Raised price again. For pizza 11% more. Additional ingredients as well. Not really worth anymore. D

Ordered there. The pizza was great! Nice and thin, the dough is crispy but fluffy. Not too much and not too little tomato sauce and toppings... Margherita has a great price-performance ratio. Unfortunately, they have raised the prices for the other large pizzas (such as the Naples, which only has 3 tomatoes, basil and mozzarella on it). For the pizza you want, I think 2.50 per ingredient is very expensive. But the pizza usually comes quicker than Lieferando says :).

There was plastic on my pizza. I called them and it took them 5 minutes and 3 different employees to even understand what the problem was Then I was told I would get a new one, but I would rather have my money back, but they didn't let me argue and just hung up on me Only giving one star because the pizza arrived Really rude and disrespectful

I ordered pizza rolls tuna with extra garlic and pizza rolls Sucuk without garlic, I got it exactly the other way around. I called and they said there is garlic in the sucuk anyway, so that's true. No, that's not true, it was about the extra garlic, not the sucuk (garlic sausage) itself. Then I was told next time I shouldn't write anything about it because then by default they don't put garlic on it. I've ordered pizza rolls there several times and when I didn't write anything about it, there was always garlic on it, so that was the next lie. Then we continued. The woman on the phone said leave the pizza rolls as they are, they will get new ones and the driver will take the old ones with him. We only got the new Sucuk pizza rolls without extra garlic. The tuna pizza rolls were now cold because the lady said we shouldn't touch the pizza rolls and we didn't get any new pizza rolls with tuna and extra garlic. Never again. The last few times I've only had problems. We have been waiting for a response from Lieferando for over a week because we had several hairs with photo evidence on a €30 pizza tray and had to throw this tray away. Any other pizzeria would have said keep the other rolls as a gesture of goodwill. But no, the old ones should be taken with you, which wasn't the case either. Only 1 pack was delivered new, the others were therefore cold and not what was ordered!!!

Got food delivered and discovered a few short gray hairs in my food. Then hand over about 30 minutes later. With subsequent stomach poisoning

Unfortunately very disappointed, after a long day we ordered a party tray and out of 12 pieces of pizza, three pieces of hair had hair ranging from black to gray. You can't complain about the taste, but it's inedible because of the hair.

Simply great, tasty and cheap and always very, very friendly. I miss it in Cologne, although we have Pizza Royal, no comparison.

Went there for a dinner with my work colleagues. We were all very happy with the food and service was excellent. The food was prepared well and was piping hot with freshly baked bread.

This is the best delivery pizza I've had in a really long time. Starting with the tomato sauce, no savings are made so that every part of the pizza is nice and juicy. the cheese and all the side dishes are top. The pizza base is exceptionally different, soft but crunchy. Really TOP!!! 5 stars more than deserved!!!

Very nice restaurant with very good food and friendly service

I ordered Pizza Greek. Gyros with onions and spicy cheese. You can get the gyros from the freezer at NETTO and they didn't taste good at all. Even the two kilos of onions didn't help. This dish is a total failure.

I have ordered from Pizzeria Lord several times and unfortunately have repeatedly had negative experiences. Delivery times have been extremely long on the last two orders and no apology has been made from the company. It seems to have become standard practice for orders to be delivered late. In order to avoid further delays, I asked by phone before ordering today what the current delivery time was. Unfortunately, the lady on the phone was not very communicative and showed no understanding of my concerns. The course of the conversation seemed impersonal and not very customer-oriented. Overall, dealing with customers leaves the impression that customer satisfaction is not a priority for the company

I eat there regularly because I like the pizza there. I pre-order by phone and then pick up my food. That's why I usually have less to do with the service. Today something went wrong when ordering over the phone and I was given the wrong pizza. It happens and it's not bad at all. The only thing that was a no go for me was how the waitress handled it. At first she tried several times to "pin" the error on me. Even though I even repeated the order over the phone. Then a colleague came over and told her that this should just be corrected. So no drama at all. But then she became super rude. I smiled because the whole situation was kind of awkward and I didn't really know how to handle it. Just wanted to be friendly. Then she really cheekily asked me why I was laughing so rudely. She would also be polite and I would have no manners.... By the way, the same lady ran after another guest in my presence because she did something wrong with his pasta order. I felt more than uncomfortable there today and will now give another pizza shop a chance 👋

I received an incorrect order and when I reported it to the staff I was insulted and nothing was credited or replaced.

