Service was very unprofessional, food like this for these prices is a robbery. I ate grilled seafood and every single peace tasted horrible. Shrimp was like rubber, every other peace had no flavor other than charcoal. The appetizer bread arrived later than the main meals. The bread was also old, not crispy. Overall, horrible service, portions and food quality.

I recently visited Shandiz with a voucher book and had an extremely disappointing experience. The employee claimed the voucher was not valid on public holidays, although this was not true. Unfortunately, the employee who was there didn't check this and we had to pay the full price. It felt as if we had been deliberately deceived, which I find completely wrong. Fair and transparent dealings with customers should be a given.

That was absolutely terrible. I'll never go back there, and I recommend you don't go either.

Culinary disasters on a few plates. Service. Attentive and very friendly. We're talking about food costing €100 plus. I expect service to go with it. The food arrives from the right. It's cleared from the left. The plate is placed directly in front of me. The server knows his menu. Theory. Reality. The plate is placed directly in front of me. The food comes and goes as it pleases. Across the table. Always from the left. Basically not an issue if the steak isn't priced at fine dining. Questions about the menu and the food. Somewhat halting answers. Ambience. A matter of taste, too. But seating as close as in a cafeteria. A no-go. But if you're bored, at least the next table will listen. Atmosphere. Too oppressive for me. As for the food. Value for money. Subterranean. The steak is swimming in melted butter. I think the meat was quite good. But it's drowned out by butter. The server just says "new" to the complaint. They should have said something. Should have said it on the menu! Side dishes. Truffle mashed potatoes. Intense truffle flavor. No freshly grated dressing on the food. Suspicion of a lot of butter and truffle oil, which didn't dissolve. The staff didn't know about the soft truffles that were processed. Grilled vegetables. That made the bronze, silver, and gold swimming badges all in one. But in oil. Fries were very good. Main course failed. I was offered a new steak as a complaint. That's good, but after my stomach was already rebelling, it wasn't helpful. Appetizers. Scallops and tuna. Both good. P.S. Sauces for the steak. Pepper and béarnaise sauce. Very thick in consistency. I can't shake the suspicion that they tasted exactly like they looked on the carton. Conclusion. And both were sick. I fought off a buttery taste until the evening. If the word "overrated" could be any apt, it is here. I definitely won't be back. Sorry. If all that goes over the counter for 50, I'd say it was OK. But not my thing. There are better options for that price. Better. For significantly less. What a waste of time.

We went there for the first time today based on a recommendation. We eat at many steakhouses, but this one was unfortunately very disappointing. The ambiance is nice, but the food is far too overpriced. 1. The meat was cooked too well, not medium rare, and the flavor wasn't our style either. It was also carelessly served on a large plate in the middle with nothing on it. 2. The side dish (jacket potato) was cold inside and ridiculously priced. 3. There was no small appetizer on the house, nor was there a shot or something similar after the meal like at other better restaurants. I think for people who rarely eat out, it's something special, but for us, unfortunately, it was more show than substance.

The wine was good, the Kir Royal still needs a bit of improvement. I found the dessert on the house particularly thoughtful because it was my birthday. We will be back.

Nice service in a remote spot and very appreciated that the opening hours are long. Shame this is located so far outside the city with a lot of construction on the main road. Starter lobster bisque and strudel wonderful. I would say that that steak was quite oily and not tenderly cooked, for a t-bone. I don't blame the restaurant. I think it's hard to replicate us/uk beef in germany. Maybe a grill vs pan? Quite expensive all things considered too. Nonetheless overall, recommend.

The restaurant used to be much better. Unfortunately, the service during our visit left a lot to be desired – with a group of five and a bill of over €800, we would have appreciated significantly more attention and a better introduction and explanation of the dishes. Unfortunately, the quality has declined.

Hello dear readers, yesterday, July 6, 2025 I was at this restaurant where it was very cold. The fish soup was very bitter and tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. The meat was good. The shrimp (pan-fried) on a plate was unappetizing with lots of salad and I wouldn't recommend it. But the biggest problem: my wife and I both threw up!!!! And today, July 7, 2025, we feel very sick. If there are any other people who were there on July 6, 2025 and didn't feel well afterward, please get in touch, and I will sue this restaurant for poor quality!!!!!!!!

A very nice restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. The steaks were excellent. The service could be improved. The staff was mostly very friendly. Unfortunately, there were noticeably long waits (for drinks, food, and the bill). After the first round, drinks weren't even asked for again. At times, the service seemed a bit disorganized. Nevertheless, I would recommend the restaurant. You just need to be patient.

From valet parking to espresso, it's always a great treat for the family! Aside from the Mook Group restaurants in Frankfurt, we only eat meat here.
