For my friends and I, the Mo Restaurant is one of the best in Hamburg. We are always warmly welcomed here and the various dishes and drinks are simply perfect and prepared with a lot of love. I'm now a regular customer at Mo :-)... I discovered it by chance 2 years ago and I'm always impressed by the delicious Asian fusion food, especially the sushi, good wines and the friendliness of Ducco and the team relaxed, cozy atmosphere... you'll enjoy driving from HH-Westen (Ottensen) to Eppendorf ;-). Price-performance ratio is really great! I would also like to give more stars.

Tasty, quick, friendly. Pink deduction because of the window seat where it pulled and the mangoes in the salad were tough.

I was here for the second time and I'm thrilled again! The service is extremely courteous, and the open kitchen brings a pleasant atmosphere to the small, almost cozy restaurant. Two years ago I was particularly impressed by the sushi and mango salad as starters. The 'Sushi Special' main course, created by the master himself, was a real highlight. Today I tried a vegan version of the sushi - also very tasty, although we would have expected more than 8 rolls for €15. The main course Pad Thai was delicious, with fresh vegetables, tasty tofu and a great coconut sauce. I've been here twice now and was completely convinced both times. Clear recommendation!

Very tasty food of great quality at fair prices. The kitchen is very flexible and put scallops on the wakame salad when we requested it. Taste 1A! However, the tempura prawns (torpedo prawns) were breaded a bit too thickly for my taste. Still a 5/5.

The sushi was of very good quality and lovingly presented. Plate, duck curry extremely tasty. Price performance is okay.

We come here more often, not only because it's so close to us, but because it's the best Asian restaurant in the area.

Absolute failure. Our table was sticky and wasn't cleaned, our cutlery was forgotten even after repeated requests, and our drinks arrived late. The food was terrible and my portion almost tasted burnt. My friend was happy with his meal. Unfortunately, the worst service I have ever experienced.

Very nice staff and food came very quickly. We ordered the beef ginger. The first time it was extremely tasty, beautifully seared and the second time it was absolutely disastrous. The taste has deteriorated a lot, I wouldn't go there again.

I had a fantastic experience at this Asian restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was full of authentic flavors. Great sushi, incredibly tasty rolls with consistently good quality, large rolls consisting of 8 pieces and not just 5 pieces like some alternatives. Maybe a little higher in price, but justified. You should definitely reserve at the popular times because there are relatively few places available.

Nice ambience and excellent Asian fusion cuisine. I had sashimi “One for All” a little bit of everything. The restaurant was recommended to me by Noah and I have to say it was the best sushi in all of Hamburg. I would recommend making a reservation, especially for indoors. There are also nice seats outside, but it's worth making a reservation to get a seat inside. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was first class. All in all a great evening, highly recommended!

Very friendly and very tasty food.

The sushi delivered was very tasty. Sashimi looked very glassy and fresh. Something was forgotten during delivery, but this was resolved very quickly by the service on the phone and the replacement delivery was arranged immediately.

Excellent restaurant - highly recommended! Sushi is very tasty and has plenty of fish in it. The appetizers and drinks are also recommended. Price-wise it's a bit on the more expensive side, but you can definitely do it to enjoy every now and then!

We just google’d for the best experience food in Hamburg and this restaurant was one of the few which popped up. Although a bit away from the town centre we decided to go. No regrets! Perfect food and great and friendly service. We had the Pho soup with beef and the Hot Wok Mo’s special curry with salmon. Both cooked to perfection. Recommended!!

The food was absolutely amazing! We had S2 and S3 as soup in advance. Then everyone the H3, Japan in the Duck. For “dessert” we had the F4 and F5. Everything was super tasty. The mix of Japanese and Vietnamese food (sweet and salty) go perfectly together! The search for exotic or unusual food sent us straight to the right restaurant! The prices are great! The staff is very young and is establishing a new fusion cuisine Gladly and soon again!

We called 4 times, the first time we called told us we would have a table in 30 minutes, after calling 3 times saying if it was safe to have a table when we arrived When we arrived at the place they told us that we would have to wait for 1 hour. After making a 40 minute trip specifically to eat locally. I find it embarrassing

Unfortunately I didn't order the right thing, so I thought the food was just ok, service was good, cleanliness left something to be desired, tables/map a bit sticky. Ambience is actually quite nice, quite dark. But I would still come back again as the other dishes looked very tasty.

Would like to give the restaurant 6 stars!! Great food, great service, very inviting atmosphere. By far the best Asian in the area. And the prices are almost too cheap for Eppendorf... But I'm not complaining!!! 😄 We'd love to come back!

My favorite Asian restaurant in Hamburg. I have been here numerous times and have also taken takeout and every time I have been very satisfied. The food is so good, so tasty that I will continue to stay loyal to this wonderful place. The staff is very friendly and they are all very nice.

