Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, der Dönerteller ohne Brot und Pommes war okay, aber viel zu teuer.

Geiler laden Tolles Team Mahour ist einfach spitze Wahnsinn arbeitet schnell und gründlich und hat egal wie voll der laden ist einen guten überblick und ein strahlendes lächeln super Typ. Ich finde die Preise voll in Ordnung günstiger als bei der Konkurrenz und trotzdem große Portionen und immer lecker der Chef hat den laden gut im griff auch weil er gute Mitarbeiter hat natürlich

Die Bedienung ist freundlich und bemüht, weshalb es mir ehrlich gesagt leid tut, eine negative Bewertung abzugeben. Die Preise sind schlicht überzogen. Fast neun Euro für einen Döner sind schwer zu rechtfertigen, selbst wenn man steigende Kosten berücksichtigt. Hier stimmt das Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung einfach nicht mehr. Richtig unerquicklich wird es, sobald etwas mehr Betrieb herrscht. Dann scheint die Organisation komplett auseinanderzufallen: Fleisch wird nicht richtig durchgegart, Bestellungen werden verwechselt (statt Rind bekommt man ungefragt Hühnchen), und das Brot ist oft labbrig statt knusprig, weil es offenbar nicht lange genug im Toaster war. Der Tiefpunkt ist jedoch, wenn man nach dem Essen auch noch mit Magenproblemen zu kämpfen hat. Spätestens dann hört jedes Wohlwollen auf. Angesichts all dessen ist es für mich unverständlich, warum dieser Laden weiterhin so gut besucht ist.

Grundsätzlich ein toller Dönerladen. Leider ist der Döner mittlerweile echt klein geworden. Nur noch wenig Fleisch im Döner ist vorhanden. Auch der Geschmack ist nur noch maximal Standard.

Der Laden ist wieder deutlich besser geworden! Das merkt man an der Qualität des Essens. Beim letzten Besuch bei Kebap Club waren auch die Mitarbeiter wieder freundlicher (eine Zeit lang war dies leider nicht der Fall). Der Döner schmeckt gut. Die Pizza ist die beste Pizza, die man hier in Marienfelde BESTELLEN kann. Daher habe ich meine vorherige Rezension gelöscht und gebe nun diese mit einer höheren Anzahl von Sternen.

Personal super freundlich. Vielfältig neven den Döner ist es auch mit Pasta oder für mich die heiß geliebten gözleme🥰

Da treibt sich ein Typ herum, der Leute abzockt. Er spricht ein bisschen Polnisch und wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet, tut er so, als würde er nicht bemerken, wenn man zum Beispiel ein Getränk mitbringt, und versucht dann, es zu zählen. So etwas ist mir auch passiert, als meine Freunde und ich Döner bestellt haben. Alle gingen zum Auto, und er behauptete, sie hätten nicht bezahlt und versuchte, mir Geld abzunehmen, obwohl alles bezahlt war. Ich kann den Laden nicht empfehlen. Der Service ist unterirdisch und der Döner von schlechter Qualität. Die Bewertung wurde erst spät veröffentlicht, daher ist es möglich, dass der Mann nicht mehr da ist. Ich habe die Bewertung nicht sofort veröffentlicht, um anonym zu bleiben.

Gestern Abend war ich mit einem Freund dort, um Chicken Nuggets und Pommes zu essen. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett und das Essen war super, absolut empfehlenswert.

Leider zu Stoßzeiten sehr langsam. Liegt evtl gar nicht am Personal sondern an den Geräten? Es dauert lange bis das Fleisch gebraten ist. Mitarbeiter sind nett

Essen super, sehr nette Bedienung. Bei der Zubereitung einfach drauf ansprechen, dann werden auch neue Handschuhe genommen, bevor nach dem Kassieren von Geld etwas angefasst wird. Super!

Awful doner kebab! 1. The meat was dry, thin, and tasted like nothing. 2. The salad tasted like it hadn't been changed in a week. Otherwise, the rest was okay. 3. The worst part was the employee who made my friend's doner. First of all, he wasn't wearing gloves, he coughed the whole time and didn't even try to cough anywhere else. He stank, and while the bread was toasting, he just scratched and picked his nose. My friend still paid but didn't eat anything. So, I'm never going there again.

A regular dürüm is the same size as a big dürüm. Very tasty and fresh. I highly recommend it.

