O&M Pizzeria in Karlsruhe

We visited the restaurant, and I ordered a cheeseburger. The presentation was awkward: there was a mold on top with melted cheese that oozed out when I lifted it. No one warned me about this, and there were no gloves. In the end, everything was covered in cheese—my hands and face, which is especially unpleasant for a woman with painted nails. It would have been better if the staff had informed me beforehand or provided gloves. For the price, the burger should have been more pleasant to eat. It tasted good, but the overall impression was disappointing. Rating: 3 out of 5, I won't be back.
