Schrecklicher Kundenservice und absolute Abzocke! Ich habe ausdrücklich nur eine Currywurst für 5 € bestellt, aber der Mitarbeiter wollte mir ungefragt ein Menü für 9 € berechnen. Als ich ihn freundlich darauf hinwies, dass ich nur die Wurst bestellt habe, wurde er sofort extrem unfreundlich und pampig. Zur Krönung brachte er mir danach das Besteck, das in eine schmutzige, fettige Serviette eingewickelt war. Einfach nur eklig und unverschämt! Man bekommt stark das Gefühl, dass hier absichtlich versucht wird, Kunden mehr Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen, und bei Widerspruch wird man mit schlechter Laune bestraft. Diese Situation zeigt perfekt die katastrophale Einstellung dieses Ladens gegenüber seinen Kunden. Nie wieder!

Dürum war sehr lecker. Auch um 03 Uhr nachts, sehr freundlich und sehr gut.

Also ich sag es mal so wer auf total öligen Döner steht ..... Der einfach nur trieft vor Öl ist hier genau richtig Das war einfach nicht gut und dann noch überteuert Achtung der XXL Döner ist n normaler Döner nur mit etwas mehr Fleisch

Nicht zu empfehlen. Personal sehr unfreundlich und wie man mir der Döner zubereitet wurden ist kann ich dem Ganzen leider nur 1 Stern geben

Hab bei den ein PommDöner gegessen die soße war kein Kräuter soße sondern eher zaziki am nächsten Tag ging es mir richtig schlecht mit Durchfall und Übelkeit und am Ende kam das Essen vom PommDöner aus mein Magen raus. Danke das ich Bauchschmerzen bekommen hab.

Spielothek mit Dönerverkauf, so schmeckt auch der Döner. Von der "Sauberkeit" ganz zu schweigen.

Gehe fast jeden Tag dort essen, dass Tagesgericht ist Mega auch die Suppen! Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt soweit! Das einzige, was zu bemängeln ist, ist das Ambiente! Die Sitzgelegenheiten wackeln und sind teilweise unsauber!

Nette Bedienung zu später Stunde aber die türkische Pizza hat echt nicht gut geschmeckt. Entweder das Lamacun war nicht frisch und gammelig oder es war übertrieben viel Lamm drin, was leider den Geschmack von allen anderen Zutaten überlagert hat. Für den teuren Preis von 8€ hätte ich mehr erwartet :(

Guter dürüm döner und gute pommes auch was auch wichtig zu sagen ist essen immer schön komplett glühend heiss auch beim mitnehmen sogar so sollte es sein ! Grade zum Winter auch genial

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Alles war frisch, die Salate waren knackig und schmackhaft, das Fleisch wurde direkt vor den Augen der Gäste gegrillt, und auch Brot und andere Backwaren wurden frisch zubereitet. Super gemacht! Ein großes Lob!

Das Essen vom Grill und die Pizza sind perfekt. Döner hat leider nachgelassen. Im Restaurant Bereich ist das Ambiente top, leider hinten in dem Kneipenbereich nicht so (auch vom Publikum geschuldet). Der Service ist immer zuvorkommend und toll!

Ein guter Ort für einen schnellen Döner. Ich bin auf Empfehlung eines türkischen Taxifahrers hierher gekommen. Das Fleisch ist zart und gut gewürzt.

Hatten heute einen Döner und einen Pommdöner. Bei beiden war das Fleisch nicht richtig durchgebraten und beim Pomdöner waren auch die Pommes total wabbelig. Ungenießbar, hoffe nicht das ich morgen Magenkrämpfe davon habe...

Oh no, minced meat on a skewer, puke... yuck. But the crowning glory: a vegetarian kebab made with cheap industrial bread and coleslaw. Cheese costs an extra euro... yeah, a small piece of cow's cheese costs a euro. Don't eat here!!!!

The toilets aren't clean, and the toilet seat in the women's restroom is broken. That's okay. I wouldn't go there again.

