We came because of the Berliner Congress and chose Asude to eat Turkish food near our hotel! We ate meatloaf and it tasted really great! But where is the Turkish hospitality? It has nothing to do with the name Asude (silence and peace). Besides, the waiters did not throw the food at our heads like the Spanish waiters, not like the Turks. Upon arrival and payment, I request you to say hello or goodbye to your customers!! Don't be disheartened.. Be polite. I'm giving 4 stars just because the food tasted good. But the environment is like a bus station. Thanks.

I think it is one of the best Turkish cuisines restaurant. And with the food the staff is too caring and top notch service. We requested that we bring our cake and want to celebrate our birthday they also give extra plates and clean the table.

Good Turkish food at fair prices. To be recommended without reservation

Unfortunately, there is a serious decrease in the quality of both the service and the food. The last time we ate Adana kebab and it was not delicious at all, the waiters do not come to the table, they also increased the prices and reduced the portions, the prices of the drinks are very high.

The Adana I ordered smelled very strong and barely edible. The ambience was also very terrible. Overall, the store looks very shabby. And a guy who sat with his feet (with socks) on the seat. Never again! Oh yes: maybe the employees should close the back door while they smoke in the back yard. Vermin or rodents could get into the store.

The food was very nice and delicious....but tea is free in almost all Turkish Restaurants. Frankly, paying for tea annoyed me.

This restaurant offers delicious food, especially the Etli Ekmek is excellent. The place is clean and cozy. However, the prices for the kebabs are very high.

Unfortunately my visit to this restaurant was very disappointing. The food didn't taste good at all. My dish was poorly prepared, the meat wasn't cooked properly and overall everything just tasted very bad. I really expected more, especially given the prices. I probably won't come back.

We ate very bad kebab for the first time at Asude Restaurant. Lamb sis is very tough and tasteless, Adana kebab is just ordinary kebab. I wanted to warn you. If it continues like this, we will not come again.

The food is super delicious. I ate yoghurtlu adana today and enjoyed it from start to finish.

The meat was barely seasoned and you have to pay extra for bread and salad, which I am completely unused to as a concept in a Turkish restaurant! My yogurtlu was pretty much just some loveless meat with yoghurt dumped on the side.

Adana kebab was at a normal level. As for kunefe... they literally strangled it and tortured it. We didn't know whether it was wedge or künefe. When we asked for mineral water, the gentleman working brought it with a bottle and asked "Do you want a glass?", which was a complete disaster. When I went to pay the bill, the gentleman checking the bill did not even deign to look at us... he was obviously full. We didn't have a good night. I don't understand why so much effort is put into keeping a customer from coming back.

I'm not an impatient person and I'm not someone who has something to complain about about everything. I come from the catering industry myself. And love my job. I don't usually do reviews but this had to be done. I was kindly given a free choice of seats. The waitress walked me to the table and gave me a menu. I waited exactly 17 minutes for someone to come and take my order. Unfortunately not a single waiter came. A waiter even cleared the neighboring table where there were no more guests and still didn't accept me. I tried to make eye contact but no one responded. There was nothing going on and there were about 3-4 waiters there. I finally got up and told one of the employees that I had been waiting for over 15 minutes and was leaving. No reaction, no apology, no attempt to do anything right.

INFORMATION: 7 Gün Ayran, Multi, Cola etc. 4€ each. It's outrageous!!!! The reason was that the boss doesn't deserve anything else!!! I enjoyed coming to you, but from now on I'll never come back. All the best

