We ate Berlin döner here, I thought it was very good.

I was served a chicken plate instead of chicken dish, the answer was (we don't have any chicken dish) that you could have told me beforehand, for my friend instead of doner / got durum / except for the soup, it just doesn't taste good at all, we paid for the food and left it on the table

Super nice and friendly service. Everyone knows each other and says hello. We haven't been there in a while; they've renovated a lot. The restroom area really needs a makeover, too 😉 The presentation of the dishes has improved, and it tastes great as always. We'll be back.

And 3 stars are still too many. I was just at Hasir and ordered an Adana Dürüm to take away. They said it would take a while, no problem, I said. To bridge the wait, I ordered a small raki. After a while, they asked me about the sauce, etc. No tomatoes or cucumbers, please. Onions and cabbage are enough for me. Unfortunately, the iceberg lettuce found its way into the roll anyway. No problem, I thought. I paid with my card, 24 euros. In the car I thought they must have made a mistake. But that can't be a problem. So I called when I got home and asked. His answer: Adana Dürüm to go costs 16 euros 😳 and a double raki costs 8 euros 😳 (I ordered a small one) so this fun in aluminum foil with a sip of raki actually cost me 24 euros 😳 Apart from the fact that I only ordered a small one and they charged me for a double, the price of 16 euros for a Dürüm is just ridiculous and cheeky. THAT'S A RIP-OFF!!! We're talking about a snack bar here. This isn't Irish salt marsh lamb, and the onions and cabbage aren't from Domähne Dahlem either. This is minced meat from lamb trimmings whose origins I don't want to know. This is the cheapest thing you can get, and if it isn't, then write it on the menu online and on your tagel. So don't say anything, it's better that way. How on earth did you come up with 16 euros? Even your grill isn't the charcoal grill you advertise; it's simply a gas grill! That's a joke!!! Even at the Adana Grillhaus (supposedly one of the best Turkish restaurants in town), you only pay about 10 euros. I recommend the Pasch Grill on Potsdammerstrasse in Schöneberg. An honest snack bar that grills on real charcoal and with fair prices. It's not really my style to write reviews, but your employee urged me to do so because he sees it the same way and doesn't understand why a small roll wrapped in aluminum foil, filled with the cheapest salad and meat, without me dirtying my cutlery or a plate, costs so much. There's no way to sugarcoat it. This is a snack bar; I eat it out of my hand. And now I'm going to try this overpriced roll. If it doesn't taste decent, you don't really deserve a star. Regards, Kai

Excellent restaurant, every time I visit Berlin I always eat there

On September 20th, around 9:00 PM, I ate at your restaurant with my family. After receiving the bill, I paid by card. The waiter showed me the bill on the card reader, which displayed several tip options. During this time, he repeatedly repeated, "Everything's fine, everything's fine." Suddenly, however, he independently selected and printed a tip option of €6. (I have the corresponding bill in front of me.) I find such behavior extremely inappropriate and unacceptable. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. This is not only poor service, but also undermines the trust of guests. I am awaiting a written statement.

As is well known, all Hasir restaurants have recently updated their awnings and menus. And lo and behold, a disproportionate price increase. How about renovating the restrooms and upgrading cleanliness at this location? Selling luxury upstairs, while downstairs you go to McDonald's to use the restroom. And stop choosing the direct 10% tip. The waiter stands right next to you, and you create an unpleasant intrusiveness. I've experienced this in all branches so far. The food is otherwise good. However, the entire Hasir chain is currently operating in a very questionable manner.

The three of us were there yesterday. I ordered a wine, then we ordered appetizers, and then our main course. The white wine was very warm, and unfortunately, there was no ice to cool it down. However, I just got a smile and he was gone ;) Well, yes. The food was good. The price-performance ratio is rather high, although the service doesn't match that. Great location, the food was good, but unfortunately, the service wasn't so great. After we received our starter, the main course came to the table immediately. The wine was very warm and there was no ice, and they said the refrigerator was broken. So, no goodwill, and they didn't care at all, even though the prices were incredibly expensive.

The food was excellent, but it's ugly and shameful for this restaurant that the waiter forced me to tip 10 percent of the bill. However, since I was having a nice evening and didn't want to ruin it, I tipped 5 percent of the bill. This has happened once before, and after I complained, the bill was adjusted. I ask the restaurant management to teach the waiters that tipping is optional for customers. I will not go there again and will also advise my friends not to visit this restaurant.

