Absolutely cool there! Food was excellent, service and overall service were very professional and absolutely friendly! The prices are a little higher depending on the quality, but that shouldn't be a negative point, because you just have to treat yourself! I'd love to come back again because it was a really nice evening! Thanks!

First of all, the fillet steak was exactly as ordered. We also had fillet tips in campignon sauce. I had a metaxa pepper sauce which somehow made my steak worse. The potato pancakes were ok. The small mixed salad was drenched in mustard dressing and wasn't really our thing. The desserts were a small highlight. We had panacota, Mozartkugeln and lemon ice cream in prosecco. We liked it 😉 But not worth €120 for two 😀

Overall, our experience at Steakmanufaktur Augsburg was very positive. Even the table reservation was uncomplicated and even on a busy weekend there was no problem finding a place. When we entered the restaurant we were greeted warmly and shown straight to our table. Despite the high number of visitors, there was a pleasant atmosphere. The ambience was stylish and the volume was moderate, allowing for relaxed conversation. The menu offered a rich and special selection of dishes, both in German and English. The variety of meat specialties was particularly impressive, ranging from beef fillet to exclusive Kobe beef. Our starters – carpaccio from the U.S. Beef and shrimp in a chili-tomato-garlic broth with fresh bread – exactly what we liked. The combination of flavors was exceptional and highly recommended. A small point of criticism was the long waiting time of almost 40 minutes between the starter and the main course. However, the service representative was extremely courteous and apologized several times for the delay. Unfortunately, when my main course – the beef fillet – was finally served, it was cold. I was immediately offered to put it back in the kitchen. However, as my husband had already received his meal, this meant we couldn't eat together. After 15 minutes I received a freshly prepared fillet back. The taste was convincing, although the pieces were a bit too big for sliced meat. My husband's rib-eye steak, on the other hand, was perfectly cooked and the sauces served with it harmonized perfectly with the meat. As a small compensation, we were offered dessert on the house. The lukewarm chocolate cake had the perfect consistency - wonderfully runny on the inside. Conclusion: Despite the small inconveniences, we are happy to come back. The service was very attentive and friendly. The first-class selection of meat options and side dishes was particularly impressive. Overall, a recommended address for steak lovers!

The meal is very delicious. It’s the best steak I’ve ever eaten. It’s even better than Taiwan’s steak. 🥹 There is a strong sense of ceremony. Even if three people order two meals and ask him for an empty plate, he will also put decorations on the empty plate. After ordering the main meal, you can choose the side dishes you want. Remember to order ribeyes and rump. The price doesn’t feel too expensive compared to prices in Taiwan😵💫
