Wir durften hier ein Hochzeitsdiner für ca. 20 Personen genießen. Champagner-Empfang, sechs höchst köstliche Gänge, dazu drei vorzügliche Weine, serviert von einem stets freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Service-Team. Die Abstimmung und Umsetzung von zusätzlicher externer Deko und Torte verlief ebenso reibungslos.

Unser absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant! Die Qualität der Küche steht der Frankfurter Sterneküche in nichts nach, die Atmosphäre ist dabei aber wesentlich angenehmer und persönlicher. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! 👍🏻 Auch die Bedienungen sind sehr professionell ohne dabei spießig zu sein. Es ist definitiv auch eine längere Anreise aus dem Umland wert. 😊

Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Menü war von der Vorspeise inkl. Gruß aus Küche, bis zum Nachtisch auf einem sehr sehr hohem Niveau. Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Mein Mann und ich haben unsere Hochzeit im Fleur de Sel gefeiert. Es war von Anfang bis Ende ein rundum perfekter Nachmittag und Abend. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und es gab für alle Aperitif und Canape. Wir haben noch einen Livemusiker (gehörte nicht zum Restaurant) engagiert, der einen perfekten Platz hatte. Alle Gäste konnten bei leckerem Empfang mit Musik erst einmal ankommen, sich unterhalten und uns dann begrüßen. Das 4-Gänge Menü war ein Traum und jedes Gericht hat perfekt geschmeckt. Wir konnten die Zeit zwischen den Gängen nutzen, um Fotos mit unseren Gästen zu machen und uns zu unterhalten. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass wir uns beeilen müssten oder dass die Küche im Stress war - sie hat alles bestens zeitlich abgestimmt und auf uns Rücksicht genommen, sodass wir genug Zeit und auch gleichzeitig warme Gänge genießen durften. Da ich zum Zeitpunkt der Hochzeit im 6. Monat schwanger war, wurde beim Menü natürlich alles berücksichtigt - aber auch bei unseren Gästen wurde auf jede Allergie und Unverträglichkeit individuell eingegangen. Für alkoholfreie Cocktails (und auch leckere Limonaden) war auch gesorgt. Beim Tanzen nach dem Essen und auch zwischendrin zu jeder Zeit hat mir das äußerst aufmerksame Team jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Zum Nachtisch haben wir eine Etagere bestellt, aus Cupcakes und Crème Brûlée. Dass alle noch vom Menü satt waren, hat keinen daran gehindert, den köstlichen und mit Liebe zubereiten (2.) Nachtisch auch noch zu genießen. Yasemin, Patrick und ihr gesamtes Team haben sich super um uns gekümmert und wir können jedem eine private Feier im Fleur de Sel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Mit liebe zum Detail und feinsten Kreationen aus der Küche denken wir auch Monate später noch gerne an unseren schönsten Abend zurück. 🥰

Einfach lecker , sehr zuvorkommendes personal und einfach super und leckeres essen

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Harmonie der einzelnen Zutaten war hervorragend, ohne dass die Sauce allein im Vordergrund stand. Man merkte, dass die Temperatur der Speisen wichtig ist, und das Verhältnis zwischen der Temperatur auf dem Teller und beim Essen war optimal.

Fabelhaft wie immer! Alles mit „sehr“: Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service, sehr ansprechende Auswahl, sehr gutes Essen sehr schön angerichtet. Auch eine Bitte um Änderung der Beilagen wurde unkompliziert erfüllt.

Art on a plate, love in the taste – absolutely perfect fine dining! "Le Fleur de Sel" in Maintal completely captivated us! From the appetizer to the main course, it was a culinary highlight of the highest order, true fine dining at its best. The beef fillet deserves special mention: it was so tender it melted in your mouth and so incredibly flavorful that we spontaneously ordered a second main course – that says it all about the quality! All the dishes were perfectly presented – true art on a plate and a feast for the eyes. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They were able to recommend a wine to complement every dish, and even though we didn't order any, we could tell from the other guests how pleased they were with their recommendations. The opportunity to peek into the kitchen allowed us to observe the final, artistic touches being added to the plates. The ambiance is simple and elegant, just right for enjoying the culinary creations in peace and quiet. The cocktails were also delicious, and even the coffee was exceptional. Finally, our hostess treated us to a delicious limoncello on the house – a wonderful gesture that perfectly rounded off the evening. A fantastic team, an unforgettable experience. We are overwhelmed and will definitely be back!

