Die Küche in Bamberg

Das Essen war ok aber die Portionen waren uns leider zu klein. Das Personal sollte geschult werden und sich in Freundlichkeit üben. Unsere Plätze waren nicht schön. Wir saßen im freien, zwischen Parkplätzen und Fußgängern die uns auf die Teller geglotzt haben. Alles in allen kein gelungener Restaurantbesuch.

Das Essen war super aufeinander abgestimmt, sehr lecker und wirklich mal was anderes und kein „Standard“. da merkt man, dass sich hier mit Herz gekocht wird. Ambiente und Service waren auch super! wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Restaurant ruft Preise der gehobenen Küche auf und versucht durch Art und Stil diese darzustellen, schafft es leider aber einfach nicht. Das Essen ist leider einfach ungenügend in Geschmack und Ausführung. Der Service ist wirklich freundlich aber trifft leider nicht die Erwartung an gehobene Küche nicht mal im Ansatz. Wenn die Preise 30% weiter unten wären, Vielleicht! gerechtfertigt.

Kreative Küche in besonderer Atmosphäre. Klein, aber fein und liebenswerter aufmerksamer Service. Das Essen war hervorragend!

Schöne ruhige Atmosphäre. Service etwas unaufmerksam. Speisekarte vom Nachbartisch erbeten. Leckere Käseplatte wurde erst nicht mit Tellern und schon gar nicht mit Servietten serviert. Die anderen Speisen sahen auch gut aus, wenn auch kleine Portionen.

Die Kellner sprachen Englisch, was für unser miserables Deutsch sehr gut war. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, besonders das Brot und die Vorspeisen – ich würde allein schon wegen des Weins und der Vorspeisen wieder hingehen.

Ein sehr kreatives Restaurant mit überraschenden Geschmackskombinationen, die dem Ganzen das gewisse Etwas verleihen. Wir waren zu viert und waren von allen Gerichten begeistert, besonders angetan waren wir uns aber über mein geräuchertes Sellerie-Pastrami. Obwohl uns der Kellner empfohlen hatte, drei Gänge zu bestellen, um satt zu werden, waren wir nach zwei Gängen pappsatt. Wunderschön angerichtet. Eines der besten kulinarischen Erlebnisse dieses Jahr! Mein Vater schwört, es sei eines der besten Restaurants, die er in den letzten vier Jahrzehnten in Deutschland besucht hat.

Die Küche bekommt von uns die volle Punktzahl! Wir waren absolut begeistert! Das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt, der Service war beeindruckend-sehr freundlich, präsent und eine hervorragende Beratung und auch das Ambiente war perfekt!

Schade, dass wir nicht in Bamberg wohnen. Denn dann würden wir sehr oft hierher kommen. Kleine Karte mit interessanten Kombinationen. Alle Altersstufen dürften sich hier wohlfühlen, wenn sie gutes Essen zu schätzen wissen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Bamberg sind.

Avantgardistische, experimentelle Küche. Auffallend kleine Portionen, um die Vielfalt der Aromen gesunder, frischer Zutaten auf dem Teller voll zur Geltung zu bringen. Nicht alle meiner Tischnachbarn waren begeistert, über 23 Euro für eine winzige Vorspeise zu bezahlen, gefolgt von einem Hauptgericht ähnlicher Größe, das im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants in der Umgebung ähnlich viel kostete.

Ideenreiche Küche, vereinzelt gewagt, ausgezeichnet zubereitet, serviert und aufgetragen. Erklärungen gibt’s auch, aber nicht überkandidelt. Lecker Brotgruß aus der Küche, dazu Butter mit süßem Senf veredelt. Das war schon wirklich unerwartet gut austariert. Der Seehecht im Mangoldmantel, zum Hutziehen. Der Service ist am Wohlergehen der Gäste erkennbar interessiert. Der kleine Esssaal gemütlich kneipenartig, aber recht hallig.

ich war begeistert von dem leckeren essen! sehr netter service und cooles ambiente. wenn man in bamberg mal etwas schicker essen gehen will, ist das der perfekte laden. Preis/ Leistung war nahezu perfekt.

