HARU in Nürnberg

Wir haben schon sehr oft dort gegessen und sind sehr sehr zufrieden. Sehr nettes und kinderfreundliches Personal. Das einzige „ Luxusproblem“ war nur öfters das der Koriander gefehlt hat. Allerdings bekamen wir nach Bescheid geben neuen. Wir empfehlen es jedem allerdings ist es etwas teurer als bei anderen Läden. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Was außerdem sehr schön ist, ist das der Lachs perfekt ist und keine Fettstreifen oder sonstiges hat. Innen ist es allerdings ein wenig laut, man kann aber dem Sushi Koch beim zubereiten des Sushis zuschauen. Außen könnten von den Bäumen ein paar Blätter oder sonstiges Herunterfallen. Ein wenig schwer Parkplätze zu bekommen, denn sie sind am Straßenrand. Unser Lieblings-sushirestaurant von Fürth,Nürnberg und Erlangen Sonst alles perfekt!

HARU 春 HARU 春 HARU 春 Ein absolutes Juwel in Nürnberg! Haru Sushi ist schnell zu meinem Lieblingsrestaurant geworden, und das aus gutem Grund. Die Frische des Fisches ist hier unübertroffen – der Sake (Lachs) ist klar und lebendig mit diesem intensiven Aroma, das man nur bei wirklich frischem Fisch erlebt, der Tobiko (Flugfischrogen) sorgt mit jedem Bissen für einen köstlichen Hauch von Meer, und der Toro (Thunfischbauch)? Er zergeht einfach auf der Zunge wie Butter. Purer, müheloser Luxus. Aber der absolute Höhepunkt? Der Unagi (Süßwasseraal). Er wird perfekt erwärmt serviert, und ehrlich gesagt, dieses eine Detail macht den Unterschied. Die Wärme entfaltet die volle Tiefe des reichhaltigen, rauchig-süßen Geschmacks des Aals auf eine Weise, die kalter oder zimmerwarmer Unagi einfach nicht erreichen kann. Es ist eine kleine Geste, aber sie zeugt von echter Sorgfalt und Expertise – und sie hebt das Geschmackserlebnis auf ein ganz neues Niveau. Ob Sie nun regelmäßig Sushi essen oder sich zum ersten Mal etwas gönnen möchten: Haru Sushi setzt Maßstäbe, die in der Stadt kaum zu übertreffen sind. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Bestes Sushi in Nürnberg Schöner Innenraum, japanisch/puristisch gestyled -:noch schöner ist im Sommer der Außenbereich. Sehr zuvorkommender Service und großartige Küche. Neben den klassischen Sushis unbedingt auch das Surf & Turf probieren und das Takitaki und….. Die Weinauswahl ist gut, Preise sind fair - nur bei der Bierauswahl könnte man noch etwas nachlegen….

Sehr gutes Essen und Top Service. Innen ist es sehr eng und etwas ungemütlich, aber das Sushi und der Service gleichen das wieder aus :) Es gibt eine große Auswahl vegetarischer Hosomaki, bei den Ura Maki könnte es etwas mehr vegetarische Auswahl sein. Dessert war auch mega!

Absolut hervorragendes Essen und Service. Es war ein Genuss.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, es gab Sushi und ein paar Vorspeisen. Die Ingwerlimonade hatte einen angenehm rauchigen Geschmack und hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt.

Extrem leckeres Essen und super hochwertige Zutaten. Wir waren zu fünft dort. Jedes Gericht ein Volltreffer. Nicht günstig aber den Preis absolut wert. Wir werden wieder dort essen, auf jeden Fall.

Wer Japan und insbesondere japanisches Essen, vor allem Sushi, vermisst, ist hier genau richtig. Alles ist wirklich frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet.

Ein kleines, gepflegtes Restaurant mit ungewöhnlicher Einrichtung (ohne Stühle) und einer originellen, hinterleuchteten Wand, die dem Raum eine besondere Note verleiht. Die umfangreiche und abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte bietet ein vielseitiges und rundum gelungenes kulinarisches Erlebnis. Aufmerksamer, freundlicher und professioneller Service. Eine interessante Auswahl an Spirituosen.

