McDonald's in Neuss

Update We ate here last Sunday. Unfortunately, two of the three burgers were only lukewarm, or one of them wasn't even that warm. If I pay around €6 for a burger, that's just not good. About three weeks ago, I tried the breakfast menu. Unfortunately, I had the same problem. The wrap wasn't even remotely warm. Too bad. The quality is good in my opinion, but lukewarm food is a nuisance for me. We won't be eating there again for a while. Previous review We really enjoyed the food. On rare occasions, the burger wasn't quite as warm as we'd like it to be. What's often annoying is the sheer number of customers. It's incredibly hectic. A lot of students and teenagers go here.

Really bad! Customers aren't taken seriously and are simply left standing by the so-called boss. I had a meal delivered for 27.50, but the drinks and sauce were missing, and the fries weren't there either. There was no milkshake either. For me, the most expensive burger ever, and such an arrogant boss is simply a no-go. We all make mistakes, but it seems to be common practice in this final. 🤮

Absolutely not recommended. 2 Happy Meals were simply not fully packed; there was only a burger and fries, nothing else. Nuggets were made from animal products instead of plant-based. The iced matcha latte was made with cow's milk instead of oat milk. I noticed the latte in the car and had it remade immediately. The rest, however, came much later, which is very annoying. The price here is €30, which I spent, and I didn't receive the goods, and that's without the latte. Even worse than the branch in Dormagen.

We ordered two drinks and waited 30 minutes. Others who ordered after us got their orders first, and when we pointed this out to the employee, he started arguing instead of simply apologizing. He then went to get the forgotten straw, but he didn't come back, so we got the straw ourselves. The iced coffee also tasted strangely like strawberries at the end and had nothing to do with iced coffee. Definitely the worst McDonald's around.

Hey! I ended up here for work. I thought I'd go to the bathroom and grab a tasty burger. After I used the toilet, I gave up on the burger. I also stuck my pee in there. A bladder has quite a capacity, and I wanted to test it out. Thanks to this branch, I was able to test it out. It's hard to see the pee on the floor in the picture, but the modern brown rim inside the toilet is clearly visible. Many thanks to the artist. The other toilet stall looked something like this.

I was there on Tuesday around 11 p.m. on my way back from Holland. First of all: I've had a lot of experiences at my local McDonald's back home, but they also have significantly more customers per employee on average. I just found it spectacular how the presumably manager simply shouted at an Uber driver, who was already desperate when I walked in, "Yeah, we only have one in the kitchen, he's just alone there." Of the three customers who were there with me, each had to go back to the counter and complain, and I really should have, too, but I didn't realize until I got home 40 kilometers away that my "The M" was simply a Big Mac in the wrong packaging and with three times as much salad and sauce. There are instructions hanging in the kitchen. I used to work at McDonald's myself. It's simply a disgrace that they apparently deliberately give out something like that incorrectly to get rid of people. In this situation, where the employees were already completely overwhelmed with one order per employee, the manager spontaneously announced that all orders should simply be marked as completed, which then meant that everyone had to somehow dig out slips of paper from the trash to keep track of what was actually still missing. I have no idea how anyone could possibly run a McDonald's franchise or work there under these circumstances. Maybe they should start practicing making scrambled eggs, coffee, and a bowl of cereal for themselves in the morning without forgetting anything and without swapping the egg for a banana or something. Absolute disaster. Edit: I was actually too lazy to take a picture, but after the mushy Big Mac got too disgusting for me, I ate half a double cheeseburger and kept thinking, why is it so sweet? It's just too much ketchup, but no, it's just that sweet chicken burger sauce on it. I can't take it anymore. Just shut up and find something else, ideally at a company where I'm not and won't be a customer.

Horribly long wait times for a fast-food chain (sometimes 30 minutes extra). And since the constantly overworked employees regularly forget parts of my orders, I don't know how much money I've "wasted" at this place.

I waited 30 minutes for a coffee. I asked the employees, they answered very cheekily, and the Indian worker was really cheeky, and the coffee was good.

No, unfortunately, no one here has anything under control. We've been here three times. The wait time is between 25 and 60 minutes... The employees are extremely stressed and overwhelmed. Today, there are probably 25 people waiting in line, plus MC Dive. The restaurant management urgently needs to do something.

I'm aware that McDonald's is usually busy on a Sunday around 6:00 p.m., but what we experienced yesterday was the first time I've ever experienced anything like this. After placing our order at the drive-thru (which was already a hurdle because they apparently didn't understand us properly), we went to the first counter to pay. We weren't asked for a receipt, but we didn't really think it was necessary. When we finally arrived at the second counter after a whopping 15 minutes, we were given our drinks and politely asked to wait in the large parking lot. It apparently took a little while. We did so and waited a whopping 30 minutes. We saw orders that had been placed after us being handed out. So my partner went back to the counter and asked where our order was, to which we received the dry reply that our order had been lost, what we had ordered, and whether we had the receipt. After a brief discussion about whether we wanted our food immediately or our money back, we received our order within five minutes. We checked it in the car and noticed that a burger was missing. So we went back to the counter. We got the burger, and only then did we receive a callous apology from the shift manager. If you're so overwhelmed on a day like this, the system at this place should be reconsidered. This isn't the first time things have been forgotten. Burgers are often cold, fries are soggy and unseasoned, toys are left out of the Happy Metal...we will definitely avoid this McDonald's from now on!

