When I came in it smelled extremely like a toilet. I was greeted and served very friendly. Only the portions to take away are extremely small. In addition, a third of the take-away box is filled with salad like you can get at any chip shop. I was definitely there for the first and last time.

Excellent food, great ambience, attentive and very friendly staff. We were 3 adults and 2 children. There is a play area for children, very nice. The food was super quick and without a long wait at the table. For starters we had the sushi menu 2 and a tempura roll, I have rarely eaten such delicious and fresh salmon. A successful evening, eating out is fun. Many thanks to the great team.

To be honest, I feel pretty ripped off!!! Normally I like coming to you, love your food and leave a big tip every time. A little mistake here and there? No problem. Things like that can happen, and I'm usually happy to ignore it. But that I pay full price for the food, only get half of it and then the rest just ends up in the trash, even though I expressly said that I wanted to take it with me? And then nothing comes from you except a half-hearted "I'm sorry..."? Seriously? No concession, just nothing? This really sucks! The least that would have been an offer to make up for the mistake - not just cheap phrases! A small compensation is the least I would have expected! Things like that just make me angry, really!

Great place for a quick lunch. It wasn’t very busy during our visit, so that made it easy for the hostess to give us undivided attention. The food came out fast, everything was accurate, and we had plenty of time to just relax and talk after our meal. They also accept credit cards, so no worries if you forget cash.

I ordered sushi and it was amazing! The Golden Rice is cooked to perfection and the customer service was great. The Berry Lemonade is a must have! I will definitely come back again.

The drive out here was definitely worth it. The place is spacious with Japanese themed decor and an appropriate amount of lighting that gives the dining experience a little something extra. Large menu with plenty of options. Staff was kind, attentive, and patient with the language barrier. Recommend this place to anyone looking for good sushi.

The sushi was good. However, we will no longer visit the outdoor location. There are always strange characters around and the casino also attracts people that we try to avoid. Maybe completely normal in Neunkirchen, but not our place to be. Especially not if you have children.

Both the sushi and the Vietnamese dishes were very tasty.

Been there for the third time now and have received friendly service every time! The food is always very fine and, above all, often surprising in terms of spices and preparation. Can highly recommend the mango salad!

Delicious food, very nice and helpful staff. We really liked the decor of the place, which matches the food served. An additional attraction is dry ice served on the table, which creates mist for a few minutes while serving the meal. There was little traffic on Sunday evening, it was calm and pleasant. The food tasted very good, fresh and well presented.

Our go to place in Neunkirchen. Rest of Neunkirchen is mostly strange, so we enshrine zakado. Very nice food, super friendly and really trying to accommodate anyone with dietary requirements. Always come back

We went to the restaurant last night and as always it was delicious. Meat, chicken, duck fried to perfection. Sushi top as always. Well prepared. The ice cream for dessert was also very good. The service was friendly as ever. Everything was great as always. As written in another recession, nothing has gotten worse.

I was there on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30 p.m. and it was almost empty. Ordering was quick and the food was delicious. Looks a bit inconspicuous from the outside.

Pretty much everything that went wrong went wrong. From the wrong food to undercooked and the dessert completely different than described. The service didn't show up voluntarily and the drinks we wanted were "out" or didn't have it 😞 Others at the table had probably been there several times and were surprised that things went so "badly" this time. For me, I was very disappointed.

Definitely not recommended! We ate at Zakado on Valentine's Day...it was a complete disappointment!!! We reserved the table at 6 p.m. There were two operators at work at the time. One of the waitresses showed us our place and gave us the card... that was it for the moment. After half an hour (!!!) we were able to place our order after we spoke to the waitress several times and drew our attention. After we ordered, we waited 45 minutes for two beers... the starter also came with a very long wait (over 1 hour since we placed the order). Afterwards we waited and waited for our food. In the meantime, no waitress came by to clear the appetizer plates or ask again for drinks. Even when we called attention to ourselves again, it was ignored. I then went to the waitress and said that we had been waiting for our food for two hours and how long it would take. The waitress replied that we had to be understanding because it was Valentine's Day and they were understaffed. We were assured our food would be ready in 10 minutes. So we waited... several tables next to us stopped paying attention and left after the drinks... Understandably!!! Our food came 30 minutes later (so we waited a total of 2 1/2 hours for it). The food was okay but nothing special. We didn't get the promised “drink on the house” either! We won't set foot in the restaurant again!

