Everything except the meat is unacceptable and of inferior quality. Stay away!

Hello dear readers, yesterday, July 6, 2025 I was at this restaurant where it was very cold. The fish soup was very bitter and tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. The meat was good. The shrimp (pan-fried) on a plate was unappetizing with lots of salad and I wouldn't recommend it. But the biggest problem: my wife and I both threw up!!!! And today, July 7, 2025, we feel very sick. If there are any other people who were there on July 6, 2025 and didn't feel well afterward, please get in touch, and I will sue this restaurant for poor quality!!!!!!!!

Delicious food and friendly, professional service!

A very nice restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. The steaks were excellent. The service could be improved. The staff was mostly very friendly. Unfortunately, there were noticeably long waits (for drinks, food, and the bill). After the first round, drinks weren't even asked for again. At times, the service seemed a bit disorganized. Nevertheless, I would recommend the restaurant. You just need to be patient.

From valet parking to espresso, it's always a great treat for the family! Aside from the Mook Group restaurants in Frankfurt, we only eat meat here.

Always top quality and delicious food. We even celebrated our wedding here, which was simply fantastic! We had our own room, our own waitress, and we were even allowed to decorate everything the day before!

Unfortunately, disappointing. The restaurant itself is very nice, and given the prices, you expect a lot from the food and the service. Unfortunately, neither was convincing. First of all, I should say that the meat quality was fantastic. Everything else was disappointing. We had to point out three times that we had ordered a bottle of water, which meant we had to wait a total of half an hour for it. The waitress commented on our note that the water had been forgotten with, "No, the water wasn't forgotten." (Oh, so you deliberately withheld water for the last 20 minutes?) For the starter, we ordered a seafood soup, among other things, which still had remnants of shells in it (at that price, that shouldn't happen). For the main course, one meal and one side dish were forgotten; the sweet potato fries and the truffle mashed potatoes were cold, and the fried potatoes were oily and soft. Again: This shouldn't happen at this price range! Well, relatively disappointed, after our meal, we wanted to pay separately by card, which meant we had to walk upstairs to the cash register one by one. Our suggestion that a few things had been forgotten fell on deaf ears. No apology, just an almost rude comment that we should have said something. (The food actually served was plentiful, and the wait for water beforehand made us refrain from saying so during the meal.) One of my companions placed the tip next to the cash register after paying, and the waiter thanked him. Two minutes later, we were interrupted while getting dressed by a waiter who handed the tip back to said companion, saying, "If you're going to throw the tip at us like that, then we don't need it." We couldn't believe it, because the money wasn't thrown or otherwise disrespectfully transferred. This was our first and last visit to this restaurant.

High-priced food, incredibly delicious, special ambience & great service!

The best steakhouse in Cologne. Price-wise, we're on the higher side, but the quality of the meat, the ambiance, and the side dishes are simply top-notch. You can even give your car keys to the valet outside, who will then conveniently park your car. Highly recommended!

I was very amazed at how beautiful the ambience and atmosphere is. The food was great and I can only recommend you. The service was also first class. The waiters were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Each dish was presented with great attention to detail, which made the experience even more special. I also noticed the careful selection of wines that perfectly matched the food. Overall, it was an unforgettable evening that I would like to repeat soon.

Our experience at Reef and Beef Cologne was anything but recommended. The team greeted us very nicely and our service people were very attentive. That's why 4 stars. Our starters were ok. Drinks 0.2 Cola at 4.50 and a bottle of Wassee at 9.90 are very harshly calculated. Main course. The Filet Trilogy for just under 40.00 euros (picture attached) was really cheeky. 3 so-called medallions, each approx. 50/60gr. Served with 3 sauces that weren't my cup of tea. My wife's fillet and my medallions were gray on the inside and unfortunately not on point. The sizzling plate served our clothes dirty. Meat tasted ok. Truffle fries for 12.90 are an absolute disgrace. Drizzled with a few drops of cheap truffle oil and grated parmesan. No dip included. Conclusion. Totally overpriced German beef concept with exorbitant prices. Quality ok. However, the service and the attention of the people were top. Private conversations in the counter area included. We have dined all over the world. However, that has nothing to do with a good steakhouse. Sorry dear Reef and Beef Team Cologne, but you have to work on it.

