The food was delicious, but unfortunately, delivery took a bit longer. So we only had two servings in 60 minutes. Everything else was very good! We'll be back without any time pressure!
Unfortunately, my experience with this store was extremely disappointing. The courier, who was part of the company's own team, shouted at me loudly on the phone, was aggressive, and treated me disrespectfully as a customer. Due to this inappropriate behavior, I refused to accept the order. Besides, I had already waited a very long time for the food.
Despite several attempts to resolve the incident, no one responded to my concerns. I even went to the store in person and called to let them know that I no longer wanted the food under these circumstances. They simply took my details and "promised" that the manager would take care of it and I could get my money back. To date, I have not received any reimbursement.
When delivering food, service should be the top priority, especially from the people who represent the company to the outside world. It is completely unacceptable to send a courier who shifts their own responsibility for mistakes (their parking ticket) onto the customer. This behavior was simply rude and disrespectful and is extremely unacceptable. Never again!
The pizza is very good and I say this as an Italian, better than many others found in our country. Friendly staff and welcoming environment. Recommended!
