Absolute Katastrophe, nie wieder! Haben, trotz Reservierung, 2 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet, das nicht gekommen ist. Sind dann sehr enttäuscht und genervt gegangen. Unseren Silvesterabend haben wir uns anders vorgestellt.

Terrible service We were dispatched to 2 tables even though we had reserved the right number. The service was slow to non-existent. We had to get up to put them back in control. The dishes were cold No, but honestly what's the point of having a service if it doesn't clear the tables. To avoid during Christmas time it seems. A restaurant is meant to be served at the table, right? Or else he has to change jobs!!

We were there for dinner with a larger group. The food was served hot and was very tasty. The service was very good. The service person Saskia accompanied us perfectly throughout the evening.

We had previously been rudely attacked by the staff at the “schwarzer Kater” and spontaneously moved here. It was better, not so loud, friendly and attentive service, and we got nice seats. This is the right way! Next time we'll go straight there.

The decoration and bar etc. look very nice, I can't say anything negative about the look... but the prices are far too high for these portions and taste. I have to be honest, the food didn't taste good at all, so it was really 0. If you want to go out for a nice drink, you're welcome to do so here, but I wouldn't recommend eating out.

The enchilada has a very nice Mexican decorated atmosphere. It has five seating areas. The Mexican food is great. You can go here to eat or have a cocktail with smart snacks. The food is really good and the cocktails are pretty good too. I had the frozen kiwi spice. As the word spice suggests, the cocktail was spicy. Since I have an experienced palate, I was able to really enjoy the spiciness.

Charging exactly 9 EUR for a silly Tempranillo 0.2 glass is an outrage. The prices on the menu are extremely small. I thought it was a 4. I actually wanted to eat something else in this place, but what was served on the neighboring tables at very high prices reminded me, in my opinion, of convenience and system catering. For the good money, I prefer to eat in restaurants that are fighting for gastronomic recognition. I told the poor waitress to tell her boss that these prices were a disgrace and that I would never set foot in this place again. By the way, there is a pricing regulation that operators should take to heart. Price information the size of footnotes may be inadmissible. Kind regards, I'll never go there again.

Over 1 hour to bring me a drink. The waiters, who I don't blame, came and asked me more than 3 times what I ordered. By the time I brought them, it was so late that I had to make light of the drink because they were about to close. They brought me the drink, charged me and cleaned up right after to close so I couldn't even take the cup. I understand there were a lot of people and it may take a while to serve you, but it is not acceptable to wait longer than an hour while the rest of the table got their drink. The worst thing is that it's not the first time. More than 1 hour for me to carry a drink. Los camareros have no culpo, winieron a preguntarme más de 3 veces that are lo que había pedido. Ya cuando me la trajeron, once tan tarde que me tuve que tomar a la ligera la bebida porque ya querían cerrar. Me trajeron la drink, me cobraron y justo después se pusieron a limpiar para cerrar, así que no pude ni tomarme la copa a gusto. Entiendo que había mucha gente y que pueda tardar a poco en servirte, pero no es acceptable más de una hora de espera, mientras el resto de la mesa recibía su bebida. Lo peor es que no es la primera vez.

Quantity of food was very small, not very tasty. Service took a long time and was sometimes not particularly friendly. Ambience was OK but not great either.

A good Mexican with lots of space and a wide range of food and cocktails. Regular promotions (roll your prize) invite you to visit. Food tasted okay and freshly prepared. Cocktails are great. Lots of space, but you should reserve for larger groups. There are always salsa evenings that are a lot of fun.

Waited 30 minutes for drinks and received an unfriendly comment when asked. When the drinks came at some point, half of them were missing and were not brought even when asked again.

First time there but disappointed. Ordered cocktail, waited 30 minutes, was very watery... Ordered 1 burrito, half the size of a Yufka but twice as expensive and not convincing in terms of taste. Others a small burger with fries for a whopping €18...3 bites and gone...well Once there...definitely not again

It's an absolute disgrace how long you have to wait for your drinks. We had already finished eating and then the drinks came.

It's worth it for a bar/cocktail evening, especially on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for rolling the dice or the €5 card 🤌

the review concerns the salsa party on Mondays from 9 p.m.: Nice party location, with a large bar and a good selection of drinks. Despite the store being full, all the bartenders were super quick and friendly. The dance floor is a bit small and narrow, but it creates a good atmosphere. If you like dancing salsa and bachata, there's no better way to start the week.

Mexican cuisine? A tragedy. The food doesn't even come close to Mexican food. Totally carelessly prepared, hardly any taste and completely overpriced!!

the food quality is really good, the food isn't diverse and you just a few choice. Service is below expectations. It will take a long time before the service comes to you and then they behave like they don't want you there. The location is very good, right in the downtown.

The waitress (Saskia) was extremely empathetic and very accommodating, answered all questions politely and was very attentive. Fast service and a lot of effort behind it. We felt very comfortable, it was super relaxed to have a conversation with her and we were happy to leave Trinkeld there. Very honest and accommodating. A stopover during our trip from Italy to the Netherlands. What a great restaurant. Delicious food, with a very nice extensive menu. Very friendly service and a very pleasant atmosphere.

The service was nice, the restaurant isn't in a bad location and the drinks were good too, but the food was really really bad. No fresh ingredients, tasteless and you just noticed the lack of quality. In addition, the portions were quite small. I have to say that I was really looking forward to Mexican food but was extremely disappointed.

