Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right and some dishes are very spicy without it being stated. The service is nice but unfortunately overwhelmed and unfortunately no structure or system. We waited 55 minutes for the food. The paramedic facilities are so-so.

Always very happy there. Food perfect and fresh. Very good selection of vegan, vegetarian and meat products. Price performance is perfect. A great atmosphere for families and groups.

It's a big Turkish restaurant. The ambience is nice and the food tastes good. You can easily go here with several people.

Despite the first bad experience, we wanted to give the store another chance, but the disappointment remains: Food arrives - inedible. The meat stank. So I ate a piece with difficulty and left the rest. Even the salad couldn't be swallowed. The employee comes, sees the almost untouched plate and asks whether it was tasty. Clearly not and it was explained to her. She then said she wouldn't book the meal. When she paid, she wanted the full price because her boss had said that it was normal for “fresh meat” to smell and that everything was okay with the food. Of course, just paid. And now very directly: Fresh meat doesn't smell like it makes you want to vomit. But since there's always little going on, you could just admit that the meat was stale and not that fresh. Here I will spare everyone the description of the toilet facilities.

So, how do I start... I come from Duisburg - first time here. All information is part of my first impression... - The ambience is wonderful - LED panels on the ceiling and LEDs on the wall. Beautiful "nature" all around (like in a beautiful forest)... The counter and bar look clean, just like the rest - no unnecessary garbage or dirt on the floor... The service took a little long to get to us Serving, but it was very quick during and after service... Drinks were brought immediately and the food was ready for both people in less than 10 minutes + fries. The kebab tasted delicious - the bread was incredibly soft and beautifully crispy on the outside. Nothing was burnt or not fresh. After 10 minutes the fries were still hot and delicious in the mouth😋 At the end it also comes down to the toilets... - The entrance was also equipped with an LED mirror, the sink was made of beautiful wooden basins and a nice surface can be seen. In addition, no run-of-the-mill hand soap. Also, very important in my opinion. The toilet paper was 4 layers!!!! You don't have anything like this anywhere (Very rare) So my recommendation: It’s worth a visit! No expensive prices.

I've already eaten here twice when I was in Bielefeld - and I haven't regretted it at all. Great atmosphere, in an old building, with high walls inside, some stucco and almost a 1950s flair. The food was excellent, the rotisserie plate was extremely tasty, with great meat. Lastly, the Dürüm kebab - probably in homemade dough with very tasty meat. The employees are very friendly, courteous and quick. Not far from the city/pedestrian zone - a highly recommended restaurant!

We were there at the beginning of Ramadan and were served very nicely. With the normal order you got 1 water, dates and a soup with iftar. After that I was there 3 more times. On the second visit we wanted to have Iftar together, but unfortunately the food didn't come at the same time, even though there were only two of us. My friend had her meal on time for Iftar and was ready before mine even arrived. It wasn't a weekend or a busy store. When I asked why the soup wasn't included, I was told that the soup would only be available if you mentioned it, even though we didn't mention it the first time. On the third visit you didn't get any water, soup or dates. Unfortunately, yesterday the kebab meat and chicken weren't cooked properly, and I mentioned it again and was told it was no longer available. If you offer something like this from the start during Ramadan, I think you should keep it that way or give the same answer to the employees so that there are no misunderstandings. Unfortunately after very disappointing!

I ate at this restaurant with my friends on a Saturday evening and I was very impressed! Despite the full house, the staff always remained friendly and calm. We had a plate for 2 people and Iskender, which is highly recommended. At the end we got Turkish tea on the house and ate Künefe with ice cream. Thank you very much again, we will definitely come back to eat there!

Our visit to the "Urfa" restaurant was an absolute disappointment. After waiting a full 30 minutes to even be offered a menu, and another frustrating 25 minutes before we could get a waiter's attention to place our order, our mood was already in the doldrums. But that's not all: the food took an inexplicably 20 minutes longer to prepare than usual, and to make matters worse, one dish was forgotten. The service at the "Urfa" restaurant was disastrous and we definitely won't be returning. Such unacceptable waiting time and lack of attention from staff ruined our experience.

