All in all, this pizzeria is okay. Don't expect miracles. The food is OK. The service, however, is very attentive, friendly, and prompt. The restrooms, which is very important to me, are not particularly well-maintained and definitely need some improvement.

Very nice atmosphere, good food, and friendly service. The value for money is definitely good; you can still eat well here for a relatively reasonable price. I've had the delicious salads several times, and the pizzas are also good.

The pizza was okay, absolutely standard pizza. The salad was just okay. Unfortunately, the prices are completely inflated for the size of the dishes.

Very negative! I wouldn't recommend it. I ordered a Margherita pizza to go and had to wait a long time. The worst part was that I got a mini pizza for €8.90, which is really outrageous. The employee said they were standard pizzas (reheated). A no-go!!!!!

We were ripped off this afternoon for a beer and a wine spritzer. They charged 4.50 and 4.90, respectively. The menu says 3.20 and 3.50!!!

A lovely restaurant on the outskirts of Freiburg-Wiehre. The restaurant is part of an allotment garden. Everything is tidy and clean, friendly staff, and fast service. If you're expecting a 5-star restaurant, this is the wrong place. The quality of the food and the price are both reasonable.

Very tasty pizzas and great paprika schnitzel. Very happy again and again.

A real highlight! This restaurant is located on the outskirts of Wiehre in the direction of Günterstal, easily accessible by tram. The view of the Black Forest is simply breathtaking. And best of all: the Schauinslandbahn is just a stone's throw away! The food is delicious, especially the regional dishes. Everything fresh and lovingly prepared. The service is warm and attentive, you immediately feel at home. Perfect for a family trip! Take the train up to the Schauinsland, enjoy the view and then stop off in the valley on the beautiful terrace of the restaurant. We'd love to come back!

Waited 15 minutes for a table after no one came at the to-go window... the main thing is 7% VAT but want to give 0%! 👎🏽

I've been here several times now and have always been very satisfied. I can't fully understand some of the not so good reviews, from my point of view everything was always great.

Sooooo...where should I start...we had 1 pizza funghi...and 1 pizza with black forest ham. Rocket and Parmesan... The pizza base is frozen goods .. poorly topped ... in terms of taste .. just subterranean .. not recommended ... and then shelled out 25 € for 2 pizzas. Staff unfriendly... overwhelmed. We tried it and will certainly never come back...it's a shame

Worst meal in a long time. Beer in the stein (a great idea) but was poured very poorly. I ordered a pancake with minced meat sauce. The pancake was filled with the minced meat sauce, which did not contain any minced meat. It was just tomato sauce. The pancake was really soggy due to the sauce and fell apart. So not recommended visually or culinary wise. We were several people who felt the same way. Of course we told the waitress. Unfortunately there was no response to the complaints. Very disappointing.

We had a very nice family celebration there. Everyone was very happy with the quality of the food and the cozy, natural atmosphere. Thank you for that

Actually quite OK. Sure, many finished products, even, in my opinion, the pizza base. But the post is OK. It's just a restaurant for garden lovers, so that's fine. Unfortunately, the service couldn't win you the slightest smile and I didn't really feel welcome. At least the inside is cozy and lovingly decorated.

Probablemente la peor pizzería de Europa. Lo primero deseo mostrar mi respeto al propietario y al personal de servicio, pero como pizzería es horrible. Pedimos una pizza de pepperoni y nos pusieron la pizza de la imagen que adjunto. 😂😂😂 Amiguetes, eso no es una pizza pepperoni, eso es otra cosa 😂😂😂 Paramos en este sitio como último recurso. Immer eine gute Stimmung, die Bedienung ist freundlich und das Essen ist ok.

Das Essen war ganz ok und draußen war es schön, hat leider aber sehr gestunken. Die Bedienung war freundlich und das Essen war schnell da.

Eine gutbürgerliche Wirtschaft mit Innen-/außenlokal, ansprechende Speisekarte mit Mix aus Pizzeria und frischer badischer Küche mit flottem Service und sehr netter Chefin. Günstige Preise, optimale Erreichbarkeit mit der Linie 2(Haltestelle "Wonnhalde"). Sehr empfehlenswert.

Absolut empfehlenswert, gut zubereitete Speisen, auch reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Freundlicher Service und Preis-Leistung stimmig!

Den 1 und 2 Sterne-Rezensionen kann ich persönlich nicht folgen. Es handelt sich bei der Wonnhalde um eine Gartenwirtschaft und nicht um ein Feinschmecler-Restaurant mit Hauben/Sternen oder sonstiger gehobener Küche. Hier bekommt man ehrliche und einfache (nicht im Sinne von schlecht) Küche serviert. Wir haben schon einiges auf der Speisekarte ausprobiert. Die Pizzen und Salate sind lecker und im Preis angemessen und absolut fair. Gleiches gilt für Schnitzel und Schweinesteaks. Die Portionen sind reichlich, das Personal freundlich und bemüht. Je nach Besuchslage kann es mal ein wenig länger dauern und auch ein wenig chaotisch werden. Das ist aber die Ausnahme. Man sitzt draußen sehr nett, entweder unter einem großen Zelt oder an freien Plätzen mit Schirmen. Kinder haben eine kleine Spielecke, Wir empfehlen die Wonnhalde sehr gerne weiter.

Wie immer gemütlich, aber Gartensaison jetzt dann leider langsam vorbei. Innen ist aber schon für alle Eventualitäten für einen ungefährdeten Besuch gesorgt. Speisen, Getränke? Gewohnt lecker und reichhaltig, von freundlichen Menschen serviert. Geht hin und entspannt Euch in ruhiger Atmosphäre

Ziemlich schlecht, lokale Monopolstellung macht das Leben vermutlich einfach. V.a. das Eis schmeckt nach gar nichts und ist jedem Discountereis geschmacklich unterlegen und im manchmal ungewaschenen Salat findet sich schonmal Erde. Bedienung ist okay und manche Pizzas gehen in Ordnung, dafür ein Stern. Insgesamt auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert, leider hat man bei Ausflügen in die Wonnhalde nicht viel Auswahl. Besser selbst was mitnehmen und ein Picknick machen.

Pizza and salads are ok, but the rest of the menu is probably straight out of the freezer. The AC is either off or broken. So don’t trust their website - indoors is a living hell in summer.
