I think it's outrageous to charge €19 for a small skewer (No. 43 - I ordered No. 44) with dry rice/chickpeas and raw onions. A small salad, 1/2 tomato and 1/2 pepper don't improve it either. The taste was no better than in a kebab shop. We wanted to order something to drink, but unfortunately the waiter didn't come to our table. After we finished, we waited for 15 minutes, then I went in to pay. I "complained" my suffering to the other waiter - he just said: "I didn't serve you." We really didn't feel valued. You can spend your money better elsewhere!

Food wasn't good. The meat was dry and not tasty, it is far too expensive for the poor quality.

Die bestellen Suppen waren kaum gewürzt und wässrig, der türkische Coban Salat war eine glatte 6, die Salatstücken waren sehr groß, optimal für einen Pferd. Alles zusammen geschmacklich ungenügend und Bedienung war ok. Hasir ist nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Amazing food, friendly service and nice outdoor seating!

We had dinner there. Yaprak doner tastes average. But you can eat well. Unfortunately the waiter wasn't in a good mood. Otherwise it's a nice restaurant.

This must be the worst Arabic food and place I have ever been to or eaten. Sorry, but you have to do better; from the food to the service. Waited a long time for service, for the food and even to pay the bill. Top it off with food that was too salty and uninspiring. There is a lot of Arabic restaurant around, competition is stiff! Good luck.

I actually just wanted to eat soup, but was treated unkindly by the staff. After they heard that I spoke Arabic, I felt viewed with hostility. I was told in an inappropriate tone that no soup was available. I felt discriminated against by this behavior and will not visit the restaurant again.

The serving staff is very attentive and friendly. The place is beautiful. The prices are high and there is very little meat per gram per serving. This is the only thing that can be criticized.

Here's the corrected version of your review: Not impressed with their dishes, to be honest. We ordered some mixed meze (tapas) to accompany our raki, but what arrived was more or less the same dish with minor variations. The haydari, which usually doesn’t have carrots, was described in the menu as "haydari with carrots." However, when the haydari was served, it didn't have any carrots. So, basically, it was "haydari with carrots, without carrots." Overall, the food was very basic and generic. The prices are reasonable, which is why you don't feel a strong urge to complain about it. The service was poor, hostile, and unwelcoming. We arrived in Berlin a few hours later than expected and had a reservation at Hasir in Kreuzberg (see my review about Hasir Kreuzberg). Realizing we wouldn’t make our reservation, we decided to call ahead and ask if we could delay it. They informed us that their other restaurant had opening hours until 03:00. We called Hasir Schöneberg and made reservations there instead. On the phone, they confirmed they were open until 03:00 and that the kitchen closed at 01:00. We ordered two bottles of raki, each 35 cl. Exactly at 01:28, just five to ten minutes after opening the second bottle, the waiter came and told us they were closing in 10 minutes. We protested, referring to our previous phone conversation, but they denied any knowledge of this. In response, we had to chug our raki like there was no tomorrow and hurry away. Very unfortunate and indeed a sad stain on their reputation. The area is as Berlin as it gets—bustling and vibrant, with all types of people walking by. Unfortunately, the street has a heightened level of ambient noise from motor vehicles. The food was what it was, and the noise is what it is—but their attitude and obnoxiousness were surprising and very discouraging. I won't be able to recommend this place, as Berlin has so much more to offer in terms of raki and meze experiences.

I've never seen such a bad sanitary facility as here and it's called hasir train station zoo toilet is clean service staff hardly available no interest shown in us the soup we ate is old and curdled not recommended

So, the three of us had to wait about 20 minutes before we could even order. After ordering, I waited again for about 20 minutes. Then there was an unfriendly manner from the waiter. Not the old quality anymore. A pity

We got a starter plate, it wasn't that nice because some sauce was bad, sour and broken. But kindly we got other starter plates and the taste was okay again. The waiter said it was all mixed, that's why, but I'm a cook and I understand a lot. I'm a little sad about hygiene in the toilet and in the restaurant in general. But the waiters were nice.

Today we went to the Hasir Restaurant! (Maaßenstr)! It was the first and last time in this restaurant! We are shocked and disappointed! Unfortunately, both the service and the food were very, very bad! We ordered Lahmacun (it was the worst Lahmacun we have ever eaten)! The taste and smell is so unpleasant! It still stinks on my hands! The Iskender was very dry or rather the meat was very dry and had no taste! The onions for the lahmacun were not fresh! We are dissatisfied with this restaurant and cannot recommend it! How can HASIR allow himself to do something like that?! The staff even complains why we couldn't decide on a seat etc... The staff and the kitchen definitely have to come up with something! What a pity...