Ordered pizza and it only arrived after 1 hour 40 minutes. The base was made far too thin, so the pizza fell apart when I tried to take a slice. Called there and the man on the phone was very unfriendly and aggressive and simply hung up.

Pizza ordered at 9:49 p.m. and delivered with 60 minutes. confirmed. Unfortunately there was still no pizza at 11:30 p.m., the shop closes at 11 p.m Thanks for nothing, should have read the reviews first!

The stupid goats delivered us 5 jumbo pizzas instead of large ones for a total of €72, absolute cheek, don't order there!!!

Yesterday we ordered for the first time and it certainly wasn't the last time! It was scheduled to take 40 minutes, and the pizza arrived after 20 minutes. Hot, tasty and to our liking. I personally didn't like the aioli so much, I'll use herb butter with the rolls next time. Ordered online, ordered via Paypal. It went great! The gentleman who delivered was also very nice!

Hands off! I had a fingernail in my mouth, something like that doesn't belong in food. I'll report it to the health department!

Advertising despite “advertising prohibited” throughout the house!

Unfortunately we received a pizza that had garlic (even though we stated that NO garlic was wanted) and asked if it was possible to get a new one without garlic. There was a lengthy discussion with us and it was claimed that we had not added the information. The gentleman on the phone was extremely unfriendly. Only after much back and forth did the pizzeria give in. I don't normally write reviews, but I've rarely seen such poor, unfriendly service.

We regularly order from Pizza Lord in Neuss and have always been satisfied. The salads with salmon or chicken are especially delicious. We are big fans of the filled pizza rolls and the pasta dishes. Always my pleasure!

I've never experienced anything so cheeky. My delivery address was 2 minutes away by car. I ordered 1 PIZZA at 11:45. It was there at 12:44 and my break only lasted until 12:30. When I ate the pizza I was so angry because the base was like a paper plate. The pizza wasn't tasty and I had to explain to my instructor why a pizza in a restaurant 2 minutes from here takes over 1 hour to deliver. In addition, the caller told me he would be there in 1-2 minutes and I had to wait outside for another 10 minutes. What a shame, I'll never order it again and I'll tell all my friends

Every time there are flyers from the dirty shop in the mailbox. Are the messengers too stupid to read? It says Stop No Advertising on the mailbox!!! Do we need to create a class action lawsuit?

Have ordered several times now, pizza, pasta, burgers, chili cheese fries, so far everything has always been super tasty. Pizza nice and crispy, pasta with chicken juicy, burger huge with grilled taste. Delivery was quick and everything was still hot. Even the fries arrive crispy. Best shop

EVERY DAY they throw their dirty flyers in your mailbox (which also says: no advertising). Can't be surpassed in audacity. You don't seriously expect someone to leave you money for your pizza?

It's an outrage how much rubbish they throw in your mailbox! Every week I get at least one, if not two cards from them in the mail. You don't really think anyone would jump at it and order a pizza when you fill someone up like that???

Some of the pizzas were burnt and the boxes were dripping with pizza grease! Pizza rolls ok. Unfortunately the herb butter tasted extremely bitter, perhaps. this was spoiled!

3 Pizzen in 10 Minuten für nur etwa 20€. Nix zu meckern.

Gerade 2 Pizzen bestellt. Trotz mehrfach aufgeführter bitte das ich kein Scharf essen kann und eine Magenoperation hatte wurde die Pizza scharf geliefert. Nach Anruf beim Unternehmen wurde einfach aufgelegt. (die Masche kennt man ja). Nicht zu empfehlen absolut Kundenunfreundlich !!!!!

Ich kann es NICHT weiterempfehlen. Unsere Pizza wurde an andere Personen abgegeben, und als wir im Restaurant anriefen, diskutierte der Inhaber tatsächlich mit uns und versuchte, uns zu erklären, dass die Schuld nicht beim Lieferanten, sondern bei denen liegt, die die Pizza genommen haben. Warum stehen unsere Namen in der Bestellung, wenn der Lieferant es an jeden weitergeben kann, der behauptet, es bestellt zu haben? Wirklich sehr enttäuschend, dass nicht einmal angesichts dieser unangenehmen Umstände eine Entschuldigung kommt!

