Ein echter Geheimtipp in Nürnberg! Das Ambiente ist warm und gemütlich, der Service freundlich und effizient, das Essen hervorragend. Daniela und ihr Team leisten großartige Arbeit, und wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Nürnberg-Besuch ganz sicher wieder! Die Steaks werden auf einem Holzgrill zubereitet. Wir hatten das bayerische Porterhouse-Steak, ein wunderschönes, perfekt gegartes Stück Fleisch. Die grüne Pfeffersauce war ein Highlight: reichhaltig und gleichzeitig ungewöhnlich pfeffrig. Unsere Lieblingsbeilagen waren die Pommes frites (große, perfekt knusprige Kartoffelecken), das Wasabi-Kartoffelpüree und der Spargel mit Sauce Hollandaise.

Sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher Service, die den Aufenthalt angenehm gestalten. Die Speisen und Getränke sind erlesen, von sehr guter Qualität und top zubereitet.

Zu viert ,Filet war sehr gut, Fisch war Gut, Steak leider sehr schlecht,

Haben heute das Beef Tartar zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Trotz To-Go Box war das Gericht wirklich außerordentlich schön angerichtet. Geschmacklich war das Tartar eine absolute 10/10. Obwohl wir nicht zum Essen im Restaurant geblieben sind ist das Ambiente sehr ansprechend und einladend. Der Service rundet das ganze Erlebnis ab, super liebes und freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder! :)

Es war ein toller Besuch. Kreative und beste Beilagen, sehr aufmerksamer Service. Man merkt den gehobenen Standard. Leider hatten wir wohl am den Tag nicht volles Glück mit der Heirat, dem Fleisch. Oder es lag daran, dass wir je nur kleine 150 gr Stücke hatten. Das Bisonfilet und das Färsenfilet kamen in Geschmack und Konsistenz nicht über Mittelmaß hinaus, leider. Der Burger war sehr toll. Dennoch ein sehr schöner Abend.

Tolle Getränkeauswahl, schöne Flaschenweine im offenen Ausschank, Gin Tonic....aber das wichtigste sind hier die Steaks. Wir hatten auch einen Burger-Esser, leider wurde hier kein Gargrad erfragt und der Burger dann durchgebraten, schade. Der Burger-Bun selbstgemacht auch der Burger gesamt geschmacklich sehr gut. Vom Service äusserst angenehm, zuvorkommend, schnell und gut bedient. Steaks waren gut bzw. sehr gut, Ribeye war leider nicht gleichmäßig abgeschnitten, somit von medium rare bis "well done", alles in einem Stück zu finden, aber Fleischqualität Top, Geschmack Top. Ein Filet wurde leider zu weit gebraten, wäre aber anstandslos getauscht worden, das andere Filet TOP gegrillt und tolle Qualität und Geschmack. Auch eine sehr schöne Auswahl von Fleisch. Super Buchenholz-Note vom Grill ohne den Fleischgeschmack zu übertönen, schöne Lokation. Die Süsskartoffel-Pommes sind superlecker! Der Krautsalat frisch und gut(American-Style).

Ein tolles Restaurant, in dem einfach alles passt. Ich habe schon viele Steaks gehabt und die hier gehören zu den Besten!!! Service sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich, Ambiente schön. Man hat das Gefühl, dass das Team den Gästen einen schönen Abend machen will und bei uns ist es ihnen auch voll und ganz gelungen. Vielen Dank!

Einfach unglaublich! Das beste Steak, was ich jemals gegessen habe! Von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert war es einfach nur perfekt! Qualität hat seinen Preis und hier trifft es absolut zu! Was für eine großartige Entdeckung im Gusto Natural Steakhouse in Nürnberg! Mein erster Besuch war ein voller Erfolg. Schon beim Eintreten wurde ich herzlich und professionell empfangen. Das Ambiente ist modern und elegant. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und angenehm. Kulinarisch war es eine absolute Punktlandung. Das Fleisch ist schlichtweg außergewöhnlich: perfekt gereift und auf dem Holzkohlegrill gegart – mit diesem rauchigen Aroma, das den Unterschied macht. Ich hatte das Büffelsteak, und es war ein Gedicht: zart, saftig und voller Geschmack. Die Beilage, Parmesan- Kartoffeln, war der einzige Wermutstropfen. Eher klein und unscheibar gegenüber dem Steak. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service – sehr kompetent bei der Wein- und Fleischberatung. Die Weinkarte ist übrigens beeindruckend umfangreich. Die Rechnung ist zwar gehoben, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Man bekommt Spitzenqualität und einen tadellosen Service. Ein Muss für alle Fleischliebhaber. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren für unserer Weihnachtsfeier mit 40 Personen im Gusto Natural. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Abstimmung im Vorfeld reibungslos. Es kamen tolle Menüvorschläge, Weinempfehlungen sowie Ideen zur Tischanordnung. Vor dem eigentlichen Essen Glühweinempfang bei schönem Ambiente im Garten. Die Atmosphäre im exklusiv angemieteten Hauptraum war sehr feierlich und dem Anlass entsprechend. Das 5-Gänge-Menü hat das gesamte Team begeistert. Die Sashimi-Vorspeise einfach nur wow, die Fleisch-Qualität tiptop. Danke an Daniela und das gesamte Team für den unvergesslichen Abend. Sehr empfehlenswert ...

