February and were always very satisfied. This was Chinese cuisine that wasn't mainstream, that you can't get on every corner and in a great, upscale atmosphere. The facility itself is identical, but that's pretty much it. The menu is completely different and now full of standards like fried noodles. The greeting from the kitchen that was usually given before every meal apparently no longer exists, and the schnapps that was served after the meal no longer exists. German pop music is now playing. The mega delicious crispy gyoza that were to be put in have now become fried run-of-the-mill gyoza with sweet and sour sauce (see picture below before the end of February and above now). The two main courses we ordered (sweet and sour eggplant and silken tofu with Sichuan soybean sauce) were good, the eggplants were no longer like they were 4 weeks ago (then fresh-smelling with garlic, now sweet and sour), but still tasty and the silken tofu was still quite similar to before and also good. Nevertheless, unfortunately I can only give this 3 stars. I don't know what caused this change in concept - whether the owner/tenant changed or I don't know - but I think it's really a shame. Nothing really fit together anymore and we felt really uncomfortable. The sound of German hits in this shop, which is still furnished in a rather stylish and elegant Asian way, somehow made you feel like you were in a parallel world. Review from 2 years ago: Very tasty food, service was very attentive and friendly & the prices are absolutely appropriate for the quality. I would say it's even more affordable compared to restaurants like Golden Rice or similar. I think the ambience here deserves special mention, it's a really beautifully decorated restaurant.

Ich war dienstag abend mit fruend da wir fühlen uns sehr gut, Tolle Atmosphäre, guter Service, gutes Essen, Typisches chinesisches Essen, wir komme wieder!

We spontaneously got a nice table for dinner here and the visit was definitely worth it. There are authentic Szechuan dishes here, the menu is rather unusual, but we were well advised by the very friendly and helpful service staff and were able to taste dishes that we had never eaten before. Somewhat unusual, but very tasty and definitely something different. The restaurant is highly recommended to anyone who feels like it.

War mit der Famile mittags da. wir hatten reserviert und es war recht leer. Ambiente fand ich angenehm, da kein überladener Chinakitsch, sondern modern u schick. Bedienung war auch sehr nett und Wartezeiten ok. Saftschorlen waren sehr wässrig. Wantans wurden angebraten,und haben nach Frittenfett geschmeckt. Frühlingsrollen waren gut, aber recht klein für den Preis. Hauptgänge waten leider alle lauwarm. Ich hTte das Gefühl, dass alles im Konvektor warm gemacht und nicht frisch gekocht war. Vielleicht ist es abends anders und wir hatten einfach pech.

The BESCHDE Chinese in Augsburg! Not run-of-the-mill, but really authentic Szechuan cuisine! Beef with Chinese mushrooms is addictive and whoever likes it extra spicy 😋 (that burns three times...) The fried pork neck and the Peking duck as starters were also brilliant Definitely try it!!!

The service was very friendly and really explained the dishes to us! The ambience is nice and simple, but could be spiced up a bit for my taste! The food was tasty, very simple but overall nothing special! No all-you-can-eat garbage, very high quality, that's great! But the prices are just steep. 15€ for green beans with rice? Ugh… €25 for a small portion of shrimp with vegetables? Ugh... I think it's just a mediocre restaurant, not a higher standard. The sweet potato cakes were delicious too! Drink prices are okay! So overall 4 stars!

Besuchen dieses Lokal seit geraumer Zeit, es hebt sich deutlich von den anderen asiatischen Restaurants in Augsburg ab, da es sich um authentisch chinesische Sichuan Küche handelt ist es ein wenig speziell und vielleicht nicht für jeden etwas, Ich würde dieses Lokal jedoch jedem weiterempfehlen und werde auch in Zukunft hier essen gehen. Service und Ambiente sind hier Top, man fühlt sich einfach willkommen als Gast. 👍

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Hund und „Rolli“ sind herzlich Willkommen. Essen sehr lecker. Parkplatz Situation schwierig, also am Besten mit der Straßenbahn anreisen. (Königsplatz 2 min zu Fuß)

Wir haben hier recht spontan einen schönen Tisch fürs Abendessen bekommen und der Besuch hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Es gibt hier authentische Speisen aus der Szechuanküche, die Speisekarte ist eher ungewöhnlich, wir wurden aber gut von der sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Servicekraft beraten und bekamen Speisen zu kosten, die wir so noch nie gegessen hatten. Teilweise ungewohnt, aber sehr lecker und definitiv mal was anderes. Wer dazu auch mal Lust hat, dem sei das Restaurant sehr gerne weiter empfohlen. Es ist aber eher nix für Leute, die nur ihr altbekanntes Chop Suey oder Hühnchen süß-sauer essen wollen.