Miserable service hatten zwei Pizzen bestellt einmal funghi und einmal salami Wir hatten statt funghi eine Thunfischpizza bekommen Nach Nachfrage bzw um das Problem aus der Welt zu schaffen sind wir auf denn kosten sitzen geblieben Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen Werden hier definitiv nicht mehr bestellen da die Salamipizza auch nicht besonders schmeckt Fazit:schlechter Service Geschmack TK Pizza schmeckt besser

Miserabeler Service!! 2 Party Pizzen bestellen eine davon ganz falsch wie bestellt! Beschwerde eingereicht und dann noch nicht mal entgegen kommen. Nie wieder werde ich hier bestellen.

Kaputte Pflanzen, kaputte Lampen, Servicekräfte der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig. Essen zum Teil vergessen. Nicht von Italienern geführt. Laute und unangenehme Musik.

Gerichte waren geschmackvoll, heiß und sehr gut zubereitet. Service war ausgesprochen freundlich.

Ich habe eine Margarita bestellt, mit Knoblauch und scharf. Das, was dort als scharf gilt, ist ein geschmackloses rotes Öl. Ich habe schärfere Paprika in meinem Leben gegessen. Ich bin nicht der Meinung, dass eine Pizza erst ihren Geschmack bekommen sollte durch Gemüse oder Fleisch. Die Margarita war allgemein sehr fad. Weder der Teig, noch die Tomaten hatten irgendeinen Mehrwert für die Pizza. Die Pizza war geschnitten, aber absolut katastrophal. Ich hatte ein Stück Pizza in der Mitte der Pizza, das durch das ganze Öl, total labbrig war. Man wurde in dem Laden nicht freundlich begrüßt, das ganze Personal schien sehr schlecht gelaunt.

Früher war das Essen immer lecker und warm. Die letzten Male war es kalt, wabbelig und es fehlte die Hälfte. Kann ich leider nicht mehr weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe heute erstmal bei Pizza Lord in Neuss bestellt. Habe online bestellt, programm ist einfach und übersichtlich . Sie haben sich genau an Zeit Lieferung gehalten. Ich hab Pizza Margarita mit extra Käse bestellt zum probe. Pizza Teig war supper dünn,gut ausgerollt bis zum Rand auch gefüllt. Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen und werde selber bestellen

Von mittlerweile bestimmt über 100 Lieferungen kann ich mich nur an eine Erinnern die mal Falsch war und die ging aufs Haus. Die Leute am Telefon und die Pizzaboten sind super freundlich und das Essen war vom Burger über (selbstverständlich) Pizza bis zu den Nudelgerichten immer warm, lecker und nie viel spätere als vorher angekündigt. Preis/Leistung stimmt auch eindeutig. Hier zu bestellen lohnt sich echt.❤️

Ich bestelle immer online. Zu 90% kommt die Bestellung fristgerecht. Heute habe ich eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Um sicherzustellen das wegen zu vieler Bestellungen zu spät kommt, habe ich habe diesmal auf Termin bestellt. Die Pizzen kamen nun 20 Minuten zu früh an. Jetzt kann ich kalte Pizzen geniesen, weil ich erst in 20Minuten in der Lage bin zu essen. Toll

Gerade essen bestellt, Pizza war eig ganz lecker auch schön dünner Teig. Aber der Lieferant ging gar nicht..! Als er merkte das er sehr wahrscheinlich kein Trinkgeld bekommt sagte er nichtmal "bitte " oder "tschüss" unnormal No Go ! Ich arbeite handwerklich bei Kunden und bekomme sehr sehr oft kein Trinkgeld trotzdem ist Freundlichkeit oberste Priorität ☝️!! Sollte sich das unternehmen/ Stelle überlegen ob die den Fahrer weiter beschäftigen wollen .. kein gutes Aushängeschild !!

Freundlicher kleiner Laden . Die bestellte Pizza war gut (Gereicht mit Scharfer bzw. Knoblauch Öl). Recht dünn (fester / Trockener) Teog gut gewürzt . Gerne mal Wieder

Kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Haben für 4 Personen bestellt ( vor Ort) Die Bestellung wurde zügig am Tisch aufgenommen und in knapp 20 Minuten war alles fertig. Eine der besten Pizzen die ich in letzter Zeit gegessen habe und die Burger hatten wirklich die 180gr Patties drauf, die die meisten anderen nur versprechen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben heute dort Pizza Toscana und California Salat bestellt (via Lieferando). Es kam rechtzeitig an und beides war mega lecker!

Der Chilli Cheeseburger war wirklich sehr lecker.

Deutlich besser als vergleichbare Läden in der Umgebung. Preis/Leistung zu vollster Zufriedenheit. Pizza unwerwartet groß und gerade der Teig super. Gerne wieder.
