Outrageous delivery conditions both directly and via Lieferando. We have ordered here several times in the past, now there is a minimum order value of 45 or 50€, depending on the delivery source and an additional 2-3€ delivery costs as well as an additional service fee of 2.5%. Everything was introduced at the same time. If you want to scare away customers, a great idea. The food is definitely not good enough to be forced to pay over €50 for delivery food!

Wow the owner has changed I thought it was a restaurant and came here to eat and she said it was only a delivery service but could also eat here. I waited 10 minutes and was amazed at how well they improved. Recommended, very nice staff, super tasty

The closest way to do French shopping from Freiburg. The cheese and fish counter are particularly recommended!

Never experienced anything like this before. We have been customers of Pa Persio for years and have always been satisfied. Now we ordered just before 12:30 when they were still open, the order was received with confirmation and after a few minutes the order was canceled. When we call there, they discuss on the phone that 1. The number is not real and that is why it was canceled then suddenly they are closed and then, quite by chance, there are no more delivery boxes. Never experienced such unfriendly and disrespectful customer service and staff as tonight! When we then said that we would then write a bad review and also let Lieferando know that something like that wasn't possible, they wanted to deliver free food for tomorrow and that it was an oversight that the order had been canceled. An untrained person on the phone pretends to be the boss and you're talking to 100 other employees who are suddenly all bosses. Probably “big family business” hahaha Zero recommended!

I ordered Bifteki and it was completely raw, the meat from a grill plate was completely dry. Unfortunately it's inedible and we don't want to talk about the salad at all. Once and never again!

Unfortunately, I felt really bad after eating. I don't think seafood was any good anymore. Pizza wasn't good either. Fries soggy. Spent the whole Sunday in the bathroom. Really not recommended

I did a trial job there as a driver THERE WAS RAT POISON IN THE KITCHEN BETWEEN THE FOOD. I probably don't need to say more about that It's not at all hygienic. The WKD should definitely stop by here. I stopped the trial work after 60 minutes without comment and left The health department should take action here

Under no circumstances order there!! I ordered a pinsa with burrata and tiramisu. No trace of the burrata. It was topped with cheap rubbery mozzarella. Tiramisu was a disaster!! When I opened the packaging I almost vomited. The cream was rotten and smelled so bad that I had to get rid of it immediately. An impudence. I didn't expect high quality food but I've never experienced anything like it.

Incredible. I'm sorry to say something like that. I'm not usually one to write reviews and eat almost anything. But I wouldn't even give this food to my cats. The pizza was cold, limp, everything really tasted like it was rotten and it was inedible. The tetrapak cream sauce for €3 probably cost €3 because there was a whole pack of salt in it. The fries are of course difficult to deliver, but they were so limp that I could hardly tell the difference between them and the sole of my shoe. Salad dressing tastes like toothpaste with herbs. Everything I wrote here was no fun and I mean it. Please never order here so as not to spoil your evening. Unbelievable really.

No, just no. Calling something like that food and selling it for such prices is an absolute disgrace. We initially looked at the recessions and thought we didn't want to approach the matter with any bias. In hindsight it would have been better to listen to it. Food tasted sour and bad. Everything, absolutely everything points to Tk/cans of food, some of which have even expired. In the end, I was left with a feeling of nausea, vomiting and regret I'd rather not eat anything when I'm hungry in the evening than order there again... I'm sorry but I can't say it any other way, it simply has nothing to do with food, the people in the kitchen and that should get further training or think about changing careers. Definitely don't order there!!!

Luckily I saw the low rating because it might have changed my mind just to give the rating now. In any case, I'm pleased that it looks like a big improvement has been implemented! The delivery was super fast and everything was very fresh and still hot, which made us very happy. The burger, the hash browns and the grill mix tasted incredibly good and we warmed up the leftovers the next day and it was still very edible yummy. Will definitely order there again👍🏽

I have to be honest, I was skeptical about the previous recommendations. But ultimately it was the right decision. Today I ordered 2 party pizzas and picked them up myself. The pizza was ready on time and fresh. And the taste was great too. Therefore we will order there again. Thank you

Entgegen der vielen schlechten Bewertungen fand ich den Lieferdienst ok. War auf die Sekunde pünktlich und der Fahrer was super höflich und freundlich. Das Essen ist OK gewesen, heiß und die Portionen groß. Leider waren die Pommes und der Croque eher labberig und das Gyrosfleisch trocken und relativ hart. Der Salat war aber sehr frisch und knackig, das Tiramisu sehr gut,die Kroketten auch.

