An incredibly bad place. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. The food is bad and tasteless. When I complained, instead of correcting it, they became hostile. Employees are talking loudly. I will never go again. Not recommended.

Normally I don't write reviews about a place, but I definitely have to point this out. Our food arrived late, one of us arrived, the other one didn't, it was cold, the service was terrible, they literally threw the basket of bread in front of us, the employees do not understand Turkish, we are from Belgium and we did not get a good service at all. In short, we did not like it even though it was our first time.

The worst food i ever ate! Hard like rock, smelly and very bad in taste.

I don’t know how this place doesn’t have 5 stars on Google. It was one of the best Turkish restaurants I’ve been to. The food was good but the service was outstanding! They gave me an extra salad and Turkish tea for free in the end. Also served complimentary dips. I was not expecting this considering that the restaurant is quite nicely decorated and a proper sit down dinner. The prices were quite affordable for the venue too. I ate all that is in the photo for 20€. I even had a socket to charge my phone behind my table. Overall my experience couldn’t have been better!

I found this restaurant excellent and I think it's very good value for money, we left with a full stomach and even my daughters (they don't generally eat much) loved the salads before the meal. I recommend this restaurant, the service is excellent and the price is adorable.

This is a very nice Turkish restaurant. It’s a perfect place to visit for those who miss their homeland. The grill dishes were very good. We ordered the öz urfa mixed for 2 person to taste a bit of everything. Everything we ate was truly delicious. The service was fast and attentive. The staff were caring and meticulous.

We moved to Aachen a few months ago and enjoy exploring new restaurants. We discovered a real pearl in Öz Urfa. The great oriental cuisine inspires us every time. The restaurant is modernly furnished and the presentation of the fresh dishes is simply great. The staff are very friendly and we always feel like we're eating with friends here. The price-performance ratio is excellent and the food is not only very tasty, but you also sit and eat right in the middle of the action. We will definitely come back and can only recommend this restaurant

Unfortunately I wasn't convinced by the breakfast buffet. Too little choice. Luckily I got it with a voucher and didn't pay the full price. We will come again to test the dinner.

We knew Öz urfa from Hanover. The restaurant there was absolutely great. But since we've been living in the south, we haven't had a chance to eat there anymore. When we visited Aachen, we really wanted to eat at Öz urfa. We took grill for two people. We paid just under €55 with drinks. Food was so-so. Wouldn't eat there anymore.

The restaurant is exquisitely decorated, the environment is very good, very clean, and there are fresh flowers on the table. After you sit down, each table will be given a whole fresh scone with some spread and a small plate of mint salad, which is easy to fill up. For the main course, we both ordered dish No. 6 on the menu, which was roast lamb + eggplant puree as a base, as well as roasted tomatoes and tiger pepper. Part of the pepper was spicy, and the other part had the taste of sweet pepper. It tasted very good and was slightly oily. . The cake is freshly baked and crispy. For dessert, I chose baklava again, an after-dinner dessert of puff pastry and chopped nuts. It is not sweet (the highest praise Chinese people have for desserts). The owner gave me two cups of Turkish black tea to go with the dessert. The tea was very fragrant. The waiters speak English, German, and Turkish and are very friendly, humorous, and enthusiastic.

Unusual but very nice atmosphere, everything was very clean.

Very good food and service. Unfortunately there is only one? vegetarian main course (spinach pide). But this was very good. While we waited there was some salad, freshly baked bread and spreads and at the end we got black tea.

The best restaurant for doner/kebab. They cook really well and the staff are really friendly. Emin in particular is a nice man who cares about the well-being of his guests.

They turned the glasses upside down and placed them directly on the table, the serving napkin was dirty, we ate liver, doner, tabuk/meat, none of them were good, it was not clear whether I ate meat or chicken in the doner, I ordered open ayran, the glass was hot and the ayran was also heated.

The ambience and food were completely OK. The food was very tasty and the ambience was good too. Unfortunately I have to say that I won't be coming back because of the high prices of the dishes.

The four of us were here today for the first time and for the last time for the Sunday breakfast brunch for 12.90 euros including drinks via Social Deal. Far too expensive for what you get and otherwise it supposedly costs 25 euros?! The food wasn't of good quality and the service wasn't friendly either. There was a small breakfast plate for everyone. You couldn't take a new plate. Melon e.g. B. you had to put the egg on the plate where you had previously left it. Well, you didn't feel like taking anything else anyway. There was menemen and egg with sucuk, both of which were cold. The buffet was also arranged in the corner where the stairs are. There was hardly any space and you had to put your body completely over the food to get anywhere. Spoons or ladles were missing. Unfriendly waiters with the smell of sweat. The four of us didn't feel well afterwards either. Let it be, at least the breakfast brunch.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker 😋. Ich war öfters in diesem Restaurant gewesen. Es gibt ein Problem u.s.w der Oberkellner! Sehr unrespekte Person und gibt das Essen wir er möchte und nicht wie der Kunde möchte, dann lässt das Essen dort und, wenn Mann sich beschwert, dann fängt an auf Türkisch zu brüllen zwischen die Gäste. Mann darf sich nicht beschwerden, ansonsten wird er laut und respektlos. Mann darf sich keinen Platz suchen! Er bestimmt diesen. Sogar das Kellner Team schämen sich für sein Verhalten. Und versuchen immer dann den Fehlern zu korrigieren. Viele meine Freunden Kreis haben auch die Meinung über ihn gehabt und werden nie wieder in diesem Restaurant essen gehen. Solange diese Person noch dort ist. Ich kenne Kellnern, die frühe dort tätig waren, sind nicht mehr dort tätig . Der Grund ist der Oberkellner. Einfach respektlose Person und fängt dann auf Türkisch zu schimpfen und wird laut. Wo bleibt der Chef bzw. Der Besitzer! Hauptsache Geld rein oder ? Kümmere dich um dein Laden und die armer Kellner. Und der Kunde bestimmt was er essen möchte und nicht der Oberkellner! Lg

Were here for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. Good food in generous portions. Prices quite fair. Service was good even though it was very busy. They probably came at a peak time and at the end of Ramadan. We preferred to go inside to pay, it was quicker than waiting outside. We'd love to come back.

