I would give zero stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. I ordered a 29cm pizza and got a mini pizza. I called and was told it was the standard size; the box is only 23cm. That's a rip-off and a fraud!!!!!!!!!

I waited 2 hours for a nice, thin, and hot pizza, but unfortunately, it was like rubber. There was no mozzarella on the pizza, just cheap cheese. That was the first and last time. 🤮

Delivery was late. It was stated that the delivery should take 1 hour. I have been waiting outside for my order for a while and nothing has arrived and the doorbell has been rung even though it was written that one should not ring the bell because the children are asleep. However, it seems that one reads it too late and is very rude. I would not order again.

5 Stars – A Hidden Gem in Neuss! Me and my friends from London were visiting Neuss and someone recommended we try Smile Food & Bar — and wow, what a great choice! The food was absolutely delicious. We had the prawn and chicken pasta and the spinach pizza — both were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. You can tell everything is made with care. The staff were amazing — super friendly and welcoming. It’s a small, family-run place, and the owner made us feel right at home. That kind of personal touch really makes a difference. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip. Thank you for the great experience!

We walked past the pizzeria by chance and spontaneously went in - and were totally pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, clean, and you could have a really good conversation. The employees were really nice and the pizza was really tasty! We actually only wanted to go in for a short time, but it was so good that we will definitely come back. Really recommended!

Delivery times DISASTER. If you're really hungry, not recommended as you'll be happy for 2 hours!! have to wait. This really needs to be gotten under control. Especially when you call, they always say yes, it's on the way. What else are you supposed to say? Nobody likes to admit that the food isn't even being prepared.

I've been here a few times before, but this time it was really good... I think something has changed, maybe even the owner has changed? The pizza was super tasty, nice and thin and crispy, completely different than before. We ate inside, the food came after 20 minutes and was super fresh. You can really taste the difference. I will definitely go there more often now! Staff top and super friendly!!

I ordered the snack mix plate and the lasagna. Both were very tasty. The mango lassi is also highly recommended. The service was very friendly and took my wife, who eats vegetarian, into consideration. All in all, highly recommended.

My brother orders from Smile Foodbar very, very often. He always likes it very much. The operator is also very nice and if something that is humane is missing, it is brought straight away. I can highly recommend them.

Ordered via Lieferando on December 23rd, 2024: two burgers (a double burger with fries and a hot burger). At 11:30 p.m. the delivery time was 45 minutes. The food was supposed to be delivered at 12:15 a.m. but no one was there and the doorbell didn't ring. Finally, the doorbell rang three hours later, at 2:30 a.m. on December 24th, 2024. The driver said his car was broken down. The food was cold and didn't taste good at all. I paid via PayPal and got my money back. I cannot recommend this restaurant/pizzeria at all.

Pizza like stone. It couldn't be harder, the dough was soooo hard and the margarita cheese was sooo little. Outrageously simple.

Ordered yesterday (December 10th, 2024) around 9:20 p.m., delivery time was given as 45 minutes. Tried to reach someone by phone x times from 10:50 p.m. - unsuccessfully. Today a day later the order still hasn't arrived 🙈🤪 Luckily I paid via Paypal and got the money back.

I am absolutely addicted to the nachos. But also my top Lieferando favorite. There is an enormous selection, so that even with 6 people, everyone can find something. The low minimum order value is also great, so you can get something for the e If you're hungry, order something in between

I ordered food there today at 11:20 p.m. via the website. At 1:00 a.m. I called there to ask what was happening with the order, I was assured that the order was on the way, now at the time of writing this review it is 1:45 a.m. and my food still hasn't arrived. (I live about 10 minutes away by car) I recommend ordering from here. Unfortunately I can't rate the food, after all it didn't arrive...

I can only rate the delivery service, because the restaurant is not particularly inviting and usually looks like it isn't open. The delivery service is so-so, the standards can be expected, especially since deliveries are made until 2 a.m. and that, my friends, of the night is the big point here. Because in the town of Neuss no one delivers at such times anymore. I would also give ten stars for the fact that you can still order a pizza here at midnight 👍

I can't say much about the ambience since we had the pizza delivered there. The pizza always tastes very good, no matter which one we order. The delivery is pleasantly quick. Again and again !!!!!

We ordered food after 2 hours and called twice. The boss, who is at the front himself, says that the food is on the way and after waiting again nothing came to the last garbage store because there is one in Neuss!! No recommendation, I'd rather starve!

I ordered burgers with sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes were squashed and mushy under the burger. Plus they weren't fried enough. I just paid €4 for nothing.

We ended up here by chance a few months ago and have been pretty happy so far. Everything we ate here deserves 5 stars. Can't understand the negative reviews. I suspect that the negative reviews are from the competition because they can't keep up with the delicious food.

