Unfriendly to rude. Non-alcoholic beer brought without a bottle in a dirty glass. Impossible behavior when complaining. The kebab plate was average at best.

Both waiters don't take the order seriously, on Sunday April 6th at 2:30 p.m. hächnenspiws durum was simply brought without sauce even though it was ordered with a can, kofta in the bread despite the fact that it was mentioned when ordering that it wasn't supposed to be the same salad from the kebab but rather the extra thing with dead parsley and onions. They simply gave all the salad that you get with the kebab and have it with korektur. The simply repeated the same made normal chicken doner complete cold. This store has seriously screwed up extremely service is 000000000000

We had Iftar today and the restaurant provided us with dates which was very kind. Harun, who served us food, was very friendly and extremely kind. We were all very surprised by how nice he was. Because of him and the food, we will come again :)

Edel Döner! An sich super Fleisch und ein sehr gepflegtes Lokal. Mitarbeiter sind Kompetent und rund um die Uhr da. Die Produkte sind sehr lecker und die Preise dafür gerecht. Das einzige was ich bemängeln würde ist die Cocktailsoße die zu sehr nach Joghurt schmeckt und fast schon weiß ist und die Pommes die wabblig sind meistens. Ansonsten top Fleisch!!!!

So the products themselves aren't bad, but I have the feeling that they want to have customers other than me there... eaten there twice, got the wrong thing 3 times... even after repairs on the second visit, they completely forgot. The first time, when I was filling the Lahmacun, I said that I only wanted onions and the Doberman said yes and put everything on me..... make up your own mind but make sure you're wearing sunglasses and a Rolex 😅

Food and service great Update June 7, 2024 Unfortunately I have to change my rating from 4 years ago because things have unfortunately deteriorated so much Unfortunately, it's now a game of chance If you order there and the woman is there, you can basically go straight back out because the meat is sometimes not burned by bread and is incorrectly topped even though they said no onions due to allergies If you call and the woman is also on the phone, everything works again Here, too, meat has been misunderstood several times, not burnt by bread Drivers sent to wrong others Why 2 stars anyway because the boss is super nice and unfortunately the only competent one there

Unfortunately a disappointment. The meat was barely edible, totally tough and questionable in taste. The kebab was extremely sparsely filled, as if everything had been saved on. The overall taste was just unpleasant. I expected much more.

Ordered today, one menu didn't taste as usual. A quick call and they brought us a new one. That's what I call service... thank you very much! Very tasty shop
