Great meat, super load, top hygiene

Unfortunately, the bread is far from crispy. The taste of the meat is also rather average, but the salad is quite okay and seems fresh. The garlic sauce like in any other kebab shop, but unfortunately the (sheep?) cheese is hard to beat in terms of neutral taste and not worth the surcharge in the slightest. You're more likely to get a discount if you get it included.

For several years, every time I'm in Hamburg I eat Iskembe çorba here. The place is small and tight, looks like an average döner place. But the food is tasty. Last time we had lamb meatballs and Iskembe çorba I also like that you can take as much vegetables as you want. Bread and tea are tasty as well

My husband and I stopped here to eat only to be heavily disappointed with the service. The doner was delicious but it’s a shame that all of that is washed away with the terrible customer service. We saw about three people get their food before ours despite being there first. They finally brought our food only to forget our fries and salad. We kept asking them and they’d brush us off. Until I asked one more time and they finally brought it, at that point we just wanted to get out of there. It seems these sort of places only respect you if you speak Turkish to them. Heavily disappointed. Avoid this place.

Miserable service!!!! And very unhygienic We stood at the counter for what felt like 15 minutes and weren't served. The guests who came behind us and sat down were given preferential treatment. While we were waiting, we could see that the grill master was sweating, now in summer, and some of it was dripping onto the kebab plate. We lost our appetite and went straight back out again. Certainly never here again!

Hello, the lamacun is very nice and dry, even with a relaxed drinking snack the kebab doesn't get any better. So a very nice anti recommendation. Maybe it's a last resort

Lamb soup was not fresh and the bread seems old tasteless.

The kebab was cold. So the flatbread was like fresh from the fridge. My colleague and I both ordered a Dürum. We've been sitting on the train for 2 hours with the worst stomach cramps and wondering if we need to do anything. Never again. The poor boy can't sleep because his stomach hurts so much. The owners were correct. But that doesn't change the fact that we have stomach problems.

Doner meat was so bloody on the stand, the blood liquid falling from the meat was so much. This restaurant shocked me and i think i will not eat Doner for a long time after I saw that thing here

Doner kebab meat was cold and dry (sometimes hard), kebab bread was not crispy, salad tasted slightly stale. The sellers don't seem to care, the grill is barely on and the meat is pre-cut so it doesn't taste fresh. Falafel Dürüm was dry. The shop inside was dirty. With all due respect, even if kebab isn't classy restaurant food, it's disrespectful to sell something like that for so much money. Never again.

Instead of giving me correct change, the cashier tried to give me less. Might be an honest mistake. And while the food was tasty, the surrounding reminds one more of Mogadishu than Germany. It's not a safe environment.

Super nice service and the famous Turkish hospitality. There are many authentic and typical Turkish specialties here, in addition to the classic kebab. The prices aren't exactly cheap, but the food is delicious. The Adana skewer is spicy and instead of mayo there is yogurt sauce. The fantastic sweet cake was accompanied by tea from the traditional little glass. The shop is located on a rather uninviting corner opposite the South Central Station and is quite small and only has a few seating areas.

Drehspieß mit Kalb im Brot schmeckte einigermaßen. Gibt aber viel bessere in der Straße. Schade, war mal besser.

klasse Døner, leider nur Barzahlung

Hatte Fleisch vom Drehspieß Döner Art. Mit Chilisauce hat mir das hervorragend geschmeckt. Ein Stern Abzug für den Preis und zu kleiner Gastraum. Aber für den Abendsnack zu empfehlen.

Zwei Sterne für dieses Döner mehr ist da leider nicht drin ! Warum ? 1. Der Preis - Satte 6,80 € ist ne Menge Geld und viel zu Teuer und finden diesen Preis gerade schon zu als Frechheit ! 2.Für dieses Geld kann man auch was erwarten vom Geschmack her , und das war es bei leibe nicht ! 3. Das Fleisch schmeckte einfach nicht . 4. Das einige Positive war an dem Döner die Soße . 5. Das Brötchen war einfach Grausam 2/3 davon wanderte nachdem ist das Fleisch gegessen habe in den nächstliegenden Mülleimer . 6.Bei meinen nächsten Besuch im Hamburg werde ich mir einen anderen Dönerladen auswählen . 7. Von den zig besuchten Döner Läden die ich letzten 3 Monaten Besucht habe , würde ich diesen im Unteren Drittel einstufen . Mehr ist da leider nicht drin .

Ich bin am vergangenen Sonntag in Hamburg angereist. Ich wurde dort sehr freundlich und herzlich aufgenommen, nach dem ich dem Mitarbeiter auf türkisch ein freundliches hallo über die Theke rief (Da ich nicht weiß wie das geschrieben wird und die googleübersetzung oft auch nicht passt, lass ich das lieber.). Heute sind wir wieder angereist und ich war noch einmal da. In der kurzen Zeit meines Aufenthalts in Hamburg habe ich dort einige schöne Gespräche mit einem Mitarbeiter geführt und ich bin dankbar für diese Erfahrung. Ich wünsche Dem Inhaber und seinen Mitarbeitern alles Gute. Ob wir uns wiedersehen weiß nur der Gott an den ihr glaubt. Und hier ist es völlig unerheblich wie man ihn nennt, Gott, Allah, Buddha, oder, oder, oder...

Früher war der Laden Top und der Döner echt lecker. Das Hähnchenfleisch vom Döner sah anders als sonst aus und war nicht wie ein Döner gewürzt. Leider hat der Laden sehr nachgelassen und ich werde dem Laden keinen Besuch mehr abstatten. Früher war ich oft und gerne Gast

My daughter wanted iskender kebap and in contrast to the other Turkish restaurants and fastfood places nearby, Gaziantep actually use real pide as the base of this dish. But iskender kebap is a very simple dish consisting of pide bread cut into small pieces topped with döner meat, tomato sauce and yoghurt so these basic ingredients have to be of good quality. Unfortunately the tomato sauce was not good so the iskender kebap ended up so-so. Not recommended. My wife ordered mixed grill but the meat and vegetables were not grilled at all (they have no grill) but fried in too much oil. Greasy and not very tasty. I had a lentil soup and that was ok. We will not come back.

Am Anfang des Steindamms und doch mitten im Leben. Hier schmeckt es und. Es gibt eine typische Gemüsebeilage umsonst. Der etwas andere traditionelle Döner Laden.

Ich kann nur die Çiğköfte bewerten. Diese gibt es immer nur Freitags. Sie sind geschmacklich besser und preislich deutlich günstiger als etwa bei der nur auf Çiğköfte spezialisierten Filiale von Çiğköftem in Harburg. Hier bekommt man für 5 Euro einen Teller mit etwa 15 Çiğköfte, Salat und Zitrone.

Very tasty food but prices have been increased after renovation

Fantastic kebab, all ingredients fresh including fresh chilli sauce and super fresh salad. Very generous portion for only 4.50 euros. Great location for central station and friendly efficient staff.
