We were there with vouchers. We got a 2 for 1 and the 3rd should be a sub of the day. Everywhere in all Subway branches and even on the voucher flyer shown it says €3.99 for a Subway of the day. The sub of the day not only costs €5.00 there, but today on Sunday in their branch in the Wandelhalle the sub was salami instead of taco beef! When we mentioned it, he said: sorry, €5.00 for us…..

Ordered online, complete delivery arrived incorrectly only the drink was correct... Ordered 6x cookies, 6x cookies are missing. Not at all fresh, as if the sub was yesterday. Never rated so poorly.

I'm definitely here every other Sunday and order a Footlong Multigrain with Chicken Teriyaki. It always tastes fresh and delicious and I can only recommend it.

We had them delivered. Unfortunately absolutely unacceptable regarding delivery. The entire order was mixed up, so neither the bread, sauces nor anything else was right. We kept the order because we didn't feel like making a complaint, but this is the second time. It's a real shame because otherwise the food is as expected.

If junk food then here! Unreservedly recommended! I have been a customer there for almost 20 years and have always been 100% satisfied; whether eaten on site or take-away. The ingredients always look fresh, the subs are prepared properly and the employees are always friendly. You're never immune to fruit flies in summer, but maybe you can find a solution. They could have come in from outside. An air curtain would be helpful here. Ambiance: quite small but clean But as long as it stays as it is, I'm loyal to this branch. Edit: yesterday was so awesome again! You (almost always) save me my evening.

I've been there twice so far, the first time the food was okay and the service was a bit annoying, the second time the staff was very friendly and the food was really great, both times I hardly had to wait and got my order after a few minutes

I ordered through the Subway app but didn't receive a confirmation or email. So I went to the Subway branch at the train station to ask. The employee there just said, “I don’t know, you should call Subway.” He ignored my order and didn’t help. In the end I didn't get any food and paid €14.50 for free. I can only advise against ordering via the Subway app. It's better to order directly on site - and maybe you should also consider replacing such unfriendly employees. I would like to have this Subway shop closed.