We went to the one in Kreuzberg. Incredible food! We had the chargrilled chicken kebab ( best I ve had -amazingly juicy and tender. Probably marinated over- night)lamb kebab ( great) the chopped salad with pomegranite dressing was fresh and tasty, also had hummous and moutabal. Beautiful, sophisticated food for a reasonable price ( also generous portions). Highly recommend.

The kebab or dürüm used to be twice as big. It still tastes pretty good but is just too expensive for what you get. The competition never sleeps. There are a lot of very, very good kebabs in Berlin and not far away either.

The Adana Kebap was half as thin as usual. Plus a bit of rice and a bit of onions for €19. What a bad joke! Anyone who knows Turkish cuisine knows that this can only be an imitation. Neither I nor my companion were full. Never again! Not recommendable

Good yaprak meat, fluffy homemade bread, delicious homemade sauces and fresh veggies.

I've already eaten a kebab at Hasir twice and I'm thrilled. The meat is outstanding – juicy and perfectly seasoned. The home-baked bread goes perfectly with it. Absolutely recommended for every kebab lover!

The waiter is overwhelmed and takes ages to deliver the menus. Food doesn't come at the same time and takes 45 minutes until it's even on the table. Paying the bill also takes forever.

Where is the usual good service of the last few years? First of all: the quality and taste of the food is still very good. Both the kebab in the bread and the plated dishes in the house. However, what has massively deteriorated compared to some visits over the last few years is the manner in which the service is served (possibly also because you no longer see any long-established waiters). Waiting times are getting longer and longer even when the store is moderately busy; drinks glasses are simply cleared away during the meal without asking. Payment of the bill had to be registered at the counter, as no waiter came past the table. As he leaves the shop, he pushes past to talk to two women on the street and smoke with them. Despite the good food, my last visit will also be my last.

In my opinion, the kebab is the best and should be viewed as a standard/reference for what a real kebab should be like. Starting with the meat, which is real steak meat, to the freshly baked bread and delicious salad and sauce, it simply tastes good. All kebab dealers who now charge 6€ to 7.5€ for a minced meat kebab should eat here and ask themselves whether their compressed pile of minced meat fat with toasted standard flatbread is a justified price compared to the Hasir kebab. Regarding the service of the waiters: For years, in both the Schöneberg and Kreuzberg branches, the service staff has been very arrogant when they notice that there aren't many tips for smaller orders. Guests who get soup or drinks are looked at askance and asked to pay at the counter.

Good Yaprak Kebab. Could eat it without sauce just with tomatoes, onions and fresh ayran. There was a little too much lamb in the flavor for my taste. Nevertheless, I can only recommend trying the experience yourself instead of minced meat kebab. The service was good and the ambience is nice too.

Go out to eat very often. 1 star deducted because the kebab, no matter which one, sometimes doesn't taste that good - dry and rancid. Otherwise we are treated great as regular customers and the food is TOP! Meze taste great, unfortunately expensive at €8.

When we saw the name Hasır, we dived right in. We asked for lahmacun, but what was served was definitely not lahmacun, at most it was a thick pita with meat, not folded, spread with minced meat on thick bazlama made in Anatolia. It didn't suit the brand.

If you order a kebab for €7, you want to get a kebab and not a paper-thin toast sandwich. Some top the kebab sensibly, but some others really save on the meat. It can't be that the kebab is a different size every time. You don't have to vulture. We pay 7 euros! Take an example from the good staff, who also prepare a proper kebab and not a toast sandwich. Thanks. Next time I'll send you a photo of the toast sandwich.

I ordered a doner sandwich, and although it tasted delicious, the portion size left me wanting more, and I didn't feel fully satisfied.

I ate İskender in one of the 2 Hasır Restaurants in Berlin, and I ate Beyti in the other. It is very good, the only problem is that it is very crowded, especially the one in Kreuzberg is very crowded. I would like to thank a waiter from Alanya who helped us. Enjoy your meal.

The best Döner and Iskender I have eaten in Berlin.

The food is always good, but they have a new habit and started charging for small glasses of tea. Chasing after this small fee is a huge disappointment.

Horrible people, food is supper expensive and quality is tasteless . I ordered chicken grill which cost me 20 euro for just small portion. The rice was just white rice nothing else . I charge my cell phone for 15 mint during the time I was having my lunch then the guy charge me 1 euro for that what ha pathetic act . Lastly they are rude and horrible people, just stay away from this place . Never recommend and never coming again there .

