Super friendly operators and the kebab is excellent. I can't say anything about any defects because I always eat in the store so the food is warm and fresh. And that's it.
I recently visited this restaurant and ordered a takeaway Adana Dürüm – unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The bread was tough and rubbery, not at all fresh or pleasant to eat. The Dürüm was packed with salad, but there was hardly any sign of the actual Adana: maybe 20-23 cm long and as thin as my thumb – absolutely not what you'd expect.
On top of that, I had to wait a very long time at the beginning – even though it wasn't very busy. The price isn't reasonable anyway. For what you get, the prices are an absolute disaster.
A few meters away is the Mevlana restaurant – I've always been satisfied there. Better food, better portions, better price. Conclusion: I can only advise against this place – at least when it comes to Adana Dürüm.
The food tastes delicious, the service is very accommodating, nice and polite. I eat there often, I recently ate there with my girlfriend. I deliberately chose this restaurant because it is pleasant for families.
The ambience and location are nice. Unfortunately, the food is mediocre and comparatively expensive. Most main courses are above €20 (as of May 2025). I ordered kofta. They came dry in a pan with 2-3 small pieces of vegetables, butter rice and a bland, not fresh-looking side salad with yogurt dressing. Upon request, no alternative to yogurt could be offered for lactose intolerant people. The kofta tasted absolutely nothing. As if you had just thrown minced meat into the pan without anything. Plus a (not homemade) apple spritzer €0.4 for €5.20 without ice, lemon or anything similar. Unfortunately, a server didn't understand anything and didn't pass on the concerns to the main waiter. Unfortunately a failure. I hope it was just the condition of the day.
Unfortunately very inauthentic. There were five of us there. Everyone ordered skewered dishes, such as kuzu şiş. These are traditionally served with lavaş. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. When asked, we were told that lavaş is only made for dürüm dishes. When we said we would like to order some for an additional charge, we were quoted a price of €9.80, which would be the price for a complete Dürüm. Too bad...
Prices too high for the small portions.
Excellent grills, very friendly staff. Too bad the excessive price for drinking water...coming from France it's surprising to have to pay for drinking water...
We saw it on tiktok yesterday and went here from wuppertal today. We ate döner teller, it was really delicious. The toilets were clean like a home toilet. Dönerteller was a bit expensive at 16💶 with cola, but after eating it, we didn't mind at all. We can eat at a place with such clean toilets for 20 Euros🙂👍
I've already recommended it to 2 people. We will go again very soon. Thank you.
Real rip off!!! Bought a kebab earlier, if I can even call it a kebab!!! Hardly any meat full from bottom to top with sauce and vegetables, really no meat, 2 chunks maybe more, not absolute impudence, I'll never set foot in this shed again
Unfortunately an absolute disappointment!
I was there in the evening to get a Dürüm - and it was a complete failure. The food was a disaster: the Dürüm was served to me ice cold, and the meat was anything but warm. Something like that doesn't work at all. In addition, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The whole store makes a bad impression. I definitely cannot recommend this place.
When paying by card late in the evening, he entered €2 more into the card machine instead of €7.50 because he thought I wouldn't notice. This is simply dishonorable and anti-social. No recommendation never eat there.
