Simply delicious (everything) 😋, now expensive!

A very extensive map. I ordered to go. The store is very well organized. Even though it was incredibly busy, the staff kept an overview and worked with concentration. I had a pide with lamb. It was freshly prepared and was incredibly tasty. However, there could have been more meat. There was also salad and cacik. I don't want to eat there on site. There is too much activity for that.

Unfortunately, the vegan kebab was an absolute flop! Just vegetables… no vegan chunks or anything like that and even more expensive than a falafel sandwich, for example!

Food tastes excellent and plentiful. Only the service isn't right, too hectic and inattentive. Got the wrong dish on 2 of the 3 evenings. When asked, just the comment that we had ordered that and he was gone.

Tonight (8/10/24) I just ordered a lahmacun with doner meat (veal) to take away. As I waited for my order I was looked at strangely; I stood to the side, deliberately withdrawn because I didn't really want to get into a conversation. A man behind the counter then gave my number and asked for the order again. He made comments to me that, in my opinion, were not appropriate. He was more busy saying something that I couldn't understand because of the volume and therefore acted very cautiously. When I got home (2 minute walk, food well stored in my backpack) I discovered that the Lahmacun was totally cold and only topped with salad. I could have easily saved myself the €11. That was the last time in the store! The other visits before, when we sat inside, the service was poor, slow and unfriendly (if you don't feel like service, then you should just leave it and not scare away the guests). The food is slammed onto the table without a word. If you don't want to expect anything from the service, it's best to go there. The food was less than mediocre, the ambience was still ok and the toilets were dirty. I don't think this review will bring any change, but what you can expect as a guest or what you can't expect.

Unfortunately, unfriendly service, that was the second time. That's why you feel somehow uncomfortable :(

Where do I start… the staff is incredibly unfriendly! You're not really being listened to and the people there aren't interested. My food was prepared completely incorrectly, I let it go back and was told not to overdo it “unnecessarily”, it would work that way. (Allergic to feta) ... that's okay ... the kebab itself was absolutely bad! Ordered at the same time and received the food 10 minutes apart. Everything was the same at the bottom of the kebab and the salad was only on top. The sauces taste different every day. You are pushed and pushed around by the waiters without them saying anything to you. You can only find out the drinks prices if you ask and the prices are always different, strangely enough. If you have the choice... go to Lattenkamp! However, if you download it yourself, the service and quality are significantly better! Unfortunately, absolutely not recommended in Barmbek!

Ridiculously small dürum kebab for 8.50. Never been served such a small thing before. Taste was also just average. You can do it if you have too much money and not too much hunger. Fritz Kola 0.2 for €3. Not even the 0.33 bottles. It's a pure rip-off with average products.

The men behind the counter discussed loudly and non-stop with other men in front of the counter in their local language. That's quite disrespectful. As a customer, you feel like you're interrupting, so you listen away, but at the same time you try to catch the moment when you're allowed to order. I then ordered a kebab from the woman at the checkout without pickles and without cabbage. I watched as the orders were prepared one by one. Then it was my note. Still arguing heatedly, I left out the salad but added the tomato and cucumber mixture. I intervened, said again what I had ordered and asked that at least the salad be added to it. The man behaved impossibly, slapping the ingredients into the bread with a can-do attitude and making no attempt to hide his annoyance in any way. If you're going to talk loudly over the heads of paying customers, you should at least deliver the order correctly. Or you get together to discuss things in your free time and just do your job at work.

If you get a kebab after 10 p.m., you only get the leftovers from the skewer, meat that no longer looks or looks appetizing. Really disappointing!

Food, service and stuff members can be rated below than 0. Very RACIST stuff members. They make fun of foreigners just cause they cannot speak anything than Turkish. They were refusing to sell me the sandwich after I made an order and paid saying that they’re running out of meat and they made fun of me cause I refused to leave without taking my order. Despite the very bad food quality they serve, yet their service is worst.

The tone was subterranean, the kebab box was generally ok, but unfortunately I had to eat it in shifts because it wasn't mixed. Also expensive at €8.50. What a shame!

When you eat at Turkish restaurants, you cannot stay hungry. Superb, delicious food, really big, generous portions. it's not the cheapest, but for that money you won't get as much food anywhere else in Hamburg.