Roasted meat, you have to say the wishes several times, the entrance door is on the whole time because of this we always sat with a jacket. I know the other branches of Hasır but this one is catastrophic...

The service looks like it has gotten a lot better than how it was before. More polite people and the food came faster.

Unfortunately, a bad experience.. Be careful, the tip is obligatory if you do not pay attention.. and it is exaggerated.. the food is less than normal.. I could have paid the same amount for more delicious items in other restaurants.. Good waiters service.. But the worst thing about it was when I charged by card, I discovered that they added 8 euros to the account without informing me, and when I discussed it with the waiter, he said that it was a tip for the person in the kitchen. Kebab/doner is not recommended. Meat tough and quite over-seasoned. There are better stores in Berlin.

I have known the Hasir shop on Nollendorfplatz for around 30 years. I was there 2 days ago, the first time in I think 10 years, the meal menu isn't mine, but my family liked it. So try it yourself and form your own opinion.

We ordered 2 portions of doner kebab, it cost 19x2 = 38 EUR, is it worth it? It's not worth it. We asked if tea was complimentary, they offered 1 tea each and said the tea was on us. Then, when we received 40 euros into the 38 euro account, we asked. We got the answer: 40 euros with tea. It was a brunette waiter in his 30s. Unfortunately, low quality service concept. I wouldn't recommend it, I wouldn't go myself 🤔

Way too expensive for what you get. We would like to order the Turkish pizzas but the oven was not working. We ordered some other main with meat instead. 19€ each for just a few pieces of grilled meat on top of some croutons swimming in some sauce, half a tomato and yoghurt. Not worth it.

I passed there by chance. I actually wanted to go somewhere else. Yaprak kebab. This reminds me of my youth. I'm happy to spend 7 euros on quality. And then the kebab was served in stale, dry bread. That is not how it works! therefore unfortunately failed.

So definitely more pleasant in terms of population density than the branch in Kreuzberg! Wanted to eat a “real” kebab with home-baked bread; However, based on the queue that stretched far outside, we had probably run out of bread, which is why we came here to Schöneberg. It was pretty quiet here; Doner kebab would be quite tasty and cost us around €8-9 with extra meat. We really liked the garlic sauce, which was very "original", the bread was good but clearly had potential for improvement and the meat was unfortunately not sufficiently supported in terms of taste (e.g. by spices, etc.). All in all, a very pleasant kebab and a 7.2 out of 10 for me.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience today. I picked up my food from you on Saturday evening and while waiting, the obvious boss in casual clothes walked past me three times in an extremely arrogant manner and, like a wannabe mafioso, so that I could make room, said neither sorry nor please nor thank you. Not even looked at or smiled, nothing. I find this unbelievable and for me this business, where I have been with my family every week for 10 years, has now lost all good reputation. Unfortunately I will never come here again. It's a shame they have such a bad, arrogant boss. Otherwise, the waiters are, as always, wonderfully nice and warm.

Endlich wieder in Berlin und endlich wieder Yaprak Döner. Meine Tour habe ich hier bei Hasir angefangen. Habe als Vorspeise eine Mercimeksuppe. Endlich mal eine Suppe, die schön sämig war. So hat den immer meine Großmutter gemacht. Volle 10 von 10 Punkte. Das dazu gereichte Brot war noch warm und fluffig. Als Hauptgang gab es einen Yaprakteller. Auch hier volle Punktzahl. Es schmeckt wie in der Türkei. Ganz ehrlich habe ich das so nicht erwartet. Ich war geflasht. Leider war die Portion für das Geld etwas zu klein. Das ist natürlich Ansichtssache. Umgekehrt sollte natürlich Qualität seinen Preis haben. Schlecht fand ich, dass die zu meinem Döner Ketchup und Remoulade/Majo mitgegeben haben. Passt nicht in die türkische Küche 😉 Mitarbeiter bekommen von mir auch eine 10 von 10. Alle super freundlich und diskret. Da alles gut war, werde ich wieder kommen👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Living in Berlin is awesome, when its come to food to find best restaurants in Germany as foreigner, finally found this restaurant from YouTube. * uncooked food. * smell came from all over of meat. * they charged tip without asking. * highly don't recommend it, please find another restaurants as berlin has a lot of options in terms of halal. Interestingly, quality is going down each time we visit. Soup was cold, Adana was sour (I believe too much sumak), service was average. The place needs to pick up quality quick, especially with these high prices.