Surprisingly and amazingly good. Rarely have I had such good sushi. The food is beautifully served and the taste is a delight. this is how sushi has to be.

That was really good! I took my daughter out and it was really tasty! We also drank the best lemonade of our lives. We will be back!

Waiting times of over 2 hours for the starter, if you can still call it that The food actually looks quite good but doesn't taste good at all, beef was so hard that you could mistake it for briquettes, shrimp were also way over it The service was also completely overwhelmed with little activity Never again!

You really can't leave out a star for any of the 3 points, the ambience is beautifully Asian-inspired with large cherry blossom trees that stretch through the entire restaurant and beautiful wall paintings. I've been here over 10 times now and the food has never disappointed and the service doesn't leave much to be desired either. You are always recognized and greeted in a friendly manner. Highly recommended for one or more visits.

The setting is quite nice. The staff too. But, unfortunately a little inflexible to modify a Crew Love Tapas entry a) for 2 People. Where we would have liked poultry to be replaced by (whatever), following an intolerance. Otherwise it was really very very good!!! 😋 The dry ice show is really a ➕ 👍😍

Large portions, sushi super tasty

The first impression is the most important! My partner has been there several times and would like to go out to eat there with me and a friend and family... said and done. If you're not from Neunkirchen, it's a little difficult to find a parking space. There's a parking bay right in front of it, but what if there's nothing free there? Okay, but whatever. You don't judge a restaurant based on the parking situation, or do you? Because what about people who are walking or severely disabled??? 🤔 Table was reserved for 7 p.m. and there was hardly anything going on. Almost every 2 minutes the 5 of us were asked if we wanted to order something - actually far too over-friendly & intrusive when you can see that the guests are still reading through the menu. This over-friendliness was missing later... 😕 But more on that below ⬇️ Drinks, appetizers and food all ordered at once. Drinks came after 20 minutes. Starters and main courses came at the same time. You ask yourself why it is called a “starter” course, but oh well. In terms of taste, the food was okay but to be honest it wasn't something that would make us want to go there again because we were so impressed! Speaking of which, I’m thrilled… My partner, who suggested the restaurant, was deeply disappointed with the taste and said they had skimped on quality. Back to ease of use…. After the meal it left absolutely a lot to be desired. After 3/4 of an hour our plates and glasses were put away so that the table was free again. You ordered drinks again and were given the menu for desserts. The restaurant was empty except for 3 tables and the drinks came after 2 minutes - so in no time. They hadn't decided on anything on the map yet. But after waiting for over an hour and also the unrest at the other two tables, I went down towards the counter to make my displeasure known. But what did my eyes see 😳 Opposite the counter, waiters, cooks and all the employees sat at the large table and ate together. Without me saying anything, someone called out to me that someone was coming to pay the bill. I said that I didn't actually want to pay but instead wanted to order. Then I was told that they would be closing soon and I was really “satisfied” with that. Just go to the toilet and get out of there. But the door to the men's toilets opened and the next problem came. The toilet was under water and there was no sign in front of it 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ When I got back to the table, I said it and passed it on to the other guests at the other tables. There was the same discontent everywhere. Everyone got up and went down to the counter to pay. Everyone would welcome a good working atmosphere among work colleagues or family, but if the restaurant is almost completely empty from 8 p.m. except for 14 people at 3 tables and no one is served after that, that's an absolute disgrace!!! In hindsight, you don't even wonder why no one came after 8 p.m. I would also postpone eating together in order to satisfy the few customers/guests! The evaluation is therefore not just based on the fact of non-use, but of course in general. At first I asked too often and was almost pressured to order, drinks took a long time, food all came at the same time as if it wasn't fast enough, toilets were under water and couldn't be served. In terms of taste, the food was okay, but not something that you would definitely have to come back for. And it doesn't say anywhere that you should/have to come to the counter to pay!

Love the sushi at Zakado! Go there often. Super hospitable, the restaurant is also clean and cozy, you feel very comfortable!

Fresh, delicious sushi, everything prepared to perfection and beautifully presented. Dessert convenience food, but very tasty for the price. Homemade lemonade! You wait a little longer for the food... We've been there twice now and will be back.

