We were in Freiburg and discovered this wonderful restaurant where we just enjoyed our dinner. As soon as we entered, we were impressed by the beautiful oriental decoration, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and greeted us with a smile, which immediately made us feel welcome. The food was simply fantastic, warm, fresh and incredibly tasty! We were thrilled with the quality and taste. What was particularly great was that the prices were absolutely fair. All in all, a completely successful experience. If we come back to Freiburg, we will definitely eat here again. Absolutely recommended!

Curry sauce is only recommended. In general, there's nothing earth-shattering here, but it's definitely great for a snack!

I can't understand the five star reviews. The pizza is barely above the level of a frozen pizza. In addition, it was no longer hot when it was served. The beer garden is beautifully located. It has sun and rain protection and a small playground for the kids. The service is very friendly.

Never experienced anything like this before. We have been customers of Pa Persio for years and have always been satisfied. Now we ordered just before half past 12 when they were still open, the order came in with confirmation and after a few minutes the order was canceled. When we call there, they discuss on the phone that 1. The number is not real and that is why it was canceled then suddenly they are closed and then, quite by chance, there are no more delivery boxes. Never experienced such unfriendly and disrespectful customer service and staff as tonight! When we then said that we would then write a bad review and also let Lieferando know that something like that wasn't possible, they wanted to deliver free food for tomorrow and that it was an oversight that the order had been canceled. An untrained person on the phone pretends to be the boss and you're talking to 100 other employees who are suddenly all bosses. Probably “big family business” hahaha Zero recommended!

Everything was great, very hospitable

Het eten was zeer lekker en het zag er ook prima uit. Makkelijk maar super lekker, ik hou er wel van, maar de markt zelf is zeer luid tijdens etenstijd. Als het regent is het in de markt zeer vol en luidruchtig. Je hebt veel keuzes van verschillende keukens 😋

You have to go if you are in Freiburg. On Mondays the price of the cocktails is diced, it couldn't be better. The food is great, as is the service.

We love coming here. The service is very friendly and professional. The food tastes consistently good. The airflow is not always the best and it can get hot/stuffy.

Great location with breathtaking views and a luxurious menu. Unfortunately, despite special dishes on the menu, there was hardly any choice of drinks and mediocre service - a bit disappointing for the price. Nevertheless, the visit is worth it, the view is really awesome!

A super nice restaurant with an excellent ambience. The quality of the food is very good and the portions are quite large. The young and open-minded service team is very polite and helpful. We didn't have to wait long until we were served and our food was ready to eat. Our good experience here justified the impressive prices. Overall, I can definitely recommend the Lago. We visited this restaurant three times during our stay in Freiburg. Every time the food was very good. Delicious pizza, pork fillet and great schnitzel. During one of the visits the waiter was probably quite exhausted because he served all the guests alone, at least when we were there. Today he seemed fresh and rested with a typical Italian temperament. It was fun to eat here. We would like to thank you for three eventful, impressive and enjoyable evenings.

Pizza Mozzarella was simply a margarita with oil and 5 mozzarella flakes. Service was non-existent, I had to wait 10 minutes before the pizza started being prepared even though no one was there. Never again!