The food is really good and the prices are a bit high but justified! But unfortunately the service, or rather the operation, was once again extremely unfriendly! When I ordered a coke and when it was empty (there are only 0.2 bottles) I was still thirsty and ordered two cokes! The waitress said to me get it yourself in a very rude tone! Such experiences have often happened to friends of mine and myself! Apart from that good!

The kebab was absolutely not tasty :( Very strange taste... it really wasn't good... there were two of us, we ate half of it and then both gave up. It's a shame about the food!

The “boss”/middle-aged man with a bald head and a bit fatter should leave the restaurant soon. So much stress isn't good for him in the long run, so he lets it out aggressively and provocatively on guests :) high blood pressure and heart attacks shouldn't be underestimated :) life is short :)

Used to be a very loyal customer. But the man who served the kebab treat me very bad twice, which I was scolded in the second one. I asked for a take a way Dönner box, but instead of doing it, he scolded me and I had to do it by my self which was really wierd. Fortunatelly, his other colleague did the wrapping thing for me after she saw how difficult it was for me to do it. I would never ever buy on that kiosk anymore. There are still lots of soul kebabs out there and this one is the WORST.

Very bad service by the one who served the kebab

I haven't been there for a long time. I only take photos of standing shopping carts and send the photos to the owners. There are cars on the street everywhere. At Lidl and Aldi, however, I've already gotten flippant answers from the employees, like "Yes, and what do you want from me? And the like... I have to ride my bike because I have a back problem and I can't drive several cars Walk through the shops to drop off the cars.

The food is nice and generous but i prefer delivery or take out than sitting there, service sometimes slow.

The food was very excellent and tasty and plentiful. The prices were reasonable. The staff was also very friendly and professional.

When I asked whether Adana Dürüm could also be prepared with Lahmacun, I was answered rather bluntly: "No!" answered. Afterwards, the colleagues were asked in Turkish and an additional charge of 3.50 euros was finally requested. After about 25 minutes I got the food. While waiting, there were always serious looks from the staff behind the counter and dialogues in Turkish. My request seems to have been a faux pas similar to adding ketchup to spaghetti in an Italian trattoria. At least the food was delicious.

Instructions for preparing the dishes were not followed by the staff there. (language barrier) The meat had been in the drawer for a long time and was even mixed up at first. Unfortunately it is no longer recommended.

Best kebab in northern Germany. Actually, I don't eat kebab in the north. But here the meat is real meat and the combination is delicious. There are delicious sauces. Although all you really need is yogurt ;) The staff is usually busy and still nice.

Super modern restaurant with reasonable prices, the meat was super juicy and grilled really well, just delicious! Definitely one of the best kebabs I have eaten in all of Germany! The sauces were also bomb, I can recommend it to everyone!

We were told that the menus would be brought shortly. After 15 minutes I went in with my baby and asked if we could have tickets for outside. “Of course, my darling...2, 3 or 4 cards. But we don’t have any food for the baby.” and he said that really nicely, but I have a huge problem with being called “sweetheart” by old, strange men. Prices are quite high, the food is rather tasteless. Am very disappointed. Probably won't come back.

So far I've only had negative experiences here and I won't eat here again. Very inflexible and often very unfriendly staff. Questions about omitting food or making changes were ignored and questions were answered in a very annoyed manner. Also very expensive. The name Soul Kebab is completely misleading because there is no way your soul will feel well treated after a visit!

Ordered a dürum and a lahmacun to take away. I got a cold log with lots of iceberg lettuce and hardly any sauce. Dürüm is at least as cold. Tomatoes with stalks and any hard vegetable parts that could have made you choke. Absolutely no recommendation

Negative: Unfortunately a bit too expensive for the mediocre service. That's why I'm not there that often. Positive: card payment possible and food is great. Very long opening hours are very good.

The food is delicious. 18€ for an Adana? But a bit exaggerated. 3€ for 200 ml of cola? More of a rip off. Inflation or not. Somewhere is good too, I rarely go there anymore.