Die Bedienung im Haru Nürnberg war freundlich, leider konnte das Essen diesmal nicht überzeugen. Das Sushi war trocken, das Curry geschmacklich nicht überzeugend und insgesamt nur mittelmäßige Qualität. Zusätzlich wurde für unsere kleine Tochter das falsche Essen gebracht, was den Eindruck weiter verschlechtert hat. Gerade mit Kindern sollte so etwas nicht passieren. Wir waren bereits im Sommer schon einmal hier, damals war die Qualität deutlich besser. Umso enttäuschender war dieser Besuch. Für 2 Erwachsene mit Kindern haben wir rund 160 € bezahlt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht. Für diesen Preis erwarten wir deutlich mehr Qualität und Sorgfalt. Schade, aber wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Wir haben im Garten gegessen. Sehr schönes Ambiente. Das wars aber auch schon.

Zweifelsohne eines der besten Sushi Restaurants in Franken. Neben Sake und Maguro viele verschiedene (!!!) Arten von Fisch in Topqualität (Hamachi, Meerbrasse, Octopus, etc.) und köstlicher Reis. Vom Haus verfeinerte eigene Sojasauce und Immer wieder wechselnde Sushikreationen und warme Gerichte. Wann immer ich in Nürnberg bin führt mich mein Weg ins Haru. Nicht zuletzt auch wegen des herzlichen Service von Phan und Moritz. Für die gebotene Qualität sind die Preise mehr als in Ordnung und man bekommt viel für sein Geld. Anders als in vielen anderen Sushirestaurants ist auch die Weinkarte sehr umfangreich und qualitativ hochwertig, auch die offenen Weine sind immer gut ausgesucht und vielseitig. Es gibt steinkaltes Kirin und Sapporo. Top!!!

Zufällig dort eingekehrt und haben hervorragend gespeist. Sushi ist höherpreisig. Ich werde es das nächste mal probieren.

Essen ist lecker. Ambiente im Garten schön. Portionen etwas teuer für die Menge. Der Service lässt zu Wünschen übrig.

Im Sommer haben die einen tollen Garten. Wenn man nicht im Sommer herkommt, kann man nur drinnen in einer kleinen Gaststube sitzen. Ein paar wenige Nudelgerichte gibt es, dafür viel Sushi zur Auswahl. Wenn man mit Gutscheinbuch dort hingeht. gibt es allerdings nur eine Minikarte mit drei Gerichten. Daher für Gutscheinbuch nicht zu empfehlen.

Seht toller Laden. Wenn auch nicht ganz billig, sicher preiswert! Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten gestern ein ausgezeichnetes Sushi Menü mit Vorspeise. Als Schlemmerblock Gäste bekamen wir ebenfalls die Extra Karte. Ich finde die Karte eine gute Lösung, denn wie soll man das Konzept des 2:1 sonst bei Sushi anders umsetzen. Wir wurden freundlich bedient und waren sehr zufrieden.

Gäste die mit dem Schlemmerblock kommen sind anscheinend nicht erwünscht, der Service war total unfreundlich und arrogant! Wir haben dafür das wir den Gutschein hatten nur eine kleine extra Karte mit sehr wenig Auswahl und sehr überteuerten Preisen bekommen. (Wir hatten quasi gar nichts von dem Gutschein sondern eher die Besitzerin!) Wir mussten uns danach nochmal wo anders was zu essen kaufen da wir von dem bisschen nicht satt wurden!! Einmal und nie wieder!!!!

Das Sushi war das Beste, welches wir seit langem gegessen haben! Wir haben 2 Gerichte von der extra Schlemmergutschen Karte gewählt und waren sehr begeistert, dass auch diese Sushirollen extrem lecker waren! Auch der Biergarten ist wirklich schön zum sitzen.

Es ist immer wieder ein Genuss, hier zu speisen. Ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus! Frischer, köstlicher Fisch – ganz anders als die üblichen Sushi-Restaurants in Europa. Große Auswahl und Vielfalt, frische Zutaten und perfekt abgestimmte Gerichte, Getränke und Desserts. Eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants in Nürnberg!

Ich hätte wirklich sehr gerne mehr Sterne vergeben, allerdings kann ich das Restaurant leider wirklich nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir sind zu zweit im Rahmen des Gutscheinbuchs auf das Haru gestoßen. Da man mit Gutscheinbuch leider nur aus drei verschiedenen Sushi-Variationen wählen konnte, welche uns alle nicht zugesagt hatten, wählten wir aus dem regulären Menü - worauf es dann leider auch keinerlei Ermäßigung gegeben hatte. Der Papaya-Salat war in Ordnung - jedoch nichts besonderes. Die Pilze des Lachs-Hauptgerichtes waren leider angebrannt. Das Sushi war in Ordnung - jedoch ebenfalls nicht außergewöhnlich. Wir probierten außerdem den Spinatsalat, welcher leider noch sehr sandig war. Das einzig wirklich empfehlenswerte Gericht war das Ceviche. Alles in allem stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis jedoch überhaupt nicht. Erschwerend kam leider noch hinzu, dass die Bedienungen beide nicht freundlich und sehr unaufmerksam waren - obwohl wir schon eine knappe Stunde mit leeren Gläsern dort saßen, wurden wir nicht gefragt, ob wir noch etwas trinken möchten. Die Dessertkarte mussten wir auch eigeninitiativ bestellen. Hierzu ist noch anzumerken, dass das Restaurant zu keinem Zeitpunkt komplett ausgelastet war.

