This review is only for the manager Nadine and not for the food. This is always typically delicious from Subway. She was never really friendly in her dealings with me and probably with the other customers too. There was never a nice hello and she never had a smile on her face. You could sense their lack of motivation. But today the arch was overstretched. Me and my girlfriend just asked if she could do 2 subs in 8 minutes because that was when our bus came. We were then informed that she cannot look into the future and does not know that. I then said to my friend that we have never been served so unfriendly here. When the cheese, salad, etc. came on top, it was just thrown on carelessly. When she was taking the exam, she gave them passive aggressive answers or asked questions the whole time. The look on her face showed us that she wasn't interested in us. When my friend was asked about the sauce, she said Chipotle. She asked angrily, hot or medium hot. My friend said normal. She replied that we didn't and my friend had to decide between medium and hot. Now let's be honest, I've been going to Subway for years and they've had the extra hot chipotle sauce for a few months now. Every Subway employee knows what regular chipotle sauce is. The fact that she acted so stupidly was just provocative and didn't work at all. I'm not saying she's stupid either, I'm just saying she acted stupid here. I'm really stunned. Especially as a manager, you should be able to deal with customers. This behavior was absolutely unacceptable, unfriendly, cheeky and, above all, unfair. I was really disappointed. Maybe Subway itself can teach her how to deal with customers better, because it's definitely not acceptable. Maybe it's my fault because I asked if she could get the order in 8 minutes, but I don't think so.

You can't just hire one employee on the weekend!!! I waited more than 15 minutes! Not fast food, but slow food

The service there is incompetent and prefers other guests even though they arrive 5 minutes later. I waited there for 5 minutes for the order to be taken, then another customer comes into the store and asks how the app works and then orders ahead of time. I then went out because after 10 minutes we weren't asked what we wanted to order

Food was ordered an hour in advance and yet other customers were served first, the waiting time was far too long, the seller could hardly speak German, most of the tables were full of crumbs and dirty, overall not a good experience.

Yes, everything was ok so far. It just took a little long for fast food. I think the operation was still new.

Unfortunately, my visit to Subway in Recklinghausen was disappointing. The employee scratched his head several times while preparing the sandwiches without washing his hands afterwards. This is completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. I expect a restaurant to be attentive to cleanliness. It's a shame, because the food itself was fine. Hopefully, more emphasis will be placed on hygiene here in the future.

Food is good as always. Service was definitely very friendly, the shop was nice and quiet and the music was unobtrusive and pleasant. Ambiance is a bit outdated, but the chairs and benches are quite pleasant. We ate BBQ Rib Sub and Teriyaki Chicken once, both very tasty. I personally recommend multigrain bread and cream cheese. For two, 25 euros is also acceptable (only a menu with a drink)

Philly cheese steak was a salad baguette with Philly cheese topping. So hardly any meat and cheese... unfortunately too weak.

I like the food, the regular offers with the Subway app and the atmosphere. However, nothing beats the service. The staff are very friendly, especially big compliments to Rexton. He is very nice and helpful. He is happy to answer any questions and is quick. From ordering to payment, he supports the customer and always has a smile on his face. I like to come back here again and again in the hope that Rexton is there.

Unfriendly staff! Prices strangely always different, we won't be coming back