Der Besuch war absolut lohnenswert. Es handelt sich um einen echten Top Laden mit einer tollen Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sorgt dafür dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das leckere Essen. Die Qualität überzeugt auf ganzer Linie und schmeckt fantastisch. Ich komme definitiv gerne wieder.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein paar Cocktails, aber keiner hat uns geschmeckt; die Weinauswahl war deutlich besser. Angesichts der Preise und der Qualität des Essens ist es schade, dass die Sitzgelegenheiten, insbesondere die Bänke, unbequem sind und es im Badezimmer keine Möglichkeit gibt, die Handtasche aufzuhängen. Die Handseife ist rau auf der Haut, und das Wasser ist eiskalt, obwohl es draußen 2°C sind. Es wirkt, als ob das Erlebnis nicht ganz rund wäre.

Herzlicher Empfang, super leckeres Essen und ein uriges Ambiente. Es gibt eine wechselnde Monatskarte und hier hat man bei Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Dessert drei Gerichte zur Auswahl.

Besuch in der Vorweihnachtszeit mit ambitioniertem Auftritt und hohem Anspruch – leider ohne die entsprechende Gastfreundschaft. Trotz frühzeitig kommuniziertem Wunsch nach Menü und Wein wurde strikt auf ein enges Zeitfenster bestanden. Nach einem umsatzstarken Abend (Menü, mehrere Flaschen Wein) fühlte sich das Dessert weniger wie ein Angebot als wie ein Störfaktor an. Formell korrekt, atmosphärisch jedoch enttäuschend: Offensichtlich fehlte sowohl Flexibilität als auch eine serviceseitige Notlösung für genau solche Situationen. Schade – gerade in der gehobenen Gastronomie entscheidet nicht nur das Essen, sondern der Umgang mit dem Gast.

Leckeres Essen, guter Service … aber leider nur 1 Stern, da wir sitzplatztechnisch wie Vieh eingepfercht wurden. Ich war bis dato begeistert von der Küche, Atmosphäre und Location und beschloss dort meinen runden Geburtstag zu feiern. Bei der Reservierung vor Ort ca. 3 Monate davor sicherte der Betreiber uns persönlich(wir waren damals zu Viert) freundlich zu, dass wir ab einer Anzahl von 24 Gästen das kleine Lokal/Gastraum (ca. 30 qm) allein für uns als geschlossene Gesellschaft haben werden. Für 24 Personen habe ich das auch sogleich reserviert, was von der Servicekraft und uns am nächsten Tage per Mail vom Betreiber auch bestätigt wurde. Beim Eintreffen zu unserer vom Inhaber zugesicherten „geschlossenen“ Feier hat man aber 2 Tische mit jeweils 2 und 4 fremden Gästen bestückt und dafür platztechnisch unsere 24 Gäste wie Hühner zusammengepfercht. Auf meine sofortige Beschwerde hin wurde mir vom Inhaber entgegnet, das mit der alleinigen Nutzung sei wohl eine Unstimmigkeit gewesen. Da könne man jetzt auch nichts mehr machen. Während die fremden Gäste, die man uns zu unserer geglaubten „geschlossenen“ Feier dazugesetzt hat mit einem komfortablen Platzangebot das Fine-Dining genießen konnten, war für einen Teil unserer Gäste, die man gedrängt auf die Wandbänke positioniert hat, eine diesen anspruchsvollen Speisen angebrachte Essensmöglichkeit nicht mehr gegeben. Naja, Trinken kann man ja mit einem Arm, aber gepflegt mit Messer und Gabel zu essen war für einige dieser Gäste nur beschwerlich möglich. Wenn man bedenkt, dass man für ein komplettes Menü hier etwa 80-100 EURO/Person aufwendet und die Qualität an Sterneniveau heranreicht, kann man auch erwarten, dass man dafür adäquate, bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung gestellt bekommt, wie das sonst, wenn man zu Zweit oder Viert kommt, eben so ist. Genau das Gegenteil war der Fall. Einfach nur eine Zumutung. Mit Champagner und Cocktails auf Kosten des Hauses versuchte der Service diesen Fauxpas weg zu lächeln. Der Zustand wurde leider nicht behoben. Unsere Gäste mit Gehbehinderung und Krücken in diesen bedrängten Sitzverhältnissen zu belassen, empfanden wir als eine große Unverschämtheit. Meine Gäste waren mehr als enttäuscht. Bevor ich eine schlechte Bewertung abgebe, versuche ich in so einem Fall immer eine direkte Kontaktaufnahme bzw. Klärung. Meine persönliche Mail mit meiner Beschwerde Tags darauf an den Inhaber wurde aber bis dato weder beantwortet bzw. kommentiert. Scheinbar hat man das nicht nötig. Und dafür habe ich dann auch noch eine Zeche von annähernd 2000 EURO ausgegeben. Sehr schade. Dieses Haus sieht uns leider nie mehr wieder. So kann man seinen Ruf auch kaputt machen.

