The Durüm too dry, the meat is too hard and the bread is like stone. Unfortunately there was far too little meat on it, not recommended, others can do it much better.

Absolutely lovely employees. BUT unfortunately there was meat in my Falafel Dürüm (I'm vegan). Because there is only one tong for everything (salad, onions, meat, falafel), there is of course kebab meat in everything. I felt very uncomfortable with it.

The friendly employee saved our daughter from a very awkward situation last night! After several other people refused to help her, he is our hero of the day! Thanks again !!!

So I was at ohlsdorf around 4 a.m. and was really hungry and kebab man Abi was still there chilling and made me fries twice, once with mayo and once with ketchup, and wow was that a life saver. Doner man if you're reading this: kisses to you.

I took a sausage box at the end of the day and something was very well cooked - after I had to choke it out again hours later, I'm starting to think that the sausage wasn't quite fresh anymore and my colleague probably thought "I'll just fry it well, nothing will happen." No thanks, never again :( The employees and the store actually seemed quite stable

Solid kebab in a hurry but no WOW either... The mini kebab was OK, but the fries are so-so and the typical Jappa after swimming on fries is unfortunately not satisfied here. Employees are friendly. PLV is OK.

I'm sad to say that my visit to this kebab shop was one of the worst culinary experiences of my life. I'm not usually one to publicly write bad reviews, but this experience disappointed me so much that I would like to warn others. I went to the store hoping to enjoy a delicious kebab as I often did. Unfortunately, my anticipation quickly turned into disappointment and discomfort. The kebab I ordered seemed fine at first glance, but after eating just a few bites the problems began. After a short time I started having severe stomach cramps that were so intense that I could barely stand. This feeling of unease only got worse when I realized that I obviously hadn't had the kebab. The taste was strange and the quality of the ingredients seemed questionable. What followed was a night of torment. I'd like to spare you the details, but I've had severe diarrhea and other digestive issues that are just unpleasant and unacceptable. I have never been through something like this in my life, and I am sure that it is directly related to the kebab I ate in this shop. Not only was the food a failure, but the service also left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and unfocused when I tried to voice my complaint about the food. Instead of an appropriate response, I was brushed off and my concerns were not taken seriously. It's really disappointing that an established store like this delivers such poor quality and has so little regard for the health of its customers. Eating should be a joy and not lead to such health problems. Based on this experience, I really can't recommend anyone to eat here. I will definitely never return and will also discourage my friends and family from visiting this store. Health is too important to be jeopardized carelessly. I hope my review will help others make an informed decision and avoid similar problems. I'm sorry for the harsh words, but this experience was just too serious to ignore.

I was here a few weeks ago and had very tasty fries. Ordered the same thing again today, this time inedible and raw. I then wanted to call to point out the following orders for the evening - nothing more. The man on the phone didn't understand what I wanted, became extremely unfriendly and finally just asked "Do you want fries? What do you want from me now?" And just passed on in the middle of the conversation. The next conversation partner apologized because his colleague didn't speak German very well. But it was apparently enough to pamper me without an accent. If he had told me that he didn't understand my language, I would have spoken more slowly or explained my concerns differently, or in English. By the way, the fries probably weren't that great because of a new chef. It's okay, it can happen that something goes wrong. However, when it came to dealing with customers, I was the last to be seen. I work in service myself and I would never treat my guest like that on the phone, even if I don't really understand them.

I go there regularly and am already a regular customer there. I haven't had any negative experiences, actually only good ones. The employees who work there are nice. I really hope the shop stays around for a while. I'll definitely come back there regularly if I'm allowed to (If you're wondering which person wrote the review, here's a little tip: I always order a kebab plate with fries and extra onions and always take tzatziki and avocado sauce)

Kaisu was here and the owners were really friendly. The boss is polite and the employees and customers are all in a good mood. Great atmosphere!

Meat wasn't hot... There are guidelines for sales in Germany regarding temperature!

Not only is it crap, I ordered it for 3.99. The terminal gave me what it turned out to be and I paid 4.99. If I want to explain to them, they are playing a stupid game. And they say there is no boss. The second thing is that I ordered it without ONION AND THERE WAS A LOT OF IT! THIRD CASE THE BULK WAS LITERALLY WET 🍔 THE BURGER WAS GARBAGE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY ON THESE.......

Sorry geht gar nicht: lauwarmes Fleisch. Dann muss man schon den Gashahn andrehen, bevor man so ein sensibles Fleisch raus geht. Einmal und nie wieder.

Coole Einrichtung. Hab mir heute das erste mal hier einen Dönerteller gekauft. Die Pommes nicht durch. Eher wabbelig. Das Fleisch ok. Salat gut. Ich denke ich spreche für (fast) alle Kunden...lieber länger warten als fast rohe Pommes u kaum gares Fleisch. Personal war sehr nett 😊

Die Döner Box mit Pom Döner für 6€ enttäuschte sowohl in Bezug auf den Inhalt als auch den Geschmack. Der Mangel an Füllung und der fade Geschmack der Pommes lassen mich zu dem Schluss kommen, dass dieses Angebot nicht den Erwartungen entspricht. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung plane ich definitiv nicht, diesen Ort erneut zu besuchen.

