Good shop with friendly staff. Unfortunately the food was rather dry, overly seasoned and disappointing.

Unfortunately, super rude. Delivery time given at Lieferando is 20-45 minutes. Delivery time 90 minutes confirmed by the owner. When I call, I have to let myself be picked up. Normal phone calls are not possible because the owner keeps interrupting me.

The food is really tasty and worth it, but... ...the first delivery service where ordering takes longer than delivery. ;) If the sentence has more than 4 words you have to start again. If there are more than 5 items in the order and countless rescheduling, you want to bite the phone, reminiscent of Monty Python the 2 guards at the door. Maybe don't let someone who has smoked his brains out for the first 20 years of his life take orders. ...Things that are advertised on the website/map apparently don't exist, but instead you get "Schnitzelwrap" explained, funny but unfortunately you have to start the previous order again. ...if you say at the beginning "Always only VEAL, NO chicken", you will still be asked for each dish whether "veal or chicken" Really tasty, but you just want to give the person taking the order a wax painter and have them paint a crayon picture. Dude, you're irradiated and I haven't experienced a normal order yet. I would pay money to play "Monday Painter" with him, pure fun for sure. Next time I'll come by and order on site, I have to experience it live. YOU'RE AMAZING!!! But it really gets to you when you want to order something for more than one person.

very bad shop, food doesn't taste good, and they're kidding people, we give tips and call because a meal was forgotten and then pretend to be clueless and just hang up and block as the caller people without any kind of empathy

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right and some dishes are very spicy without it being stated. The service is nice but unfortunately overwhelmed and unfortunately no structure or system. We waited 55 minutes for the food. The paramedic facilities are so-so.

I'm very upset. I bought a surprise bag through TGTG. I went there specifically and because the owner doesn't agree with TGTG, the customer has to bleed. I won't set foot in there anymore, no matter how good the food is. When you arrive, you simply cancel with the reason that there would be no more food, which is a lie. Just avoid such bad people, hope karma takes care of it.

Unfortunately, the delivery person came up very loudly and talking on the phone. Handed over the food while on the phone. And left again while making a phone call. The fries were warmed up three times, but still cold and inedible. The currywurst also took some getting used to. Very disappointed as we have ordered there 4 times before and it has always been delicious.

Doner meat is absolute rubbish if it was free I wouldn't eat it, it just tastes like fat and rotten Veal meat

We were regular customers. We had no idea what went wrong after the renovation, but after every order there was always something. I didn't always complain over the phone, but sorry, the quality has become a catastrophe. The things in my kebab I found unbelievable *gag*... no thanks ! We then left it at pizza but confirmed again today that you really shouldn't order anything anymore. It's a real shame

Attention change of ownership. Doner kebab is awesome now.

I ordered for lunch just lecker plate and chicken stroganoff . Both plates were delicious and I couldn’t choose one over the other to recommend. Their serving is generous. The woman that was there was very friendly , helped us choosing the plates and made sure that everything was going well.
