The food was delicious, but the price is too high and the service is very bad.

The food was overpriced but below average. We couldn't find the "all-you-can-eat" offer advertised online. There were no regular menus either; everything was only available online. There was a hair in the ayran, no Wi-Fi, the waitress was polite and spoke a little German, but the young waiter couldn't speak any at all.

Whenever I come to Berlin, I always stop by and eat there; it's high-quality and delicious.

I went there last Tuesday, December 23rd, with high expectations. They have their own parking lot and a large restaurant. But it was freezing inside. We ordered one Adana kebab, one meatballs, and two chicken skewers, plus salad. Unfortunately, the food was ice-cold and lacked any flavor. The Adana kebab wasn't Adana kebab; it was tasteless minced meat. The meatballs were like those you find in supermarkets, and the chicken was so tasty you could taste something on a napkin. The staff were diligent, but they were moving in the wrong direction. I was disappointed. I won't go again, nor will I recommend it. They did offer two cups of tea, which I can't deny.

I'll start from the beginning and explain our visit step by step. Generally speaking, it was incredibly cold in the restaurant. In my opinion, there was no difference between it and the cold winter temperatures outside. The waiter (a middle-aged man) wore black gloves, which he used both to clear the table and to handle the cloth he used to clean it. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND CONTRADICTS ALL HYGIENE STANDARDS. Furthermore, our table was only wiped clean with the cloth after we asked for it, and the response to our request was very negative. We waited over an hour for our food. We ordered an Iskender ham and lamb chops. The Iskender was the worst we have ever eaten. The lamb chops were completely oversalted. We couldn't enjoy our meals at all and didn't eat any more. When I asked for a receipt, I even received a very nasty look. In my opinion, this place is an absolute disgrace to Berlin's culinary scene. We were there for the first and last time. Oh, and after the meal, we also had quite severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. In short, I absolutely cannot agree with the "good" reviews here.

I didn't particularly like their food, especially the chicken soup; it was really surprising that there were more potatoes than chicken in it.

We ordered a mixed grill, an Adana platter, a Greek salad, and a cold appetizer platter. The mixed grill was disappointing: the meat was dry, apparently overcooked, and unfortunately not very flavorful. The Adana platter wasn't spicy and practically tasteless. With the cold appetizers, we would have liked to choose which of the six options we wanted. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible. Instead of the Fritz Kola Zero we ordered, we were served a regular version with sugar. When we asked about it, we were told that there was no zero-calorie option. Another negative point: the waiters cleared the table while we were still eating, giving the impression that we were expected to leave quickly. Those who pay should be able to finish their meals in peace. Asude used to be significantly better, but the quality has noticeably declined during our last three visits, which is a real shame.

I've been coming to Asude Restaurant for a long time, and I always leave feeling satisfied. It's more than just a restaurant; it offers a warm, family-like atmosphere. The soups and olive oil dishes are especially meticulously prepared. As for desserts, the kadayıf and milk puddings are my favorites; I highly recommend trying them after your meal. What makes Asude special isn't just the food; it's the attentiveness and sincerity of the staff. They're always there to help you whenever you need anything, providing a complete and genuine service. I'd especially like to thank Ulvi Bey, Ravan Bey, Kamil Bey, and Mikail Bey. They all work diligently, making their hospitality felt at its best with their smiles and attentiveness. The restaurant's atmosphere is also very clean, tidy, and spacious. It's a place where you can comfortably enjoy a meal with your family, friends, or alone. It's also a suitable environment for families with children. Their years of uncompromising service, unwavering in their quality and attention to detail, are truly commendable. Prices are reasonable, and the portions are quite filling. The menu offers a wide variety to suit every taste. In short, Asude Restaurant, with its delicious food, friendly staff, and warm atmosphere, is a place I wholeheartedly recommend. I'd like to thank the entire team, especially Mr. Ulvi, Mr. Ravan, Mr. Kamil, and Mr. Mikail. Well done!

Perfect cooking time, very good quality, good value for money, highly recommended

We specifically asked at the beginning if bread and dip were included as a starter – this was confirmed by an employee. Unfortunately, we were charged for everything at the end, which wouldn't have been a problem if this had been communicated beforehand. The restaurant was really loud, the food was presented without any care, and sadly, it was also cold. Unfortunately, it wasn't tasty at all, which doesn't justify the exorbitant price. We were there for the first and last time. We have rarely eaten such bad Turkish food.

We were there yesterday. The service was very good, but the food didn't meet our expectations. We started with fish. The menu said there were two pieces, but only one arrived, and it was dry. There was a beard hair under my meatballs. The waiter didn't react because he didn't understand German. Never again! Not recommended at such high prices. The customer is king, not the restaurant! Then, we had stomach aches and diarrhea throughout the night, meaning the food wasn't fresh anymore. Never again!

I was in Berlin for business. I had business nearby, so I decided to stop by and have some soup. It was probably the most tasteless meal I've had in Germany in all my years. Forget the food, they couldn't even make tea. Don't even come here.

Discover a delicious and quality place.

My husband and I were there and overall satisfied with the service. We were particularly impressed by the young man who served us in a friendly and attentive manner. However, we were somewhat puzzled: the waiter who served us wasn't allowed to take our payment. Instead, we had to go to the cashier ourselves, which felt more like self-service and wasn't very pleasant for us as guests. We tried the yoghurtlu Adana and the köfte. The köfte were fine – solid and well-seasoned. The yoghurtlu Adana, on the other hand, wasn't quite to our taste, as the tomato sauce was surprisingly sweet, making the dish seem somewhat unbalanced. In conclusion: Friendly service, but there's room for improvement in the service and the balance of flavors.