Ich war Gast bei einer Geburtstagsfeier in dem Restaurant „die Küche“ und habe einen äußerst enttäuschenden Abend erlebt. Das Essen war gut, der Rest drum herum leider nicht. Obwohl uns im Vorfeld die Räumlichkeit exklusiv zugesichert wurde, wurden vor Ort weitere, externe Gäste dazugesetzt. Unsere Gruppe (24 Personen!) musste dafür auf engstem Raum Platz nehmen, stellenweise so beengt, dass ein entspanntes Essen nicht möglich war. Auf Hinweise an das Personal wurde lediglich ausweichend reagiert, ohne die Situation spürbar zu verbessern. Angesichts eines gehobenen Preisniveaus erwarte ich ein Mindestmaß an Komfort und Professionalität. Beides blieb leider aus. Für mich steht fest: So sollte man zahlende Gäste nicht behandeln. Ich werde deshalb nicht wieder kommen!

Definitiv für mich die erste Wahl in Bamberg was gehobene Küche angeht. Dazu ein super entspannter und aufmerksamer Service. Absolutes Highlight!

Five stars. The kitchen works with precision and without any pretension. The small French dishes are more than just an idea; they allow for genuine tasting. Every dish was cooked cleanly and perfectly poached. The oyster was flawless. The fish pie, too. Not a single weakness, not a single outlier. Everything was spot on. The service maintains the same high standard. Concise explanations, not a single superfluous word, clear recommendations for suitable side dishes. The suggested fries were served exactly as requested. Presence without pressure. Attentiveness without routine. In the end, we were all in agreement. This place does something rare. A cuisine that feels effortless because it masters its craft. Service that carries the evening without being intrusive. A cappuccino that brings the evening to a peaceful and happy close. A Bamberg establishment that has found its style and consistently maintains it. Five stars.

Dear Kitchen Team, we visited you for the third time yesterday, and it was once again a wonderful escape with a first-class culinary journey for us! 😋👍 Starting with oysters, followed by beef tartare and scallops as an introduction, we enjoyed the sensational risotto – one with seafood and one with truffles – and culminated in a fantastic finale of red snapper and lamb loin – truly a delight for the palate. I have to admit that I haven't had such a good meal in Bamberg in a long time. From the beginning, I had the idea of ​​spontaneously going out for dinner in Bamberg on a Sunday evening, which is usually quite difficult. Since we'd always wanted to try our luck, I decided to give it a shot and it really worked out. We got a table. We were a bit early and treated ourselves to a glass of wine outside. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and that's in Franconia! The menu is quite small, which didn't bother us at all; everyone can find something they like. We opted for an appetizer, main course, and dessert, and everything was impeccable. All in all, it's a small, elegant restaurant with very friendly and capable staff and outstanding cuisine. I'd gladly return anytime.

We had an absolutely perfect evening at "Die Küche-Das Esszimmer" in Bamberg. For starters, we enjoyed an excellent grass-fed beef tartare – perfectly seasoned, with delicate quail egg, anchovy, and capers – a true feast for the palate. The main course, Black Angus yakitori with guanciale, crispy rösti, and fresh green papaya, was an absolute highlight: tender meat, harmonious flavors, and beautifully presented. The service was equally excellent – attentive, warm, and with a pleasant professionalism that made the visit something special. Everything is just right here: quality, creativity, and atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

A nice little spot in Bamberg and definitely a change from Franconian cuisine. Small, fine Asian fusion dishes. We'd be happy to come back. Only one point deducted for the forgotten wine. However, they sincerely apologized.