I was charged extra 10 Euros than my real bill and on the top 10 percent tip without asking. So paid 72 Euros for two kebab platters, two Ayran and one little appetiser. Food is good but overcharges make the experience bad. The owner takes the bill himself sadly. It is a good trap for the visitors but I am never going there again.

I ordered shashlik there. The portion was very small, 10 small pieces of meat, no more than 60 grams. Not very tasty, but the service was good. Well, for €25, you could have gotten a larger portion. The side dish also included rice and a salad of cabbage, tomatoes, and cucumbers.

We were very disappointed. The meat was dry and tough, swimming in a pool of grease. And then there was such a high price. There wasn't even a side salad. Furthermore, the restaurant is extremely dirty. The floor in the restrooms is almost black with dirt. The restrooms are disgusting. We will never eat here again.

Ayran is bad but there is no news about the product they sell. 3.5 euros is not the quality, it is not only in ayran. You are buying Yaprak Döner, I honestly feel sad, my heart wants to give a higher score. But is this Yaprak Döner? If I knew I would get such a plate, I would not have walked in. What a shame, 3.7 is not in vain. The menu says Yaprak Döner... I paid 55 euros, will I come again?

The doner kebab is delicious, and the meat is very flavorful. Unfortunately, it's just a bit dry. But the standard layered doner kebabs are the first to come close to this taste.

Great Turkish food, ok prices, nice location.

We were here on Saturday and were very pleasantly surprised by the superb food. My portion size was perfect for me, but for others who eat significantly more than me, it might actually be too small. Nevertheless, we had a lovely evening here, with super friendly staff.

Overall, a great restaurant. We've been here twice already. The food is delicious and the ambiance fits in with the neighborhood. Review of the visit We have been regular customers at your restaurant for some time and have always appreciated your hospitality and the excellent food. We were all the more surprised on our last visit when we were charged for three teas after our meal – even though these had always been served as a courtesy of the house. Upon inquiry, we were told that it was up to the waiter to decide whether the tea after our meal was complimentary. We find this explanation incomprehensible and not customer-friendly, especially since there has never been any notice of this and it is obviously not enforced consistently. Such small gestures often make all the difference in the service experience – unfortunately, so does their sudden absence.

I tested all the döner restaurants for a week. I separate the chicken döner restaurants. There are portions and also fat bread. I preferred fat bread but I didn't put any sauce in it. If there is too much sauce and salad, the taste of the meat is not felt. The meat is really good. The beef and lamb mix was not heavy at all. If you are going to eat meat döner, you should eat it here. I recommend it.

The beef sandwich is yummy but it smells like meat ( you know what I mean ) if you’re sensitive about food smell not your best choice. It’s a in a rough part of Berlin so don’t expect a clean place. Overall good.

This lovely restaurant is very underrated.. service was great and I have just had my favourite soup ever, Tripe soup absolutely delicious..lemony not too heavy and texture was excellent ,tripe perfectly cooked. I like the service and the food

I visit Berlin every year. And I eat at Hasir at least once every year. This time I was super disappointed. We paid 80 euros for 3 people. And there came a ridiculous adana with a bit of rice on the plate. The waiters are not trained but are thrown into the mix, which is why the service suffers. Most of them stood at the front with their backs to the guests and gossiped in Turkish. It's terrible when you go out to dinner with a woman who's almost 70 years old and you have to experience such insolence. Ps: Greetings utanin!

Best kebab with real meat (not minced meat) and freshly baked bread

Unfortunately the restaurant disappointed me. We sat at the back and were not noticed and therefore not served until we changed seats. Compared to other Adana restaurants, the food is really lean and unfortunately the taste is not particularly convincing. Price-performance rather negative. The only thing that was tasty was the rice pudding, but also a bit expensive in my opinion.

Det ville jeg ikke gå med til. Han kørte så beløbet frem på betalings maskinen og der havde han selv lagt 10% på. Det er ikke i orden.

We had Iftar today and the restaurant provided us with dates which was very kind. Harun, who served us food, was very friendly and extremely kind. We were all very surprised by how nice he was. Because of him and the food, we will come again :)

Quality is a coincidence. I often ate Dürüm to take away there. Sometimes the meat is really tasty, well fried and crispy. The next time it's just done, sometimes it's clearly pink and tastes totally mushy and disgusting. In the meantime, I look at the kebab skewer beforehand and if there is no crispy meat to be seen, I don't go in. Same with the size of the portions: One employee makes a fair portion for EUR 8. The other employee a very small portion. I think it's a shame that quality and quantity fluctuate so much. It's a shame, because the meat and the other ingredients are really very tasty when well prepared.