From 3 stars back to 5 stars. There was a time when things weren't running perfectly, but for years now, the friendly, consistent staff has worked together seamlessly, and for me, it's still a very good kebab shop in the area. The price is still right, too. The meat quality and salad are always spot on. The sauces are perfectly balanced. I'll definitely be back.

So I can't recommend this shop at all. Workers don't respond to customers' wishes and top the kebab as they want.

Doesn't taste good at all and is really unhygienic. The toilet stinks so much that when it is opened the smell goes through the whole shop.

I wanted a large portion of fries, but they didn't even have them. Instead of saying anything, they just made me two and charged me €7. Now that's what I call deluxe service! 😄 €7 for fries is pretty darn hefty. They're tasty, but at that price, I was almost expecting gold ones.

The quality has deteriorated significantly. The meat no longer tastes the same as it did when the store first opened. Some of the employees are very aggressive and bad-tempered. If you want to order something in the store, you often wait at least 15 to 20 minutes before being asked, as the employees all prepare the deliveries without a system. I recommend a very good alternative: a little further up the street at KiK, where the doner tastes like a real kebab, not like a rotisserie or doner-kebab style (not a real doner kebab) like here at the Kebab Club. 👎🏾

Five people stand behind it and wait over 15 minutes without anyone even taking their order...how long does the food take then, 3 hours? Or what? It's just a ridiculous kebab, not a five-course meal.

Far from what it used to be, This applies to staff and food

I recently ordered food over the phone and it was delivered incorrectly. Of course, the driver had just gotten off work. They told me I'd get a little extra for it, but the next day they hadn't even mentioned it! It's just embarrassing! Plus, some things are out of stock. It's gotten really bad. It's a shame, actually, the place used to be really good. But they've lost us as customers.

It was very good at the beginning when it was new and then it deteriorated quite a bit after a while, i.e. also in terms of hygiene. The week before last there was an employee behind the bar, probably of Pakistani or Indian origin. He had no gloves on and plunged his entire hand into the bread to break the warm bread apart to make a kebab. His whole hand was in the bread. Others open it differently, he goes in with his whole hand and had his other hand on the toast machine. So he opened the bread with one hand. My wife stood next to me and said quietly to me that she was no longer hungry and that we shouldn't take the kebabs. I asked the employee that we should cancel the kebabs etc. Afterwards he got angry and very cheeky and said we should never come back and if we didn't like it, eat somewhere else. He said in bad German, go eat differently. What is that? He puts his whole palm into the kebab and expects us to eat it? Aside from that, he didn't really have clean fingernails either. Such an employee still opens the bread with his hand without gloves and still expects us to buy it!?!? Sorry but we got really sick. How can you work in such an unhygienic way while everyone else we see is always wearing gloves!? Incredible and all this in front of the customers' eyes. We and our friends will never eat there again as long as he works there. Apart from that, my friends who live around the corner order 3-4 times every week. We all stopped eating there from now on. What I experienced there was really unsavory. I hope the boss reads this and knows now. Something like that only ruins your reputation and your business. Then get cheeky with the customer.

The best kebab in Berlin. Service is great, the guys are always super nice and quick to prepare. Additions such as extra sauce or jalapeños cost nothing. The bread is crispy and the beef is not overly fatty.

Best shop in Marienfelde, I've been through them all. At kik number 2. And the last one is at the pizzeria. Even the nicest dudes always go to Kebab Club.

I had food delivered to the hospital via Lieferando. Everything was extremely tasty, especially the pide. I wanted the pasta without broccoli, it worked too :) will definitely order more often!

A really strong kebab years ago! Unfortunately, the quality has continued to decline since then and I can no longer recommend it (the rating here is based only on the kebab). It's a shame, but as long as customers buy the kebab, why raise the quality.

Food is okay, but the staff or owner or whoever works there doesn't know what customer satisfaction means let alone how to solve a problem politely. You're asked if you're kidding him when you ask after 1 1/2 hours and 20 minutes later nothing has arrived even though it takes 8 minutes by car. Not recommended if you insist on real service with good food.

My family and I have been regular customers for years. Lately our food has been delivered incorrectly and when you let us know, you have to be bullied. Today almost all dishes were prepared incorrectly and people loudly and arrogantly portrayed them as liars on the phone. When we picked up the correct order (son), the wrong food was unpacked behind the counter and a piece of schnitzel was held up that was definitely not in the kebab when it was delivered. Our son was insulted and threatened that the employees would take a photo of the food next time and there would be no refund. This was followed by clear hand signals from the employee! We are a polite and uncomplicated family, we are shocked why there is suddenly such behavior. How arrogant and aloof! Complaint goes to Lieferando!!!