We waited over 20 minutes for our food. We were supposed to have table service, but we still had to go to the front because we didn't get our food!!! The staff also looked very inept!

The food was OK, the store a typical McDonald's – everything was fine. But here, something is missing from a (large) order EVERY TIME. Last Saturday, two Big Macs and a portion of fries were missing. Unfortunately, we didn't notice until after we'd already left. We were in a hurry; we usually check on the spot (and almost always have to go back and reorder). The bottom line is, we basically gave away about €10 this time. Very annoying, and since this isn't an isolated incident, we really have to warn: check everything!

We were there at midnight on July 2nd. We waited 40 minutes for our order. Our order wasn't prepared until we went to the counter and wasn't even brought to our table. We still had to pick it up from the counter. The atmosphere among the staff was very bad. The lady in the miniskirt and high boots from the McDrive was working for three people and the others were almost falling asleep. There were trays full of rubbish on all the tables. Tray trolleys weren't being replaced. All the tables were dirty. A truly terrible restaurant. Saving the best for last. There were a maximum of 10 guests in the restaurant, so it wasn't busy.

Had eaten there yesterday and suddenly out of nowhere stomach pain now it is 3 o'clock the next day and I feel so sick that I have to vomit

The food is typically good, as you'd expect from McDonald's. Service is better depending on the occupancy and the time of day. You notice that when it's quieter, the employees are much more relaxed and respond accordingly.

I ordered a Big Tasty Bacon. Unfortunately, it was a stale burger like garbage. I'm very disappointed.

The worst-organized McDonald's I know. Order numbers are called out for pickup even though they haven't even started processing the order. Complete chaos at the checkout. Then the bag of hamburgers was left on the counter, and only then did they start preparing the fries, which resulted in the hamburgers being cold. While talking to other annoyed customers during the long wait, they pointed out that orders are often incomplete. And sure enough, when they checked at the counter, a Royal TS was missing. No apology.

Yes, I would recommend this place for the whole family.

Unfortunately, you almost always don't get what you ordered, or the products you paid for are missing. By almost always, I mean 9 out of 10 visits to this store.

A fast-food restaurant without any hustle and bustle. The wait time to order was 29 minutes, and from there, it was a leisurely 14 minutes to the food counter! Once you're in line, you can't go back. So, if you want to relax in 27-degree heat and have time and are feeling a little peckish, go there; the place is unbeatable.

Last time I got food from there, the so-called manager was totally rude to the customers, too incompetent to get anything done, and apparently it's more important to be on her phone than preparing orders. The woman has already been to another branch and the exact same thing happened there. They should really think about whether they should continue to let this woman work there or whether it would be better to fire her! I'd rather not give her a star at all because the service was absolutely awful.

Today was an absolute disaster. We waited 50 minutes for our order. Yes, it was packed. Friday evening. But there were no planned processes at all; everything was disorganized. Everything should run smoothly at a chain restaurant. Half the items were still wrong or forgotten when they were served... A change of operator should be implemented by the head office.

Every time I went there, the employees either forgot something or gave me the wrong citizen. Worst branch I've ever been to. They don't even have lids for the cups. There are always strange people there. I was sitting there once, and a man came in, sat down in front of me, and simply ate my receipt.

Staff are massively overwhelmed, there's no discernible coordination, and staff are just standing around, overwhelmed. Even with pre-booking, the average wait time is 30 minutes or more.

Unfortunately, the staff is totally overwhelmed when it comes to promotions and has to say that one of the waitresses has hairs on her teeth and in my opinion she is out of place there 🤷‍♀️

Last time I visited this branch! Nuggets were reheated twice. After complaining, the response was, "There are only two of us and we don't have any others." What a shame!!!

When the burgers arrived, they were cold and the fries were soggy. The Big Tasty was the wrong one. When I pointed this out, the burger (which I touched) was taken away and, as I saw later, given to another customer. At first, I didn't think anything of it, but it makes me think about the hygiene in this store. The Big Tasty was then remade and was fine. However, a drink and the toy were still missing. I will definitely avoid this branch in the future and advise everyone to stay away from this branch and would advise the health department and the McDonald's management to take a look there.