I am very disappointed. I ordered an İskender plate. The kebab meat was cut EXTREMELY thick. Hardly any sauce on it, therefore very, very dry. There was no butter on the sauce at all. On the contrary, I had the feeling that they used water instead of butter. No taste. Really disgusting. And then another 20€. Künefe also tastes like cardboard. I wanted to have kaymak on my künefe. Then the waiter came to the table with the can and poured Kaymak from the Gazi can onto my künefe. Incredibly catastrophic. avoids Hasir. You're better off at a snack bar.

We have been regular customers for 10 years and always order the grill plate which was always charged at €15 per person and we were full. Today the shock on the menu was €29.90 and was then simply doubled for 2 people even though the quantity was extremely reduced. 2 small piles of rice chicken used to be 4 pieces. Now there are 2 little ones. Even the salad was very small. In addition, the service has deteriorated significantly. Nobody asks if they want something to drink or if anyone wants cay. I think it was a shame for us on our last visit. Raising prices but not exaggerating them and then reducing the quantity is cheating on the customer.

The price of the plain lahmacun without salad that I bought to take home was 3.5 Euros, which we all know is an average cost. I will definitely not recommend it, very thick cut doner wrap, 8 Euros. Price shock every time. This was the end.

I've been to a couple of their locations. The restaurants are warm and comfortable. The food is perfectly fine but nothing special. It's expensive for what is basically a Döner shop. The menu items are a cliche of Turkish cuisine.

Not impressed with their dishes, to be honest. We ordered some mixed meze (tapas) to accompany our raki, but what arrived was more or less the same dish with minor variations. The haydari, which usually doesn’t have carrots, was described in the menu as "haydari with carrots." However, when the haydari was served, it didn't have any carrots. So, basically, it was "haydari with carrots, without carrots." Overall, the food was very basic and generic. The prices are reasonable, which is why you don't feel a strong urge to complain about it. The service was poor, hostile, and unwelcoming. We arrived in Berlin a few hours later than expected and had a reservation at Hasir in Kreuzberg (see my review about Hasir Kreuzberg). Realizing we wouldn’t make our reservation, we decided to call ahead and ask if we could delay it. They informed us that their other restaurant had opening hours until 03:00. We called Hasir Schöneberg and made reservations there instead. On the phone, they confirmed they were open until 03:00 and that the kitchen closed at 01:00. We ordered two bottles of raki, each 35 cl. Exactly at 01:28, just five to ten minutes after opening the second bottle, the waiter came and told us they were closing in 10 minutes. We protested, referring to our previous phone conversation, but they denied any knowledge of this. In response, we had to chug our raki like there was no tomorrow and hurry away. Very unfortunate and indeed a sad stain on their reputation. The area is as Berlin as it gets—bustling and vibrant, with all types of people walking by. Unfortunately, the street has a heightened level of ambient noise from motor vehicles. The food was what it was, and the noise is what it is—but their attitude and obnoxiousness were surprising and very discouraging. I won't be able to recommend this place, as Berlin has so much more to offer in terms of raki and meze experiences.

Never ever going to eat here. The man who makes Dönner was sarcastic when I asked him to wear gloves when making my sandwich! The service is very friendly and offers good service. Unfortunately the prices for main courses are quite high. For the majority of the main courses you pay €19 and your plate isn't really full. The food wasn't quite to my taste, but taste is rather subjective. It's very cozy and what's nice is that you get a delicious tea on the house.

We went to Hasir for the first time today and were thrilled. The food was delicious and plentiful, everything was freshly prepared. The pide was actually so hot that we had to wait until we could eat it. If you've never had Turkish/Oriental food before, we recommend the mixed starter platter, simply a culinary delight, just like the main courses. Anyone who leaves the restaurant hungry has somehow done something wrong.

The food tasted terrible, it was really inedible so we pretty much left everything alone. The meat on the pide and lahmacun tasted really strange, as if it hadn't even been properly fried and was raw. Accordingly, €35 for nothing but a stomach ache. Absolutely not recommended.

An ordinary Turkish restaurant with very high prices, very small food portions, zero ambience, normal service, below average seating conditions. Even a regular kebab from an ordinary store is a large portion at a low price and with good taste. The Adana Kebab portion and rest wasn't even worth it.
