I love sushi and have eaten in a number of sushi shops (including abroad). All I can say about HUYDO is: recommended - recommended - recommended! We have eaten at HUYDO in Saarlouis City several times and it has always been incredibly good! The quality is really good and especially the organic salmon tastes very good. Of all the sushi shops, HUYDO actually made it onto my favorites list and is at number 1, especially because of the quality but also because of the reasonable prices and the friendly staff. Food was really tasty. The restaurant has been remodeled with a new concept so that you can only order items from the menu and not all you can eat. The selection was really great. I was really happy with my ramen, but it took a long time for the food to arrive. We waited almost 2 hours for our food. That was a bit disappointing but otherwise the rest was great.

I went there for dinner with the family this evening. First of all, the food and the performance of the kitchen deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, the ambience is just mass disgust and the service is correspondingly stressed and unfriendly, especially the long-haired waitress. Unfortunately, you don't have the feeling of a nice evening in the restaurant when you leave. We were there today for the first and last time.

After a long period of 100% satisfaction, I have to say with a heavy heart that ordering from Dorji today was a complete flop. After we placed our order, a lady contacted me to say they would no longer be delivering to us (after over a year of regular deliveries to our home) because they don't serve specific areas. Since we still had questions after the phone call, we contacted the lady again, but she hung up without even being able to answer the phone, and then simply hung up after two minutes. We have been very good customers up to now, ordering from them for over €60-70 each time and recommending Dorji wherever we could. It's a shame that good customers are being alienated in such a way. I am beyond disappointed.

We have been to Sumo before when it was still in Güdingen. My colleague has been here several times and now we had to try it out and were pleasantly surprised. The staff is very quick and courteous. The space is very nice and modernly furnished. The toilets are at ground level, which is important for people with walking difficulties. The food (sushi and duck) was very tasty. The price-performance ratio is definitely right and the portions are large. We will definitely come back. Since this post we have come back dozens of times and still love it. The taste, the portions and the price/performance ratio are just right. It should also be mentioned that food is available to order/pick up. Many of our friends have also been there in the meantime and are always happy to come back. At the entrance there is a large board with additional dishes listed, but if you want to change a dish a little, there are no problems. The staff and the boss are very accommodating and friendly.

I ordered the inside-out sushi with shrimp, which was really good! As a buyer you can also watch how the sushi is made, which proves again and again how fresh it actually is. You can't complain about the prices because you'll definitely be full. So; If you're in the mood for fresh, very good sushi nearby, you should definitely stop by here!