I ordered and the food didn't arrive even though I was told it had been delivered. Then I called and the communication was rubbish because no one spoke German. Then I had to wait another 50 minutes until my food finally arrived (total waiting time almost 2 hours). I want my money back because the food was cold and inedible!

7.50 euros for a big kebab that also deserves the word. There's no other way to say it tastes really good. Unfortunately, the employees are a total failure when it comes to friendliness and attentiveness. You can also show the customer in a friendly way that you have noticed them and generally be a little more polite.

I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews here! The food is very good, fresh salads, very tasty kebabs, large portions. Very nice staff!! I can recommend the Kebab Club.

The longer wait for the kebab was worth it. The bread was fresh and warm, the kebab was generously topped with meat and salad. Price-performance ratio is ok. For €6 you get a decent portion that will fill you up. If it's not enough, you can get a BigDöner kebab for €1.50 more, with even more meat and salad. Despite the high rush, the staff was nice and friendly. The shop makes a clean impression and the ambience invites you to linger.

I ordered food through Lieferando. Dürüm, kebab and kebab plate. The kebab plate came completely WITHOUT sauce. If I give Lieferando a phone number, I have to answer it... tried several times throughout the evening - NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. In my opinion this is really bad service. Döner plate without sauce doesn't taste good. Will not continue to support the store. More and more people are commenting on incorrect deliveries and not answering the phone.

Dürüm ist gut gefüllt, der Salat frisch, die Soßen echt lecker, Fleisch meistens auch ok. Das Personal überwiegend sehr freundlich. Allerdings wäre mehr einheitlicher Service wünschenswert… manchmal bekommt man zB Käse drauf ohne extra zu bezahlen…manchmal kostet das Extra …. manchmal wird man gar nicht erst gefragt … mit Tüten und anderen Dingen genau das gleiche …und schlimmstenfalls arbeitet das Personal so gegeneinander dass man froh ist wenn das Essen fertig ist und man das bekommt was man wollte🫣 Keine Kartenzahlung möglich...ich würde bestimmt öfter was kaufen wenn man das könnte

Leider waren die beiden döner kalt und das schon beim bezahlen. Die pommes war gut. Die Mitarbeiter machen einen gestressten und überforderten Eindruck. Geschmacklich ist der döner okey doch es gibt in Marienfelde deutlich bessere.

Ich kann das Kebap Club uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Qualität des Essens ist erstklassig und der Geschmack unübertroffen. Egal, ob Sie auf der Suche nach einem schnellen Imbiss oder einem ausgiebigen Mahl sind, das Kebap Club bietet Ihnen eine großartige kulinarische Erfahrung. Gehen Sie hin und probieren Sie es selbst aus – Sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein!

Naja, war früher besser. Manche Mitarbeiter sind leider ziemlich unfreundlich. Außerdem wird der Döner immer teurer (noch verständlich wegen der Inflation) aber auch kleiner. Das ist schade. Hab mal einen Big-Döner gekauft, der gefühlt weniger Inhalt hatte, als ein Döner in normaler Größe.

Ich hatte Dönner mit Huhn der war okay . Wenn die Tische und die Toilette sauber gewesen wären hätte ich noch einen Stern mehr gegeben.

Döner ist ok. Brot war schön knusprig. Leider ist das Verständnis für Hygiene nicht gegeben. Man kann nicht Handschuhe tragen und damit das Essen machen, aber gleichzeitig das Bargeld der Leute damit anfassen.

Die Döner schmecken wirklich gut und der Service ist schnell!

Der Kebab Club verkauft nicht nur Döner sondern auch Pizza. Bei der ersten Bestellung hatten wir Döner, der nicht so zum Empfehlen war. Die Pizzen dagegen sehr. Die waren lecker. Es sollte eine Stunde Lieferzeit sein, aber nach 30min war er schon da. In der Mitteilungsspalte hatten wir extra angegeben, dass die Lieferung ganz nach hinten muß. Leider wurde das nicht berücksichtigt so dass der vordere Nachbar rausgeklingelt wurde. Die Preise sind nicht billig.

Geschmacklich wie eine 1 und sehr freundliches Personal. Ich komme gerne hierher!
