Öz Urfa in Aachen

Hervorragendes türkisches Essen. Das Lokal ist in Ordnung, durch die verkehrsreichen Straßen etwas laut, aber nicht unerträglich. Der Service ist zufriedenstellend. Die Preise sind fair. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, um das Essen zu genießen.

Essen war okay, jedoch werden Kunden getäuscht, vor dem Laden steht Kartenzahlung möglich, im Laden steht dann erst ab 10€, worauf ich erst nach Bestellung hingewiesen wurde. Abgesehen davon ist dies nach Rechtlinien der Kartenbetreiber illegal und auch rechtlich nicht erlaubt. Das Finanzamt habe ich schon informiert.

Unglaublich leckeres Essen und toller Service! Wir waren in Aachen und haben hier zu Mittag gegessen. Alles war von Anfang bis Ende erstklassig. Das Essen war frisch und wurde schnell serviert. Weiter so!

Sie wollten mich in das Geschäft nebenan schicken, weil das Gericht, das ich bestellen wollte, bei ihnen leider nicht verfügbar war. Ich habe schließlich einen Dürüm bestellt. Das Gemüse darin war sehr warm und das Brot war gummiartig. Außerdem gab es keine Klimaanlage im Lokal, sodass es drinnen sehr heiß war.

Sehr gerne, hier ist eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung: Das Essen bei Öz Urfa war einfach unglaublich lecker! 🤩 Alles war frisch, perfekt gewürzt und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Besonders das Fleisch war super saftig und aromatisch – man merkt sofort die hohe Qualität. Auch der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Herzlicher Empfang Ausgezeichneter Service Hervorragendes Essen Tolle Atmosphäre

Öz urfa kannten wir aus Hannover. Dort war das Restaurant total super. Aber seitdem wir im Süden leben, hatten wir keine Chance mehr dort zu essen. Zu Besuch in Aachen wollten wir unbedingt bei Öz urfa essen. Wir haben Grill für zwei Leute genommen. Mit Getränke haben wir knapp 55€ bezahlt. Essen war solala. Würden dort nicht mehr essen.

Ein reichhaltiges Angebot an türkischen Spezialitäten.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und waren wieder rundum zufrieden mit dem Essen und dem freundlichen Service.

Heute waren meine Freundinnen und ich beim Öz Urfa essen und insgesamt muss ich leider sagen, dass diese Erfahrung sehr enttäuschend war. Es hat schon damit angefangen, dass man uns beim Betreten des Restaurants nicht begrüßt hat und es eine Weile gebraucht hat, bis man von irgendeinem Mitarbeiter zu einem Tisch geleitet wurde. Beim Sitzen hat man diese Passivität ebenfalls beobachten können als neue Kunden den Laden betretet haben und diese nicht empfangen wurden, was dazu geführt hat, dass diese eventuell den Laden verließen. Der Kellner der uns bediente erschien sehr unfreundlich uns gegenüber, was die Erfahrung bei diesem Restaurant ziemlich ruinierte, da das Essen selbst lecker und qualitativ hochwertig war. Jedoch ist uns gegen Ende ein Stück einer Plastikfolie in dem Essen von einem von uns aufgefallen, welches wir zuerst einem anderen Kellner meldeten, worauf ein trockenes Sorry nur kam und der Teller dann einfach auf unser Wunsch zurück genommen wurde. Als wir dann eine weitere Kellnerin darauf ansprachen wurde auch nur eine trockene Reaktion gezeigt und man kam uns nicht entgegen mit einer Lösung oder einer Kompensation. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war bereits die Stimmung bei uns gekippt und man merkte, dass der Kellner, der unsere Bestellung annahm, diesen Vorfall ignorierte und nicht Ernst nahm. Wir beschlossen uns aber am Ende einfach den vollen Preis zuzahlen und bei der Zahlung nutzten wir die Gelegenheit dem Kellner unsere ehrliche Meinung mitzuteilen, bezüglich des Vorfalls. Auch da lachte der Kellner nur und sagte, dass das Essen nächstes mal auf ihn ginge, dies jedoch in einer sehr unseriösen und ironischen Art. Als wir dann das Restaurant verließen, lachte dieser nur uns aus, welches erneut für eine große Enttäuschung bei uns sorgte. Außerdem waren auch die Toiletten ziemlich verdreckt und zum Teil auch verstopft, wobei auch die Böden voll uriniert waren. Kurz lässt sich also sagen, dass es schade ist, dass unsere Erfahrung so enttäuschend und schlecht war, da eigentlich das Essen geschmeckt hat und die Preise okay waren.