I dont usually review restaurants but i just love this place .. randomly found it from Google and decided to give it a try. The Adana kebab was so delicious the atmosphere is perfect. Price is good considering other alternatives. There is free parking right next to it which also makes my life much easier! One recommendation i would suggest would be to maybe add sauces to the food 🙈 as a middle easterner i expected some seasme paste or garlic sauce next to the adana kebab. But nonetheless its still a very good place.

I've never encountered such disrespectful service in my life. We came here yesterday to treat my girlfriend to a taste of my hometown, but what we experienced was an absolute disgrace. When we walked in, there was no "welcome," no smile... The gentleman taking our order was utterly arrogant. I asked, "Can we get etli ekmek for two?" He rolled his eyes and gave me a dismissive attitude. I told him it would be delivered, so we waited outside. There were only three tables occupied inside, but no one bothered to take my order for 20 minutes. I saw from outside that the delivery was ready, but no one called. My girlfriend wanted to pay, but the man didn't even look at me. "He's not talking to me," I said. I went back in, but only then did he oblige and give us our delivery. And when we got home, we realized our order was missing, and the etli ekmek had no meat on it! It's truly shameful to be treated so poorly after paying 18 euros. It was a place I'd been coming to with my family for years and recommended to people, but now it's over for me. I do not recommend this business to anyone, as it is so condescending, disrespectful, and uncaring towards its customers. They are selling ego, not service. 👎

We went there for dinner and lunch the last two days, as it was across the street from our hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, personable, and friendly, both at reception and in the service department. The food was incredibly delicious, and there was a huge amount for such a reasonable price. We didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive. If I come back to Berlin, I'd definitely go there again for dinner.

Ordered two Adana Dürüm to go. Unpacked them at home and realized the poor value for money. Two Adana Dürüm cost €24, the meat was minimal. The first few bites were just bread, and for €24. Sorry, never again.

I've been there at different times, the food is amazing! But I often go there in the evenings to get kellepaca! It tastes very good there! They don't skimp on salad, bread, etc. Otherwise, the gentleman who sits in the middle and takes the order is also very friendly and considerate! Today I was disappointed because another gentleman was there who somehow wasn't quite there! There was no kellepaca left, so I had iskembe! Even at the snack bar, it tasted better, but I'm disappointed. I think the iskembe was mixed with flour and yogurt (terbiye). It was so thick that it wasn't soup anymore! And the man who got the tip in the middle was chatting with friends! Especially when you come in alone at night as a woman, you feel comfortable when you're greeted warmly! The other guy always showed me a table. Please sit down, I'll bring it to you! Overall, it's all about the soup for me! When the soup runs out, it gets mixed up. No! Just say we're out of soup! Otherwise, the man behind the counter was very friendly.

My husband and I specifically ordered the Konya etliekmek because there were some great videos, and we ordered the lentil soup. The soup was quite good, but the etliekmek fell short. As a native of Konya, I had the best etliekmek in Sivas. I'm sure their other menus are delicious, but the etliekmek gets a 4 out of 10. I loved their hospitality. It's a clean restaurant.

The food was a complete disaster. We've never eaten such dry meat. We don't understand the hype AT ALL. We'll definitely never be back. What a shame.

We had the spread breakfast. But it needs a little more experience in this regard... Design, presentation, attention is a bit lacking here The quality of the ingredients is good...especially the breads they make are very nice.. Would I go again? I/we went there for the first time in May: Good restaurant, very attentive service, fast service (a bit of a fast-food restaurant after all), extremely fair prices (bread, a small salad, and Turkish tea are included, of course, and not charged extra).

We ordered a medium-rare T-bone steak. It was very juicy and delicious. The service and waitresses were friendly. The side dishes were also incredibly delicious. Definitely worth a visit. A plus point is that it has its own parking lot!

Unfortunately, the quality has declined, although prices are on the higher end. Pide with minced meat (Etli Pide) used to be much better.

The place is always packed and it's for a good reason. The food is fantastic, no matter what you order, you can't go wrong. Lots of service staff and they are all very attentive and quick to serve you. One of the best places you can go to in this area.

They personal were really nice and the food was super good! The food also came out very fast even though we were with a group of nine, and we even got some free side dishes. The person taking our orders also made sure that they understood us well so there werent any language barriers, funny that someone even spoke dutch like we do! We had a wonderful meal here, the people were very hospitable and the food was very affordable. We came in with a group of 9 people and were able to get a seat right away. The owner of the restaurant immediately noticed that we were all Dutch and then started speaking Dutch with us, which he was very good at by the way. We were helped quickly and well, the food arrived very quickly and was of very good quality - certainly for the price. On top of that, we even got an extra salad and portion of fries for free from these lovely, hospitable people and were also offered free coffee. Definitely recommended for everyone. The atmosphere was very cozy and it was very customer friendly.

A place where lamb is really fresh and delicious! Especially, you must try the lamb ribs at No. 31. It's really delicious. I think the fish is the best when it's grilled in Dorade. It's not easy to find delicious grilled fish in Germany, but here they grill really fresh fish just right. The homemade ayran here is also really delicious. It tastes different from the ayran sold in stores. It goes perfectly with lamb. It's a really good restaurant with a lively and noisy atmosphere, and many Turkish people also visit.