The waiter was very unfriendly and rude in her tone. But the food was excellent, as always.

It's a shame about the good food, but with rather high prices, I expect commensurate service. The reception when choosing a table was already frosty. The temperature was near freezing when we took our orders, and over time, it dropped to below zero. We skipped dessert. When we paid with a tip, there was no thank you. Arrogant and unfriendly service. A shame.

Extremely overpriced, despite the voucher book, for three people, €97. Rice costs €2.50 extra... Tasted good, but you can get that elsewhere. Friendly hospitality doesn't look like that either.

We came here on a Saturday night, and its near emptiness was a sad non-reflection of how incredible it is. Great menu, quality, and freshness. Plus chef specials. More vegetarian and vegan options than the norm. My spouse had an incredible udon dish full of flavor and fresh perfectly cooked seasonal vegetables. Not something we found too often in our Germany travels. Really a true gem in a seemingly hip neighborhood.

Very nice beer garden. The sushi was 7 out of 10 and relatively expensive. Service was friendly but slow; we waited an hour. We wouldn't go again without a voucher book.

Very tasty and high-quality food. It's always something special for us to go to Haru.

The dishes are really delicious, freshly prepared, and of high quality. There's absolutely nothing to complain about. However, the price-performance ratio bothers me, as the prices are really high. The udon noodles with beef for €24 on the menu are a real statement. You could say that quality comes at a price, and I agree. But the portion sizes don't quite fit in terms of proportion. The beer garden is small, but nice, and you can have a good conversation, even though it's right next to the road. The wall and the partition make it feel much quieter and more relaxed. All in all, a great location, but for two people you have to expect to pay around €100 if you order two small starters and a main course each, including two drinks. Authenticity has its price.

I've been going to Haru for years. I receive a warm welcome! The food is consistently excellent, and the service is unfussy, courteous, and friendly! I'm always happy to return. The value for money is very good. Good quality is worth a bit of money! Thank you very much! :-)

Sooooo, the food is absolutely delicious. The atmosphere, the beer garden, is very, very nice. However, the service isn't exactly the fastest. But overall, it's very, very good.

We had made a reservation in advance and unfortunately had to wait over an hour for our food. We weren't told when we made the reservation or even shortly before ordering that it would take so long. Prices are on the higher end for sushi, even though it's not right in the center. The portions are small, and we weren't that impressed with the sushi itself (+gyoza). It was all quite bland and had a very similar taste. Unfortunately (for the restaurant), there is definitely much better sushi here for even less money.

Haru is our absolute favorite restaurant, the food is very fresh and very tasty. The best sushi in all of Franconia. The ambience is very pleasant, it is rather small and the lights are pleasantly dimmed. Thank you Haru for being there.

Great service! The atmosphere is extremely relaxed and the sushi is sooo delicious!!!! If you value extremely tasty sushi, you have to eat here! What should be mentioned is that we couldn't decide and the chef simply put together two mixed plates for us according to our preferences

We were in good spirits… we had reserved a table for two. When we arrived we were accompanied there and after a short time we were given the drinks and menu. However, when we mentioned that we had a gourmet chef, the waitress left with the remark "I'll bring another menu" and after a short time came with a pad with three sushi variants on it. We couldn't even try all the delicious things. It seems that people here didn't understand the subject of Schlemmerblock... so we left again. I think it's a bad joke to let us choose from three sushi variants. Apart from that, the drink wasn't as it was on the menu either. Maybe as a tip, next time write in the gourmet notebook that you get a greatly reduced selection.

Overall a wonderful experience. The food was delicious. Probably the best sushi I've ever eaten. The Lavender Lemonade is a warm recommendation. Gladly again.