I was here for the first time today. I received a very friendly welcome and felt very comfortable. When my food came, which was very quick, I was surprised at how full my plate was...the taste was unbeatable, there was NO skimping on the gorgonzola, it was simply amazing. Price performance is also unbeatable so I can NOT explain all the negative reviews and will definitely come back ❤️

We were there today, I had a pizza and my aunt had spaghetti bolognese. It was very very tasty. We ate there at 12:30 a.m. We were still allowed to eat there even though normally we only eat there until 10 p.m. very friendly. We will be back.

Catastrophe!! I ordered 2 pizzas at midnight At 2 a.m. they arrived completely cold and one of them was completely wrong delivery completely disgusting then I called and the wrong pizza was remade at 4 a.m. then the second one arrived there were 3 leaves of dried out arugula on it and there was ham on it of course you can also have the foil on it, it's just a dirty shop that you shouldn't waste your money on and you'll end up with food poisoning!!!

Smile Food and Bar Neuss is our number 1 when it comes to quick/tasty food in a hurry. The opening times are particularly advantageous for night owls. There is an extensive selection of dishes from which you can choose and vary. The delivery time is usually very short. The food is always delivered warm and correctly. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating, even if a mishap happens. Personally, I can only recommend it to you!

Mein Bruder Findet das Essen super und immer wenn ich nach Neuss komme, bestelle ich dort essen. Salat mit Ei Tomaten Käse Schinken voll lecker und die Pizzen und Burger auch. Netten Gruß

Heißer Schokokuchen, absolut nicht warm. Essen kam auch kalt geliefert, und dann auch noch das falsche. Nachdem ich angerufen hatte, musste ich noch mal 1 Stunde auf die neue Bestellung warten. Hab ja nicht vorher schon anderthalb Stunden warten müssen. Der Pudding war ganz gut. Und der Milchshake auch. Sorry aber nie wieder 20 Euro für die Tonne

War eigentlich bisher immer zufrieden aber die Nudeln kamen falsch an wurden nach der Beschwerde auch ausgetauscht aber ich kenne das Essen viel besser und werde wohl erstmal nichts mehr bestellen Tut mir leid das ich euch so bewerten muss aber dafür ist mir mein Geld zu schade

Die Schnitzel war sehr lecker, genauso wie die Pizza. Alles kam auch pünktlich an.

Essen ist jetzt nix großartiges aber es schmeckt gut und zu fairen Preisen und trotz das es 2 Uhr nachts war erfolgte die Lieferung innerhalb 20 minuten

Einfach das wirklich perfekte essen also kartoffelauflauf mit Hähnchen pizzabrötchen ich kann nur sagen da kann sich so manche Pizzeria eine Scheibe von abschneiden... Alle Daumen hoch dankööö🙃

Das Essen war lecker und wurde schnell geliefert.

Bestelle hier meist zum abholen immer dasselbe Gericht (Auflauf) ich muss wirklich sagen das dieser sehr lecker und auch bekömmlich ist. Auch die dort Angestellten sind immer freundlich, vor Ort sowie am Telefon. Einmal hatte ich einen anderen Auflauf mit meiner Partnerin probiert und wir mussten uns beide in dieser Nacht übergeben. Essen bstellt habe ich hier bisher zweimal, die Lieferzeit wurde beide male mit ca. 40 Minuten angegeben, betrug bei der ersten Lieferung im Endeffekt aber weit über 2 Stunden. Beim zweiten mal kam garnichts, auch hob nach mehrern anrufen keiner ab. Ich verstehe nicht wieso es hier solche Probleme gibt. Abholung Top, Lieferung Flop.

Sehr gute Steinofen Pizzen! Die hausgemachte Indische Rollen sind auch sehr lecker.

Sehr gute Pizza, frische Salate und schnelle Lieferung. Bei Bestellung über die App gibt's noch etwas Rabatt.

Das Essen ist relativ zügig zubereitet, beim Geschmack lässt sich drüber streiten, die Bedienung und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter könnte besser sein, die Gesamte Essenskarte sollte überarbeitet werden. Im großen und ganzen okay aber keine wirkliche Empfehlung Wert, aber ein Plus Punkt für die Öffnungszeiten und Lieferzeiten.

Am Anfang war der Laden sehr gut und lecker. Milerweile benötigt die Lieferung mindestens 1 Stunde und das Essen ist fast kalt. Extrawünsxhe wie mehr Lachs wurden zugesagt, jedoch nicht umgesetzt. Schade

Trotz Sonntags nach 1 Uhr nachts sehr leckere pommes und Pizzabrötchen. Pizza hätte etwas knuspriger sein können aber vom Geschmack her Top und sehr schnelle Lieferung!

Ich habe hier 10 Minuten vor Ladenschluss bestellt (Freitag um 1:50 Uhr). Es hat sich mit ziemlicher Sicherheit um die letzte Lieferung gehandelt. Wie einfach es gewesen wäre zu sagen "wir putzen schon. Wir überweisen das Geld zurück, weil uns die Bestellung zu spät ist". Doch im Gegenteil. Das Essen wurde im Zeitrahmen geliefert, war heiß und die Qualität war ausgezeichnet. Großen Respekt an das Restaurant und den Fahrer, der die Ware geliefert hat.
