Greetings to the Alpenpark, My wife and I redeemed our gift voucher at the self-service restaurant yesterday and both ordered a schnitzel, one with mushrooms, both with fries around 6 p.m. The "schnitzel," which tasted indefinable to us and had a gelatinous interior, was still in our stomachs until 1 a.m., which prompted us to study the online reviews this morning. We feel more than confirmed in our assessment of the poor quality and are even shocked that so many guests have been complaining about it for months and nothing has changed. The ski hall apparently has no interest in serving the advertised delicacies, called "hut classics," but rather a lower quality than you'd find at some snack bars. So, it's no use trying to downplay the poor food quality with very attractive decorations! Also seen and shocked by: Nobody really needs unimaginative children's birthday parties with nuggets, fries, ketchup, mayonnaise, and soda anymore, and they should be a thing of the past out of a sense of responsibility to our children. Why doesn't management consider contemporary, innovative, and appealingly healthy food for children? We miss the quality of yesteryear and keep our fingers crossed that you'll turn things around.

Indoor ski hall with approximately 300m of slopes, a 100m slope for beginners, ski lifts, and two toboggan runs. Toboggan run 1 is 30 meters long and slow, toboggan run 2 is approximately 30 meters long, one level higher, a bit faster, with several hidden bumps. Anyone who calls this a toboggan run has probably never been on one. Sledding on bad snow, all at your own risk and without supervision. The second track above is less than 6 meters wide. That's too narrow. The first track is often occupied by company bookings, and you'll even be turned away. There are drunks, but no supervision, who almost run over children. No one from the indoor ski hall responds, even after repeated requests and phone calls. I don't recommend it. The ski slope is in very poor condition after 5 p.m. (I've been skiing for 35 years), the snow blower from the ceiling is very loud, and visibility in the hall is poor. I was very, very disappointed. I was there for the first time, full of anticipation, with six people. We also ate for €120. It was really like a simple snack bar: goulash, noodles, schnitzel, cheese spaetzle (absolutely terrible), and currywurst. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether they'd like this event center. The €5 parking fee is simply too much. I hope you have fun.

A self-service restaurant that doesn't offer high-quality food. My apple strudel was a bit bland, but OK. But why do self-service restaurants even exist? Nobody likes them.

I've rarely eaten so badly. The pulled pork in the burger was so tough and dry. Almost €16 is way too much for that. The waitress behind the counter was beyond bored. The lady at the cash register was extremely friendly. And €5 for three hours of parking is simply outrageous.

The food was very good, served quickly and beautifully, and the service was friendly. The view while eating was simply magnificent.

The ambiance is very pleasant, and the service is polite. The food is good for a quick bite, considering the price. The cheese dumplings were well seasoned, and the carvings were crispy and delicious. Both were beautifully prepared and presented.

There was a piece of plastic bag in the potato gratin. The manager took note of it. She didn't even offer to make the meal again. This is truly unacceptable for a restaurant!

This review refers to the associated outdoor restaurant, near the high ropes course. I politely inquired about the types of milk they offered – a perfectly reasonable question, given that it's 2023 and the climate crisis. After all, cow's milk and other animal products are among the main drivers of global warming. Unfortunately, the older employee reacted very dismissively, almost rolling his eyes, and said they only had "regular" milk. Some people forget that they're serving customers, and that a smile and friendliness are part of the package – as long as the customer was treated politely as well. According to the signs, there were no vegan/plant-based alternatives either. I didn't dare ask about them.

Would have earned 0 stars! We had 2x champion cream schnitzel with fries and cheesecake/coffee and Gugelhupf/coffee. Fries were ok and coffee too. Cake was overpriced but ok. The schnitzel was a blast! Old-from the day before! Fried! Nothing tasted good anymore. The flour mush, tasteless with 4 mushrooms didn't make it any better. 50€ poorer and richer in experience!

We were a bit worried because of some negative reviews, but were pleasantly surprised :) The fries were very good, the currywurst and the pasta with lentil bolognese were tasty and the staff was friendly. Any time :)

Schlechtes Essen und dazu noch unverschämt teuer. Finger weg von dem Laden. Die Qualität der Speisen ist nicht nur unter aller Kanone, sie werden auch nur lauwarm gereicht. Die Nuggets für die Kinder schmeckten nach nichts, unsere Currywurst in einer wässrig dünnen Soße war ungenießbar. Wir werden dort nichts mehr essen.

Wir waren heute zum rodeln dort und anschließend wollten wir 4 etwas essen. Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder 51 € für 2x Mini Pommes und 4 Chickennuggets, 1 zerfleddertes frittiertes Schnitzel und die wiederlichste Currywurst die ich je gegessen habe. Die Wurst hatte eine Konsistenz von zerkochtem Tofu mit einer sauren Soße die schmeckte wie Ketchup mit einem ordentlichen Schuss Essig. Meine Tochter hatte danach Magenschmerzen und ich Sodbrennen. Absolutes NO GO!

Das Schnitzel war wirklich eine Zumutung. Schwierig zu identifizieren ob es sich hier um ein Schnitzel oder um die abgelaufene Schuhsohle der 20 Jahre alten Laufschuhe meines Sportlehrers handelt. Das beste Essen waren die Spätzle, da sie wenigstens nach nichts schmeckten. Nicht mal meinem schlimmsten Feind würde ich es wünschen hier zu essen!!!!
