We traveled to Krefeld from Schleswig-Holstein / Fockbek. To watch Gladbach on Saturday. To have a nice citizen meal, we decided to go to this nice place. We were not disappointed, the citizens were top, as was the price-performance ratio. Simply class. We will come again.

Cozy and nice. Delicious snacks for in between meals or for dinner. Unfortunately I can't find the menu online. There are photos of the menu here on Google Maps. Are these complete and up to date? Are there waffles with coffee in the afternoon? You don't know... Let's try it out.

After having great food and great service here last year, I was very disappointed today. There has probably been a change in staff in the kitchen?? No comparison to the previous year. Unfortunately, tarte flambée is just mediocre. Service was very friendly, but even though the restaurant wasn't even half full, it was a bit overwhelmed. It takes a long time to ask what you want to drink and then wait for two beers and a water, more than half an hour. The food takes even longer and will not fair to the price. In this price range, you would expect a little more...
