I can't agree with the negative reviews, at least so far. I ordered kebab with chicken and got it. The employee initially wanted to make veal, but quickly corrected his mistake. Ok, the downside is that you don't feel particularly welcome, but maybe that's because there was a lot to do and it was already midnight. The kebab tasted great to me and was completely okay for €4. I've been there twice without any problems.

I found two hairs in my kebab. In addition, the work was carried out without gloves and our table was not wiped down.

Price/performance ratio top 👍 Doner kebab is not overpriced like many people, tastes very tasty 👍 (I like to use hot sauce straight or with yoghurt). Unfortunately, I had dinner here yesterday with some of the young people I look after. The meat was disastrous. Didn't even look like meat. My Ayran tasted sour and I can only confirm the many comments about the rudeness of the service. That wasn't the case before, but it has developed very negatively. A woman was shouted at in my presence and the employee was also very unfriendly towards me (as a former regular). I will never spend another euro here again.

I don’t know what should i say about this shop. First day, I got proper quantity of foods, price was okay. Last day they took Groß Tute 5 Euro instead of 4, and the quantity was like the same.

Donner Queen is a restaurant that I unfortunately cannot recommend. The employees are extremely rude and lack basic etiquette. They behave very rudely and disrespectfully towards the customers. When you pay for your food you deserve a certain level of respect and courtesy, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. What is particularly striking is that women are given preferential treatment, which is an unfair and unjust practice. A nice place. There is an Arab person on the cup who thinks he is a military commander in the army. I wish you knew how to talk to customers because you feel like he wants to hit you a little. As for the food, it is good for the price. It is very good.

The food is good, but Oh My God the service is soo awful. They pass racist comments, they feel us like beggers, it’s not only 1-2 times, I used to go there they always mock internationals they mocked my friend a lot. And they laugh while talking to each other in their own language. They have a sauce name Americano, when I told them to put americano they were like “it’s not America it’s Germany speak german” okay bro, I’m learning. It’s not written anywhere that you can only order in german, even tho when we try to speak german they mock us again! It’s soo terrible.

A clean cozy restaurant. The employees are very polite and accommodating. We often eat the kebab cone there. Conclusion? Good mix between fries, salad and meat. The shop itself is very chic for eating on site, but it is also very busy and very crowded with a long queue. Prices are also top €3.50 for kebab and €4.50 for a good dürüm. They prefer it if you pay in cash, but if, like me, you never have cash with you, it gets on your nerves to always be bullied when you want to pay with a card, which is why I only give it 4 stars. It's simply the best kebab in Hamburg. I love the chicken Dürüm with avocado sauce. Service is always super friendly and the kebab tastes great. No matter how busy the store is, they always keep an overview and prepare the food quickly. I'm just thrilled every time. :)

An unsympathetic and unfriendly cashier who thinks he is the “queen” and can treat customers disrespectfully as he pleases. A customer in front of me was insulted in front of all the other customers because he wanted his kebab with chicken, but the cashier thought he had ordered veal. My kebab meat was rubbery and half raw and didn't taste good at all. Don't be tempted by the prices and spend 1-2 euros more and get something reasonable.

Früher habe ich hier gerne gegessen, aber seit 2 Jahren gar nicht mehr. Seitdem schmeckt es überhaupt nicht. Heute wieder getestet und mein Döner war einfach kalt. Der Döner wird dort auch immer kleiner und teurer. Hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Das war echt das letzte Mal, dass ich dort Döner esse.

Bester Dürüm meines Lebens. Lahmacun und Döner ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert.

Schicker Laden, gut Besucht, muss ja ne richtig tolle Bude sein. Das ist zumindest das was ich dachte. Hab mir Mal nach der Arbeit nen Döner mit Kalb abgeholt. Die Leute hinterm Tresen waren nicht besonders Nett oder Unfreundlich, kann man kaum beurteilen. Der Laden ist aber immer proppevoll. Naja der Döner war mit nem Preis von 4€-irgendwas sogar ziemlich günstig, da fragt man sich natürlich wie so ein günstiger Döner zusammenkommt. Ich beiß rein in das Teil - Schockstarre- Das Fleisch schmeckt 1:1 wie billiges Rinderhack vom Discounter. Nichtmal die Soßen sind in irgendeiner Weise überzeugend. Traurig wenn man bedenkt, dass das Fleisch der Hauptbestandteil eines guten Döners ist, und man genau da auf irgendein billiges Müllfleisch setzt.

Für mich persönlich einer der besten Döner in Hamburg. Nicht nur vom Preis her unschlagbar, sondern auch der Geschmack ist heftig. Manchmal nur leider sehr ölig, aber darüber kann ich hinweg sehen.

Mein Besuch reduzierte sich auf ein Dürum Essen. Die Speise war sehr ausreichend und gut im Geschmack. Wie es an einem Tresen nun mal ist, es bleibt Freundlichkeit und Service auf der Strecke. Abgesessene Sitzbänke mit aufgerissenen Sitzpolster sind nicht ein Zeichen das der Gast sich wohlfühlen soll. Sorry Das geht besser.