Well, there's no point talking about the food - you either like it or you don't. But the service wasn't good... and that was at the drive-thru counter. What could you possibly do wrong? We had pre-ordered via the app, and some coupon apparently malfunctioned and caused an error. I immediately wanted to reorder using a different phone, as the error apparently couldn't be easily fixed. The employee wanted us to drive on, clear the counter, and circle again. I looked... no one behind us. I asked for a moment - it was just one menu with one coupon - so entering the order really doesn't take long. We should drive on. I showed him my phone, saying that the order had already been placed and that the loading process was just taking a moment. He got annoyed, saying we should drive on and reorder without the app. I looked behind us... no other customers anywhere. Finally, the app displayed the code, and we received our food. 🤷🏼‍♀️

At first glance, the McDonald's appears very modern. There were plenty of free parking spaces available. Ordering at the kiosk was also seamless. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 20 minutes for our food. This wasn't exactly fast food. Furthermore, we weren't given one drink. That's unacceptable after having to wait so long. My preferred glass (red) was already sold out. Next time, I'd rather go to the McDonald's in Mönchengladbach, to be honest.

Mc Donald Moselstr. Neuss is the worst Mc. branch you can imagine. The “restaurant” is dirty and the burgers are thrown together like trash from a brown bin. The burgers are missing or they are not the right ones - seems to be the method. Fries that are soggy and cold are completely normal here. Today we drove through Mc Drive at the request of our children. No vehicle in front of us. Nothing going on. First the glasses were missing (free with the Mc menu). They were then handed over upon request. Then we were ORDERED to drive into the large parking lot. Luckily there wasn't much going on so we found space. It took 20 minutes until the bags were simply handed to us through the window without comment. We immediately checked the contents and noticed that something was missing again. The Happy Meal. Immediately afterwards I called the employees - something was missing. He then got the Happy Meal. 3 minutes later, at home - everything is cold. In the vegan Mc. Plant is a double royal cheese. It's a shame we live so close to this branch. From now on we are going to a slightly different one.

Back to 5 stars again. The staff have worked hard to improve here, give them credit where is due, 5 stars again. Well done to all the staff here

Every time I have to wait longer than 20 minutes for two burgers, I can't recommend that. Total chaos!!!!

Fries were too soft, worst fries ever eaten. Kids playing facility was dirty full of empty drink cups, spills of drinks and food waste/leftovers.

We were there yesterday and placed an order for take away, unfortunately the staff didn't manage to prepare the food even though the store wasn't overly busy. After half an hour and multiple questions, I could only see that 3 employees had the order form in their hands and immediately put it away. I then asked for my money back and the staff looked at me and said, I see what's going on here. My answer: Not much. We then drove to Jüchen, where everything took 5 minutes.

Sometimes things just have to happen quickly. The food is like anywhere else. However, what has bothered me here for ages is the cleanliness. It happens so often that the tables are dirty. However, the toilets are much worse. McDonald's... Please pay more attention!!!!

Worst shop I know. 1st time stopped, order placed, OK. 2nd time stopped, payment OK. 3rd time stopped, when picking up, they gave me a drink and told me to wait in the parking lot for the food, even though no one was behind me. If I said no, they became rude and bossy, but I didn't care; I stayed put. No sign of environmentally friendly thinking. I will complain to head office, though.

Good_ because funny. I was there and used mc various. And the queue was moderate. I was definitely standing inside the entrance door. Can't take that long. Well, 3 of the cars probably ordered a party drink for about 30 people. But not that bad. Then it was my turn with my short order - 2 adults and a dog and please pay at the 2nd window. The milkshake was handed to me with the following words: please drive to the parking lot and I'll bring you the food. Also good. But parking was new to me. So I turned right into the parking lot and was super lucky. There were only 2 parking spaces left. It then took a good 25 minutes for my meal. Not necessarily an advantage for a fast food restaurant. But that doesn't matter because I had live variety shows. All parking spaces were occupied by waiting, hungry and mostly less friendly people. And then cars came that wanted to park and eat inside. They had to back out and put stress on them. Those turning right should enter the parking lot. Who then received the food from the poor guy after he ran across the mini parking lot like a startled squirrel looking for the owner of this bag. Yes, they didn't come out because, read the story from "bestelken" again. I made it pretty quickly because my seat was 2ND ROW on the very outside. When I have time, I'll go there and see if the Gordian knot has been untied. I really felt sorry for the Arne guy with the headset and the mess of bags. But it tasted good.

Drive-in fraud: Every time I have to drive a meter ahead of the last window or even drive into the large parking lot, even if there is NO ONE behind me. According to Google, this is to achieve a better average time for the restaurant. This is definitely a scam. The waiting time is always long, but this improves the statistics. Probably one of the dirtiest McDonalds restaurants I've ever seen. Tables cleared but dirty, as were the benches and chairs. Ordered food with table service and only received half price. This was corrected after the complaint was made and the receipt was presented. The double hamburger royal cheese that was delivered was no longer even lukewarm, the meat patties were extremely well cooked and bone dry. The toilet we visited afterwards was the crowning glory of the visit. Sorry, but I'm sure it could be done much better
