Die besten Restaurants in Karlsruhe

Das gesamte Ambiente scheint mir etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der 'Biergarten' ist etwas klein aber schön und sehr idyllisch, teilweise aber auch etwas 'naturbelassen'. Wer's mag ... .

Went to IL VINO Essen on Saturday August 17th. We had 2x pasta and 1x tortellini. The tortellini were extremely seasoned with pepper and the two pasta dishes were more than just carelessly prepared and bland. No spices or anything else. I can't understand how you serve something like this to paying customers and at such a price. Additionally, one of the employees was extremely rude. I politely asked if we could get some parmesan on the pasta and tortellini (there was nothing on it), and I was told that they would normally charge 50 cents for it. My conclusion: The worst place we have ever eaten.

Unfortunately apparently “permanently” closed! No information in the cinema or on the Internet. Therefore it was removed from the to-do list!

These kebabs on every corner... What's going on here... It's just annoying. The quality of the food is of course also very typical

Very nice owners and the food always tastes great. Price and performance ratio is right.

The pies and meat dough were amazing, God willing. But having parking was difficult. Prices are reasonable

The burritos were nothing special. The sauce was put on the burrito so you couldn't pick it up to eat without your hands being full of sauce. Having to eat it with a knife and fork really annoyed me. The portions are rather small but expensive. The waiters were nice.

Update 2024: Bratar continues to promise very good food. The vegan burgers also sound and taste great! After the renovation it's really tight. You disturb eating guests by pushing through to your own table and bumping into the chair behind you when you sit down or stand up. That's annoying! The prices are reasonable and according to current prices. Normal for good quality food. 2020: Super! Had great entrecote and burgers. Nice service - that's why only 4 - not outstanding.

Freundlich unkompliziert herzlich. Habe zwar nur ein Bier getrunken, aber auch das muss passen und ordentlich bedient werden. Gerne wieder

The grills were cooked really delicious over charcoal fire. Pitas baked in a stone oven have the taste of Türkiye. A friendly and polite service. Kunefe is really very successful. One of the main taste places to visit in Germany

Our waitress didn't particularly enjoy his work. Sushi were excellent, the salmon on my Menu 62 was too dry

Cult restaurant in Karlsruhe. It has been around for many decades. The name comes from a time when the restaurant here dispensed tobacco and rolling papers, and customers were allowed to roll cigarettes and smoke inside for free. This was many decades ago. Since then, the Kippe has of course been a non-smoking bar. Attracts a predominantly young crowd due to its affordable prices, proximity to the university and cozy atmosphere. Good selection of food and drinks at fair prices. Several beers to choose from, including Kilkenny and Guinness. Nice little beer garden under the trees in front of the front door. Very friendly staff. We are here every Monday for the Pub Quiz. Then it is usually very crowded here and a table reservation makes a lot of sense. The pub quiz is a lot of fun. Absolutely recommended pub.
