Excellent all-you-can-eat restaurant with generous portions. The sushi isn't made with excessive amounts of rice, which is great for trying more items on the menu! Definitely worth it!

We were there at lunch, and our orders were brought quickly and in a coherent manner. The staff were very friendly. Children can eat at a discounted rate.

I've been a regular from the very beginning. The food was always excellent and fresh, the service friendly, and the drinks were reasonably priced. On May 24, 2025, we went to the restaurant as a family to celebrate my birthday. The waitress stood out because of her unkempt appearance (e.g., her ripped jeans). The sushi, fish, and vegetarian dishes were good as always, but the other meats (lamb chops and beef fillet) were unusually bad and hard; inedible for me. When the waitress brought the ice cream and fruit we had ordered on our iPad, he said, "You ordered way too much." I was annoyed, but didn't say anything. It's all-you-can-eat, and as long as we eat it all, there's nothing wrong with it, right? Then he looked disparagingly at the uneaten beef fillet and complained that we hadn't eaten it. I explained that I didn't think it was beef fillet. I've been cooking for almost 40 years and eating in restaurants for just as long. I've never experienced beef fillet becoming as hard as a shoe sole during cooking. The waitress then became rude, abusive, and loud, repeatedly repeating that he could get the large package of beef fillet from the basement as proof. I think this kind of behavior towards customers is completely unacceptable, and he ruined our entire evening. I will never eat here again and can't recommend it (anymore).

It's a shame that the service was so poor and the staff unfriendly. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted with an unfriendly greeting. When the first round arrived, we found a long hair on our sushi plate. We ignored it and tried to give the restaurant a chance anyway. But the chicken, which was supposed to be deep-fried, was still raw inside. When we finally wanted to pay and leave, the waiter/owner was extremely unfriendly to us. It was our first and definitely our last time – never again!

Ordering via tablet works, especially once someone tells you how. Some people then at least put their phones aside. The food tasted good, and next time the courses will work too.

It's great, you can eat buffet style or have small plates, it's highly recommended!

We wanted to give Ichi a second chance. We weren't impressed in the past. Many dishes were overseasoned and dry, the sushi was too warm, the rice was too hard,... However, we were pleasantly surprised on our last visit. During the week, business was okay, and the service was fast and friendly. The dishes were delicious. However, I felt a few specific highlights were missing that set Ichi apart from the competition. I also found the tablet menu navigation a bit difficult to get used to. Nevertheless, we ate really well and had a lovely evening. We'd gladly go back. 😊

Orders are placed in rounds, and there's a wide selection. Not just sushi, but also meat and side dishes. Good quality, some of them have a great texture in the mouth. However, our 5-year-old daughter was charged the full amount last time (€30), even though she barely ate anything. The service in general, especially late at night, seemed lackluster. I think the work there is very hard and probably not well paid; you can unfortunately tell by looking at the people's faces. When you talk to them, everyone is friendly, though; I think it's due to the working conditions...

Absolutely recommended. The queue in front of the door is no coincidence. Therefore, prior reservation is strongly recommended. The team was in a good mood as always. The food was prepared quickly and deliciously. One drawback, however, was that the laptop ran out of juice when ordering. And the second one wasn't much better. At least that lasted until the last round of orders. Second evil, which the team can't do anything about. The toilets. If there was a wild pig on it right at the beginning, 'that' drags on throughout the evening. All in all, I'm already looking forward to the next visit.

There are really many reasons why we appreciate this restaurant so much: the food is excellent, the selection on the menu leaves nothing to be desired and the price-performance ratio is simply unbeatable. We are particularly enthusiastic about the modern way of ordering: every table is equipped with a tablet that allows you to make your selection quickly and conveniently. This makes the visit not only practical but also very entertaining. Despite its popularity and busy times, especially at rush hour, the staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating. However, a table reservation is strongly recommended as it is always full. Another plus point: Although the restaurant is often full, the food comes to the table surprisingly quickly. The kitchen works incredibly efficiently, so you never have to wait long, even when it's busy. The quality doesn't suffer at all - everything tastes fresh, perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. Today we arrived a few minutes before our reservation, but all the tables were still occupied. Nevertheless, the friendly gentleman at the service did his best to get us a table as quickly as possible. Although it wasn't actually necessary, he even offered us something from the menu on the house to make the short waiting time more pleasant. A gesture that we greatly appreciate! So the service is not only professional, but really customer-oriented and warm. Here you don't feel like one guest among many, but rather like someone whose satisfaction is really important. Our only wish would be that the restaurant expands at some point so that all the satisfied customers have a little more space. It is truly a gem for sushi lovers and we look forward to our next visit! Absolute recommendation!