Considering I'm not a fan of fast food, I have to give this place a shout-out. The value for money is truly excellent. You get value for your money here. The staff is friendly, smiling, and customer-focused. There's plenty of seating. I ordered a Turkish pizza with chicken, which was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much! 👍

It's just a kebab shop with the ambiance of a snack bar :) We ordered a kebab plate and a Dürüm kebab. We were very satisfied with the quality and taste of the food. If you're feeling peckish between meals, this is a good, quick, and affordable place to eat.

I review in consideration to what it is - a grill house / Imbiss at the central station. Spacious place to eat a quick kebab in my case with enough space to comfortably sit i, even with a larger group. I ate a Kebap and had a drink. The bread was like we are used too in terms of doener Kebap bread. The portion was alright and I didn't feel overcharged. I personally found the "cocktail" sauce too strong, gave me a weird vibe but totally eatable, just it taste like so many sauces all over the North. The owner, the lady, the men inside there working were super friendly, spoke perfectly German and have been nice and friendly and funny. The question is...would I eat here again!? Yes I would, also the Kebap. Would I recommend this and say I have to drive there to get an amazing Kebap in Lübeck? No. Would I recommend to eat it if you are close by and have to wIt for Ur train? Totally! All in all a pleasant experience Will see U guys again

The staff is very rude and they look at women very rudely, even if there is a man there.

The worst fries I've ever seen. They cost about five euros and were total garbage—I threw them away right away.

Asked us to wait for service at a table. After 20 minutes we had to order by the counter ourselves. Food unremarkable. Had to pay at the counter again because our bus was leaving and they overcharged our card 30% but we had no time to complain. Practically they are thieves. Avoid!

Not recommended due to dishonest staff. When I wanted to pay, the price was suddenly almost 50% higher than stated on the menu.

Finished a kebab plate...an hour later...off to the bathroom...good thing I was home...what's going on with the grill house...

Not a recommended place at night because it is frequented by many young people, not very quiet... Excellent for a late-night snack but the kebab is a battle, it is not the best. Open 24 hours a day.

Ordered two dürüm (dishes of meat): one with chicken, one with veal. The salad was dry and stale; a few drops of sauce. Absolutely bland, no flavor. I'll put it politely; now I know which snack bar to avoid.

Not again so soon. Drinks were overpriced, the food not appetizing. Less than 30 minutes later, my body reacted, and the toilet became my best friend, never again.

Maybe others like this kebab shop better, but it wasn't mine. The bread rose from the bottom after 2 minutes because it was far too greasy. Of course, it's normal for the meat to be a little greasy, but the fat ruined the flavor. The only good things were the seating and the lamb sauce.

This is the worst thing I've ever eaten in my life. Very dirty and expensive, and only drunk people eat here.

The staff were disrespectful. The meat tasted absolutely disgusting. The sigara börek smelled like foot thrombosis and tasted like they were two weeks old. I was so sick for two days afterward. Never again!

Absolutely the worst kebab I've eaten, pressed meat skewers with an unpleasant color that tasted like hell!! If you want to eat otter's tail, you go here, my God... If you're lucky, you'll get a handful of red coal in the roll without asking for it!

Absolutely terrible, the food was served before it was fully cooked, the toilet and general cleanliness is no different to a garbage dump, it's harmful to human health.

I went there today and I regret going there. I wanted a pita, it was the worst pita I have ever seen in my life. It tasted terrible the bread was raw the meat in it wasn't cooked it tasted really bad. I'll never go there again. If you're smart, you won't go there

I just ate a very tasty kebab there with crispy flatbread that left nothing to be desired. Fresh ingredients, choice between chicken and veal, ordered at the counter and served at the table by friendly staff. Friendly team, wide range of offerings, open around the clock!!! Thank you... I'll be happy to come back.

Good for buying a kebab in an emergency. The ambience and customers are more reminiscent of a pub or arcade. Not recommended.

One of the best "Shkembe" that I ate! As a foreigner, the language barrier was an obstacle, but they had a brochure with a menu that I was able to navigate and order from.

