I often order a kebab, a pizza or a pide from Mercan and it always tastes amazing and thanks to the lovely Ömer the food arrives at my house so quickly that I can enjoy it while it's still warm. Thanks guys for your great work 💪🏽

I have ordered from you several times now and the food always tastes good. Delivery time is always great too! However, we have no understanding why we only get cold, wobbly fries instead of rice for the third time. Unfortunately, we weren't even informed by phone that the rice wasn't coming. It would be great if you let us know next time.

Well, 2 1/2 stars, you don't want to exaggerate completely - completely👌 Ordered via Lieferando, ordered 2 pizzas, approx. €21 (2 pizzas, no more) Taste okay, kebab shop average. However, the point: How can you make a pizza that costs €9-10 so brutally small? So that was more than just cheeky, pizza had a maximum average of MAX. 20-21cm. So a finished pizza (I think the best reference is Dr. Oetker) is definitely bigger. So the price/quantity isn't quite right

I used to be excited. Now I was horrified. The salad bar looked very uninviting. Everything smeared and mixed together. The counter hadn't seen any other rags either. Too bad.

Essen kam genau zur bestellten Zeit bei uns an. Die Dönerteller waren lecker, allerdings sind mir die Pommes nicht genügend frittiert (könnten noch 1-2 Minuten mehr vertragen) und die Dönersauce war etwas fad. Leider waren die Gerichte nur noch lauwarm gewesen.

Bestelle immer gerne hier. Pizzen und Döner sind hier meiner Meinung nach richtig gut. Zudem ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Hin und wieder kann es natürlich mal vorkommen, dass man länger auf die Bestellung wartet, als erwartet oder dass die Pizza nicht mehr ganz heiß ankommt, aber das sind meiner Meinung nach Fehler, die einfach überall mal passieren können.

Ich bestelle immer telefonisch und hole das Essen dann vor Ort ab. Selten das ich warten muss. Die Bedienung immer freundlich, immer ein nettes Wort. Ich geb auch gerne Trinkgeld, das finde ich gehört dazu.

Der Fahrer war nett ansonsten schlechter döner Kam kalt an Aus ca 45 min wurden fast eine Stunde und zehn Minuten Trotzdem lieber und cooler Fahrer ich wünsche dir nur das beste bruder

Sehr sehr lecker! Kann ich nur empfehlen, wir bestellen schon seit 3 Jahren dort und es ist erst einmal was vergessen worden was aber sofort nachgeliefert wurde. Ein super Service und jedes Mal schnelle Lieferung! Essen ist immer heiß und Portionen sind mehr als ausreichend, gerade in der heutigen Zeit sehr wichtig hier bekommt man noch was für sein Geld, gute Qualität für den preis

Super essen. Seit langem endlich ein ordentlicher Dönerladen mit super freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Man wird beim reinkommen von der Chefin persönlich begrüßt und man wird gefragt, was man essen mag. Es war zwar viel los, jedoch haben wir nicht lang warten müssen, bis wir unser Essen bekommen haben. Während der Wartezeit kann man auch ein nettes Gespräch halten. Super freundlich und das Essen schmeckt super.

Sehr nettes Personal und jeder sehr freundlich. Die Wartezeit ist vollkommen inordnung und das Essen bisher immer sehr lecker. Komme gerne wieder. Das Gorgonzolaschnitzel kann ich jedem empfehlen es mal zu probieren. Mein Lieblings Gericht.

Wir waren heute in Kreuztal unterwegs und haben den Laden aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen raus gesucht. Hat sich absolut gelohnt Super freundlich, tolles Fladenbrot, tolles Fleisch und eine gute Portion m. Sollten wir nochmal in der Nähe sein, werden wir wieder hier essen. :)

Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Megalecker. Sauber. Ich hatte schon diverse Gerichte und heute ein Pfefferschnitzel mit Pommes und Salat. Herrlich, mit leichter Zitronennote, hmmmm. Es gibt Sitzgelegenheiten, im Sommer bietet die rückwärtige Terrasse ein schönes sonniges Plätzchen. Ich kann Mercan Grill Imbiss nur empfehlen.