Steakhouse in the upper price range, Ribe Eye particularly cross, great roasted aromas, but still medium and juicy. Still, in my opinion, a bit too firm and not particularly tender. In this price range I simply have higher expectations when it comes to steaks. The ambience and service correspond to expectations.

The best restaurant in all of Cologne! My visit to Reef & Beef Cologne is always an excellent one. It looks beautiful inside and outside there is a lovely outdoor area that is beautifully designed. If you want to eat very good steak and/or seafood you have to come here. Simply spectacular. And every time, whether the main course or starter/dessert/side course, everything is incredibly delicious. The service is always very good and quick. I have no complaints!

Simply a fantastic experience at Reef & Beef! I was visiting Cologne to see my cousin and we decided to have dinner at Reef & Beef - one of the best decisions ever. As soon as you entered the restaurant, the atmosphere was stylish, cozy and inviting. Service was attentive but never intrusive, and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. We ordered both steak and seafood - both were absolutely top notch. The steak was cooked to perfection, incredibly tender and flavorful. The seafood, particularly the scallops and king salmon, were also a highlight. You can simply taste the high quality of the ingredients. This restaurant doesn't just offer great food - it's an all-round experience. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to have a stylish and delicious meal in Cologne. A great restaurant with good quality food, really tasty, great service, attentive service and very friendly

Bad service, no attention from the waiters. We had to ask for the herb butter three times before it finally came. A baked potato for almost €8 was simply a boiled potato wrapped in aluminum foil and cold. The only thing that was good was the steak. The store smells extremely like fried fat. If you're a woman who wants to go out for a fancy meal, the shop is not recommended.

When I visited the Reef & Beef in Cologne, I took advantage of the valet parking offered, which made the evening start relaxed. The stylish ambience with pleasant lighting and subtle background music enabled undisturbed conversation. The service was friendly. The meals were delicious. A note: The platters are served very hot, so be careful when touching them. Overall, a successful evening that is worth visiting again.

Was wirklich cool ist dass man am Eingang seinen Autoschlüssel abgeben kann und das Auto wird einem auf dem Restauranteigenen Parkplatz geparkt. The dishes were very tasty and prepared to perfection. However, the service, even if the employee was friendly, could be improved greatly. There was simply no attention from a waiter who saw that all the glasses were empty, herb butter for the steak was brought far too late, and there was no opportunity to clean one's hands after enjoying prawns. If you work on this, it can become a top location.

I have been a customer for many years and really appreciate the cuisine. The food is perfect every time and the service is fantastic. The team is always in a good mood and makes me laugh every time. Every visit is an experience and not just because of the perfect quality of the food.

This is a steakhouse after my taste. The focus is on the fantastically grilled meat, and the side dishes are good accompaniments. When it comes to service, it always depends a bit on who is there at the time. We experienced everything from great attention to having to remember every now and then. However, it also makes it very lively because basically everyone in the service is very nice and attentive. Definitely a recommendation from my side.

The food, service and ambience are really very good. It is difficult to find a very good steakhouse in the Cologne/Bonn region. The side dishes are at least as good as the meat. We almost always use a visit to Reef and Beef as an event in our lives that we like to celebrate and we are always happy to be warmly welcomed here. Thank you for that.

Solid interior, friendly service, good food and perfectly cooked steaks. Actually nothing to complain about. But unfortunately the prices quoted here for steaks are in no way justified. They are significantly higher than steakhouses where you can get similarly good steaks. It was also quite cold in the restaurant when we visited (lunchtime in winter).

It's always a nice experience. I feel very comfortable here. All wishes are always fulfilled and you are warmly welcomed here. The waiters are always in a good mood and super nice, especially Mo, he is the best.

Todo el ambiente del lugar es perfecto: elegante, acogedor y con esa atención alemana al detalle que hace que todo se sienta especial. El servicio era muy amable también! The food tasted really good – the steaks were cooked to perfection and seasoned excellently. However, I didn't find the price-performance ratio justified. The prices are significantly higher than what you pay in comparable steak restaurants with a similar atmosphere. The desserts in particular are quite exorbitant at €15 per person. The service was also rather average. I know other restaurants that offer significantly more for this price, be it through special presentation or more attentive service. Overall it was a solid meal, but I don't think the high prices are justified for what's on offer.

