The burritos were nothing special. The sauce was put on the burrito so you couldn't pick it up to eat without your hands being full of sauce. Having to eat it with a knife and fork really annoyed me. The portions are rather small but expensive. The waiters were nice.

The service yesterday Arend was very bad. We waited for more than 1 hour to order food. For such a service the prices are absolutely overpriced and the portions are very small.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food because we weren't served. After a wait of 20 minutes, a waitress explained to us that the colleague in charge would come straight away - which unfortunately wasn't the case. After 30 minutes we left. Too bad.

Top service, great drinks. Brian can only be recommended as a waiter.

I had a very bad experience in Enchillada with my dog ​​because he had a seizure and vomited everywhere. The team showed a lot of humanity and helped and cleaned me up and even gave me free water to calm me down. They persuaded me that everything would be fine I had such an incredibly great experience. We were in Karlsruhe over the weekend and happened to pass by here. It was really nice here and the food was delicious.

If you want classic Mexican food, this is the wrong place. Hardly any heat, not even spicy. Food is served in a more modern way (fried burritos). The parsley tasted bad, bitter and soggy. The cocktails are really the trademark there as they were really very good!

Firstly, the ambience and the atmosphere is very lively. The restaurant is very big. The service was really great! For the drinks we had ordered Virgin Mango and passion fruit Margheritas which were very sweet. But, I Definitely suggest the drink Coconut kiss. It was very tasty with crispy fried coconut gratings (5 star for that). We had ordered mixed dip nachos. Coming to pros, chipotle sauce, guacamole were very tasty. Nachos was seasoned well but was not that crispy. Salsa could be better. Plant based chicken Fajitas with jackfruit was grilled well with a full side plate containing salad and guacamole. Burritos and enchiladas were not great but okay (could have been spicier or an option for spicy in the menu).

There were two of us at Enchilada today and we are really extremely disappointed. Starting with the fact that we had to wait far too long for the menu, nothing improved over the course of our experience: The staff is far too overwhelmed, even though the restaurant is not fully occupied, you have to repeat some things three times because, for example, you forgot the straw, or you have to wait about 50 minutes for the food you ordered or to pay. You also pay €15 for a small portion where the meat is of low quality. A pity…. we won't come here again!!!

A Mexican restaurant without any freshly made sauces or guacamole. Every is from the supermarket, cans and cartons. I expect that if you are a Mexican restaurant, you can at least make your own guacamole. It's not worth the money. Also, you have to wait forever. Service is extremely slow. No, I wouldn't recommend this place. I never wrote a review, but I was shocked by the bad quality of this food that's clearly not freshly made but really overpriced. Only 2 stars.

We had dinner there with around 30 people. They had reserved the outdoor area for us and it made a cozy impression. However, the first problems arose when ordering drinks, as the craft beers on offer were not in stock on a Friday evening. There were also mix-ups when serving the food and a guest was later served the same dish a second time. What was more annoying, however, was that the side dishes for the main courses arrived significantly late. If the fries come an hour after the burger, you don't really need them anymore. Of course they were still on the bill. The service was friendly and tried hard, but didn't seem well coordinated. We would have liked better organization here, especially if you have registered a large group in advance.

I've been waiting for my drink for a full hour now and this isn't the first time I've had to wait so long in this store. It can't be that hard to serve customers instead of chatting to colleagues at the bar. Maybe you should add more staff on Saturday evenings.

Been to Enchilada several times. Cocktails at happy hour are great, cheap and taste delicious. Unfortunately, it has to be said about yesterday evening that when we arrived at midnight, all the windows and doors were wide open (at 11 degrees outside temperature) and were not closed until we left. Even after asking whether it would still be closed, there was an explanation but the doors and windows remained open. Unfortunately, we left earlier than we wanted because the ladies were freezing and cold cocktails of course made it even worse. It's a shame, I hadn't experienced anything like that at Enchi before. Of course, the service and food were still great as always.

