I'm stunned... We were at the Rheinparkcenter Neuss store at 11:30 a.m. today and had already chosen something at the fish roll counter and were waiting for service. In front of us there was only a single gentleman who was obviously waiting for the food he had ordered. Across the street, an employee was busy filling baguettes. After a few minutes she looked up and turned to the counter. After she saw us, she rolled her eyes and went back to her work, shaking her head. My wife and I then refrained from buying anything there if we were ever served at all. I find it shocking what is possible these days without consequences. Apparently the issue of "shortage of staff" / "shortage of skilled workers" now means that the remaining employees can behave as they want. The customer can be happy that someone is still working - that's apparently how they think. But wrong. There are still enough competitors where the employees value the customers. The Nordsee company is definitely history for me. As far as I'm concerned, the branch can be closed - then no employees will be bothered by customers anymore.

Dude, I ordered two kebab plates, one with chicken and one with veal. And what do I get? Both with chicken! And the tomatoes were still three days old and didn't taste good at all.

I have ordered from Pizzeria Lord several times and unfortunately have repeatedly had negative experiences. Delivery times have been extremely long on the last two orders and no apology has been made from the company. It seems to have become standard practice for orders to be delivered late. In order to avoid further delays, I asked by phone before ordering today what the current delivery time was. Unfortunately, the lady on the phone was not very communicative and showed no understanding of my concerns. The course of the conversation seemed impersonal and not very customer-oriented. Overall, dealing with customers leaves the impression that customer satisfaction is not a priority for the company
