Doner kebab with chicken is ok, but the veal skewer looks very poor quality. Yes, it's cheap, but if you want a veal kebab, I recommend going somewhere else.

I don’t know what should i say about this shop. First day, I got proper quantity of foods, price was okay. Last day they took Groß Tute 5 Euro instead of 4, and the quantity was like the same.

If you want a solid kebab at a fair price with fresh salad and good sauces, this is the place for you. In addition, authentic Harburg atmosphere. Long opening hours.

"The device" (the automatic rotisserie cutting machine) is cool to look at, but unfortunately the staff is very unfriendly and the menu portion sizes are so small - rude.

I got something to eat there for the first time (döner plate). Unfortunately, both employees behind the counter (a young man with slanted eyes and a younger, thin guy with dark hair) were very unfriendly and had a very unfriendly tone. I actually wanted to eat there, but I didn't feel well at all so I ate the takeaway food at home. Unfortunately, as a guest you don't feel comfortable at all.

I haven't eaten such a bad Dürüm kebab in a long time and the staff was unfriendly. Never again

It always tastes good here and everything always looks fresh. Also a great thing to take with you. Kind of a disgusting shop. The fries were soggy and lukewarm. There is food on the floor everywhere and the tables are completely dirty. Anyone who gives this five stars must be drunk.

Super döner place. Very cheap. We ordered a large döner box and a dürüm. They both cost €5 and tasted great. The place is very well visited and popular. We came around dinner time and it was very busy, but we still managed to get seats. There is seating for about 25, I would estimate. No parking spaces as it is located in the middle of the city

Very average, a kebab costs about 5 euros, so very cheap

Unfriendly and greedy service. Men always have a lot to say unnecessarily, for whatever reason. Not just us, but everyone else who was ahead of us in line, their behavior was the same. Simply unsympathetic. It was like that every time I wanted to order something there, so I asked a friend of mine to order for me today because I just don't want to talk about something like that. That would be all well and good if the food was good, but the fries were simply warmed up and not fresh. And I paid €0.30 for a sauce and got a mini pack that was never enough for the whole portion. Too stingy to put more ketchup on it. That's really bad, especially because of the price.

I have always eaten at Dönerqueen since 2006. There was a recent change of ownership and it shows. The classic turquoise bags were swapped for smaller boxes. The veal no longer has the same taste, the hot sauce and avocado sauce taste completely different. (tasteless) I noticed this 3 weeks ago, and I thought maybe the kitchen was having a bad day. Yesterday kebab bag & Dürüm and unfortunately the same thing. The taste is poor, the content is less, oh yes and of course there was a price increase recently. Unfortunately I won't go there anymore.

The food is never good. The employees are racist and they don’t know how to behave with the customers. They make fun of customers every single time you visit them. I have visited them 4-5 times now and they have made fun every-time. They laugh amongst each other. Once I requested the employee to warm the Döner to little higher temperature and he was pissed off and made an angry face. They make fun of you whenever you ask some doubt about the food. I never recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are many more Döner restaurants around them, please visit them. The employees here are very arrogant that their business is running even with their bad behaviour. Only we customers can change this behaviour of these Racist employees by not eating at their place.

If Harburg has something like a vibe, then it exists at Döner Queen 😊. Nerds from university, moms with children, kids from a thousand nations, business people on their lunch break... Here you can get a fresh and delicious kebab sandwich for four euros. In times when a dry cheese roll costs 5 euros at the bakery. Buy a kebab with veal, everything on it, avocado and hot sauce, take a Fanta Exotic or a cherry cola that you know from your childhood and watch the colorful hustle and bustle. Of course the salespeople aren't artificially friendly, nothing is fancy, but you can come in flip flops and sweatpants and you can understand that "diversity" and Harburg isn't just some nonsense.

Waited 55 minutes for 1 kebab that didn't even taste good... three unfriendly men who sell kebab haphazardly and listlessly. For me it was the first and last time I was there, sorry but there is another kebab shop on every corner that is friendlier

I've been there twice without any problems.

I actually used to come here weekly. Sometimes even twice a week. It used to be tasty, good and cheap. That has changed a lot. I haven't eaten here for about a year for several reasons. Unfortunately, I had dinner here yesterday with some of the young people I look after. The meat was disastrous. Didn't even look like meat. My Ayran tasted sour and I can only confirm the many comments about the rudeness of the service. That wasn't the case before, but it has developed very negatively. A woman was shouted at in my presence and the employee was also very unfriendly towards me (as a former regular). I will never spend another euro here again.

Donner Queen is a restaurant that I unfortunately cannot recommend. The employees are extremely rude and lack basic etiquette. They behave very rudely and disrespectfully towards the customers. When you pay for your food you deserve a certain level of respect and courtesy, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. What is particularly striking is that women are given preferential treatment, which is an unfair and unjust practice. Overall, the service at Donner Queen is disappointing and I would advise anyone not to eat there.

A nice place. There is an Arab person on the cup who thinks he is a military commander in the army. I wish you knew how to talk to customers because you feel like he wants to hit you a little. As for the food, it is good for the price. It is very good.

The food is good, but Oh My God the service is soo awful. They pass racist comments, they feel us like beggers, it’s not only 1-2 times, I used to go there they always mock internationals they mocked my friend a lot. And they laugh while talking to each other in their own language. They have a sauce name Americano, when I told them to put americano they were like “it’s not America it’s Germany speak german” okay bro, I’m learning. It’s not written anywhere that you can only order in german, even tho when we try to speak german they mock us again! It’s soo terrible.

That one cashier really h... Doesn't listen to what you have to say and immediately calls out "the next one". It says card payment but at the checkout they say there is no card payment. You could still have prepared the food and quickly gotten money, but they send you away immediately and you can go back to the back of the line. Never again

A clean cozy restaurant. The employees are very polite and accommodating. We often eat the kebab cone there. Conclusion? Good mix between fries, salad and meat. Very well seasoned and… you'll be full. But what is incredible? The price. Unbeatable cheap. How cheap? Go and test / try.👍🏻 For us one of the best “döner men” in Hamburg.

Disrespectful behavior towards the customers, I ordered a kebab and the bread was ripped out because it was poorly packed. The toilets are dirty and the water from the tap is cold. NOT EVEN ONE STAR DESERVED.

The food is extremely well done by them, I like that they put the sauce directly on the bread and then again on the meat. The shop itself is very chic for eating on site, but it is also very busy and very crowded with a long queue. Prices are also top €3.50 for kebab and €4.50 for a good dürüm. They prefer it if you pay in cash, but if, like me, you never have cash with you, it gets on your nerves to always be bullied when you want to pay with a card, which is why I only give it 4 stars. It's simply the best kebab in Hamburg. I love the chicken Dürüm with avocado sauce. Service is always super friendly and the kebab tastes great. No matter how busy the store is, they always keep an overview and prepare the food quickly. I'm just thrilled every time. :)