We have been customers here for about 10 years and were satisfied until the restaurant moved to Feilen Strasse. The new restaurant you have is nicer and bigger. The food is mostly delicious, but when it arrives on time and not after 90 minutes and even one at a time. We are a family with 3 children who have become very impatient after this very long wait. What is annoying is that 2 tables were occupied half an hour later after us and their order was processed faster, even though they ordered the same as us and even though they didn't have any Have children. When the food came, unfortunately it didn't come together, but also at a great distance and when everything was on the table. the first dishes were already cold. As you can see in the picture, 5 people only received part of the order and even without cutlery. The last point: they only have 2 child seats, and if you have a baby seat, you have to carry the baby the whole time while eating because the restaurant only has 2 child seats. . .

With so much competition in Bielefeld, as a managing director I would really ask myself whether the business would continue with these cellars! We will definitely not come back to eat here again and will pass on our experience to friends and colleagues!

An amazingly large "dining room" with very high ceilings, lots of tables, chairs, benches and armchairs. Friendly service. The food is freshly prepared and it took a while. All the better when the food comes to the table hot. Everything we ordered was extremely tasty. Also good prices. Negative: Very loud music, quite loud in the large hall, blaring from small speakers all over the hall.

Been there for the first and last time. I have to say by far the bottom when it comes to Ocakbaşı. Nothing tasted good. Soup arrived lukewarm, very greasy… Ordered grill plate for 2 people. I wonder how Pirzola (lamb ribs) can be prepared so badly. The Adana spit has nothing to do with Adana. It's a shame, I was looking forward to something good.

Als zwei alte Freunde aus unterschiedlichen Städten haben wir uns auf halber Strecke in Bielefeld getroffen uns sind spontan bei Urfa Kebab eingekehrt. Wir haben eine Grillplatte für zwei bestellt (üppig, vielseitig, frisch und einfach köstlich) und anschließend Bier und Raki getrunken. Es war beeindruckend was uns die Angestellten (die alle gut gelaunt & humorvoll waren) über die türkische Küche und die div. Raki-Varianten zu berichten wussten und offensichtlichen Freude daran hatten. Da wir mein Portemonnaie verloren hatten, kamen nach einem Weihnachtsmarktbesuch zurück ins Restaurant in der Hoffnung dass es dort noch lag (was der Fall war). Die Bediensteten haben sich so sehr mit uns über das gefundene Portemonnaie gefreut dass sie uns auf einen Raki und Baklabar "auf's Haus" einluden. Nach einigen Anekdoten über die Türkische Küche sind wir dann wieder ins Weinachtsmarktgeschehen entschwunden und auf unserem Rückweg ins Hotel um 01:30 Uhr erneut spontan auf einen Absacker dort eingekehrt. Dieser ungeplant dritte Besuch binnen eiens Tages erzeugte eine amüsante Vertrautheit, sodass nun die ganze Belegschaft zusammen kam um mit uns den Abend bei einem letzten Raki ausklingen zu lassen. Warum ich all diese - scheinbar mit dem Essen nichts zu tun habenden - Eindrücke erwähne: Neben dem vielvältigen kulinarischen Besonderheiten hat das sympathische Team - welches sich Zeit für seine Gäste nimmt - einfach den Unterschied gemacht! Wir kommen wieder

Mega leckeres Essen, wir hatten 2 Vorspeisen, ein Nudelgericht, 2 Grillplatten und eine Pizza und waren alle begeistert. Der Service war auch sehr gut und es dauerte nicht lange, bis das Essen kam. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Yemek ve servis fena değildi. Yanliz dikkatimi çeken Cumartesi gece saat 01 civari gittim ve icerde kiminle Türkçe konuştuysam bilen yoktu ve sadece Almanca konusuyorlar.

Unser Beyti bestand aus 30% Fleisch und 70% elastischem Brot. Die Soße hatte nichts mit einem Beyti zutun. Sie schmeckte nicht nach Tomaten und war zu süß. Die Räumlichkeiten waren gegeben aber das Ambiente war eher kalt.

O ambiente é aconchegante e acolhedor, só esperava que a entrada viesse antes da comida e veio tudo junto. Mas estava tudo muito delicioso, voltarei.

Wir sind total begeistert und satt nach Hause gegangen. Tolle Essen, frisch zubereitet, kleine Vorspeise kostenlos, Getränkepreise deutlich unter dem Durchschnittspreise in Bielefeld. Hier stimmt sehr viel. Preis-Leistung ist 1A mit Sternchen. Und endlich mal ein Restaurant, das nicht wie ein Imbiss wirkt. Besser geht aber immer, daher vier Sterne beim Ambiente. So als Ansporn. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und supernett. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage. Also nichts wie hin!!