Exceptional dining experience! Tender and tasty meat, well spiced, welcoming and smiling service. Magnificent table setting. Affordable prices. Highly recommend, 10/10! Imagine a waiter who constantly shouts. The one who scolds those who come late. Imagine a waiter throwing water over our heads at the homeless person (because the homeless person asked for it). We come because the food is good, but the view we encounter is incredible.

So I've known the restaurant for a long time, but it's really gone downhill. At least as far as the price-performance ratio is concerned. To be fair, it has to be said that the quality has remained the same. Unfortunately, that alone is not meaningful. What bothers me are the portions: So I can probably expect that if I pay €27 for an Iftar menu (GRILL PLATE), that there will also be a decent grill plate. But as you can see in the picture, the number of fries and meat is really not enough. Very unfortunate...

We reserved a place for 7 people for iftar. There were 4 options in the Ramadan menu. The menu only included soup and plated doner kebabs/fries. The average price was 30 euros with a drink. Thank God, we were full, but the offer was very little compared to the requested price. It would be more reasonable if you at least made the dessert and drink together. We arrived 40 minutes before iftar and made our order, the soups arrived immediately, but the food arrived quite late. It was not nice that it was smoky inside, but the owners of the place opened the windows later. The helpful waiter also did not welcome our requests. It's one of the places I won't choose again.

It takes a while for the waiters to come to you and take your order. Ramazan İftar menu €29.90 paid for a “grill plate” that consisted of 70% fries & 30% meat. A bit of chicken kebab, 3-4 chicken skewers and half of an Adana. For the price, that's not possible. The soup was OK. You were also not allowed to order outside of the İftar menu. The price is simply too much for what you get. It neither tasted earth-shattering nor did it fill you up. Not recommendable.

Since my old review appears to have been deleted, here is a new one. I ordered there a month ago, only received half of the order, called and was told that the card was wrong and that the items apparently weren't part of the order. When I left a bad review, I was called by an employee or owner who had nothing better to do than insult me. I would advise everyone against this restaurant

Addendum from 03/16/24 Were here again. Unfortunately I have to deduct two stars. Ordered Lahmacun again. Additionally a portion of kebab. According to the menu it should be veal kebab. In my opinion it was poultry or something. That is not how it works. The old kebab skewer was much better. Please change that. Bought Lahmacun to go. Was prepared. Super crispy and delicious. Staff very friendly and nice Addendum from 12/3/23 Ate here today. We each ordered Mercimek soup as a starter and a grilled plate for two as the main course. The Mercimek soup was really delicious. For us it's really the best in Aachen or in this region. You can literally taste the lentils. The grill plate rounded it all off. All types of meat are juicy and soft. Especially still warm after a long time. Operation and service were great! We will be back

The operator threatened me with legal action to remove my bad review... But the fact is, I lived right around the corner there on Ottostrasse and I tried the kebab and it really wasn't good. Essential ingredients such as cucumbers and tomatoes were missing and the staff didn't greet me with "hello" or "welcome" and only asked: "What do you want?" But the ambience was nice.

Super Restaurant mit großzügigen Portionen. Der gemischte Grillteller ist problemlos für 2 Personen ausreichend. Die äußerst freundliche Bedienung beherrscht Deutsch, Englisch und Türkisch. Zudem gibt es durchgehend passende und angenehm dezente Musik. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Leider war der Restaurantbesuch eine Katastrophe. Das Essen hat Null Geschmack, es schmeckt einfach nicht. Normaler weise bin ich nicht jemand, der viel meckert, aber selbst nach dem Umbau mega schlechtes Essen. Ich gehe oft draussen essen, tut euch einen gefallen und geht woanders essen. Der Kellner mega uninteressiert an seinem Job,die Tische dreckig.Der 1 Stern ist sogar zu viel für dieses Restaurant !

A very disappointing racist restaurant. I purposely came to this restaurant with a friend because other Chinese people recommended it. The shop assistant offered to show us something , I was looking forward to it and he uttered, Ching Chang Chong . Today is my 429th day living in Germany and I have never heard anyone say this very obvious racist sentence to me. My friend and I are both girls and I wonder if this waiter would have said this to us if we were both strong men who are 180 tall. Would he have dared? I love Aachen and this shop is a disgrace to Aachen. I can't believe that this waiter didn't realise that this word means racist, but he said it anyway. He thought the word was funny, but I don't think it was a joke, the premise of a joke should be that both parties find it funny. Instead, a man insulting two girls in a jokey way is disgusting. My friend and I won't be coming back and not only that, I'm going to post this restaurant on Chinese social media. I guarantee you that this racist restaurant will not be patronised by Chinese people again.
