Unfortunately, the staff was unable to provide the products properly. The sauce was forgotten and even though I pointed out right at the checkout that my child's toy was missing, they stubbornly claimed it had already been packed - without checking. Only after I showed the contents was the missing article reluctantly added. The behavior of an older and a younger female manager was particularly noticeable. Her statement was essentially: “If you don’t like it, then go somewhere else.” It was clear that the toy had been deliberately withheld - a clear disadvantage since the previous customer had received it without any problems. A very disappointing and disrespectful experience. Not recommended.

Order placed via Wolt and no one responds and it is not delivered! CAUTION and do not order!! That ruined our evening!!

Some customers who order food get their money back without making a big fuss. You don't have to be directly insulting. Every customer should treat someone the way they would like to be treated. You don't have to be disrespectful and rude as a customer.

At first glance, the McDonald's appears very modern. There were plenty of free parking spaces available. Ordering at the kiosk was also seamless. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 20 minutes for our food. This wasn't exactly fast food. Furthermore, we weren't given one drink short. That's unacceptable after having to wait so long. My preferred glass (red) was already sold out. Next time, I'd rather go to the McDonald's in Mönchengladbach, to be honest.

Order was very quick, super friendly man. The food was also very tasty, fresh and still warm 😊

We visited the restaurant on a Saturday and the furniture store was very full. Accordingly, the restaurant was also well attended. The look is rustic, cozy and very inviting. Unfortunately it was too late for breakfast, so we tried lunch. Schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce and fries Cabbage roll with potatoes and vegetables Portion size was OK, taste wasn't great. Dessert was apple pie and cheesecake. The covered apple pie was very juicy and delicious. The cheesecake looked like a small block and was far dry. Price-wise it was OK.

The appetizers are of very high quality, the dishes are very tasty, the service is very good, thank you for everything.

5 Stars – A Hidden Gem in Neuss! Me and my friends from London were visiting Neuss and someone recommended we try Smile Food & Bar — and wow, what a great choice! The food was absolutely delicious. We had the prawn and chicken pasta and the spinach pizza — both were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. You can tell everything is made with care. The staff were amazing — super friendly and welcoming. It’s a small, family-run place, and the owner made us feel right at home. That kind of personal touch really makes a difference. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip. Thank you for the great experience!

Food is okay to delicious Price is (I'm compared to other fast food restaurants) cheap to okay Ambiance is not recommended.. Tables are often dirty and it's IN Neuss main train station (That's worse than dirty tables for everyone who doesn't know the train station :) )