Wir haben am Samstagabend eine Pizza ausm Angebot gegen 23:15 Uhr bestellt. Wartezeit war gegen 30-40 Minuten, was wir als akzeptabel angenommen haben. Um 01:15 Uhr nachts waren wir sicher, dass die Pizza garnicht kommt und sind bereits hungrig zum Schlafen gegangen. Kurz nach halb zwei weckt uns ein Anruf vom Lieferant, dass die Pizza in 3 Minuten kommt. So war‘s auch. Ohne Entschuldigung, guckte auf mich schräg, der in meinem Schlafanzug vor ihm stand, drückte die Pizza zügig in meine Hände. Die Rechnung war €18,90 und ich habe einen €20-Schein ihm gegeben. Ohne sich fürs nicht verdiente Trinkgeld zu bedanken, verschwand der Lieferant in die Nacht. Die Pizza war aber lecker. Trotz langer Wartezeit haben wir sie gefressen und wieder eingeschlafen.

Ich habe heute über den liefera.de bei dem Da Persioin Restaurant in Freiburg Tullastrasse meine Wunschpizza bestellt alle Zutaten waren vorhanden die Pizza war sehr lecker und mein Nachtisch Desserts Tiramisu hausgemacht war auch sehr gut ,ich wohne in denzlingen Heidach und war überrascht dass der Lieferdienst sehr pünktlich Das Restaurant hat meine Pizza die ich haben wollte sehr gut gewürzt es hat immer bei jedem bisschen geschmeckt So kann das Restaurant empfehlen Da Persio kann

One Family Imbiss ist ein echter Lichtblick in der Imbiss-Szene. Super gute Qualität, frisch zubereitet aus guten tagesfrischen Zutaten. Unter der Woche ist der Stand sehr beliebt bei Mitarbeitern der umliegenden Firmen. Die Betreiber sind junge, sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Syrer. Hier macht die Pause und der Imbiss Spaß. Weiter so und viel Erfolg bei dem überzeugenden Konzept.

Katastrophale Lieferzeiten... Dem entsprechend schmeckt dann auch das Essen... Nicht zu empfehlen!

Preis leistung völlig in ordnung ,freundlich, pünktlich. Wer bei einem Pizza Lieferdienst allerdings Sterne Niveau erwartet, der wird wohl enttäuscht sein. Wer lecker satt werden will ist hier richtig.

Das essen war sehr lecker, auser die Pommes, die waren kalt und sehr matschig. Die gegrillten Scampi sind aber wirklich sehr lecker. Lieferdienst ist ok, ging 15 Mins länger als angekündigt.

GUTE POMMES !!!!!!! :) glaub hab noch nie so gute gegessen!! So schön weich und kalt mag ich sie am liebsten. Schnitzel war ok.

Schon öfters dort bestellt, leider immer enttäuscht gewesen. Dieses mal war die Salatsoße nicht für den Gebrauch gemacht, sie war schlecht.

Bestellte Muscheln in Kräuterbutter.Geliefert wurden Muscheln in einer Art Tomatensoße. Geht gar nicht.

Lieferzeit über 25% länger als angegeben. Pizza war gut, Indisches Essen hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Kann man mal machen, mein Favorit ist es allerdings nicht.

2 mal bestellt, 2 mal pünktlich eine knusprige und üppig belegte Pizza erhalten. Der Käserand ist wirklich lecker! Für mich der beste Pizza Lieferdienst in freiburger Umgebung !

Das erste mal bestellt - super zufrieden. Hatten einen Salat mit Indisch-mariniertem Fleisch, Nuggets mit Pommes, 1 Croque, Pizzabrötchen gefüllt. Hat super geschmeckt. Auf jeden fall wird da nochmal bestellt.

Wie immer sehr gutes Essen, sehr freundlicher Service und vor allem man hat keine Wartezeit. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben für 4 Personen per Telefon Essen bestellt und konnten dies schon nach 20 Minuten abholen. Die Portionen waren ordentlich und es hat jedem geschmeckt. Beseonders lecker waren die kleinen Pizzabrötchen.

Schnelle Lieferung und günstiger Mittagstisch

Pizza klein, mäßig warm, Lieferant ein wenig unfreundlich. Lieferung aber sehr schnell. Besser als hungern.

Pizza ist lecker, kann man auch nicht viel falsch machen und da dieser Lieferdienst lange auf hat auch echt n plus für alle diejenigen, die in der Nacht hungrig werden. Aber das essen nun zum 3. Mal in Folge vom Lieferanten hingeklatscht zu bekommen, ohne hallo ohne nichts und es einfach an der Info stehen zu lassen, weil man "jetzt Feierabend hat"... Das geht garnicht!!!!

Jederzeit wieder, der beste Lieferservice, Essen Top wie bestellt, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Bei den anderen waren nie wirklich zufrieden, heute bei Da Persio bestellt und wir waren so zufrieden wie bei keinem anderen Lieferanten.
