I was there today and ordered the double meal, a choice of two classics. It included two Big Macs. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the bottom bun on one of the two burgers had been forgotten, and the cheese was stuck in the wrapper. This is a more than unsatisfactory service, and I naturally expect appropriate compensation!

I ordered spicy nuggets and got regular nuggets, and that was after quite a wait, even though it wasn't busy. I was also locked in the restroom for a few minutes because the door lock was jammed, and I couldn't unlock it. So, I spent several minutes desperately in a dirty restroom until I was lucky enough to get out. I don't recommend anyone use the right-hand stall in the men's restroom and lock it.

I had a really bad experience at the McDrive today. I ordered via the app, paid, but only got half. When I politely pointed this out, I was yelled at and accused of having everything packed. You're welcome to check order RV68! I went back in, waited, and tried to explain that some items were missing. Instead of understanding, I received only an unfriendly tone. I also wanted to mention that you shouldn't swear during your working hours. There are people who know and understand these words. Getting just a drink for almost €26 is simply disappointing, especially from a brand like McDonald's. I'm curious to hear your feedback! You've already got the 20-piece nuggets... I still haven't received the royal cheese and fries.

Worst McDonald's staff I've ever experienced. Always disappointed by the incompetence of the people there. First you wait forever in the McDonald's drive-thru, only to be yelled at to please speak more clearly 😂 everything was explained very clearly. I ordered 3 items. He asked again, and in the end I didn't get what I ordered. So I went back to the window and was completely ignored by the employee at the McDonald's counter. Finally, one of his colleagues answered my knocking, and I told him what the problem was. He said, "No problem." I'll prepare their correct order. He came over, gave me my drink, and in the end, it was wrong again! 🤷🏼‍♀️ I then left so that my husband's food wouldn't get completely cold, but in the future we will definitely avoid this McDonald's. How can someone work like that? If I could, I'd give it negative stars!

1 star because you can't give 0. The staff are clueless. The fact that they know which burgers they're packing is high-class service, but you always have to double-check yourself to see if you've gotten everything you ordered. The self-service terminals run slower than Grandma Gerdrud in her sidewalk Porsche, but that's only when they're not crashing. I would just recommend staying away from the place, because the only person you can have a normal conversation with is the "department manager," because you can't call the manager's lack of knowledge of what's going on there.

Even one star is too much for this branch in Neuss Norf. It's not that you don't get served, you're simply ignored at the counter for 10 minutes. And heaven forbid you dare to politely interrupt the staff, including the supervisor, from their private conversations to order something. You're immediately reprimanded and angrily discriminated against by the supervisor. The food tasted sticky and the tables were dirty. Very sloppy. I hope they can fix these problems.

Unfortunately, we made the mistake of visiting this restaurant yesterday and were immediately punished for it. A few years ago, the place was perfectly fine, but now it's a disaster and overwhelmed in every way. It's best not to make the mistake of ordering takeout and then not checking. If a sauce is missing, no big deal, but how can you forget both burgers and nuggets? Very annoying. A lesson for us, at least: we're paying a high price, and the place is increasing its profits. A franchisee McDonald's certainly can't be proud of.

