Ein tolles, stimmiges Ambiente mit leckerem Essen und durchweg freundlicher Bedienung! Das Knoblauchbrot als Vorspeise ist absolut zu empfehlen und die Burger sowie der Salat waren auch sehr lecker. Beim Nachtisch gibt es reichlich Auswahl - Segen und Fluch zugleich. Eis, Cookie & Weicher Lavakuchen haben uns ebenfalls sehr gut geschmeckt. Mit Wikingerblut macht man bekanntlich ja auch nichts falsch. Das wird stilecht im Horn serviert (der Flaschenhalter ist super!). Die Bedienung ist jeweils zu einem kleinen Plausch oder Schabernack zu haben gewesen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt auch sehr gut. Wir werden nochmals mit einer dann etwas größeren Gruppe herkommen :-)

Like in Portugal!!! I felt very comfortable. The food is not cheap but the price is justified. Then there is also Superbock on tap. Thank you for the great food and the entertaining evening in your restaurant.

The service was good. We were greeted warmly and got our food quickly. The ambience was also great. Had a great seat by the window. We had turkey steak with vegetables and grilled potatoes with salad. The steak and vegetables were very tasty. The salad wasn't quite to my taste but OK. Unfortunately, I hardly had any grilled potatoes on my plate. It was already wrapped and very mealy. Add a huge portion of sour cream on top. The chili cheeseburger was quite good. You'll definitely get full and the price is right.

We felt really comfortable in the lovely, cozy atmosphere. The steak was grilled to perfection, perfectly medium rare, super tender and of high quality. The waiters are super friendly and attentive. The prices are fair for the quality you get. I would love to come back here!

Last night I was once again in this great Block House in Cologne. Just like the last few times in the last few months, I was served by Enzo. Enzo already knew what I wanted and recommended a few refinements, which he even brought “on the house”. Simply great! Thank you very much, dear Enzo! As always, the meat was cooked to perfection with a wonderful crust. The whole thing was served at lightning speed, so the waiting time was hardly measurable. I was allowed to choose the table by the window myself. My heartfelt thanks to the entire service team, especially Enzo, and the fabulous kitchen, who prepare the steaks so inimitably delicious, for a wonderful evening. I would like to thank the owner and staff for many wonderful evenings. I use the restaurant very often when I have visitors from out of town because there is something on the menu for everyone. For me personally the best price-performance ratio in Cologne and the surrounding area!