Alles außer das Dönerfleisch war super(hatte den gemischten Grillteller). Es ist zwar yaprak aber entweder wegen der gewählten Fleischteile oder der Marinade war es geschmaklich nicht da wo es sein kann.

Ich hatte am Freitag einen Tisch für Samstag um 18:30 Uhr reserviert. Als ich am nächsten Tag pünktlich mit meiner Frau erschien, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass alle Tische storniert seien, da nach Iftar keine Gäste mehr angenommen würden. Diese Information wurde mir bei der Reservierung jedoch nie mitgeteilt. Auf meine Nachfrage reagierte der Kellner defensiv und statt eine Lösung zu suchen, brachte der Kellner neue Ausreden vor. Zuerst hieß es, alle Reservierungen seien storniert worden. Dann wurde argumentiert, wir seien "nach Iftar" gekommen. Schließlich zeigte er demonstrativ auf sein Handy und meinte, wir seien zu spät, es war 18:36 Uhr. Diese paar Minuten waren allerdings erst durch die unnötige Diskussion entstanden. Eine Reservierung ohne vorherige Information einfach zu streichen und den Gast dann so zu behandeln, ist absolut unprofessionell. Ich habe selbst in der Gastronomie gearbeitet und weiß, dass man wichtige Regeln klar kommunizieren und im Notfall die Gäste telefonisch informieren muss. Außerdem waren noch zwei freie Tische sichtbar! Am Ende mussten wir ohne Essen wieder gehen und 30 Minuten nach einem anderen Restaurant suchen. Insgesamt eine sehr schlechte und enttäuschende Erfahrung. Leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Wir haben Essen bestellt, das erst 1-2 Stunden später ankam – eine absolute Katastrophe. Ich musste dringend irgendwohin und konnte wegen denen nicht hin 👎👎

Eine wunderbare Entdeckung mit Freunden. Die Mezze waren fantastisch, ebenso das Holzkohlegrillfleisch – ein wahrer Genuss. Vielen Dank an die unglaublich freundliche Kellnerin, die sich sogar die Mühe machte, ein bisschen Französisch zu sprechen. Ich kann das Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen.

Wunderbar präsentierte orientalische Gerichte. Absolut köstlich. Die Suppen sind der absolute Hit!

Wir haben heute Lahmacun bestellt, und es war komplett roh; die Toppings waren noch roh. Obwohl wir Zitrone bestellt hatten, fehlte sie. Es war kaum Pommes (eine türkische Käsesorte) dabei, obwohl wir alles bezahlt hatten. Es war eine riesige Enttäuschung.

Wenn mann eine Grillplatte für zwei Personen bestellt und man denkt das es Heiß 🔥 auf den Tisch kommt und dann total enttäuscht 😞 ist das es innerhalb von Minuten kalt ist weil das Teil wie auf den Foto nicht beheizt wird ist man ganz schön enttäuscht, auch auf die Frage an die Bewirtung warum es nicht beheizt ist, es sei nur Deco ! Vielleicht sollten mann Spielgeld mitbringen auch als Deco. !!!!!!! Nochmal nicht , schade um die 90 Euro die wir bezahlt haben. Wir hätten gerne weiter gegessen, es war dann zu kalt.

Ich meine, es ist ein nettes Lokal, aber der Service ist ziemlich schlecht. Sie sprechen kein Englisch und sind nicht hilfsbereit. Ich habe mehrmals nach einem Kellner gefragt, aber es dauerte immerhin fünf bis sechs Minuten, bis jemand kam. Das Essen ist zwar gut, aber etwas kalt. Ich verstehe, dass viel los ist, aber es könnte besser sein.

Das Personal war freundlich und der Service ausgezeichnet. Das Künefe-Dessert war köstlich; ich habe mehr als die Hälfte davon gegessen, bevor ich daran dachte, ein Foto zu machen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Seit Jahren immer daran vorbei gelaufen und oft das Essen auf den Tellern der Gäste bestaunt. Heute haben wir es Zeitlich endlich geschafft hier einzukehren. Herzlicher Empfang, leckeres Essen. Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen bald wieder.

Mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Aachen. Wir waren 2019 dort und haben uns sehr gefreut, dass es 2025 immer noch geöffnet ist, der Service weiterhin sehr freundlich ist, das Essen immer noch köstlich schmeckt und die Preise für die großen und leckeren Portionen immer noch recht günstig sind. Hier unser Feedback zu unserem Besuch bei Öz Urfa 1988 Einmal und NIE wieder: Es war wirklich enttäuschend und schlecht!!! - Es gab nur kleine Teller und viele der Teller hatten Macken - es bestand Gefahr sich zu verletzen. - Es gab keinen O-Saft, sondern nur süße Plörre: entweder Leitungswasser oder gezuckertes Zitronenwasser. Sonst nichts. - Es gab keine Brötchen, sondern nur dünnes Fladenbrot, dass eher wie ein Naan-Brot war. Ich denke aber, das man bei einem türkischen Restaurant ein gutes Fladenbrot erwarten kann. Hier aber Fehlanzeige! - warmes Essen ist sofort kalt. Es gibt keine Warmhalteplatten: kaltes Rührei, kalte Würstchen, kalte Chicken Nuggets, etc. Alles ist kalt! - es gab keinen Obstsalat wie beschrieben. Auf Nachfrage bekam unsere Tochter einen Salat (siehe Foto) - Statt Milch zum Kaffee gibt es nur Kaffeesahne - die Butter war seit 7 Monaten abgelaufen (siehe Foto) - benutzte Teller werden nicht weggeräumt. - ⁠grundsätzlich hat man hat das allgemeine Gefühl, dass zu wenig Personal da ist und alles soll so billig wie möglich sein - Muffins und Schokokuchen definitiv aus dem Supermarkt um die Ecke - ⁠Die Hintergrundmusik ist zwar angenehm, aber es läuft ein YouTube Video inklusive Werbung Für das Geld hätte ich woanders gut oder sehr gut essen können! Jedes Mal, wenn wir dort essen gehen, kommt das Essen spät und kalt an. Alle im Restaurant riechen nach Schweiß, sogar die Kellner. Gehen Sie bloß nicht hin! Wir waren als Familie dort und würden nie wieder hingehen!

Für zwei Dürüm habe ich 20 € bezahlt. Leider war das Brot eiskalt, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich verschlechtert hat.

Es ist ein tolles Restaurant und die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich.

Auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant vor meiner Zugfahrt googelte ich „bester Döner in Aachen“. Es gab so viele Möglichkeiten… Ich beschloss, zu Fuß zu gehen, und nachdem ich an einigen der vorgeschlagenen Adressen angehalten hatte, kam ich schließlich bei diesem Restaurant an. Was für ein toller erster Eindruck! Es war sauber, schön eingerichtet und vor allem roch es köstlich. Ich bestellte einen einfachen Rindfleisch-Döner mit einem Getränk und Pommes… Der Döner war unglaublich frisch, das Fleisch perfekt gegart und gewürzt… Ein wirklich ausgezeichnetes Restaurant; ich komme wieder, so Gott will.

Despite being in the city center, the place is completely quiet and has a lovely ambiance. The service and friendly welcome from the moment we entered were excellent. You can see the kitchen is spotless, and the downstairs restrooms are very clean and spacious. As for the flavors, they all taste authentic and fresh, starting with the Kelle Paça, followed by döner kebab and Urfa kebab. We would like to thank all the staff for their hard work and especially thank Tuka and Şaban for their service. Nazik Latif for his friendly service.

I went with my family for dinner on a friend's recommendation. We ordered their special grilled meat and döner pide. The pide was perfectly soft and flavorful. The grill was also delicious and piping hot. When we arrived, there was a table for two empty, so we sat there. When another table opened up, we asked for it, and they accommodated us. They were very attentive, and I was truly pleased with their service.

I ate at Öz Urfa and was absolutely thrilled. The food is simply superb – fresh, delicious, and prepared with so much love. I was particularly impressed by the flavorful grilled dishes and the fresh side dishes. The service was also excellent. The waiters were very friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome right away. Overall, a truly wonderful experience – I'll definitely be back!

I thought the food was great, but they wouldn't let us in during Covid. We came from Austria for a family trip, but we were very upset because they wouldn't let us in. But I understand, they have to follow the rules too :) What a difficult time it was. We couldn't eat anywhere unless we had a vaccine, and the food was banned, and we couldn't enter the stores.

The staff was friendly, the service was good, the food was delicious and tea was offered at the end of the meal.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The quality is never the same. The İskender kebab arrived bone dry and without any oil, and they said they didn't use butter. IS İSKENDER KIND WITHOUT BUTTER?! The lahmacun was definitely not the same flavor we used to have years ago. It was cold, unsalted, and the meat was flavorless. It was served without parsley or lemon. Is there such a thing in Turkish culture? The kunefe was also a disaster; even the frozen kunefe bought from the supermarket is more delicious. Instead of kaymak (clotted cream), they brought some weird pudding-like stuff on the side. Disgusting. Restaurants like this are a thing of the past.

We've been coming all the way from Cologne to eat here since 2016. The lahmacun and kebabs are legendary. It tastes just like the real thing in Urfa!