Good evening, We went to Reef and Beef for the first time this evening and unfortunately we are more than disappointed. The price-performance ratio is disproportionate. When you enter the restaurant, despite previously requesting a little more space to accommodate a stroller, you are simply assigned a small and narrow table in a corner (4 adults, a toddler + a child in a stroller). Afterwards we were handed the menus without a nice greeting and asked to choose something (we had the feeling we were unwanted). We then ordered drinks and main courses. Unfortunately, we were neither recommended anything nor advised to do anything in particular. Unfortunately, when the food arrived at short notice, the steaks were almost done, even though we had ordered them medium rare. Some of the side dishes were cold and not nicely presented. After a quick search by the waitress, we complained about the meat and received it again after a bit of a wait. However, the side dishes were then completely cooled down and no longer edible. When we were clearing up and ordering dessert, we were told that the coffee machine had not been working for a few days, which is why we unfortunately couldn't enjoy any coffee specialties. There was no apology or offer of a degestif. We then ordered the bill and paid it IMMEDIATELY because, in our opinion, the waiter came directly with the debit card machine and stayed with us straight away, which gave us the feeling that we were unwanted (the bill total was €285.00). You just have to say that after this experience, the restaurant cannot be recommended. You don't feel good, that the food isn't what it's advertised to be, and so on. You really get the feeling that as a customer or guest you are just a means to an end and that you are only interested in making money. A return will not happen under the above-mentioned aspects. There are better and cheaper restaurants that take care of their guests and don't rest on the prices of their menus.

An absolute taste experience! The grilled vegetables were perfectly prepared - crunchy, aromatic and with a wonderful seasoning that emphasized the flavor of the ingredients. The highlight, however, was the Meagre fillet: tender as butter, cooked to perfection and with an incomparably delicate aroma. Added to this is the first-class service – attentive, friendly and competent. The stylish ambience completes the whole thing and makes the visit a real moment of enjoyment. If you are looking for excellent quality and a special atmosphere in Cologne, you have come to the right place.

For me, Reef and Beef is now the absolute number one when it comes to excellent food and first-class service. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone!

Great meat to the point. But very expensive. Expect to pay around €120 to €160 per person for 3 courses with wine. Be careful in the lower seating area it is quite cool in winter, there is no vestibule, it gets cold at times, especially for women.

Su almuerzo / comida de 5 platos es excelente y vale la pena cada centavo. Desde el lugar, la comida y la experiencia en general. El personal es amable y muy servicial. El horario de 3 - 6 pm es perfecto para aquellos que les gusta el almuerzo y la cena tempranos y que viven fuera de Dubai como nosotros.

When we arrived at Weave&Beef Steakhouse, everything seemed rather inconspicuous from the outside. But as soon as we had parked, we were immediately greeted by a professional valet parking service who parked our car safely and accompanied us to the restaurant. A really successful start! The menu was extensive and offered a nice selection. We quickly found something suitable and looked forward to our meal. When the steak was served, it came out exactly the way I like it: well-done and to the point. The side dishes were very generous – so generous that we were definitely full and satisfied. Everything tasted really excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and pleasant, although a bit overloaded with decorations and objects for my taste. The tablecloths and the loving furnishings still gave the room a high-quality atmosphere. A small point of criticism for me would be the small distance between the tables, which gave the impression that the space should be used to the maximum. Overall, it was a very nice evening and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Weave&Beef Steakhouse!

The guests are really well looked after here. On New Year's Eve we were able to get a table at very short notice. The whole concept, warmth and sympathy of the service was really excellent. The food and entertainment were A1 and the price-performance ratio was justified. A huge compliment for such a great service team!!!

This steakhouse is such a good one. When I first came here the place looked WOW! I ordered a 400g Rib Eye steak Medium-Well and they perfectly did mine the way I wanted. The service was very kind and you can order any size if you aren't a steak monster like me 😊. It is expensive tho if you go with more people.

Licht und Schatten. Im Grunde durchaus gemütlich. Die Qualität der Steaks war sehr gut, die der Beilagen so mittelmäßig. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht angemessen, da gibt es anderso mehr für. Negativ fällt auf, dass das Restaurant eine eher prollige Kundschaft anzuziehen scheint. Noch negativer fällt auf, dass uns als Zahlungsbeleg nur eine "Zwischenrechnung" zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Das riecht nach Steuerhinterziehung und vielleicht auch Geldwäsche.