We visited Fleur de Sel in Maintal for the first time for our son's wedding reception. Upon arrival, we received a friendly and personal welcome (the owner had done extensive research into the guests beforehand), and everything was beautifully and lovingly set. The decor reflects the ambiance of southern France and is very tasteful with its warm tones and various decorative elements. The kitchen is open to view, which we personally really like. We were welcomed with crémant and canapés. During the meal, Fleur de Sel took into account all the intolerances, allergies, and other requirements (e.g., meat-free) that were mentioned in the wedding invitation, and they also catered specifically to the children present. The food (a welcome from the kitchen and a four-course menu) was visually perfectly presented, optimally portioned, and overall delicious. 34 guests were served attentively, very courteously, and friendly. In the restaurant itself, there was also enough space for the gift table, the obligatory photo booth, music, and even dancing. Our conclusion: With an excellent meal in a beautiful and cozy atmosphere and with very friendly and attentive staff, we felt very comfortable and will gladly return.

We ate at Fleur de Sel on July 14th (France's national holiday). The menu was fantastic. Very, very tasty, imaginative, and of excellent quality. The value for money was absolutely reasonable. The musical entertainment was perfectly chosen for the day. We were all thrilled and are already looking forward to our next visit to Fleur de Sel.

As a long-time regular customer, my family and I have celebrated every occasion here. The food was always excellent. I even had my first date here, as well as our wedding reception (in 2019), and to this day, every wedding guest raves about the wonderful menu. Unfortunately, for various understandable reasons, Fleur de Sel is only open a few days a week. We will definitely eat here often. Please don't remove the crème brûlée from the menu.

One of the coziest and warmest places I've been to. I was gifted a birthday voucher in April, right around Easter. They were very flexbile on table arrangement and reservations and managed to squeeze us in last minute. The food served was really something you eat at Michelin star restaurants. The portions were big enough to be shared by two. Fresh seasonal ingredients combined into truly amazing meals. Flavours and plating - impeccable! Just fantastic! I really can't find any other words to describe it! Even though the night was busy, the staff took time to hear us out and plan our courses together with them advising on drinks and combinations for my husband and me! The Fleur de Sel is a little paradise for gourmets and connoisseurs. The food is cooked with passion at a high level, and in the service you can feel the passion for the restaurant and especially for the guests. Excellent wines, a relaxed atmosphere without any aloof or stilted character. So you can feast and enjoy in a relaxed manner. Our culinary universe would be poorer without Fleur de Sel.

Sehr sehr schönes Ambiente, zuvorkommendes Personal und das Essen hat uns auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Es war besonders schön auf dem Teller angerichtet und somit nicht nur für den Geschmack ein Genuss, sondern auch für das Auge. Gerne wieder.

Wonderful evening at Fleur de Sel – a real gem in Maintal! We celebrated our anniversary at Fleur de Sel and couldn't have asked for a better place to do it. From the first minute we felt incredibly comfortable - the service was warm, attentive and professional. The wine recommendation was perfect and we were treated as friendly as if we were long-time regulars. The ambience is beautiful: stylish furnishings, pleasant lighting with LED lamps on the tables and French music in the background. There is plenty of space, you can talk undisturbed and simply enjoy yourself. The food was an absolute highlight! Especially the red cabbage soup with napkin dumplings – a creative and incredibly tasty idea. The zucchini with goat cheese and tomato sugo not only tasted fantastic but was also beautifully prepared. The main course, beef fillet tips on truffled risotto, was outstanding - a large portion, perfectly seasoned and simply delicious. Unfortunately, we were so full afterwards that we couldn't manage dessert - but that's a good reason to come back soon! We are particularly excited about the French cheese variations. Next time we look forward to sitting on the beautiful terrace and enjoying the meal al fresco. An all-round perfect evening – we’ll definitely be back!

We were at Fleur de Sel for the first time today and we were more than thrilled. The dishes are not only exceptionally creative but also an absolute culinary delight. The extremely friendly service staff made sure that we didn't lack anything and that we felt extremely comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

A very successful evening. The food tasted very good and was an absolute taste experience. The service is extremely attentive and above-average nice and accommodating. The price-performance ratio is very good for such a craft. There were two of us and we both had 4 courses. The portions are very fair and sufficient for a delicate restaurant. There was nothing to complain about or criticize from our side. We can recommend this restaurant without reservation. You should treat yourself to an evening with your loved one here. Keep it up, you're doing everything right. 👍🏼