Das Essen war lecker aber uns wurde allen ein Tee ungefragt gebracht aus Höflichkeit nahmen wir sie an ( ich trinke kein Tee habe ihn verschenkt) und mussten jeder zum schluss 1.50€ jeweils für den Tee ausgeben , kein problem von nun an einfach keinen Cent Trinkgeld mehr .

Das Essen war ok, aber kein Highlight. Die Angestellten waren freundlich und haben uns zügig bedient. Die Preise sind wie überall mittlerweile relativ hoch. Adana und Hähnchen kosten je 20 €, was definitiv nicht wenig ist. Meinem Mann hat zu seinem Adana das Lavas-Brot gefehlt, aber da wir eine Vorspeise hatten, hatten wir wenigstens ein anderes Brot. Der Preis für die Suppe hat mich etwas umgehauen, mit 6,50 € ziemlich teuer, aber auch das ist mittlerweile ein ganz normaler Preis in Berlin.

Döner war sehr lecker, jedoch sollten die Mitarbeiter etwas freundlicher sein.

Wahrscheinlich war die Erwartung zu hoch. Bin dahin wollte erst Restaurant dachte komm neben an ist Döner was mein Bruder sehe empfohlen hat. Also wollte ich Döner holen die sagten zum sitzen gibt es kein Döner aber mein Hinter Tisch hatte es …naja egal….ich wurde nach hinten deportiert zum sitzen… von der Bestellung bis das Essen kam waren 18 min. Das Essen also mein Essen (Siehe Foto) für 19 Euro war nur ganz Hauch dünnes Fleisch eine Schichtreihe Oberfläche Rest Reis das so pampig war. Also sorry da erwartet man was anderes vor allem die Lüftung müssen die einschalten. Also sorry Leute Fleisch war lecker Rest nicht (aber viel zuwenig) Unter Dönerteller verstehe ich was anderes.

It's not an authentic Turkish restaurant. They don't even have garlic to put in the Cacık (yogurt side dish that normally should contain garlic but it tasted just like salted yogurt, and we paid 7,50€ for a cup of this yogurt side dish). The prices are insanely high and don't match the food quality. I was very disappointed. Also the service was terrible. They rather watched their phones than giving basic service. I was very disappointed and would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Extrem unfreundliches Personal mit null Erfahrung in der Gastronomie. Berechnen zu viel für Wasser und sagen „Es passen keine 8 Künefe in den Ofen.“ Wir haben ihnen gesagt, dass Sie dann 2x4 Künefe in den Ofen schieben sollen, da sie nicht selbst darauf gekommen sind. Lieber gegenüber zur Konkurrenz. SEHR enttäuscht.

Habe leider wohl zu viel erwartet. Hatte u. a. Dönerteller bestellt. Die Portionen fallen leider sehr klein aus, kaum Reis, keinerlei Soßen, Teller lieblos zubereitet. Das Dönerfleisch hat eine sehr gute Qualität, leider aber das Gesamtkonzept sehr verbesserungsbedürftig. Leider war auch die Rechnung nicht korrekt, hätte bei ohnehin überteuerten Preisen auch noch für etwas bezahlen sollen, was ich nicht bestellt hatte. Fazit: ich fand es enttäuschend.

Öncelikle ortam çok sıkışık bir masa azaltılmalı. Yemekler ve çorba için geçer puan vermekle birlikte servis te bir sıkıntı olduğunu düşünüyorum. Ortamda bir gerginlik var ama nasıl derseniz müşteri sayısı ve çalışan sayısının orantısızligindan diyebilirim. Çalışanların moral ve motivasyonu artırılmalı. Girişte bardaklarin yıkandığı ve durulandiği bir bölüm var, hem servis için kullanılıyor ama aynı zamanda bulaşık yıkamak için değerlendirilmiş bir alan ilarak tasarlanmış ama musterielrin gözü önünde bardak yıkama işlemi uygun düşmedi.

Hier gibt es immer einen guten Service und gutes Essen, eine Empfehlung für jeden Liebhaber der türkischen Küche.

Porsiyon yaprak doner cok ama cok guzeldi, nohutlu pilav da cok lezzetliydi.Corbalarda gercekten lezzetliydi. Malesef iskenderi begenmedik. Kunefe ve sutlac da siradandi. Ama servis, ilgi alaka cok iyiydi, tesekkur ederiz.