I can't agree with the reviews here. We just had breakfast there and were quite shocked. The buffet was tiny; there were no rolls, jam, Nutella, etc. Raw vegetables were only available in the form of sliced ​​salads, which is basically what you'd put on a doner kebab in the afternoon. It's a shame that it doesn't say anywhere that it only offers Turkish food and isn't meant to be a regular breakfast for everyone. We were shocked. There was hard baguette bread cut into thin slices. Delicious food, affordable nice service but forget a lot and slow

We stumbled across the breakfast by chance through a social deal. We received a warm welcome. It's comfortably furnished, and the homemade lemonade, which is included in the price, tastes refreshingly fruity. The buffet is simple but delicious and fully met my expectations. In addition to various breads, there are also vegetable pizzas, rice pudding, and anise cake. We'll definitely be back, as we saw delicious meat skewers at the deli counter, which we'll definitely try.

What a disgrace! I arrived long before the customer next to me, and their orders were placed before they could even begin their appetizers. My order was forgotten, and on top of that, the plate I requested didn't even arrive. I wish the lady had given us the same attention as she gives to the empty tables...

They brought us a menu, we wanted something Berlin döner style, I don't remember the name now, first he said they didn't have any bread but he said he would get it from a neighbor for you and took our order. The Berlin döner style product that came was not good at all, the döner inside was ice cold as if they put it in the fridge to prevent the meat from getting rotten and then brought it to us. The interesting thing is that the bread outside was between lukewarm and warm, I didn't like it that much, I won't go again. 2 stars because of their friendly attitude.

A spotlessly clean, elite, and affordable Turkish restaurant in Aachen. Look no further. Delicious food, pita bread, and kebabs await you. Our waiter, Şaban, from Bafra, is incredibly friendly and personable. And, surprisingly, the restroom is Turkish-style.

Feels like home! Lovely people, great food! We loved everything we had here. Lahmacun and doner are the best! I wish I had more space to try everything as they were all brilliant🤩 everyone was sooo friendly! If I come to Aachen again, this place will be the first spot I’ll visit 💜 thank you for everything.

We had an unforgettable dining experience in Aachen. The restaurant impressed us with exceptionally fresh and organic flavors, especially in their meat dishes. My only advice to the restaurant is to diversify its appetizers a bit more and maintain quality despite the limited availability, becoming a true 5-star kebab restaurant.

The price for the kunefe was very high. €8 per portion. Unfortunately, there was hardly any mozzarella in it. The main flavor angel hair and syrup are additives. It had almost only angel hair and syrup. It's not appropriate to serve it for the price. Instead, inform the customer that there's either no mozzarella or charge less.

The food was good and served quickly. However, the three waiters seemed more focused on talking to each other than paying attention to the customers. You had to wait or call them over whenever you wanted to order a drink. After the meal, you’re immediately offered a cup of Turkish tea, which is a nice touch — but apparently, wiping down the table didn’t cross their minds. It’s not that they were busy; they just seemed more interested in playing on their phones.

Leider war unser Besuch enttäuschend. Wir wurden nicht gut betreut und mussten sehr lange warten, um die Rechnung zu bezahlen. Trotz mehrmaliger Versuche, die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals zu bekommen, kam niemand zu uns. Das war sehr frustrierend und hat den Gesamteindruck des Restaurants stark beeinträchtigt.

The taste was zero, the food was ice cold, it was the most tasteless food I have ever eaten in my life. I regretted going there..

We were here with my family last week. The folk song that the waiter sang loudly was nice, but it was out of place. We ordered a plate and he brought a wrap. There were too many small bone pieces in the meat soup. (I made a small mound on the edge of the plate from the bone pieces) The taste was okay. We assuaged our hunger as soon as possible and continued on our way.

Nice place, places of worship downstairs. Friendly staff and really tasty food allahuma baarik!

Excellent grills, very friendly staff. Too bad the excessive price for drinking water...coming from France it's surprising to have to pay to drink water...

After a trip to Monschau we looked for a delicious restaurant and ended up here! How good, because everything was great from start to finish! The employee Şaban Abi was very attentive to our well-being! Thank you for that!

I was there with my family for Iftar (breaking the fast). Unfortunately the food was catastrophic. Döner plate: You could hardly tell whether it was chicken or veal. The pieces were too big. Adana skewers: The meat was still raw and therefore inedible. The menu stated that baklava was also included. However, that never came. When we paid, we mentioned that the food wasn't good and were just told off with "Happened". This store used to be great. Unfortunately I don't know what happened.

Tasty and good, but the portions can be a little larger.