Food was great, everything was fresh and tasted excellent. But the portion size and the price are downright cheeky. For a dish that costs €28, you have to order the rice separately, for €2.50. And it fit on two tablespoons. 🤷🏻‍♂️ It's a shame, but that was our first and last visit.

Despite having a reservation, we had to wait for a table. It took longer to take the order than in other restaurants. Subsequent service and quality of the food were excellent.

There were two of us there for lunch and we had the whole restaurant to ourselves. The food was prepared accordingly quickly. We had a starter and a total of two main courses. Since I have no comparison to Vietnamese cuisine, I can only say that it tasted wonderful and the portion was sufficient. The service was very attentive and took time for us and answered questions about Vietnam. Thank you for that!

We reserved a table on the same day via online reservation, which worked fast and uncomplicated. The service was attentive. The sushi and the soup we had was delicious. Also, what I liked was that on the receipt separately listed the order of each of us. Thereby it was quick and easy to get what everyone had to pay. Strongly recommend haru for a lovely food experience

We were there today for the first and last time... Had a 2 for 1 coupon.... When we brought this up...we immediately got a different card 3 different sushi menus... Price performance doesn't work at all... 24 euros for 2 x 6 rolls...Philadelphia and something else with tuna.... In every other sushi shop these rolls are available for around 7.50 euros each and you get 8 pieces each... Unfortunately the taste isn't our thing either...totally boring.... Unfortunately, the owner probably misunderstood the 2 for 1 card...Unfortunately you couldn't try it out as desired and yes... Not recommended for me... Service was ok... Location is also quite nice...

Reserved online on the homepage and rejected on site. They probably take part in the gourmet block and indicate it in the reservation. Bad experience, never again!

We love sushi, try out new things and found what we are looking for here, the sushi with salted plum tastes very good. It's a really good restaurant with great cuisine. My daughter's special request was also fulfilled. Thank you. We'd love to come back.

Wir als Sushi- Anfänger wurden von der sehr netten und kompetenten Bedienung sehr gut Beraten und hervorragend bedient. Das Essen war Oberklasse, frisch , gut gewürzt und sehr lecker .Auf jedenfall wieder .

We had the gourmet block. That there was only a very limited selection (3 choices), we only found out when we had already looked at the normal menu. The small sushi plate with 2x4 makis cost at least €20 and was good, if not outstanding. I think it's a shame that as a restaurant you take part in the Schlemmerblock, but then offer a second-class selection, so I can't recommend it, maybe you'd be better off choosing from the normal menu.

The sushi was some of the best I've ever eaten! The different variations, the freshness and the quality make the difference compared to conventional sushi restaurants. BUT: even for this very good quality it is still too EXPENSIVE! We paid €40 for a portion where you would pay a maximum of €25-30 elsewhere for similar quality. Nevertheless, if you are looking for something special. Highly recommended :)

Es war lecker aber nichts besonderes. Und ich fand’s ganz ehrlich zu teuer, hab 60€ für mich alleine gezahlt und hatte nur ein Special Sushi und 2 alkoholfreie Getränke … Waren auch die einzigen im Restaurant. Service war aber sehr freundlich 🥰

Sehr gutes Sushi in allen Formen und Farben und der Service ist auch super! Über die Lage direkt an einer viel befahren Straße kann man diskutieren aber dennoch ist die Außenbestuhlung sehr schön.

With Haru I once again visited a restaurant that has been recommended to me several times. After my visit I am now convinced myself. The ambience in the garden is really nice, especially since it looks so inconspicuous from the outside. We were a little early so the idyllic beer garden wasn't full, which of course made the whole thing even more relaxed. The service was nice, courteous and mostly attentive. And the main point of course: The food: As a starter we had oysters and the tuna tartare which is highly recommended here. The main course for us consisted of various sushi rolls, and I would particularly like to highlight the Surf'n Turf Maki. The drinks were equally good. In conclusion, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Eating sushi is never the cheapest thing to do, but here it's really worth it. What I personally really like is the selection, not just of rolls (both the classics and innovative new products are represented here), but also of starters and main courses. Here everyone will find innovative and high-quality dishes, sometimes more expensive and sometimes less expensive. I would like to come back to be surprised again here.

I ordered sushi; it was nothing special and the fish inside was a very thin piece. The prices are too high compared to what they deliver.

Der Unterschied zu anderen Sushi-Lokalen ist die Qualität der Grundzutaten, die frische des Fischs, Sojasoße und Wasabi eben keine Massen- sondern Eigenware. Gut ausgesuchter Wein zu vernünftigen Preisen. Das rechtfertigt den Preis.
