Das Essen ist außergewöhnlich, von bester Qualität und jedes Mal ein echtes Geschmackserlebnis. Der Service ist spitzenmäßig – herzlich, aufmerksam und mit einer spürbaren Leidenschaft für das, was hier gemacht wird. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Herzblut das gesamte Team in seine Arbeit steckt. Ich habe ein australisches, nassgereiftes Ribeye-Steak bestellt. Einfach eines der besten Steaks, die ich je in einem Restaurant gegessen habe.

Wir sind so begeistert! Das Fleisch ist wirklich super, hatte selten so ein gutes Hähnchen. Man sitzt sehr schön an der Donau! Preis Leistung auch top. Schade dass wir weit weg wohnen…

Seher gutes Essen perfekter Service

Leider war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis erbärmlich. Die Vorspeise, Käse mit Oliven, scheiterte an der zweitklassigen Olivenqualität und der steinharten, unreifen Tomätchen. Danach war mein Steak nicht marmoriert, sondern mit nicht durchschneidbaren Fettadern durchzogen. Dem Salat fehlte die Marinade. Die doppelte Menge hätten den starren Blättern ausreichend Geschmack gegeben. Das Baguette schien vom Vortag gewesen zu sein, jedenfalls hätte ich bei diesem Preis etwas anderes erwartet. Das Ambiente im vorderen Bereich wurde durch den hohen Geräuschpegel ebenfalls auf ein unangenehmes Niveau runter gezogen.

Für mich, der selbst Dry-Age-Fleisch macht und lebt, war dieser Besuch ein echtes Highlight. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Empfehlung des Inhabers, einmal auf 70 Tage Reifung zu gehen – ein Tipp, den ich dankend annehme und definitiv ausprobieren werde. Kulinarisch wurden wir auf höchstem Niveau verwöhnt. Die Gerichte waren perfekt abgestimmt, kreativ und voller Geschmack. Auch die Weinauswahl ist absolut empfehlenswert und rundet das Erlebnis wunderbar ab. Das Personal war aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend – genau so fühlt man sich als Gast willkommen. Dazu kommt ein stilvolles, gemütliches Ambiente, das zum Verweilen einlädt und den Abend besonders macht. Ein großes Dankeschön für dieses tolle Erlebnis. Wir sehen uns wieder.

Das Steak House View in Neuburg überzeugt durch eine insgesamt sehr hohe Qualität. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Fleisch, das exzellent zubereitet wird – auf den Punkt gegart, zart und geschmacklich auf hohem Niveau. Auch das Ambiente ist äußerst gelungen: stilvoll, ruhig und komfortabel, sodass man sich während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlfühlt. Insgesamt ein Restaurant, das durch Qualität, Atmosphäre und Service überzeugt und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert ist.

Das Essen war perfekt, der Service sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Was hat uns das Abendessen gekostet? Eine Flasche Wasser, ein Glas Wein für meine Frau, dazu Oktopussalat und Tatar. Außerdem hatten wir zweimal Steak, das natürlich köstlich war. Und alles zusammen hat uns 165 € gekostet.

Dies ist ein absolut fantastisches Restaurant im Herzen von Neuburg! Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und stets gut gelaunt. Die Speisekarte wurde mit viel Fachwissen und Begeisterung erklärt. Die Gerichte selbst waren hervorragend! Das Fleisch war zart und köstlich, ebenso der Lachs. Ein absolut empfehlenswerter Ort für ein leckeres Abendessen in entspannter Atmosphäre!

Eine katastrophale Erfahrung! Ohne Zweifel der schlechteste Burger der Welt: Das Fleisch war geschmacklos, außen verbrannt und innen kalt und roh. Die Brötchenhälften trieften nur so vor Tomatensoße. Die Pommes waren nur so vor Fett getrieft. Diesen Laden sollte man meiden!

Das Essen war gut und man saß schön an der Donau im Freien. Allerdings waren wir sehr verwundert, dass ab 14 Uhr kein Kellner mehr zu sehen war. Wir wollten noch einen Glas Wein bestellen. Als sich dann 14.20 Uhr wieder ein Kellner zeigte, meinte er, er könne nichts mehr ausschenken, da sie 14.30 Uhr schließen. Wir hätten nur entspannt im Freien gesessen und ein Getränk ausgetrunken, während die Kellner ihren vorzeitigen Feierabend genießen. Wo wäre das Problem gewesen? Sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt.