The ambiance is elegant and chic, yet understated. I always order my steak medium-rare, and that's exactly how it was cooked. It was delicious and, as expected for a steak, incredibly tender. The side dishes were also excellent. I had the truffle fries, the sautéed mushrooms, and the truffle savoy cabbage. Be warned, all these side dishes with a steak can be quite a lot. It's best to share them. The service was very good and efficient. If you're looking for a fine dining experience and appreciate a quiet, comfortable atmosphere, this is the place for you. The prices reflect the quality.

Great athmosphere, but the food wasn't meeting my expectations. Wagyu steak was just too hard.

We had dinner here last night and really enjoyed it. The steak was cooked well with a nice char, the salad was fresh, and the wine paired nicely with everything. Service was easygoing and the atmosphere felt relaxed but still well put-together. Overall, a solid spot for a good meal. I’d come back.

The braised veal cheeks were the best I've had in a long time; absolutely phenomenal. I love the selection of sides. The drinks are delicious and come quickly, and the service is very attentive and friendly. Yes, it's a bit more expensive, but it's absolutely worth it! I'll be back again and again.

This was by far the worst restaurant experience of my life! I had glass in my dessert!! This is absolutely life-threatening and unacceptable. No one cared about it, there was no apology, and there was no attempt to make amends. I will never eat here again – it was simply disgusting and dangerous! Stay away!!!

We had reserved a table for two people and were immediately escorted to our table, where we were presented with the menu and were able to receive personalized advice. The waitress was always willing to listen and was very helpful. When we were sitting outside and our meat arrived (the Gusto Tasting Platter), flies and wasps unfortunately also appeared. We informed the staff about this and asked if it would be possible to get a table inside. This was possible without any problems, and we were immediately seated at this table and advised on what combination we could combine to achieve the best possible result. All in all, we had a very pleasant evening for two and were fully catered for, which made us very happy, and we were willing to pay every cent because it was a legendary experience. We would gladly come back, but it's not something we'd go to every evening as it's also expensive. But it's worth it.

Awesome place! 😍 The grilled peach with feta cheese was simply divine, and the New Zealand lamb fillet was so tender it practically melted in your mouth. The side dish was the grilled broccoli salad, which perfectly complemented the ingredients. You can tell they use really good ingredients here. The service is top-notch: super friendly, attentive, but not annoying. I just feel at home here—I'll definitely be back!

A superb steakhouse in Nuremberg. The name says it all. Naturally flavorful food with no frills. Very friendly service. We only go here for steak from now on.

I've eaten steaks in many international restaurants, and this was one of the most expensive relative to its location (it's obviously even more expensive in Manhattan or Zurich). All I can say is that my rib-eye was subpar, and the fillet of the person sitting next to me was stringy. It doesn't match the current 4.8 stars and the prices. The sauce on the beef carpaccio was reminiscent of a sweet and spicy tip sauce from a jar at the supermarket. Maybe it was homemade, though—who knows?

Absolutely fantastic! My husband and I went there for the first time at the beginning of the year. We were blown away from the start: the staff is fantastic and super friendly, the food is pure enjoyment, sensational, from appetizer to dessert. My husband had the Wagyu, and it was a taste explosion! Since then, we've always treated ourselves to a visit there on special occasions and try every seasonal menu. You guys are amazing, and we're already looking forward to the next time! 😊

We ate there for the first time yesterday. It was a lovely, shady outdoor area under the trees. We had octopus salad and beef tartare for starters. Our main course was fish and rump steak, which was unfortunately a bit tough. A very well-stocked wine list! The service was extremely friendly. All in all, definitely recommended.

We sat in the garden, where there's no special ambiance. The steak was seared too hot, which made it dry. The meat is strangely stringy, which is unusual for a steak. Furthermore, the meat came without any basic seasoning. Even sprinkling the salt on the table didn't help. It remained bland. As a side dish, we had potatoes with Parmesan and bacon. It came with a few slices of potatoes with a few crumbs of bacon. All for 6 euros. I consider that cheeky. When we complained later, pointing out that we were still hungry, the potatoes were removed from the bill. A normal portion, which you don't have to divide, would have been better. We consider the prices for the empty, uninspiring wine to be excessively high. Conclusion: To put it mildly, the guest is being asked to pay excessively. Let's see how long the critical review will stay here. A few times criticism had to be removed by threatening legal action..... No wonder that in many places one only reads positive things.

The garden is a lovely place to sit. The service is extremely friendly, fast, and attentive. The coconut soup and burger were absolutely delicious. The wine list has something for everyone. For an aperitif, a special Prosecco from the steep slopes, followed by a lovely red wine from Caparzo in Tuscany. Wonderful. This is what makes gastronomy fun!

