Found it via Google review. I can only confirm the 4.7 rating. The food and service were truly top-notch. The prices were very reasonable. Large portions, and everything was served quickly and together. We had Scheufele, Cordon Bleu, and Baked Chicken. All three dishes were excellent. 5 stars from us 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Keep up the good work 👌

The service at this restaurant was excellent. The waiters were always attentive and close without being intrusive. We particularly appreciated that the dishes could also be ordered in smaller portions (a rare but very welcome option). The food was consistently delicious, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. Despite a rainy day, the staff made every effort to fulfill our every wish. Their dedication was clearly evident. The only negative point: The owner of the house spoke to his staff in a noticeably stern tone. This was unpleasant, especially in an otherwise harmonious atmosphere. Nevertheless, the team didn't let it bother them, and the service remained friendly and professional. Overall, a very successful visit with a definite repeat factor.

A beautiful, relaxed beer garden under large trees, with friendly, attentive service and delicious Franconian cuisine. A great idea: You can order any dish as a small portion, leaving room for dessert—be sure to try the apple fritters and the black bread ice cream!

Super friendly service, food very good value for money.

We were in the beer garden, which was a pretty dusty affair. Unfortunately, the shoulder of pork roast was a total flop: the meat was quite fatty, swimming in the sauce, and mustard sauce for shoulder of pork is also quite unusual. So, it was a total flop. What a shame.

Vegetarian food was simply vegetables topped with a ton of cheese. Sounds good, but in the end, you just ate oily cheese.

It's not exactly culinary enlightenment, and I wasn't sure what was Franconian about it; I've never seen the dish like this before. The beer was delicious :)

A very nice restaurant with a beer garden. Excellent service, quality, and value for money. Superbly delicious dishes, all freshly and lovingly prepared. The salad, the "Höck" bread, and a huge schnitzel were amazing! The shoulder of pork with the delicious dumpling and dark beer sauce are especially recommended. For dessert, we devoured a Kaiserschmarrn... Super delicious!

I've been there several times and the food has always been good and there's a great weekly menu. This doesn't seem to exist anymore and unfortunately the food was very bad.

Este fue sin duda el mejor restaurante en el que cené durante mi reciente viaje de negocios a Nuremberg. El servicio y la comida eran insuperables. También noté que muchos de los comensales eran locales (eso generalmente muestra que la buena comida se sirve allí) y no hay que saber mucho alemán para entender lo que piensan de los platos servidos (“mmmmmmmm” “wowwwwwww” son palabras universales de agradecimiento). Solo porciones deliciosas y de tamaño saludable. Sin duda volvería.

Unfortunately, I can't give the food culture that many points. The turkey schnitzel from the grill was good but cold and the herb butter was frozen... you need a lot of time and patience is a virtue. The service itself was very stressed but very nice... I hope the restaurant will get new service staff again soon, I wish you the best of luck.

Yesterday we from the club had another meeting at the Esskultur restaurant. I ordered a schnitzel in the old Bavarian style, with horseradish and fried potatoes. What can I say, just a dream It was the best schnitzel I've eaten in a long time. Juicy, the pane was nice and crispy, everything was served hot, really a dream. The incorporated layer of horseradish is simply wonderful. The boss was again nice and in a good mood, so you'll be happy to come back. The nice lady from the service also did a 100% great job. Please keep it up 😉👍🏼

Mega awesome. Price performance is absolutely top, you should keep it that way. The food and the service are 1a. You come in and feel comfortable, that's what I call a beautiful restaurant.

We went here for an early dinner for the first time today, but definitely not the last. Brewmaster's plate and roast pork were served quickly and tasted excellent. The sauerkraut I ordered as a side dish was the best I've had in years. Small point of criticism: the meat and sauce could have been a little warmer (that can happen). Nice gesture from the friendly service: as compensation, espresso or cappuccino was offered on the house.

Based on a recommendation, we visited the Esskultur restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. The community center is not known for its beautiful ambience, but the operators of Esskultur still show what is possible. Directly after the fire door, a very unique, beautiful ambience awaits guests. The beautiful ambience was accompanied by super friendly staff and a menu with a very nice selection of regional dishes. We decided on the duck and the choice turned out to be a very good one. The portion was appropriately large, the meat, dumplings and sauce were very good. We spotted a carp at the next table, it also looked very good and the lady hadn't left anything behind either. We'll definitely be back!

We were just visiting Nuremberg last Friday and spontaneously decided on this restaurant. We couldn't have made a better choice! The food was outstanding and first class! Tastes perfect and absolutely fresh! The service was great and the dog was also welcome and provided with water. We were at Esskultur for the second time and were once again thoroughly pampered. The service is great: always friendly, people asked if they wanted to change anything about the food and whether everything was to their satisfaction. The food itself is absolutely top in terms of price-performance ratio. The taste is consistent and even the small portion is still sufficient. The Kaiserschmarrn is very good, we fell in love with it straight away. The rooms are pleasant, clean and not too cramped. All in all, the food culture impressed us and we certainly won't be there the last time. There is still a lot to try. Thank you for your hospitality.

We celebrated our wedding in the Esskultur restaurant. The atmosphere was great and we had a wonderful day. We had the outdoor grill buffet BBQ and the food was an absolute highlight. There was something for everyone, and all of the guests, including us, enjoyed it very much. As a change from the DJ in the restaurant on the ground floor, a quiet place was the bowling alley in the basement, which provided a lot of fun and entertainment. It was a great way to keep guests busy and lighten the mood. I can only warmly recommend the Esskultur restaurant for a wedding, but also for eating out! Many thanks again to Mr. Ullmann and the entire staff.

The whole team is friendly and accommodating, even though it is stressful. The food is plentiful and very good value for money. And it tastes great. The salad is fresh, like at home. Simply amazing and highly recommended!

Beer garden unfortunately closed today, (due to summer festival preparations) terrace unfortunately also full, there were still several tables available inside, upon request from the young man behind the counter a place inside was offered. We sat down in the assigned seat and we waited and waited, no one came, no menu was brought and unfortunately we couldn't order. After more than 10 minutes we left. It's a shame we've been there before and the food is actually good. But being punished as a guest with absolute disregard is not possible and unfortunately I only give 2 stars and that only because I've been there before.

Hier findet man hauptsächlich fränkische Gerichte, bei gutem Wetter sitzt man draußen im Biergarten, ansonsten hat man im Restaurant selbst ein schickes Ambiente, in das man diese fränkische Küche zunächst nicht zuordnen würde. Es wird lokales Bier gereicht, außerdem werden nahezu alle Produkte aus regionalem Anbau geliefert. Der Service war super freundlich, ich werde gerne wieder kommen.

Five of us came here for dinner after a training course. We were really surprised at the selection of dishes. Not the usual menu, but also something unusual. I had a bratwurst salad, very tasty. My colleague’s Schäuferle was also at its finest. The crust was perfect. I also think it's very positive that you can order smaller portions. The service was very friendly and competent. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely come back. Keep it up!!!