A woman next to me noticed it and looked at the note, and she was 100% sure it was real. I then went to the bank, and they said the note was real. The night shift at the McDrive (04.08.25 - 12:30 AM) doesn't know how to say hello. She simply can't. When I ask what she said, because she immediately mentions the price while I'm greeting her, she looks at me in surprise. The mood immediately reached a tipping point. Upon entering the restaurant at around 10:07 PM, my boyfriend and I immediately noticed that it was busier than usual, but we didn't let that deter us, as we've ordered from this McDonald's several times before and received our food fairly promptly. After about 10 minutes, we noticed that the restaurant was very understaffed. There were two very elderly people in the kitchen, one who was handling the drive-thru, one who was preparing orders and serving customers, and a woman who was rarely seen. Meanwhile, more customers entered the store and ordered at the terminal, and many customers gathered at the checkout area to pay for their orders or because they were still waiting. The cash register was unmanned the entire time. After waiting another 10 minutes, we learned from the other customers that they had been waiting for a while. Some had been waiting for more than 30 minutes for smaller orders like ice cream. Several burgers from the kitchen were already lying cold in their containers, as was a finished order on the counter that hadn't been picked up due to the very long wait. Many customers became loud and aggressive, and some left the store without receiving their paid orders. After waiting for about 20 minutes, with at least seven customers ahead of us, we decided to cancel the order because it hadn't been processed yet. After asking if we could get our money back, we were given a very annoyed "No" without explanation. When we asked for a refund again, we were given an aggressive "No," even though our order hadn't been processed yet. We left the store after a few minutes along with other customers. We didn't receive any goods, nor did we receive the money for a service that wasn't provided. We have visited this restaurant several times and often turned a blind eye while our order was processed incorrectly. Either the product was wrong or parts of the order were missing. And now this impudence. We will not be visiting McDonald's again in the future and will not recommend it to anyone. [Addition: The following day, the manager came by and I explained the situation to him. He then gave me my money back.]

I ate there yesterday and I wanted to leave straight away. It's just disgusting. It's warm and stuffy inside. The air conditioning doesn't work and it's hard to get any air in there. The displays on the ordering machines are greasy and blocked. Some of the tables are dirty too. There wasn't a single table that was clean and the tables outside weren't either. I decided to eat in my car. It was disgusting. McDonald's should be closed. The food, the fries weren't even cooked through, there was no salt. The hamburgers were covered in ketchup. The bread and the nuggets were wet and slimy, not crispy or cooked through at all. McDonald's needs to be reported. It's bad and doesn't meet McDonald's standards.

Unbelievable. I don't expect a great restaurant or great service. But this was the last. 2 out of 4 terminals are completely broken. Our terminal didn't save an order I made. There was an extra one for two burgers. So it was clear that I wanted it. When the order came, I was surprised. Up until that point, everything was normal. But then this condescending and rude way they dealt with us and ignored us. We wanted to reorder straight away and asked for the order to be made at short notice. This was ignored. It all doesn't sound so bad, but the way they treated us, even though we would have liked a solution, was abysmal. Fast food and quick service restaurants are all well and good, but I have never experienced that in a McDonald's or any other restaurant in Germany. The cheek!!!

Too bad, I ordered a McDouble Double Chili Cheese and got a McDouble Cheeseburger. It's definitely not the same, especially if you don't like pickles. I ordered a drink WITHOUT ice cubes, but got them with ice cubes. When I pointed it out, I was asked if I really needed it without. I find that rude! Incidentally, the waitress didn't speak a word of German, and when I asked (in German and English) for salt and pepper, they tried to hand me napkins. A colleague then intervened. The women's restroom stank to high heaven, the sink was clogged. Subterranean. All the tablet return stations were overcrowded. In short, the restaurant was completely filthy! Only after I showed the contents was the missing article reluctantly added. The behavior of an older and a younger female manager was particularly noticeable. Her statement was essentially: “If you don’t like it, then go somewhere else.” It was clear that the toy had been deliberately withheld - a clear disadvantage since the previous customer had received it without any problems. ظ I am writing to you with deep dismay about extremely inappropriate behavior by an employee in your branch in Neuss I was there with my 2.5 year old son to get him something quick to eat after a long, tiring day. My son was tired and hungry, but still in a good mood. He held the receipt in his hand and walked up to the counter with a smile to give it to the employee, thinking he was getting his food. To my horror, the staff member physically touched my son and roughly forced him outside - without any need and with complete disrespect for a small child. This behavior is unacceptable and has shocked us deeply. Several witnesses were present and were able to observe what happened. I urge you to take the incident seriously and take appropriate action. I await a statement on this incident and an official apology. I would also like to know how you deal with such situations internally.