We went there all the time reservation made for this evening more than a month ago for 8 people wrong date recorded by the server We brought friends from far away and as a result there were no places available! Last experience with them very disappointed so far!

I'm not in the habit of posting negative comments but I have to tell you why this rating. First of all, you enter a restaurant where the music is so loud that it is difficult to relax and have a peaceful meal while being able to chat with those around you... but in addition to being loud, it is annoying and repetitive, to the point of giving you headaches. To place your order it's simple, we bring you a greasy tablet that you will need to disinfect before choosing what you want to eat. Throughout the meal we were served by a very annoying young man because I forgot to specify the concept of this restaurant is to order with the tablet but you have to finish every last crumb of your pâté even if it is infected. This is why I gave the rating 1 star simply because it is impossible to give less. Sayonara!

Tomyum soup without shrimps. Wu Dong 3x in the order rounds.....only one shrimp. Both dishes were offered with shrimp. For dessert, a selected ice cream was not served. That was around €47 per person including drinks plus tip. The food tasted good... but for the money I get a good meal in a good restaurant where I can enjoy the food without the stopwatch running and the neighbor sitting almost on my lap. I don't need a second visit to ICHI.

Delicious dishes and value for money here too! Sometimes I can't decide between sushi and warm Asian dishes. So I like coming to Ichi because they offer me both here. We often go there for lunch on Sundays and always without a reservation! The waiter is always super friendly, attentive and, above all, very fond of children. What I would also like to mention here is that the toilets are extremely well maintained, especially with small children. Is very pleasant. All in all, it just fits here! Definitely recommended!

We were there on Sunday evening without a reservation. It was busy, but we still got a table. Service very friendly. Always served quickly. And everything was very tasty, the beef with garlic, the crispy duck, mushrooms, zucchini, Camembert breaded with strawberries and at the end the coconut balls.

We stopped here spontaneously for lunch. The food and drink selection is good, although I would like to see more vegetarian/vegan options. Maybe this is due to the slimmed down lunch menu? The incentive for multiple visits would certainly be greater with more choice. The service is attentive and friendly, the ambience corresponds to the concept. In any case, a visit here is recommended, the only shame is the lack of a selection of meat-free options.

We actually always enjoyed going there, the food was good and the service was friendly. Unfortunately, the service has become very, very unfriendly (the long lulatch) and the prices have exploded. Kulinarischer Qualitätsverlust im Hinblick auf vergangene Besuche. Service schnell und freundlich, Ambiente etwas eng, was die Nähe zu den Tischnachbarn angeht. Muscheln leider halb verkohlt, der Butterfisch war trocken, der Sushi-Reis fiel größtenteils auseinander und Lachs bzw. Thunfisch waren nicht von bester Qualität. Sushi würde ich dort nicht mehr essen, die durchgegarten Gerichte waren bis auf die oben beschriebenen Sachen gut gewürzt und haben geschmeckt.

Sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet, große Auswahl :) An die Bestellung per iPad muss man sich gewöhnen, aber wenn man das System mal verstanden hat, ist es kein Problem und unsere Kids finden es natürlich cool ;) Wir kommen regelmäßig alle paar Wochen für das Mittagsangebot hierher.

Immer wieder ein absoluter Genuss. Leckeres Essen und genug um mehrfach satt zu werden. Dazu eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre und freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Preis Leistung ist mehr als gut, wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher.

Essen war nicht schlecht aber auch nicht überragend gut. Ich finde man merkt halt,dass es AYCE ist. Habe schon besseres Sushi gegessen. Service war schnell und freundlich.

Overall bad and cheap quality of food. The service is good and friendly staff. but we stayed hungry. Small portions and low prices which end up to be more expensive than an average Asian restaurant. I would not recommend this place for food. I could only recommend it for drinks. The location is nice.