Essen schmeckt gut. Leider etwas kalt der laden. Vorallem wenn die türe aufgeht. Toiletten nicht unbedingt im neuesten stand.

We stumbled into Hasir Schöneberg while looking for a warm place to eat on a cold and rainy and snowy December evening. Nollendorf Platz, which was on our way back to the hotel, has tons of options, but we also needed a place that took credit cards (last night in Germany and we had purposefully spent all of our cash). Hasir Schöneberg delivered. We were seated in a warm corner (thank you!) and quickly served excellent döner (not too thinly sliced, a nice change, and exceptionally tasty) and rice. The portions were huge. The hot bread was delicious and the service friendly. We would go there again!

Öncelikle mekanın içinde aşırı sinek var. Elimizle kovalaya kovalaya yemek yedik. Lahmacunları çok kalın. Bi tane ile bir yetişkin doyar neredeyse. Dönerin lezzeti fena değildi ama içinde sert parçalar geliyordu. Garson ilgisizdi.Kotideki Hasır ı bildiğimiz, sevdiğimiz için burayı da deneyelim dedik ama bir daha gelmeyiz. Gidecek olanlara da Koti ye gitmelerini tavsiye ederim.

Dürüm zum Mitnehmen: Das Fleisch muss länger gegrillt und dünner geschnitten werden, das Brot mehr angetoastet. Der Salat ist frisch aber man vermisst die Zitrone. Leider eher mittelmäßig.

Der Kellner gab einem das Gefühl das man Sie störte, sprach kaum wackelte mit dem Kopf...das Essen war recht teuer für einen Döner mit bisschen Reis und einen unliebsam gemachten Salat mit nur mal Tomaten und Eisbersalat. Das Brot schmeckte garnicht, ich glaube die war nicht mal frisch, hätte man ja wenigstens toasten können. Im grossen und ganzem Durchschnitt Döner aber überteuert. Zum Abschied gabs auch ein Kopfwackeln.

I truly enjoy their Döner kebab; it stands out from the subpar options you find around Berlin. They serve it with rice, but I prefer it with bread. I also really like the Künefe; it's incredibly tasty.

Mouth-watering dinner! We've enjoyed the food sooooo much! Its quite pricy, but the food is really good too and the portions are huge. The waiters didnt approach us to take the order until we called them, but for the rest, we've had a fantastic dinner

The prices don't reflect the quality of food. You can get much better shish kebab for half the price around the corner. Service is absolutely the worst I have experienced in Berlin - waiters look like they make 0 effort serving new customers, much rather spend time ignoring requests, smoking outside and on their phones. Probably not all their fault, they must hate working there.

Ein in der Vergangenheit gern besuchtes Restaurant, hat mit dem heutigen Besuch alle positiven Eindrücke überdeckt. Das eintreten ins Restaurant wird nicht wahrgenommen, ausgenommen man spricht einen Kellner an. Nachdem wir Platz genommen haben, dauerte es erneut bis wir wahrgenommen werden, um die Bestellung aufzugeben. Bestellt wurden Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichte und Nachspeisen. Die Vorspeisen waren lieblos angerichtet. Das Brot (in der Vergangenheit frisch aus dem Ofen) kam kalt und definitiv nicht frisch. Die Hauptspeisen kamen falsch. Was zur Folge hatte, dass die Speisen, nachdem sie richtig waren kalt an den Tisch kamen. Das was kam war leider geschmacklich nicht überzeugend. Das Fleisch vom Drehspieß war zäh und knorpelig. Die Nachspeise war genießbar, konnte den Abend jedoch nicht mehr retten. Mein persönliches Highlight des Abends war, dass wir ca 50 min vor leeren Tellern und Tassen saßen und keiner sich verpflichtet sah, uns noch etwas anzubieten. Nach weiteren 20 min Wartezeit um zu bezahlen sprachen wir einen vorbei laufenden Koch an uns einen Kellner zu schicken, der es für nötig hielt sich auf Türkisch darüber lustig zu machen das wir einen Kellner benötigen (schlecht wenn Kunden Türkisch verstehen). Bei der Zahlung zog der Kellner ein langes Gesicht als er bemerkte, dass es bei dieser Erfahrung am Abend kein Trinkgeld gibt. Alles in allem fühlte es sich an, als würde man als Kunde stören. Mein Fazit: sehr schade diese Erfahrung gemacht zu haben. Ein Restaurant, dass sich aktuell in seinem Glanz der Vergangenheit ausruht, jedoch nicht erreicht.