This was our first time here for dinner, and it certainly won't be the last. The service was first-class, the starter and main course were fantastic, and the wines and dessert were simply fantastic. We had baked haloumi with grilled pepperoni for starters, followed by dry-aged fillet steak and Irish beef... Perfect. Thank you.

The front area, right by the window, is nice, but it's very warm and echoes a lot, making it loud when people are talking. The octopus salad was very good, and the meat was also delicious.

The restaurant used to be Greek, but the brothers Niko and Kostas have transformed the restaurant into a true paradise for meat lovers. The quality of the dry-aged steaks is simply outstanding. Each piece is perfectly matured, with an intense, incomparable taste. Niko is even a trained meat sommelier and brings his enormous expertise to bear every day, which you can feel and taste in every detail. I've eaten here several times a week for years and have been impressed every time. Whether meat or fish, every dish is a real culinary experience at a very high level. Particularly impressive: There are different dry-aging levels for the different types of meat that are perfectly coordinated with each other. I have never found this variety and perfection in the ripening process anywhere else in Germany! Another highlight is the dry-age fish from the region, which is also offered at the highest level and is a perfect complement to the meat. The meat tasting is also highly recommended, where you can experience a wide selection of the best cuts in top quality. For me, everything is just right here, the outstanding quality, the passion for the product and the warm manner with which Nico and Costa run their restaurant. Was there for the first time with friends and I have to say that I had one of the best steaks of my life there! Starting with the ambience: The restaurant has a modern touch with a certain style that makes it very inviting to stay seated for longer. The toilets are very clean! And with the view of the Danube, the food tastes much better. The only drawback - there is no parking space in front of the restaurant. There is a larger public car park about 350m further. The trip to the restaurant is definitely worth it! The employees are all very friendly - including the boss! Everyone is courteous and always has a smile on their face! The boss's recommendations regarding food were a complete success for me. Now about the food: Had a starter consisting of - beef tartare - beef carpaccio as well as a dry aged tuna carpaccio and the grilled halloumi. It was all so delicious! The carpaccio was sliced ​​paper thin, just as it should be! For the main course - we had the rump steak - dry aged beef fillet (German and Australian) plus scallops - prawns - octopus (incredibly good!) As a side dish there was sweet potato puree - sweet potato fries - jacket potatoes and various vegetables! At this point I can only recommend spending a few euros and ordering a steak with surf & turf added! All in all, I will definitely go there again!

Amazing restaurant. I’ve been two times, first I had Greek food, second I had steaks. Both are equally delicious and very high quality. The service is also very good. They have tables with a lovely view of the Danube, so it’s very romantic and intimate. Perfect for couples. One of the best restaurants in the area, without a doubt. I’ll be happy to come back. It’s not cheap, definitely, but worth every penny.

The two of us recently had dinner at View. The service was really very good, the waiters are all friendly and proactive. You don't have to sit in front of an empty glass for long and the choice of food was also supported with good advice without it being intrusive. Overall I also found the food very good. My rump steak was juicy and well seasoned, the salad was also very good. The potatoes as a side dish were okay and my companion was also very satisfied. There wasn't much going on and we were seated right next to the windows facing the Danube, which is of course always a plus. Unfortunately, we were pretty squeezed in with our table for two, although there were a few better seats available that weren't filled during the course of the evening. The price is, as expected at a steakhouse, a bit high and not something I would afford every week. But if you want to treat yourself to something, I definitely recommend it.

Das View in Neuburg ist eine sehr gute Adresse für Fleischliebhaber, die eine hohe Qualität sehr schätzen. Wir waren dort erneut zum Abendessen und alles in allem auch sehr zufrieden. Das Lammkarree (33,50) wurde inkl. Süßkartoffelpürree auf einem Holzteller serviert, das fanden wir nicht unbedingt optimal. Es war aber auf den Punkt perfekt gegrillt und eine sehr gute Qualität. Die Kalamari vom Grill (24,00) waren tadellos, ebenso das Rindercarpaccio (20,00). Der Salat mediterran war ok, aber für den Preis nicht wirklich etwas Besonderes (14,00). Zaziki war sehr lecker (6,00). Das Knoblauchbrot ebenfalls (6,00) sowie das Knoblauchöl mit Gewürzen (3,00). in Summe ist hier die preisliche Obergrenze aber schon erreicht und bei den Beilagen wie Knoblauchöl, Zaziki und Knoblauchbrot deutlich überschritten. Ebenso die Preise für Aqua Panna oder San Pellegrino (6,50). Der Service war schnell und sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant ist bei Vollbelegung leider sehr laut und die Lichtverhältnisse an den Tischen im Hauptrestaurant sind sehr dunkel. In Summe trotzdem ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant.

