I was and am very satisfied with Döner Queen Harburg. Dürüm dürüm at a bargain price 😍👍 I'd say I'm full and refreshed. Clearly recommend it for a very fair price-performance ratio. Chic shop, well-visited, must be a really great place. At least, that's what I thought. I picked up a veal kebab after work once. The people behind the counter weren't particularly nice or unfriendly, it's hard to judge. But the shop is always packed. Anyway, the kebab was actually pretty cheap at €4-something, so you naturally wonder how such a cheap kebab comes to fruition. I bite into it - shocked - the meat tastes exactly like cheap minced beef from a discount store. Not even the sauces are convincing in the slightest. Sad when you consider that the meat is the main ingredient in a good kebab, and they use some cheap, junky meat.

Attention everyone! Don't eat here if you don't want to get a stomachache! The "veal" is only 50% meat. I don't know what the rest is, but it's disgusting. I threw it all in the trash. The sauces are also disgusting. The staff is completely incompetent and rude.

This kebab shop is truly amazing! The prices are very reasonable, but the quality is always excellent. The sauces are fantastic, especially the avocado sauce, which is unique and delicious. The meat is always fresh, and the bread is soft and freshly baked. I lived in this area two years ago, and now that I'm back, it was a great pleasure to visit this place again. The meat is dry and the fries are hard—they almost break your fork... I once placed an order, and the employee forgot to check the cash register. For some reason, I missed it too. After about 2 kilometers, I realized I hadn't paid. I thought to myself, "Poor guy, that's not fair." Out of respect for the people, I wanted to go back and pay. When I came back—what happened? I almost got into trouble! Everyone was rude, with an attitude as if they owned the place, and they commented on me in their own language... Professional? Hardly. Humanity? Not at all. In the end, they destroy places that might once have had some value...

A place where you can fill your stomach, but definitely not if you're craving a really good kebab. Unfortunately, the veal doesn't taste like real meat at all—it's more artificial and lacks flavor. The portions used to be more generous, but they've gotten significantly smaller. The value for money is simply no longer there, and the taste isn't convincing either. So, if you come here, don't have high expectations of quality or authenticity.

When they were still on Hölertwiete, people were happy to get their kebabs there and even recommended them to others. Now you walk in and the music is so loud you can't hear your own voice. Hello! I've only had good experiences with Döner Queen so far! The waiters there have a special way of being there, but I wouldn't call them unfriendly. They make sure the place runs smoothly and you get your food quickly. I prefer that to being told "please" and "thank you" five times. In many other kebab shops, the waiters would be completely overwhelmed by the rush, and you'd have to wait forever. I especially like the bearded, about 35-year-old employee. He's recognized me as a regular customer and always asks, "Is everything okay?" The price-performance ratio is excellent. There are no exorbitant prices here.

Germans are insulted and abused in Turkish here. You'd think no one would notice or even understand. Abysmal service, stupid comments on normal orders. Absolutely not recommended.

I don’t know what should i say about this shop. First day, I got proper quantity of foods, price was okay. Last day they took Groß Tute 5 Euro instead of 4, and the quantity was like the same. Went there again to taste, nothing changed. Tastse is super below average.

The dürüm offered at the snack bar consists of fresh and well-prepared vegetables; the chicken is relatively tender and, like the vegetables, well-chopped. The flatbread that wraps the dürüm is made the same way as doner bread and gives the dürüm stability. The dürüm sauces are special; for example, there's no herb sauce like in most doner shops. The sauces (avocado, sazikie, etc.) still taste good, especially for a price of €4.50. The service, however, is a disaster. The waitresses are very unfriendly and seem constantly stressed and can hardly help with questions. The ambiance is good; there are seats inside, but the atmosphere is subdued due to the staff, and you'll want to leave the snack bar as quickly as possible after ordering. The doner snack bar is worth a visit, but don't be someone who can't handle stress.

The largest kebab box isn't that big, it's about the same size as the small one. The meat is delicious, but I asked for lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. It's simply abysmally bad these days. Bad-tempered staff. They yell in their own language. Working in sweatpants. The Queen used to be by far the best place, but not anymore.

I visited the Döner Queen shop. I actually liked the kebab but then I decided not to go there again because the employees treated me quite rude and disrespectful. For example, I ordered a box of rice but they gave me a box with meat and then they expected me to accept it silently even though I had paid for it. And then, after I told them that I wouldn't take the box, they changed their minds with faces but then, when I wanted to eat the box, I noticed that there were a lot of onions in it. I fished a whole tissue full of onions out of it. I wouldn't recommend going to Döner Queen.

If I had an option to give 0 Star or even negative for the service I would have surely given that for the staff as they are very rude and mannerless, don't know how to serve customers and they won't pay attention to you if you don't know German and would ignore you as if they couldn't understand even after knowing English deliberately. Super döner place. Very cheap. We ordered a large döner box and a dürüm. They both cost €5 and tasted great. The place is very well visited and popular. We came around dinner time and it was very busy, but we still managed to get seats. There is seating for about 25, I would estimate. No parking spaces as it is located in the middle of the city

I have always eaten at Dönerqueen since 2006. There was a recent change of ownership and it shows. The classic turquoise bags were swapped for smaller boxes. The veal no longer has the same taste, the hot sauce and avocado sauce taste completely different. (tasteless) I noticed this 3 weeks ago, and I thought maybe the kitchen was having a bad day. Yesterday kebab bag & Dürüm and unfortunately the same thing. The taste is poor, the content is less, oh yes and of course there was a price increase recently. Unfortunately I won't go there anymore.

The food is never good. The employees are racist and they don’t know how to behave with the customers. They make fun of customers every single time you visit them. I have visited them 4-5 times now and they have made fun every-time. They laugh amongst each other. Once I requested the employee to warm the Döner to little higher temperature and he was pissed off and made an angry face. They make fun of you whenever you ask some doubt about the food. I never recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are many more Döner restaurants around them, please visit them. The employees here are very arrogant that their business is running even with their bad behaviour. Only we customers can change this behaviour of these Racist employees by not eating at their place.

If Harburg has something like a vibe, then it exists at Döner Queen 😊. Nerds from university, moms with children, kids from a thousand nations, business people on their lunch break... Here you can get a fresh and delicious kebab sandwich for four euros. In times when a dry cheese roll costs 5 euros at the bakery. Buy a kebab with veal, everything on it, avocado and hot sauce, take a Fanta Exotic or a cherry cola that you know from your childhood and watch the colorful hustle and bustle. Of course the salespeople aren't artificially friendly, nothing is fancy, but you can come in flip flops and sweatpants and you can understand that "diversity" and Harburg isn't just some nonsense.

Donner Queen is a restaurant that I unfortunately cannot recommend. The employees are extremely rude and lack basic etiquette. They behave very rudely and disrespectfully towards the customers. When you pay for your food you deserve a certain level of respect and courtesy, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. What is particularly striking is that women are given preferential treatment, which is an unfair and unjust practice. A nice place. There is an Arab person on the cup who thinks he is a military commander in the army. I wish you knew how to talk to customers because you feel like he wants to hit you a little. As for the food, it is good for the price. It is very good.