Wir sind im Rahmen unserer Tätigkeit im Saarland unterwegs gewesen. Leider ist es abends wieder einmal spät geworden, und unsere Erfahrung zeigt das es schwierig ist abends noch warm und vernünftig essen zu können. Wir riefen an und fragten inwieweit es möglich ist auch noch um 21.30 Uhr zu kommen. Dies stellte kein Problem dar. Auch das wir noch 2 Hunde im Gepäck hatten war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, sodass wir 2 Tage später direkt nochmal dort waren und das war mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte mal! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Warn am frühen Abend dort. Tisch haben wir uns aussuchen dürfen. Getränke kamen sehr schnell und waren lecker. Auch die Bestellten Speisen waren sehr schnell zubereitet und super lecker. Man hat richtig geschmeckt wie frisch alles ist. Der Reis war gut gewürzt und der Fisch schön groß geschnitten damit man ihn gut schmeckt.

In diesem Asia-Restaurant bekommt man neben außergewöhnlich leckerem und toll angerichtetem Sushi auch jede Menge andere vorzügliche Asiagerichte zu angenehmen Preisen.

Total unscheinbar gelegen rechnet glaub ich nicht jeder mit diesem wirklich qualitativ hochwertigem Vietnamesischen Sushi Restaurant in Neunkirchen. Ambiente innen Freundlichkeit aber vor allem das Essen wirklich sehr gut und empfehlenswert. Wir werden sicherlich nochmals dort essen und im Bekanntenkreis weiter empfehlen. Ich kann nur hoffen das wirklich genug Gäste immer in diesem Restaurant sind damit sie lange genug ihr tolles Essen anbieten könnten

Ein tolles kulinarisches und optisches Erlebnis!!! Ein wirklich schönes Ambiente und sehr gut Küche. Nicht nur dass die Sushis und Sushi Menüs sehr geschmackvoll sind, die Preise für die Getränke sind sehr zuvil. Selbstgemachte Limonade sehr gut.

Ich habe vor kurzem ein vietnamesisches Speiserestaurant besucht und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meiner Erfahrung dort. Das Essen war köstlich und bot eine breite Auswahl an authentischen vietnamesischen Gerichten. Die Portionen waren großzügig und die Preise angemessen. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Einrichtung war ansprechend und schuf eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Direkt im Raum steht ein riesiger, wenn auch künstlicher Baum mit rosa Blüten. Toll! Die Mama Mango Ente empfehle ich sehr. Geparkt bei der Ladestation (KEW) und bis zum Speiserestaurant ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang durch die Innenstadt und das Auto wird zwischenzeitig geladen. Es passt wieder einmal alles!

Absolut leckere, vietnamesische Küche, raffiniert und kreativ verfeinert. Meine Ente mit saisonalem Gemüse, Salatbeilage und Sesamreis war wirklich einmalig gut. Dazu noch ein bisschen Show mit Trockeneisnebel am Tisch. Dieses Lokal hebt sich in jeder Hinsicht vom Mainstream aller asiatischen Restaurants ab, die ich bis jetzt besucht habe.

Sehr leckeres Essen, netter Service. Allerdings hat der junge Mann, der das Essen zubereitet, geniest und sich mehrmals an der Nase gerieben. Danach wurden die Hände nicht gewaschen und einfach weiter gearbeitet. Sehr unappetitlich, wenn man dies mitbekommt... Schade

Ich war inzwischen mehrfach hier essen und weil es wirklich immer lecker schmeckt, gibts jetzt mal ne gute Bewerbung. Besonders empfehlen kann ich Mama Mango (sehr cremig) und das Wildkräutercurry. Das Essen ist immer hübsch angerichtet und auch das Ambiente an sich passt. Preise sind fair. Ich komme immer wieder gerne!

War positiv über die Räumlichkeiten überrascht . Essen in meinem Fall Wildkrauter Curry mit Hühnchen war super lecker , schön angerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich und nett. Adäquate Preise . Alles in allem kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Mit 3 Freunden im Außenbereich zum Abendessen. Unserer zweiter Besuch im Zakado und das Sushi war wieder sehr lecker. Schöne Auswahl, große Portionen und schön angerichtet. Die Platte auf dem Bild war selbst zusammen gestellt und hat für 2 Personen gereicht. Ich hatte vorab noch den Lachs-/Mango-/Avocadosalat, mein persönliches Highlight, neben den Crunchisushi. Auch zum Essen abholen ist Zakado sehr gut geeignet, geht immer schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