We had a great evening at the Gusto Natural modern Grill. The service was excellent - super friendly, attentive and always with a smile. The food was also first class and of high quality. The steak was super juicy, tender and full of flavor. The side dishes were also fresh and lovingly prepared. The warm chocolate cake was pure enjoyment. Slightly crispy on the outside, nice and creamy and juicy on the inside. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the restaurant.

We are actually a horror for every chef. 6 people and everyone wants a different degree of doneness and has additional requests. But everything was brought to the table at the same time and perfectly prepared. The quality and taste are simply great. Really great.

We had a great first evening at Gusto yesterday. The service, service and ambience were fantastic! The waitresses and waiters were extremely attentive and constantly kept an eye on all the tables and plates. The friendly eye contact was maintained frequently and you really felt like you were in good hands. As a starter we had the scallop ceviche and the octopus with basil pesto. Both were excellently prepared and the individual taste was the main focus of both dishes. The flavor nuances of the included ingredients worked just right! For the main course we shared the board with three different fillets. Both types of beef and the bison were grilled to perfection medium rare and the Wagyu also had an excellent taste. We also ordered 4 Black Tiger prawns and they were also absolutely amazing! The side dishes were also very tasty. The selection of drinks is large, especially when it comes to wines. We will definitely be back and the price-performance ratio is perfect. Thanks to the entire team inside and outside the kitchen 👍🏻

See delicious steaks and nice ambience

What an all-round successful evening! A restaurant that is unfortunately rarely found anymore. The food was a dream (of course the meat, but also the fish dishes and all the great side dishes), the service was incredibly attentive, professional and loving, but never intrusive. And how stylish the entire ambience is... everything fits here! You can see the passion that everyone involved puts into this. Great praise, thank you very much and we'll be back very soon!

Last week we Daniela celebrated our Christmas party with 13 people. We were allowed to sit in the next room, which is rustically and charmingly furnished in an alpine hut look. Cool idea! Daniela's service was friendly and attentive. The quality of the food was excellent and the prices were very fair compared to Nuremberg restaurants. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Went there as a couple for our silver wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, as we were informed, there was no Leinburger beer due to a delivery bottleneck. But the alternative was ok. The starter came quickly and was delicious, as was the greeting from the kitchen. Then my wife had a roast beef, which was grilled well and she liked it. Side dishes very sparsely portioned, but also good. I had a ribeye (300g), which - sorry - was subpar: meat wasn't soft enough, there were tendons in it (which caused the steak to completely warp when grilled), which weren't edible, and that too The typical eye of fat was completely missing, so I doubted whether it was even a ribeye cut. I was offered a new piece, but I declined - the meat is cut from the piece, so what could be better about a new piece? They apologized and reduced the price a bit, but in the end they explained to me that the ribeyes in Gusto actually never have a real fat eye. Sorry: when I order a piece of Argentine Angus beef for just under €40, I can expect something different.

We visited Daniela and her team for the 5th time today and were once again more than thrilled. If you want a great meal in a good atmosphere, you've come to the right place. We'd love to come back.

Gusto Natural is one of my absolute favorites when it comes to a great evening with steak and wine. The restaurant offers a great atmosphere, the food is exceptionally good and always on point. I would also particularly like to highlight the great service - I would describe it as service of unobtrusive perfection. We always feel completely comfortable there. Most recently I was able to celebrate my birthday in the next room and it was just perfect and just the right, cozy setting.

I booked Gusto for the first time during toy fair time for business dinner. Customers were really satisfied with food, wine and service received. We had three type of steak and Beilage with Pommes, Spinat and salad. The appetiser I recommended tuna and beef tartar. The dessert we have tried all of them. The highlight was the wine offers. We can’t be more satisfied with them. The restaurant has a good atmosphere for business dinner as well which is not too loud. I had a nice talk with the manager which they have also a garden open for the summer time or for group event. I can’t wait to visit this lovely place the next time!

The restaurant has a great ambience and is located in a residential area on the outskirts of town. The next room where we sat has a really nice atmosphere, a bit like South Tyrol 😍 only 4 tables, really comfortable. The starters were good. Especially the tuna tartare. The meat was great as was the herb butter and the truffle fries. Unfortunately the gnocchi were that way. Drowned in truffle oil, it might hit something. Superior price-performance ratio Service very accommodating. Good parking options directly in front of and nearby. Definitely recommended!

A spontaneous evening in a very nice atmosphere with friendly staff. Short-term table reservations with very good service were possible on a Sunday. The food is of a very upscale class, the steaks were cooked exactly as ordered. The Wagyu was worth the money and I would order it again at any time. As a side dish, the truffle fries and the Parmesan potatoes once again exceeded expectations! The dessert with puff pastry filled with pistachio cream was the final kick of the whole evening. We were looking for a good steakhouse and Gusto met all of our needs. The service was very friendly and the food was very tasty. Wagyu was gorgeous. One may find the prices expensive, but the prices of Wagyu is always expensive. The wine list is very extensive and varied. Not the meat, but I found the wine list prices high compared to other restaurants. Next time I might choose a different wine from the menu. The dessert was also very tasty. We try not to consume too much red meat, but for the next steak dinner I will choose this restaurant. Reservation is necessary. Thank you! ☺️