I'm sorry, but I can no longer endorse Enchiladas. They've chosen to use AI to make their newest drink menu. I've always enjoyed the creativity of this restaurant, and this is truly a slap in the face to mixologists. AI can be used in so many useful ways, but no, just take away someone's passion and creativity to save a buck and invest in a gimmick. You'll be finding me at Sausalitos from now on.

We came here specifically and not to a club. Background music would have been completely sufficient.

The shop is beautifully decorated. Reviews are promising. Unfortunately only two stars from us. The service is very insensitive to long waiting guests. Drinks came after we were already halfway through the appetizer. It didn't look like there were too few staff, more like it was poorly organized. The dishes were rather bland. The chips and dips were hardly seasoned. I want a spicy salsa and a great, fruity and garlicky guacamole. The dishes we ordered all tasted like nothing. That was enough to fill me up, but in a shop where lemonade costs €7.50, I expect delicious cuisine and friendly, courteous service and not dried-out coriander as a topping. I expect a nice apology if it takes too long. That can happen. People, make something of it. You have a nice shop and the service job can be fun if you know how to deal with the guests. And to the chef: try what you serve to your guests every now and then.

A Mexican restaurant in downtown Karlsruhe. This place is well known to many older people who grew up in Karlsruhe. The crocodile and the crocodile cellar used to be here. The Enchilada has been located here since it closed. The audience here is still a bit younger. You can also eat well and cheaply here, and one or two celebrations are said to have taken place here. Of course you can also eat and drink vegetarian food here.

Hatte einen sehr schönen Abend dort. Personal war super freundlich und die veganen Quesadillas haben mich echt überrascht (im positivsten Sinne). Super Käsealternative, so lässt sich der Veganuary gut aushalten. :)

Schönes Lokal, gegen 19 Uhr hat es sich immer mehr gefüllt. Die Fajjita Pollo war sehr lecker und gut fallend. 4 Tortillas waren bei. 17 bis 19 Uhr war Happy Hour. 7 Euro für normale Cocktails und 8€ für Jumbos. Caipi Melon zu empfehlen. Die Churros für 7.50 € waren leider zu knusprig und nicht schön fluffig und kross wie man es kennt.

Mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Karlsruhe. Bin der größte Fan von den Würfeln bei dem man einstellen kann ob man zahlen oder nich bestellen möchte und digital kann man auch bestellen meegaa Ich empfehle eher die Frozen Margeritas einzeln zu bestellen, bei der großen portion schmilzt schon einiges nach der Zeit. Ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen wenn man gerne mexikanische Küche mag.

Das Essen war sehr lecker (wir hatten das Veganuary Special mit Redifned Meat), die Portionen nur etwas klein. An unserem Tisch hat es die ganze Zeit total vom Fenster reingezogen wodurch ich die ganze Zeit gefroren habe. Vorhänge wären definitiv angebracht

Wir hatten für 3 Personen reserviert, waren pünktlich da und wurden an einen noch mit Geschirr besetzten Tisch geleitet... die cocktails waren zufrieden stellend (leider sehr viel Eis) das Essen wurde etwas lieblos angerichtet, hat aber ganz ok geschmeckt. Das Ambiente wirkt sehr freundlich allerdings leider auch sehr dreckig. Der Service scheint mir so, als hätten die Damen nicht wirklich Lust auf ihren Job. Schade eigentlich Potential ist da.

Hatten hier 3 gang silvestermenü und was soll ich sagen angefangen von der vorspeise bis nachtisch alles perfekt, es war sehr lecker und die Freundlichkeit des personals gab dem alles noch eine extra feine note, klar das da viel los ist den es schmeckt ja auch wirklich gut..

Die Servicekraft Carmen war sehr aufmerksam. Schnelle Bedienung, Captains Hurricane war heute das erstemal nich so gut, ist normalerweise mein Lieblingscocktail. Unser Tisch war trotz Reservierung in einem ziemlich dunklen Hinterzimmer, dies hat der Atmosphäre aber kaum geschadet. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen, vorallem Carmen war herausragend !