Ich war vor ca einer Woche seit langer Zeit Mal wieder dort und muss sagen, ich war wirklich enttäuscht. Das Sushi wurde ziemlich lieblos gemacht, die einzelnen Makis fielen auseinander, waren generell deutlich kleiner als noch vor einigen Monaten und die Temakis (die eigentlich hauptsächlich mit Fisch und Reis gefüllt sein sollten), bestehen fast nur noch aus in Algen eingewickeltem Salat, kaum Reis, kaum Fisch. Leider zieht sich genau das auch durch alles andere. Der Fischanteil hat sehr abgenommen, stattdessen werden die Teile immer kleiner oder mit Salat oder so aufgestockt. Ja die große Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen ist gut, aber wer Sushi essen gehen möchte, bei dem Preis-Leistung stimmt, sollte sich etwas anderes suchen. Schade!

Wir gehen regelmäßig ins Ichi und werden gut Bedient. Kinderfreundlich, leckeres Essen, Getränke werden zügig gebracht. Essen ist sehr gut. Lecker und gut.

Ganz schön chaotisch. Bestellungen wurden vergessen, falsche Dinge gebracht, wir hatten gar keine Übersicht mehr. Essen an sich eigentlich lecker. Jedoch anstrengend und nicht genießbar gewesen aufgrund der chaotischen Bedienung. Schade.

Fan de cuisine japonaise je vous le conseil fortement des plats très frais un rapport qualité prix très attractif, très propre rien à dire le service est super efficace et le consepte importé droit du Japon avec la commande sur tablette. Vous ne regretterez pas. Et un petit plus pour les takoyaki succulent casi introuvable en Europe.

Das Essen schmeckt gut, aber leider nach 55 Minuten wurde alles aus unserem Tisch aufgeräumt obwohl wir gesagt haben, dass wir noch etwas bestellen möchten. Dann wurden wir auf eine ziemlich gemeine Weise hingewiesen, dass wir schon bezahlen und gehen sollen. Absolutes No-Go für uns, vor allem das ist schon das zweite mal passiert.

Zu zweit waren wir am Samstag Abend im Ischi. Da alle Tische belegt waren wurde uns ein zusätzlicher Tisch auf der Terrasse hingestellt,top! Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und schnell. Der Sushi qualitativ sehr gut, warme Speisen kamen auch warm am Tisch an. Alles in einem ein wunderbarer Abend.

Man macht sich auf den Weg zum Mittagessen. Man kommt und steht vor verschlossener Tür. Wenn man dabei nicht viel Zeit hat, ist es pure Zeitverschwendung

Meine Familie wurde hier sehr schlecht behandelt, obwohl wir schön öfter, auch zu größteren Anlässen hier waren und auch eine Reservierung hatten. Die Kinder und nicht die Eltern wurden von der unhöflichen Bedienung nach ihrem Alter gefragt, Misstrauen? Wir hatten kleines Spielzeug für die Kleinen mitgebracht, damit sie zufrieden sind. Die männliche Bedienung hat meinen großen Sohn (5) sehr unfreundlich mitgeteilt, er würde ihn wegen der Spielsachen auf dem Tisch an seinem Arbeitsplatz behindern. Was ist das für eine Serviceeinstellung?! Als später ein Auto auf den Boden gefallen war, hat er es weggekicht. Ich musste mich wirklich beherrschen und werde dort nie mehr hingehen.

Unsere Spinning-Gruppe hatte beim Training festgestellt, dass wir alle Sushi lieben. Kurzerhand einen Termin festgelegt, Tisch bestellt, und einen tollen und leckeren Abend im Ichi verbracht. Bestellungen erfolgen über ein Tablett, jeder am Tisch ist ein Buchstabe unter dem er seine Wünsche bestellt. Klappt hervorragend und wir hatten auch viel Spaß dabei. Das Essen war hervorragend, qualitativ und geschmacklich. Einzig das Eis zum Nachtisch war nicht überzeugend, aber das brauche ich nicht wirklich. Auch für Gäste, die nicht so gerne Sushi essen gibt es ausreichend Alternativen. Wir haben direkt einen neuen Termin ausgemacht und werden dort wieder essen gehen. Sehr zu empfehlen