The food was super delicious and beautifully presented. The roll we had to start with was a bit tough, but the bread was even better :-) Unfortunately, we were seated at a table for four with an unknown couple without asking. That's not really possible if you've made a reservation well in advance. It's a shame.

Best restaurant in Bamberg! Always worth a visit! Beautiful, cozy atmosphere. Not too big - just right! The food is just to die for. The menu changes every month and it is always an absolute pleasure. The staff is also super friendly and creates a familiar, professional atmosphere. But it is by no means “snoozy”. You can tell in the whole concept that a lot of heart and soul is put into it! My absolute favorite restaurant!

I do not often write negative reviews, but I did not like the food quality in comparison with the very high prices. It may be my personal opinion, so I will report few facts. I took the “Perlhuhn” (guinea fowl), the price for this main dish is 29€, the meat was served with the skin of the fowl and with a sauce on it (picture). In my opinion the skin should be removed before serving it. Regardless of the skin, I find such a simple dish with minimal vegetables and apple sauce not to be worth the price. My fiancé was satisfied with the spring rolls. Additionally we ordered the cheeses plate as dessert, the quantity was minimal for 17€ dessert, i.e. three cheese pieces. The service was very good. I am gluten-intolerant and they have gluten-free options. Overall I do not recommend.

“The kitchen” is a wonderful place to feel good. Lovingly furnished, you are greeted by a harmonious ambience that immediately makes you feel welcome. The team is warm, attentive and clearly enjoys what they do. The map is deliberately kept small – in the best possible way. A tasty selection where everyone will find something. We had tartare, spring balls and the dumplings filled with fermented celery. The tartare was delicately seasoned and the semi-liquid quail egg was a highlight. The Spring Balls as an intermediate course - a creative interpretation of the Asian classic, exciting in texture and taste, also a vegetarian delight. The dumplings for the main course impressed with a harmonious interplay of flavors - as a meat eater, I haven't regretted this decision for a second. I would particularly like to highlight the service team: attentive, competent, friendly and present - without ever being intrusive. Unfortunately, this is no longer a given. Big praise for that. Thank you for the unforgettable evening – a real win. P.S.: As Hessians, we of course have to lovingly say: we'll talk about the green sauce again - but only because we grew up with it and know how it *actually* works. Everything with a wink, of course. And: The turtle wasn't allowed to move in after all.

Anyone who knows me knows that we love going out for a good meal. We read a lot and also found out about this restaurant by phone in advance. I went there with a lot of joy. A very clear, small, sweetly decorated restaurant. The service was courteous and did its best. But when a three-course menu costs around €70 per person without drinks, my expectations are quite high. But unfortunately I have to say, the plate was so small and clear that I was ready in 5 minutes... I had to order a piece of bread with it otherwise it wouldn't be enough. It's a shame that there wasn't a salad that you could order with it. But the staff was really very friendly and I think that's just as important. We will come again as the menu changes more often and hope to have a little more on our plate.

It was the coldest coffee I ever tried in my life. I thought germany was cold till I tried that coffee. That coffee was worst.

Wir haben es zu acht fast geschafft die kleine, einfallsreiche Karte komplett am Tisch zu haben. Eine spannende Mischung. Und lecker noch dazu! Irgendwie kommt es einem im kleinen Gastraum wie daheim oder eben bei Freunden in der Küche vor. Hatten wir so nicht erwartet. Dazu noch ein top Service! Mehr geht nicht! Bleibt so! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A good place if you don't want the tavern/brewery cuisine in Bamberg: great service and ambience. Unfortunately, the dishes - which are beautifully presented - do not quite correspond to the very high price level. The portion sizes are manageable, the flavor compositions (e.g. guinea fowl and spring balls) are good, but not so much that you remember them later. There is definitely still some room for improvement here! All in all, a very nice evening!

I used to live in Bamberg and miss this place every day. I would show up alone every week with my Kindle because I had no friends in Germany and eventually they started putting out a seat for me in the corner because my German wasn’t good enough to make a proper reservation. I made a huge mistake not realizing that Germany asks for tips to some extent — although not the degree done in the USA — but was never mistreated as a result. Thank you for taking care of me while I was homesick. My fondest memories of Germany are those I spent in die Küche, a small walk away from where I lived. I hope to come back someday to reinvigorate my love for their caper-berries in beef tartare.