Edit: Unfortunately I have to revise my review significantly downwards! There is a huge difference between eating on site and ordering. When ordering, we were occasionally disappointed by the quality and once the service was just rude and bordered on fraud! We had ordered various things and two things were missing when they were delivered. Unfortunately, we only gradually noticed that the things were missing and so I had to call twice. On both calls they didn't want to credit me the full money for the missing items. Every time I was offered 1-2 € less as a credit because they could no longer deliver it. The path would now be too far for two things!!! When I complained that they wanted to credit me less money than I paid, the guy on the phone became rude and simply hung up. That was the last time I was/ordered from you. The €12.80 is more or less wasted! I don't feel like contacting you again about this. Super delicious food!!! I was there once and ordered twice. Of course the food is even better on site, but it also tasted great when delivered! The waiters on site and the drivers were very nice. Delivery time was ok too. I really can't say anything bad so far, except that there should be more of your restaurants 😅 Great, keep it up!

Most people really like the sushi here. Not so for us. That's just California style. This also includes the dry ice volcano on the table. In other stores there are fireworks, what the heck... The rolls are so thick, the pieces are very large, lots of mayo on top, some of them deep fried. Too big to put all the way in your mouth but you can't bite through it because of the algae leaves. The only fish available is tuna and salmon. Anyone who knows what is here will be satisfied. 70 € for two sushi (with a little fish in it) plus a drink each is also a lot of money. We'll keep looking for a good sushi shop.

We became aware of the restaurant via social media. The taste of the Pho soup was outstanding, I can't put it any other way, but you have to try it yourself to judge it. We also had sushi as a starter, which was served to us with dry ice as decoration and enhanced the whole thing even more. The service was also super nice. Unfortunately we couldn't give a tip because it wasn't possible via EC, which I thought was a shame because the waitress definitely deserved it. I can only recommend MO!

Undoubtedly really good, high quality food. But why 4.8 stars? For me it's more like 4.5 stars: we had the sushi platter for two, which I've found better elsewhere. Above all, the sushi was too soaked in sauce for me, so the original taste experience was somewhat lost. However, I found the presentation of the record to be really successful. Conclusion: The restaurant is a good choice!

That was really great, my dears ❤️👌 From the reservation phone call to the welcome to the service, it's simply first class! The store was full, people's orders were plentiful and everything still went super quickly, from the drinks to the different courses. They also took a lot of time with questions and explained everything in detail without giving the impression that the staff were stressed. Really very professional, skillful and just super warm and nice. The food was also really great, only the tempura shrimp had a bit of a lot of color. A lot of attention to detail and a nice cozy atmosphere, although it is rather simply furnished, but the decoration and furnishings easily make up for it. Thank you for the lovely evening, we would love to come back. 😋

Bei einer Bewertung von 4,8 Sternen hatte ich eine sehr hohe Erwartung, als ich das Restaurant besucht habe. Diese konnte leider überhaupt nicht erfüllt werden. Das Personal ist zwar sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, aber das Essen war im besten Fall (!) in Ordnung. Das Beste daran war die Präsentation. Das Essen meiner Begleitung blieb daher fast unangetastet und mein eigenes habe ich in Sojasoße getränkt. Am Nebentisch war man leider auch eher unzufrieden. Insofern fürchte ich, dass bei den Bewertungen nachgeholfen wurde. Ganz ehrlich: es lohnt sich nicht, also macht euch einen schönen Abend woanders.

Waren heute aufgrund eines Tagesausflugs in HH, und haben uns fürs Abendessen entschieden im MO zu essen. Die Positiven Rezensionen der anderen Besucher hatten uns hierzu bewogen und definitiv nicht enttäuscht. Von den Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichten bis zum Nachtisch und den hausgemachten Cocktails und Limonaden, es war alles auf einem extrem hohen Level und extrem lecker zubereitet. Auch der aufmerksame und freundliche Service war wirklich on Top! Schade, daß wir nicht näher bei Hamburg wohnen, sonst würden wir definitiv regelmäßig dort essen gehen. Nochmal vielen Dank an das Team für den schönen Abend!

Very tasty Asian fusion kitchen. I can recommend „Japan in the duck“ and Udon Noodles with Duck. There a few seats outside and many more inside. Reserving in advance is recommended though.

Essen super, mehr Fischanteil und man wird nicht mit übermäßig Reis satt gemacht. Qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Kleinigkeiten haben gestört. Z.B war die Vorspeise vor den Getränken da. Etwas Entschleunigung wäre gut an dieser Stelle. Des Weiteren waren die Homemade Lemonades viel zu süß, das war grenzwertig. Trotzdem TOP- deshalb 5 Sterne.