Yesterday I had breakfast there with my wife. There were several young women working in the service area. Although I noted that about 1.5 hours before the end of breakfast most of the cold food plates were empty and I was promised something to refill, the plates were simply removed without replacement. The warm dishes were almost all empty and were no longer refilled. Furthermore, the "cold drinks" were simply left uncooled at 27 °C with the warm tea, and the empty juice packaging was not replaced either. No water was provided either; this was only possible after I asked and consulted with the cellar. There was also no sign of Turkish hospitality. Although it is a self-service restaurant, we know that we offer at least one tea from the service. Nothing there either. The used plates were also cleared from the table very late. On the whole, we weren't served properly; we weren't asked if they could bring us anything, nor were we asked at the end if everything was OK. At a price of 22 euros we expect something different. Above all, you can expect that there will be enough food available. Addendum: Today we went to the restaurant again with my wife after being invited by the owner to make amends. Even our 2 year old was allowed to eat for free. The food was very tasty and there was enough available. Before we started eating, we were asked again what was wrong and promised to make things better, and we were also apologized. At the end we were allowed to speak to the boss again and he apologized to us and promised to make things better. We really hope that our criticism has an impact, as it is actually a very nice restaurant with delicious food. A fairly large restaurant with a terrace. The ambience seems more complex than appealing. The concept is more reminiscent of a Lokanta than a traditional restaurant. The open cooking area resembles a canteen and the furnishings are reminiscent of a rest stop. The “chandeliers” don’t change that. The menu mainly offers grilled meat and pasta, but also soups, desserts and other dishes. The service is extremely friendly. The mixed grill plate is lavishly prepared: a lamb chop, two pieces of lamb, two ribs, two meatballs, a chicken leg steak, with rice and some salad. There is also a small mixed salad. The price of €30 is cheap for the quantity, but the dish lacks craftsmanship. The meat was not inedible; The chicken and ribs were the best – juicy, tender and tasted good. But the lamb (steaks and chops) were grilled on one side (see picture), overcooked, dry and overly salted. The meatballs were firm, dry and disappointing in taste. Unfortunately, the dessert Künefe was particularly unsuccessful. It was both way too greasy and way too sweet. A demanding dessert like Künefe needs to be well balanced, but unfortunately that wasn't the case here, which is why we found it inedible. Conclusion: I would only conditionally recommend this restaurant. It's certainly fine for a soup for breakfast or a lahmacun for lunch. However, it is too average for a dinner with family or friends. However, with a little more attention to preparation and presentation, it could deserve a better rating.

We ate at Asude Restaurant yesterday. There was a meathead soup and the T-bone steak. Half an hour after we left the restaurant, my husband complained of a terrible stomach ache, along with vomiting, diarrhea, fever and chills! This was the second time this happened! We will not enter this restaurant again!

Our ladle of soup was so tasteless that you thought you were eating water with fat. The store has declined extremely over the years and is now resting. I'm never coming back!

Waited an hour and no one ever came back

We had breakfast here. The Turkish buffet was varied and was always filled. The service staff were nice, but not attentive. Dogs are not welcome in the restaurant, but we were allowed to sit outside with the dog. The breakfast buffet costs €18 per person including drinks.

We ate iskender and the bread under the sauce tasted like it had mold or something. I guess it didn’t have mold but they refrigerated the bread too long. Nevertheless for 20 euros I expected a better taste.

Three months later, I came again. It was so delicious to arrange and to be so kind. It was really delicious. May God bless their work. Thanks to the world.

Turkish restaurant. Good meat with yogurt and tomato sauce. The salad with cheese and chips are also excellent. Friendly staff. Nice place. Ideal if you want to eat something different from the usual kebab.

I ate here every day during my four-day trip to Berlin, and it was the best of the ones I tried. I recommend rib meat from the meat group in second place. I would also like to thank the friendly team for making you feel like you are in Turkey, with its masjid sink, toilet with bidet faucet.

Pros: Food came quickly Negative: no sauces with the menu, unsalted salad is served as a starter, German sauces (ketchup, remoulade, mustard sauce), the sauces (tzatziki and spicy) were charged 5 euros each!!! So a total of 10 euros for 2 sauces. That is not how it works. Portions were very very small for the price you paid (1 spoonful of rice). Overall, I can NOT recommend this restaurant. Price was 18 euros for the plate, 10 euros for the sauces, 3 euros for the soaked. An impudence.

I was there twice and our order was forgotten twice even though we had paid, so we had to cancel!!! How can such mistakes continue to happen to such a large restaurant?

Turkish food in a very Turkish atmosphere. Lokanta vibes. The star of the menu is the “yayla soup” for me. The portions are fulfilling, a soup was enough for me along with a warm pide bread. Alao had a adana iskender. Couldn’t finish so a doggy bag was necessary. Staff is kind and welcoming.

We were here for Mother's Day brunch. 9 adults and 5 children feasted to their heart's content. An overwhelming selection of fruits and breads. Jams, honey and spreads. Cheese, sausage and cooked egg dishes. Vegetables, Kelloggs and cereal. Something for all tastes and preferences. Great and only recommended.

The pacha soup and pide were very delicious. Also turnip drink (shalgam) was served. Definitely recommend

We were there for the breakfast buffet. For €18 there is all sorts of choice of Anatolian/Turkish food and everything was extremely tasty. It refills quickly. Coffee, tea and juices are included. The staff is friendly.

I loved Asude in Neukölln and went there regularly. Unfortunately, the quality at the Asude restaurant is nowhere near what it was in Neukölln. Prices are more expensive, I can understand that, it's also a restaurant. However, the service is so bad 👎 that the prices don't justify it. A disaster. The food is also spoiled. You will only be greeted nicely when you arrive. After that you are abandoned. I was there for the third time because I thought “it could happen” and it was disappointing again, even really annoying. Hopefully a better Turkish restaurant opens nearby that will open the eyes of the Asude team.