We were visiting Neuburg and reserved the table the day before. We got a table where you could look out over the Danube.🍷 My friend really enjoyed his meat. The vegetables could have been more. (just because it was so good) The taste was very good and the quality of the ingredients was high. It was an all-round successful evening in a beautiful ambience with nice service.

The 'MYTHOS' specializes in high-quality fish and meat dishes from Greek cuisine. Anyone who is willing to spend a little more money will be rewarded with great and delicious culinary dishes. The classic 'gyros plate' can no longer be found on the menu because it was no longer requested by guests. Update: MYTH is the past VIEW is the here&now! THE address in Neuburg for the highest quality meat delights "Normal & Dry-Aged" and "Dry Aged Fish 🐟" - a culinary specialty that has so far only been found in the much more expensive star kitchen. As an extraordinary 'experience of meat enjoyment', I can only warmly recommend the 'meat tasting'. Meat sommelier Nikolaios leads you through a program of different 'cuts' with different levels of maturity, both dry and wet-aged. And whoever thinks 'tasting. .. Great service, great atmosphere! However, unfortunately I have to give up the food. Unfortunately, the price bears no relation to what is on the plate. The things are somehow not matched in taste. The steak was tasteless and the sauce was reminiscent of ready-made sauce. The side salad was probably straight from the bag and the dressing was very vinegary. As a side dish there were jacket potatoes without any special extra. I thought we had found THE new in-restaurant, but unfortunately we won't be going there anymore. I hope you can improve the harmony of the dishes and make the whole thing taste more harmonious and rounded. :)

We (5 adults) celebrated a birthday here. Food excellent - the man at the grill knows his craft. The steaks were absolutely top notch. It doesn't get any better. Service extremely nice and attentive. Can be recommended with a clear conscience. 5 stars, but would also like 6 if that were possible.

Very well attended. They say meat dishes are excellent. I have dry aging fish carpaccio. Unfortunately, nothing special. More promise than taste. And I love fish. That's why only 3. If I had used meat.

One of the places you should add to your list in Bavaria. The prices may seem high at first glance, but the flavor is really worth it. I especially recommend the Carpaccio and Irish Beef Rib Eye. The dry aged meats and olive oil they use are the kind you would want to enjoy. My only criticism is about the tomatoes and olives on the carpaccio plate. I think grilled olives and fragrant slices of tomato would have tasted better on such a plate.

Top Qualität der Speisen, besonders gereifte „dry aged“ Fleisch- und Fischvarianten. Auch Käse wird inzwischen probeweise „nachgereift“ in den speziellen Kühlschränken. Gute griechische Weine, gute Beratung und zuvorkommende Kellner. Die Qualität und der Geschmack sind immer gleichbleibend hoch. Noch nie enttäuscht worden. Lediglich die Preise sind vielleicht für den einen oder anderen Gast etwas höher als erwartet, aber die Top Qualität hat ihren Preis und man kann hier entsprechend genießen. Auch das Ambiente passt dazu. An Tagen mit passendem Wetter lädt die Terrasse ein zum sitzen und genießen mit Blick auf die Donau.

Beautiful Greek restaurant with fine dining, a modern menu and beautiful views right next to the Danube at the castle. From pure meat to low-carb and vegetarian dishes, everything is included. Gyros like in a picture book, grilled calamari were also great. Tzatziki exactly my taste, homemade not too much garlic. Rice was just right, suflaki were nice and juicy and tasty. There is an in-house dry-age cabinet for aging the steaks. Galaktoboureko was also good 😊. Only the side salad was okay. A smaller portion would be better served with a high-quality Greek salad instead of a colorful giant salad (as a side dish). Service top, friendly, attentive but not intrusive. Toilet was okay, visually clean. I would be happy to come back. Update after 6 years (07/23/24): now new name. It does not matter anyway. The Greek restaurant became a Mediterranean steakhouse that is unparalleled in the area. The quality of the food is excellent, the service is top, everything is clean and well maintained. Some people probably think the prices are excessive. I disagree with that. The meat is of 1A quality and the degree of doneness is perfectly maintained according to the customer's request. As a regular customer, I didn't even have anything to complain about. I would have one point for improvement: The menu is difficult to read due to the font and formatting and appears confusing. My four companions also had this opinion.