We really liked the atmosphere. It looks stylish and inviting, so you immediately feel at home. The service was friendly and attentive, although we would have expected a little more for an upscale restaurant. For example, water was not poured at the table and coffee was not asked for with dessert - small details that would complete the service. The starter and dessert tasted very good. However, there was room for improvement with my main course: I ordered the pointed peppers with risoni and kale for €24. The taste was okay, but on the one hand the price-performance ratio was absolutely not right for us. In comparison, the Iberico pork (main course) was only €5 more expensive, which makes the pricing seem unbalanced - especially when you take into account the cost of goods and the effort involved in preparing it. On the other hand, the main course was missing that certain something. We both work in the catering industry ourselves (trained chef and trained hotel manager) and know how much work and passion goes into it. That's why we're happy to pay higher prices if the quality and overall result are right. Unfortunately, this wasn't quite achieved here.

Inconspicuous from the outside, but WOW from the inside. The dishes are just the right size to be more than a palate tickler and still leave enough room for 2 to 3 additional courses. A real insider tip in Bamberg and a MUST for every gourmand.

We happened to pass the kitchen and spontaneously made a reservation. Small guest room, very cozy, casual and yet very, very finely and perfectly decorated. And the food is just as finely tuned. Not opulent, a composition of fine aromas, a taste explosion that you wouldn't have expected. My meal was gluten-free upon request. We received great care, advice and service and had a surprisingly outstanding evening. Affordable star level, Chapeau.

I made the reservation weeks in advance for Valentine's Day. The location fills up relatively quickly and there are not 20 seats available. But that fits the concept perfectly - you are greeted very personally and in DU style and shown to the place. Comfortable chairs and beautiful wooden tables invite you to linger. The menu changes monthly and offers a manageable but great and imaginative selection of dishes. Everyone will also find what they are looking for on the drinks menu. In addition to the menu dishes, there was also an appetizer to choose from, which was introduced by the waiter. You could also choose a small selection of bread with spread, oil & salt, as well as fresh herbs as a starter. We decided to do this and were not disappointed. Both the starter and main course were lovingly prepared and served promptly. The taste is really unique - I've never seen some of these combinations like this before... and it tasted good too ;-) In terms of price, we are in the slightly higher segment, but given the quality and this great service, I'm happy to pay it! We would definitely like to come back again!

We wanted to spend another cozy and excellent culinary evening and, based on a recommendation, we were able to reserve one of the few tables in the kitchen in Bamberg. First of all: we were not disappointed. The ambience of the small restaurant is cozy and the furnishings are stylistically based on traditional country cuisine. The unobtrusive service immediately greets us on a first-name basis, and the rest of the evening is also rather casual. Before Christmas we were in the kitchen eating oysters and drinking champagne. Although a "champagne" is advertised, unfortunately you only get a Brut, the whole bottle of which costs as much as the 0.1 liter glass served. It's certainly a great deal for the kitchen, but it leaves a bad aftertaste for the guest... It's a shame, it shouldn't be like that.