Da Hole ich nichts zum Essen die rauchen im Lokal in einem Nebenraum direkt neben wo die Döner und alles andere zubereitet werden schauen sogar noch in die Kamera und lachen unglaublich nun den guten Appetit

So einen enttäuschenden Döner hatte ich lange nicht. Ich habe schon mehrmals Döner dort gekauft aber so wenig Füllung wie heute hatte ich noch nie. Ich weiß nicht ob der Besitzer gewechselt hat aber hoffentlich wird es wieder besser weil geschmacklich ist der sehr gut aber das heute war eine richtige Enttäuschung.

Der Laden ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Er ist modern und schön eingerichtet und bietet sogar ein paar Sitzplätze. Das Personal ist freundlich. Der vegetarische Döner war mit frischen Zutaten belegt. Alles toll. Leider wurde der Salat und Käse mit der selben Zange zusammengestellt, die gerade noch im Fleisch lag. Das ist schade. Sonst gutes Konzept und gute Preise. Tipp. Salat in einer Schüssel zusammenstellen und alle Zutaten mischen. Separate Zangen für Fleisch und vegetarisch. Und auch separate Schüsseln. Dann ist auch der letzte Kunde glücklich.

Das Essen (Dönerbox und Döner) haben wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt und freundlich war es auch! Echt zu empfehlen

PREISTAFELMAFIA, IMMER VORHER NACH DEM PREIS FRAGEN. Und bitte, wir werden uns bemühen, heißt soviel, ist mir egal, Kunden abzocken ist geil. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn ganz viele einen Döner bestellen und wenn der Preis immernoch falsch ist, darauf bestehen oder einfach gehen. Den Mut hatte ich nicht.

Bei dem Kunden vor mir ist beim wickeln ein Stück Hähnchen aus dem Dürüm auf den Tresen gefallen. Der Mitarbeiter hat es wieder in die Schaufel unter dem Spieß geworfen. Mein Döner war ok, aber die Szene war ekelerregend.

Überrascht wie gut das Kalbfleisch hier schmeckt, Preis auch ok.

Das Gemüse ist frisch und das Fleisch schmeckt lecker, nur ich hab oft das Gefühl das die Mitarbeiter keine Ahnung haben wie sie die Zutaten richtig im döner vermengen

Ich hatte einen Döner mit alles bzw auch die Soße da wurde im das gezeigt wie viel und bekam von jedem eine Löffel Spitz der Salat hat in dem Fall auch nix gebracht der Döner war so trocken Ich betonte vor weg bei den soßen ich es gibt auch Trinkgeld 2 Euro und nix extra ist schon ........

2016 wurde groß Renoviert, mit Erfolg. Sehr sauberer, moderner (Döner-)Imbiss. Auf der Speisekarte finden sich neben Döner auch Currywurst, Chickenwings, Burger... An den Tischen gibt es Steckdosen sowie USB-Ladebuchsen. Personal bisher immer sehr freundlich, Essen tadellos. Update März '23: Noch immer alles bestens, ich war sehr spät abends da, trotzdem wirkte alles frisch und sauber. Die beiden Jungs hinterm Tresen bestens gelaunt, ich mit meinem Mitternachtssnack dann auch :)

Ich finde dass der Döner dort sehr lecker schmeckt. Sehr weiter zu empfehlen !

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu jeder Uhrzeit top und schnell, so dass man noch seine Bahn kriegt- empfehlenswert!

Die Portionen werden leider immer kleiner und teurer. Insbesondere der Döner ist ein Witz. 4,80 Euro für vier Bissen, von denen nicht mal ein Kind satt wird. 6,50 Euro für einen Dürüm, der früher mal 4,90 Euro gekostet hat und damals auch deutlich gefüllter war. Heute klatscht ihr nur noch ein bisschen Fleisch und Salat drauf. Schade.

Sehr gutes Essen ...Angestellte sind freundlich ... Dieser Döner ist weiter zu Empfehlen...

Ich kann den Laden nur empfehlen.... mega lecker .... sauber.... echt liebe Mitarbeiter.... und vorallem die Burger.... 100% handgefertigt.... da lohnt sich der Weg....

Die Qualität stimmt grundsätzlich. Leider sind die Döner doch in der Größe unterdurchschnittlich und fallen regelmäßig zu klein aus. Damit stimmt das Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung nicht.

I love the quality of the food here. And the best thing? It is open on Sundays 😀 Whenever I feel hungry on my way home from anywhere, I just get down at the Ohlsdorf U-Bahn station, grab a chicken burger or döner salat, and I have never regretted!

Man kann mit Karte zahlen und für Ohlsdorf eine recht große Auswahl. Für ein Imbiss direkt an der Ubahn dauert die Bearbeitungszeit etwas zu lange.