I personally really like the food. I tried Enchiladas vegetarian chirichuri Tacos. And now I am a fan of chirichuri Tacos after visiting Enchilada. You must try their Mexican Beer as well it is really good. They also have very good variety of cocktails and Drinks.

She was not helped with the choice of food. She ordered three times and each time she was told 5 minutes later that it wasn't possible. When we realized that one person couldn't find food, we thought about changing the restaurant. But we had already ordered about 25 minutes ago and the food should come soon. If we had been aware of this from the start, we wouldn't have ordered any food and would have changed straight away. There was no flexibility in ordering the food and putting together the dishes, which meant that our friend could have eaten more than fries. Finally we ordered churros with chocolate. Without saying a word, churros with a red berry sauce were brought. We waited a while for the waitress to ask if there was no more chocolate sauce. Since we ate a single churrostick in the meantime, we couldn't give it back. Which we thought was a disgrace. The waitress didn't help us choose the food for a person who just couldn't eat dairy and then the wrong thing was delivered with the expectation that we pay. I won't go there again and can't recommend it. I would like to see more flexibility and inclusiveness, especially when it comes to prices.

We haven't been to Enchiladas in a while, so we were very surprised when we were there this week and noticed that everything was new. Not only is the menu new, so are the dishes. There is a very large selection of typical Mexican dishes, as well as some finger food and several dessert options. We put together a mix of everything ourselves, everything was very fresh and tasty. Not only did the food surprise us, but also the service. We had an extremely friendly young man as a server. He served everyone around us really well, whether in German or English. Everyone felt comfortable and he was always there immediately if you needed anything. Thank you Lorenzo for making our evening so beautiful and pleasant. We'll be back very soon.

A nice Mexican restaurant/bar with an absolute feel-good atmosphere. Even though it was busy, the service was super friendly and apologized for any small delays (e.g. when cashing out). The food was spicy, but super good! Absolute recommendation!

The waiters didn't pay attention to us for about 10 minutes. Then we had to call them three times until someone came. Dishes were left at the table from previous customers and the table was cleared after request. The dirty table wasn't cleaned even after we asked. I asked the waiter if there was a strawberry cocktail, which I wasn't helped with. The card was thrown at me and I wasn't helped. Staff extremely overwhelmed and unfriendly. After 20 minutes of waiting we left the bar! Not recommended

The burritos were nothing special. The sauce was put on the burrito so you couldn't pick it up to eat without your hands being full of sauce. Having to eat it with a knife and fork really annoyed me. The portions are rather small but expensive. The waiters were nice.

The service yesterday Arend was very bad. We waited for more than 1 hour to order food. For such a service the prices are absolutely overpriced and the portions are very small.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food because we weren't served. After a wait of 20 minutes, a waitress explained to us that the colleague in charge would come straight away - which unfortunately wasn't the case. After 30 minutes we left. Too bad.

I had a very bad experience in Enchillada with my dog ​​because he had a seizure and vomited everywhere. The team showed a lot of humanity and helped and cleaned me up and even gave me free water to calm me down. They persuaded me that everything would be fine I had such an incredibly great experience. If you want classic Mexican food, this is the wrong place. Hardly any heat, not even spicy. Food is served in a more modern way (fried burritos). The parsley tasted bad, bitter and soggy. The cocktails are really the trademark there as they were really very good!

Firstly, the ambience and the atmosphere is very lively. The restaurant is very big. The service was really great! For the drinks we had ordered Virgin Mango and passion fruit Margheritas which were very sweet. But, I Definitely suggest the drink Coconut kiss. It was very tasty with crispy fried coconut gratings (5 star for that). We had ordered mixed dip nachos. Coming to pros, chipotle sauce, guacamole were very tasty. Nachos was seasoned well but was not that crispy. Salsa could be better. Plant based chicken Fajitas with jackfruit was grilled well with a full side plate containing salad and guacamole. Burritos and enchiladas were not great but okay (could have been spicier or an option for spicy in the menu).

There were two of us at Enchilada today and we are really extremely disappointed. Starting with the fact that we had to wait far too long for the menu, nothing improved over the course of our experience: The staff is far too overwhelmed, even though the restaurant is not fully occupied, you have to repeat some things three times because, for example, you forgot the straw, or you have to wait about 50 minutes for the food you ordered or to pay. You also pay €15 for a small portion where the meat is of low quality. A pity…. we won't come here again!!!

A Mexican restaurant without any freshly made sauces or guacamole. Every is from the supermarket, cans and cartons. I expect that if you are a Mexican restaurant, you can at least make your own guacamole. It's not worth the money. Also, you have to wait forever. Service is extremely slow. No, I wouldn't recommend this place. I never wrote a review, but I was shocked by the bad quality of this food that's clearly not freshly made but really overpriced. Only 2 stars.

We had dinner there with around 30 people. They had reserved the outdoor area for us and it made a cozy impression. However, the first problems arose when ordering drinks, as the craft beers on offer were not in stock on a Friday evening. There were also mix-ups when serving the food and a guest was later served the same dish a second time. What was more annoying, however, was that the side dishes for the main courses arrived significantly late. If the fries come an hour after the burger, you don't really need them anymore. Of course they were still on the bill. The service was friendly and tried hard, but didn't seem well coordinated. We would have liked better organization here, especially if you have registered a large group in advance.

So first of all, you should know that I'm typing this review with my longest finger! I've been waiting for my drink for a full hour now and this isn't the first time I've had to wait so long in this store. It can't be that hard to serve customers instead of chatting to colleagues at the bar. Maybe you should add more staff on Saturday evenings.