The rumen soup is now quite expensive at EUR 7, and the price development is clearly noticeable here too. But: The soup tastes very good. 🙂

A fairly clean and tidy place with plenty of space and friendly staff. The location between the train station and the central bus station is strategically good, and the junkies from outside don't annoy you so much in here. The pizza is even a little better than the kebab, but in itself is of good average quality. It took a while, but the gentleman at the counter today was friendly and attentive. Paying by card is no problem, and it also works well with your smartphone

Lübeck's most reliable kebab. 24/7 - always - always - around the clock. Hungry at 5 a.m. Sunday morning? Grill house. Delicious food too.

The worst food I ate. Had ordered both pizza which was forgotten to make and was served after we had finished our food, chicken with rice and doner. Everything was made of the same "meat" or something similar on meat.

My latest review: Food quality is better now. Remarks: - Halal Food - They also accept card if the bill is less than 10€. - It is exactly at ZOB/ HBF. - Separate toilets for ladies and gents. (My review 6 years ago.) Very bad quality Dürum. It is not tasty at all.

Best vegetarian kebab ever. Huge, crunchy, fresh. The employees are quick, always friendly and attentive. A year later it's only half the size, and at a hefty price of €6. It's a shame, next time we'll go somewhere else.

Train station vibes! The food upset my stomach. The staff and the other guests seemed quite stressed and were sometimes unfriendly. I wouldn't choose this grill house again! The tea, which was available for a small thaler, was good and gave us some warmth in the beautiful northern German weather.

Even though the store was empty, I had to wait for the employees to finish their cell phone calls. A Dürüm and a portion of fries were ordered to take away. The Dürüm was produced during another phone call, when paying it was said that there were no more fries....... By the way, the Dürüm was like rubber and relatively tasteless. Not again anytime soon ☹️

After about two years I was there again out of necessity. What turned out to be a non-repeating case... Sauces: sad standard like 90% in Lübeck. Veal?: dry, hard and rubbery. Unfortunately, very disappointing. Well, in the future you'll just walk past it.😏

One of the tastiest kebabs I've eaten so far. The shop is nicely decorated and very clean. The staff is very friendly. It's also very convenient that the store is open all day long. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Lübeck again

Probably the best Turkish/doner kebab shop in Lübeck. Super centrally located, right between the train station and the zoo. The employees there are very friendly and actually listen to what you would like to say without having to repeat it five times. There is plenty of seating inside and so far it has always been clean. This store is open 24/7 and you can also order something for delivery here. So far I have always been very satisfied here.

Very very extremely dirty toilet. The waitress brings the food in the same gloves with which she uses a broom in the middle of the store. 80ct surcharge for ketchup. Unidentifiable charred small parts in the fries. Severe stomach pain after eating.

Ein super laden immer nett und zu vorkommt.essen ist top u der Preis stimmt. Die Kneipe neben an ich finde sie gut da man auch ein Herz für Wohnungslose hat u die dort ausruhen können und das WC ist auch kostenlos da ist halt immer was los

Wir wurden freundlich und schnell bedient, die Dürums auf passend langen Steinguttellern auf 2 Servierten an unseren Tisch gebracht. Die waren lecker und gut gewürzt. Die Einrichtung für ein Dönerrestaurant ansprechend. Das in anderen Rezensionen bemängelte "Geschrei" hinten hatten wir auch, aber bei uns eher ein Ausdruck des türkischen Temperaments - also nicht aggressiv.

Essen war solala, ein Döner wurde nicht geliefert. Es gab nach mehreren Anrufversuchen keine Rückmeldung. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Für ein Döner, wo das Fleisch etwas salzig - und die Sauce undefinierbar ist, finde ich den Preis von 7€ sehr übertrieben. Da ist der andere Grillhaus am Bad Schwartau vom Geschmack her etwas besser und preiswerter - auch wenn das 0,50€ weniger kostet.

Alles super frisch und lecker und auch die Öffnungszeiten sind ein Traum...

Naja 3.90 für Pommes und 1.60 für Mayonnaise und Ketchup ist schon eine Hausnummer kleine Portion Pommes naja

Pommdöner in Ordnung, vegetarischer Döner unterirdisch. Preise sind ein Flop.

Das Essen ist nachts nicht zu empfehlen leider kaltes Essen :(