Hier ist einfach Großartig! Die Einrichtung ist stimmig und alles macht einen schönen angenehmen Eindruck. Alle Servicekräfte waren sehr freundlich Ich habe hier erstens die beste Suppe meines Lebens gegessen. Sehr-sehr-sehr lecker!Alle anderen Gerichte waren ebenfalls frisch zubereitet.

Wir haben zu viert zu Abend gegessen und hierbei Vorspeisen, Hauptgericht sowie Nachtisch bestellt. Alles war sehr sehr Lecker. Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Auf jeden Fall kein typisches chinesisches Restaurant. Die Gerichte auf der Karte habe ich so noch nicht gesehen. Für Veganer stehen auch einige Speisen zur Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich glaube ich war in einem anderen Restaurant wenn ich die vorhandenen Rezensionen hier lese: Der Service war nicht schlecht, sondern schlicht und ergreifend nicht vorhanden (dabei waren nur 3 Tische belegt). Nach fast einer halben Stunde gab es ein Getränk. Danach hat niemand überhaupt nur nach weiteren Getränken gefragt. Die vorbestellte Pekingente haben wir nicht bekommen, stattdessen konnten wir aus der Karte bestellen. Da es Ente sein sollte bestellten wir entsprechend. Es gab als Vorspeise Entenbrust in kleinen Teigfladen, wobei die Entenbrust total trocken war. Auf das bestellen einer Hauptspeise haben wir dann wohlwollend verzichtet. Einmal und nie wieder

Sehr gute und authentische chinesische Küche! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Junges, modernes Ambiente, kein standart Chinesen Möbiliar. Wirklich leckeres Essen. Die "Peking Suppe" war so reichhaltig, dass sie sogar als Hauptspeise durchgehen könnte. Den Kindern haben die "Maultaschen" super geschmeckt und die Hauptgerichte waren geschmacklich wirklich hervorragend. Die Shrimps waren nicht unter dem Gemüse zu suchen, sondern reichlich in dem Gericht vorhanden und auch wirklich gut aufbereitet. Keine Darmreste oder ähnliches. Auch die Bedinungen waren sehr freundlich und die Wartezeiten beim Essen sehr kurz gehalten. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Ambiente: Großartig! Es ist keines dieser übertrieben aufgesetzten Asia-Restaurants. Wenn man drin sitzt hat man das Gefühl in einem wirklich sehr authentischen Restaurant zu sitzen, so wie es auch in China aussehen würde. Die Einrichtung ist stimmig und alles macht einen schönen angenehmen Eindruck. 5/5* Service: Alle Servicekräfte waren äußerst freundlich und es wirkte auf mich definitiv wie eine ehrliche und offenherzige Freundlichkeit. Es wurde sich in angenehmen Zeitabständen nach unserem Wohl erkundigt und auch alle Bestellungen und Wünsche würden schnell und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit entgegenkommen und umgesetzt. 5/5* Geschmack/Qualität: Ich habe hier die mit abstand beste Pekingsuppe meines Lebens gegessen.... unfassbar gut und Frisch im geschmack. Alle anderen Gerichte waren ebenfalls offensichtlich frisch zubereitet und äußerst ansprechend auf den Tellern arrangiert. Geschmacklich war jede einzelne Speise on Point und unglaublich gut. Wer allerdings "0815-Chinarestaurant-Gerichte" erwartet ist hier falsch. Sehr authentische Küche wie ich es in China/Asien erwarten würde. 7/5* Fazit: Ein äußerst gelungenes Konzept welches durch und durch gut umgesetzt wurde. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch. Und zum Schluss noch ein außerordentliches Lob an alle Beteiligten, welche uns so einen vorzüglichen Besuch ermöglicht haben 5/5*

Mal ein gefühlt echtes chinesisches Restaurant, welches eine bestimmte Region Szechuan vertritt. Es gibt also nicht die europäisch angepassten Gerichte der Take-Away-Asiaten, sondern tolle neue geschmackliche Kompensationen. Besonders zu empfehlen: die scharfen Tintenfischarme - toll auf den Punkt zubereitet.