Were outside and sat there and waited. Was there with his wife and small child. Especially lunch only from 12 p.m.? To each their own, but I can't recommend it. Because of 10 minutes? It is a shame that this excellent restaurant is placed next to the road. It is not noisy at all - as there is little traffic, and the location overlooking the Danube is great. But it is worth coming here for the food. Creative, delicious food. The meat is exceptional, but the vegetarian/vegan are just as worth a detour. The location on the bike trail and next to the old town are perfect.

Sehr gutes essen. Man wartet zwar ca 30 minuten darauf aber dafür wirklich lecker und mit der gewünschten garstufe. Etwas teurer aber das geld auf jeden fall wert wenn man sich mal etwas gutes gönnen will.

Das ehemalige Mythos hat sich zu einem gehobenen, schicken Steakhouse entwickelt, mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf die Donau. Der Empfang und Service waren bei unserem nicht reservierten Besuch an einem Sonntag Mittag sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten daraufhin eine Vorspeise (Büffelmozzarella) gemeinsam geteilt und bestellten als Hauptgericht einmal das spanische Schweinefilet und einmal das mit Feta gefüllte Rinderhackfleisch (ähnlich wie Bifteki). Alles war unglaublich lecker zubereitet und schön angerichtet und das Fleisch war mit einem Wort: Perfekt! All das Gute muss natürlich auch bezahlt werden und da wird entsprechend zugelangt. Zu zwei hatten wir glaub ich etwa 70 Euro mit jeweils einem Getränk und einer gemeinsamen Vorspeise. Alles in allem war der Besuch einfach traumhaft und sehr zu empfehlen! Geparkt hatten wir übrigens auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz "Schlösselwiese".

Sehr leckeres Essen und der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Das Rinderfilet war genau auf den Punkt und hatte einen sehr guten Geschmack, außerdem war es butterzart. Ich kann dieses Restaurant wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Das View ist in der Region die 1. Adresse, wenn man hochwertiges mediterranes Essen sucht. Die Küche besticht durch Qualität, Kreativität und Modernität. Niko und sein Bruder Costa sind stets bemüht sich weiterzuentwickeln und ihren Gästen neue Gerichte anzubieten. Die Preise sind etwas höher als die der restlichen Restaurants in Neuburg, aufgrund der Qualität und des freundlichen Services jedoch gerechtfertigt. Meine Empfehlung: Haloumi zur Vorspeise und Sous vide gegarter Octopus mit gegrilltem Gemüse zur Hauptspeise.

Ich finde es sehr schade dass ausschließlich importiertes Fleisch angeboten wird. Das ist meines Erachtens nach nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Der Fokus sollte eher auf regionaler und artgerechter Tierhaltung liegen. Das ist auch im Neuburger Umland mittlerweile durchaus möglich.

Tolles Ambiente und perfektes Rib Eye Steak medium

Das Mythos hat sich inzwischen vom Griechen zu einem tollen mediterranen Steakhaus (Steak, Fisch, Meeresfrüchte, Gemüse, Wein...) gewandelt. Wir waren nun schon einige male hier beim Essen und waren jedes mal begeistert. Hier bekommt man das beste Fleisch in Neuburg, Ingolstadt und Umgebung. Die Steaks sind einfach nur Wahnsinn. Neben Dry Aged Rind gibt es seit kurzem auch Dry Aged Fisch. Man merkt dass hier innovativ und mit Liebe gearbeitet wird. Auch die Meeresfrüchte sind sehr lecker. Das Essen, das Ambiente, das nette und kompetente Personal und nicht zuletzt die tolle Aussicht direkt an der Donau und mit Schlosskulisse machen einen Besuch zu etwas besonderem. Macht weiter so, ihr seid etwas besonders in der Neuburger Gastro Welt.