Might be my worst doner experience in Hamburg. I told them it was doner kebab, I am allergic to the ingredients in it, do not put onion in it, they put onion in it, I said okay. In the background, they are discussing whether the pieces are onion or not, I'm past that, there are meaningless conversations. It came again and it didn't taste bad or anything, so I got up and asked if we could make a package. The man brought foil to me and told me to wrap it yourself. I don't recommend it to anyone, it will only remain in my mind as a disgraceful lunch. Best regards

Sorry, but that used to be our favorite store, unfortunately we found out today that it's no longer working for us. So I ordered a normal kebab to take away and not a children's kebab. This was inedible, the cheese was bad, and there was too much hot sauce. My husband missed the cheese and hot sauce. People who ordered after us were given priority. Vitamin B is everything. For us it was definitely the last visit there, as this was the case the last time. It's a shame about the money wasted.

For me the best kebab shop in Hamburg! I go here again and again because it's just so delicious, and best of all: the cocktail sauce! A little tip: Order a small portion of the cocktail sauce extra and put a little bit of sauce on the kebab/dürum after every bite - game changer!

One of the best Döners in town!

A restaurant in Hamburg that I have been to many times and that I can recommend. I have known this restaurant for about 6-7 years, the products are very successful, although the waiters were not good at the beginning, I can say that in recent years they have done a very good job with the changing waiters. Of course the prices have become more expensive, like in all restaurants, and I don't think it will ever go back to the old way because the dealers are quite cruel in this regard, but I still give high marks because of the polite waiters and the master , who cooks. My real score is 3-4 because of the prices.

As always, I ordered Adana Kebab. The food was undercooked on the inside. I spoke to Soul Kebab on the phone. I was told that Adana Kebab is always like this if it was my first time eating kebab. A pity

I think I was there for the last time today. It's not really bad, but it's not recommended either. The only nice thing about the store is that you can sit there comfortably. Otherwise, the portions are clear - I ordered a kebab plate today after a long, tiring day at work and I was far from full. I could have eaten it again, no joke. And that was definitely due to the portion size. The waiters are mixed friendly, it's a bit of a hit and miss. Today I paid 19 euros for this kebab plate and a 0.2 cola, which tasted OK but wasn't really good and didn't even fill me up. The veal was very salty and dry, the chicken was very fatty and undercooked. Oh well. Then go to the Greek.

Unfortunately very mixed feelings about this restaurant. The food was usually really good, depending on who was at the grill. Doner kebab is also delicious, sometimes the meat is still half raw if you have too much to do and don't let it brown enough, which is not tasty, especially with chicken. Most of the employees are nice to sufficient. The boss is personable and always friendly. “But” there are 2 employees who spoil your mood almost every time you visit. There is the tall, thin waiter who never writes anything down when ordering, but then always has to ask several times what was ordered. If the order happens to arrive correctly, he tends to slam the plates onto the table carelessly and in annoyance. What a guy. As a guest, a man just feels uncomfortable in his presence. I've often noticed other guests getting upset about it. There's the bald, chubby little man who works at the kebab station. This is the crowning glory of them all. He seems to think he is the boss, and he behaves particularly unfriendly and often really aggressive towards women. When the boss is there, which is usually the case during the day, he is of course super friendly and has no problem with extra requests. It's rare to see someone who is as out of place in a hospitality industry as he is! As I said, it's actually a great restaurant with mostly good and tasty food, but these two don't work at all and that's why, like many others, we don't go there anymore. We'd rather spend our money somewhere else. It's a shame, but who wants to be treated like that most of the time! Ps: If you order via delivery, you pay a delivery fee of €0, but the food is on average €2 more expensive than in the store 😅 Really cheeky because the portions are getting smaller and smaller!!

Dürüm very dry and meat didn't taste good

Unfortunately, I don't really feel comfortable there even after the 4th visit. You come in and are greeted very friendly by the workers behind the counter, but the waiter only gives you an annoyed look. A good 7 or 8 minutes passed before one of the two service staff, although there was no stress, brought me the card. The waiter seems listless and bored. Then the food comes, I ordered 2 dishes, of course you are not asked whether you want one then the other, it wouldn't have made any difference anyway, since the kebab comes already lukewarm, is cold by the time you eat it and is also rather average . But then what's really a shame. You should wait until you get a fresh lahmacun in a shop like this, instead you get one that has been briefly warmed up, unfortunately it is already hard in some places and is already tearing in others and is hardly edible. All in all pretty disappointing. Maybe the grill plates are of a different quality, unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. A pity