Unfortunately, this is the most incompetent McDonald's I have ever experienced, I live nearby and have been there regularly (once a month), but since this year the staff there can't get anything wrong. Do you want 3 products? oooh that's hard for us, you want meat? They put the plant in, ordered a coke? no problem here Fanta without fizz. Of course, they also have the usual McDonald's problems like cheese or meat next to the burger or ketchup on the packaging instead of on the food. If there are more than 8 people in the restaurant, you can expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes. The terminals for ordering are regularly broken or simply tip over when ordering and almost kill you. Are you driving through McDive because you're in a hurry? After paying, they should drive 3m further so that the camara doesn't record them so as not to pull down their statistics, in itself no problem for the customer, but they then forget you there because the staff can't see you on the camara... Take the 5m time and drive directly to Neuss south to Mc Donalds!

Ordering the Double Max meal using the coupon included an additional, paid portion of mayonnaise. Fortunately, this was discovered before payment was made. Apparently the mayonnaise is not included in the special offer, unlike the regular menu. I then drove without eating.

This is a bottom-class McDonald's, it used to be much better, now the employees are stressed, it takes 15 to 20 minutes before you can order. And it will take another 15 to 20 minutes before you can really enjoy your food. You can't have to wait in a fast food restaurant as if you were in a posh restaurant. It really doesn't work.

The employees are constantly stressed, you sometimes wait 10-15 minutes for your order, the display is no good either because the number is often not shown there. When you ask about problems, the staff sometimes just looks at you stupidly or completely ignores you, and you only get a flippant answer after asking several times. The food is average for a McDonalds, although items are often missing from the order. As someone who has been eating there frequently for years because it's close to where I live, I'm particularly disappointed with the service.

Simply disappointing – never again! We waited over 45 minutes for our order - a completely unacceptable wait for a fast food restaurant. I asked politely a total of three times where our order was. The third time I was simply ignored as if I wasn't even there. Only one overwhelmed employee nodded out of uncertainty, but didn't understand a single word - she didn't even have a basic knowledge of German. When the food finally came, it was a disaster: – Two out of three burgers were missing – One of three portions of fries was missing – Instead of the reusable cup I paid for, I received a disposable cup – The fries were unsalted, soggy and tasteless – The burgers were cold The worst thing is: All the other guests before and after us also waited far too long and complained. I almost felt sorry for the employees - visibly overwhelmed and understaffed, which was clearly due to the mismanagement of the branch management. This is where merciless savings are made at the expense of customer satisfaction and employees. I have rarely had such poor service and such a disappointing experience at McDonald's. That was my last visit to this branch. Conclusion: It wasn't fast food - neither fast nor good. 1 star is still too much.

I waited 3 quarters of an hour for FAST food. At the checkout I was supposed to show the receipt, which obviously wasn't printed and the machine couldn't give me one. After discussion we received our (deleted?) order. The staff was extremely overwhelmed.

Disaster... ordered via app with delivery to the table. Apparently the employee was untrained (and had little language skills) and was looking for a display. Bad luck, they have three-digit numbers instead of the two-digit table numbers. As a result, he couldn't find the table... that says it all about the management and staff of the store. So I waited a long time to get a completely cold meal (Big Tasty + 6 nuggets). The nuggets were missing. The staff hardly speaks any German anymore, which further exacerbates the problems. It's not exactly clean either.

We didn't order takeaway, but rather to eat in the restaurant. It's good that when I received the tray I immediately checked the order for completeness - due to bad experiences in the past... Rightly so: they had forgotten the double cheeseburger we ordered. So go back to the counter and complain. This wasn't easy because the employee didn't speak enough German or English to understand and process my complaint. Then another came and then it went. Back to the table. During the meal we noticed that the two Royal TS were not only not hot, not just warm, but downright cold. Offering us something like that is honestly an impertinence! Complain again, communication problems again, wait another 10 minutes. Needless to say, we had already paid the requested price in full, correctly, in cash and in one sum when ordering. What would have happened if we had accepted the bag in good faith when ordering take-away and only discovered that it was damaged when we got home? The employees, who come from different nations, have more than just small communication problems with each other - as I noticed during the long waiting times due to repeated complaints. In addition, the whole shop is extremely loud with lots of mechanical beeping, humming and clicking noises and there is paper and other rubbish everywhere on the floor - a real mess! McDonalds restaurants have seen us for the last time since yesterday evening!
