Relaxed, friendly staff, fast service.
Delicious pizza, great atmosphere
There really isn't much more to say :)
Maybe it's just that the space inside isn't too big and it's better to make a reservation.
Two of the owners' dogs were also present with us.
Really lovely and well-behaved dogs (no barking or other noises all the time) should also be noted
If you want, you are welcome to pet it here :)
The best Italian restaurant I have had the pleasure of experiencing so far. The service is great, the visit is now very friendly!
I advise everyone to eat there again, because unfortunately the opportunity won't last long.
The food was delicious. I'm not really a sushi fan, but this one won me over. The service was very pleasant, and the music is quiet, so you can relax and have a good conversation.
Outstanding fair at a Bavarian restaurant in Bamburg. We were with a large group, but the servers were excellent and we had a terrific meal. The Salvaner Sparkling was the beverage of choice! Our food included the sardines and the fresh ox cheek. Everything was delicious! All of our traveling companions loved their meals as well! A very awesome place to dine, highly recommend Etelfrei for any meal!
We ordered avocado bread and Maultaschen (ravioli). The service was overwhelmed; we waited forever for everything. But okay, it was May. However, the avocado bread, which finally arrived after about an hour, was unfortunately completely overpriced at €13.50. A slice with avocado cream and arugula—that's not "fine dining," it's just plain cheeky.
Good pizza, but the pricing policy is unclear, which, in my opinion, leaves a bitter aftertaste!
Our daughter wanted a "pizza with mushrooms." We were then charged the price of a prosciutto e funghi, which cost €15.50. The reason given was that if you leave something out, it still costs the same. A Margherita with mushrooms would have been cheaper, of course, but we should have ordered it that way anyway... aha.
In my opinion, that's simply not acceptable. But if you want to scare customers away for €2.50, fine!
I've known this well-known Zöblitz restaurant since childhood, from family celebrations, class reunions, and various group dinners. Today, I once again had the opportunity to enjoy a small family dinner. All in all, I'd like to say: heartfelt thanks and the greatest respect to owner Steffen Klemm, who is also the head chef, and his team.
We chose classic dishes: asparagus soup (served with two small sandwiches because my wife had expressed her interest in trying it), zander with mixed vegetables and potatoes, a gratified steak with potato wedges, and a gratified vegetable pan. Everything was so lovingly and creatively presented and so delicious that you couldn't help but be amazed. The service was very attentive and friendly. The price of just over €20 for the main course was appropriate for the exceptional quality and freshness, as well as the ambiance. Even the presentation of the bill with a small gift was a delight. We found it a shame that there was only one other person in the restaurant besides us. This may have been because Mondays are usually the restaurant's day off, but on June 9th, the restaurant was open as well because of the holiday. We recommend checking the opening hours and making a reservation. We wish the Schwarzer Bär many more happy guests like us!