餐點好吃，以亞洲口味來說不辣但很香！已經和寶寶和朋友小孩來了多次，店員總是很貼心的幫忙我們顧及寶寶用餐的所需，絕對會再次光臨！

Wir verstehen leider all die guten Bewertungen nicht. Unser verschiedenes Essen war viel zu ölig, viel zu salzig und verbrannt. Die Vorspeise Frühlingsrolle und Suppe war gut.

Ich habe noch nie so gut asiatisch gegessen. Eine großartige Speisekarte die mal nicht dem gängigem Chinarestaurant entspricht. War leider nur am Abend einer Geschäftsreise hier, sonst wäre ich wohl Stammkunde. Ich kann es nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

餐點、店內環境和服務都非常好👍🏻 點了店員推薦的酥炸大蝦🍤，好大一盤！適合多人分享。店員提醒上菜後要趕快吃，酥脆的外皮和肥美多汁的大蝦非常美味，醬汁番茄醬的成分較多，如果再糖醋一點會比較不膩。 第一次吃冒菜，料多味美，還可以調整辣度。內含的牛肉很鮮嫩，醬汁也很正宗麻辣。 煎餃🥟也很酥脆好吃，整顆很飽滿。廚師的刀工太好了，把黃瓜切的很細緻美麗。 店內的裝潢擺設看得出來設計十分用心，一進店裡就很舒服。菜單是用竹簡做的，很特別。 除了一般菜單，還有推出經濟實惠的午餐。整體很喜歡，會想再來嘗試更多不同的菜色！

We recently moved to Augsburg from China and have been struggling to find authentic Chinese food. We came on the recommendation of a friend from China and it was such a lovely meal! Nothing is as delicious as traditional Chinese cabbage. We’ll be back!

Der zweite Besuch hat leider nicht mehr so begeistert. Das erste Mal war die Ente wirklich "die Beste" die wir bisher probiert haben. Aber dieses Mal war sie einfach wie eine Standard Ente die man bei jedem Chinesen um die Ecke bekommt. Und dafür sind wir leider 1,5 Stunden angereist. Einfach nur wow! Eine wahre Geschmacksexplosion und Geschmäcker, die wir so nicht kannten. Noch nie so vorzügliches, traditionell chinesisches Essen probieren dürfen. Die gebackene Peking Ente (Vorspeise Nummer 1) ist nicht von dieser Welt. So unglaublich zartes Fleisch und perfekt knusprige Haut, ganz zu schweigen von dem feinen, leicht buttrigen Geschmack. Uns wurde die einzigartige und aufwändige Zubereitungsweise erklärt, die man bestimmt nicht so schnell irgendwo anders wieder findet. Die Hauptgerichte (Nummer 22 und 24) waren perfekt abgestimmt und voller Aromen, die das Fleisch, das wortwörtlich auf der Zunge zerging, richtig schön "aufgesaugt" hat. Die Suppe mit Rindfleisch und Udon Nudeln von hervorragender Qualität war vollmundig und hatte das ultimative, säuerliche Aroma von Zitrusfrüchten und Peperoni. Ein Traum. Die Portionen sind fast etwas zu groß aber so köstlich, dass man nicht aufhören kann zu essen. Als Gruß aus der Küche bekommt man drei kleine Schälchen mit wechselnden Köstlichkeiten und Reis wird jederzeit gratis nachgereicht. Dazu ein sehr herzlicher, aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Service. Wir wurden bei der Auswahl der Speisen professionell und auf den Punkt beraten.