Creative, high-quality pub cuisine in a friendly atmosphere and at reasonable prices The restaurant "Die Küchen", which describes itself as a "dining room", is located in the middle of Bamberg's bar district and, with its unique character, stands out clearly from other restaurants in the old town. The name says it all and the name fits The focus on the independent kitchen is also reflected in the dining room: Here you feel like you are with friends at the dining table. This concept fits perfectly with the diverse audience, most of whom come from the region and are of different ages. The relaxed atmosphere is further emphasized by the absence of the formal “you”. I felt completely comfortable throughout my entire visit and received excellent care from the friendly service team from the moment I greeted you to the moment I left. Clear map and flexible menu composition The menu is partially renewed every month and remains deliberately manageable. It offers the opportunity to put together a menu with up to four courses. However, most guests opt for a combination of starter and main course, possibly supplemented by dessert. If you choose four courses with all the trimmings, the price is already in the fine dining range. For a three-course menu with a complete drink accompaniment you should budget around 100 euros per person. Wine selection with potential The selection of wines by the glass is also limited, with a clear bias towards South African wines – presumably due to historical ties. Personally, I would have preferred wines from Franconia or Europe, especially since wine is now grown in the Bamberg district. Nevertheless, the prices for the wines are fair. Food: High quality, but with small weaknesses Maybe I was just unlucky with my choice: unlike the other guests, my dishes were not served under a smoking bell, but simply presented. Although the plates were presented attractively and unpretentiously, the black cutlery and crockery - apparently part of the corporate identity - did not always harmonize with the food. The kitchen offers attractive home-made creations and individually interpreted classics. The Franconian organic Pinot Blanc proved to be a versatile companion for the entire evening. Detailed evaluation of the dishes • Tartare as a starter: The tartare was excellently seasoned and garnished with a perfectly poached quail egg. Caper apples and baked anchovies formed the entourage. The latter, wrapped in dough, only convinced me to a limited extent as their intense taste dominated the tender beef. Additionally, I personally would have preferred to see the caper buds rather than their fruits. Nevertheless, the dish was overall a success - as we all know, taste is subjective. • Maultaschen as an intermediate course: These were more reminiscent of ravioli, but like the minced deer meat inside, they were a bit too al dente. As a result, the dough and filling separated after the first split with the fork. Maybe a little lardo could round out the taste of the venison and make it more supple. However, there was no reason to criticize the taste. • Sea bass with mussels: The fillet was cooked to perfection, but it will never match a fish that has been fried or grilled whole. The mussels themselves also offered no reason for complaint. However, the perfect harmony between fish and shellfish was missing. Larger quantities of mussels would have been better suited as a stand-alone starter. The carrots, rustically cut into brunoise, were too raw for my taste, but the overall taste of the dish was convincing. Perfect ending A first-class espresso and a smooth grappa rounded off the evening in style. Conclusion The price-performance ratio is consistent. Overall, I can recommend the restaurant “Die Küche” with a clear conscience and would happily come here again.

The place is awesome. The food tastes excellent and is prepared with attention to detail. Every course is a pleasure. The service is always courteous but never intrusive. The furnishings are rather purist and simple, but that doesn't bother you at all. On the contrary. This means the focus falls even more on the wonderful creations of the kitchen. The wine recommendation also harmonized wonderfully with the food. We had a few enjoyable hours and will definitely come back. Thank you.

We were in the kitchen - dining room Bamberg before a concert in the Bamberg concert hall and this restaurant is absolutely recommended. The restaurant is a few minutes away from the concert hall. The food is internationally oriented and meets the highest standards. So if you want Franconian cuisine, you've come to the wrong place. There are enough other restaurants in Bamberg for that. The service is very good. You should definitely make a reservation. The map is not big. But that's not necessary since it changes every few weeks. Conclusion: The restaurant is worth a visit.

Kleines, aber fantastisches Restaurant mit einem wunderschönen Ambiente. Wir waren schon von der Einrichtung sehr begeistert. Die Speisekarte ist überschaubar, aber die Gerichte sind super lecker und wir haben verschiedene Gerichte ausprobiert. Auch die Weinkarte ist klein, aber sehr fein. Eine tolle kleine Auswahl an südafrikanischen Weinen, wir lieben südafrikanischen Wein. Der Service war auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Abend im Restaurant verbracht. Weiter so.

My wife and I visited Bamberg for the first time and, after various visits to a few restaurants, where, due to the tradition in this region, the food is pretty hearty, we were looking for a slightly lighter version. Here in the dining room we finally found ours Search rewarded. Due to our Francophile orientation, we found certain parallels again. A very imaginative preparation paired with very friendly service. The menu was kept small, but this also indicates the regular change and speaks for the quality of the operator. The ambience is great not in the foreground here, but that doesn't detract from the whole thing. In my opinion, it's a young team that puts the focus on the dishes on offer and not on the external appearance. Keep it up!

A great cozy restaurant. The service is impressive right from the start. The manageable menu changes monthly. Regional and modern cuisine. The dishes are sophisticated and beautifully prepared. It is a high priced restaurant but the prices are justified.

A pleasant alternative to the terrible food normally offered in Bamberg's old town. The look is exemplary, the products are good. The effort to create an unusual presentation and composition is clearly visible. For two people 150€ without wine accompaniment is just bearable. A slightly larger card is required. The effort to emphasize taste could be more pronounced.
