Just don't. Save money and go eat somewhere else. Folks don't even speak German, let alone English. Simply rude and unfriendly. Besides that, prices are not up-to-date. I will also complain directly by contacting headquarters and their investors. This is not a good way of earning money.

Be careful of the store. No hygiene standard!!! Hands not washed before serving. Boxes that were on the floor from delivery were placed on the surface where the sub will be served and without cleaning the surface, just put them down and started. Very very unhygienic!!!!! Please wash your hands or wear gloves but don't do anything like that in front of customers. They haven't switched to the new Subway app yet and are still offering the old offers, although half a sub a day here costs €5, which is a disgrace compared to the subway in the city center when you consider that. And I only find out when I ask App is not accepted. You are not obliged to do this, I am aware of that, but customer support is more important to me. In addition to hygiene, the staff is unfriendly when asked about products. And also that they don't offer the daily deal but sub of the day for €5 is a lot. In addition, they only had 2 types of bread in the morning. It is only advisable not to go to this branch and instead go straight to Mc Donalds or the subway at the Europapassage. A real disappointment has never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully.

Well, I used to work at Subway and our Vegi Delight had cheese on both sides and a lot more vegetables on it. For that price it's really not worth it :( Employees were quite absent and busy with themselves. Would recommend another subway. Otherwise the usual Subway quality like all over the world...

Ordered the “Fiesta Fajita”. Despite repeated mentions, stuff was thrown on top and three ingredients were forgotten (Doritos/peppers/corn), one of which is the signature ingredient of the sub... Unfortunately, I noticed this too late due to the busyness and lack of time. But when they checked out they managed to bill the correct item. Staff probably didn't know the ingredients of their items... Additionally, several employees without uniforms? Are they employees or just people who were put behind the counter?

I was there on Friday last week and I was shocked at the end and just wanted to cry, we came back from the school trip and made a stop to fortify ourselves. The man with a cappie, probably Korean or Vietnamese, asks me what I want and I Then I said that we were still watching (me and my girlfriend) then I let people in because I couldn't decide yet. Then I decided and went to him, whereupon he said mockingly that he was still watching. I then ignored that and said something I wanted it then he asked me about the bread, to which I said that I wanted bread without grains. He didn't understand that and aggressively gave me 2-3 wrong types of bread. Showed then I said WITHOUT grains please then he hit the bread display (which is on the glass where the bread is stored) and suddenly became aggressive and shouted at me that I should say the names of the bread for fear he would scream like that again I just said yes to everything he wanted to tell me. The other employees noticed it too and didn't say anything. They were nice to me afterwards, but I mean hello, shouting at a 15 year old girl in such a crowded line because she didn't have her real name He called it bread and then he made the gesture that he hit the glass so hard. I wanted to leave but out of shock I stayed.

Normally I was always pretty happy but the last two times were a total disaster. The employees are just chatting and unfocused. They asked me three times again what I wanted and still put the wrong things on my sandwich because they were just chatting. Then yesterday, in the middle of the operation, they cleaned the counter with soap, and a few splashes of the soap got into the food. We and the people who wanted to order all left. Very unfortunate!!

I was there in January and was totally amazed by a very special employee. It was empty at that moment and the song Dakiti by Bad Bunny was playing in the restaurant next door. This pretty employee with the big brown eyes, the most beautiful smile and a great figure started singing and dancing behind the counter and pulled the other employees along with her good mood. I sat and ate my sandwich and watched how much fun she had with the other employees. It looked so beautiful the way the four of them danced together and she sang along word for word in Spanish. I won't forget this evening. I've been there a lot in the last few weeks but unfortunately I didn't meet them and the Vietnamese just said "not there" unfortunately the mood was really down. It's amazing what individual employees make!! Shout out to the pretty Latina I hope she's still working there.

For a footlong chicken teriyaki, only 1 1/4 scoops of the chicken, even when asked, only 3 crumbs more. Normally there should be 2 ladles of the chicken on there!!! Of course it only tasted like salad... You should be careful here!

I've actually never had a problem with this subway before, but today it was underground. The staff was friendly, but I stood around for ages for a sandwich. 2 employees are cleaning in front of the salad display, another customer, an English speaker, was ahead of me, no one else was there. He got a hello, his sub was topped with meat and then left. Then I finally got a hello and was able to place the order. My szb was also topped with meat, left for a moment and then both went into the toaster. Both came out, the gentleman's was taken first, he was clearly unsure about the choice and the language, he wasn't asked about the sauce, but left it there again and put a salad on it for me. I then received my sauce request and then so did the gentleman in front of me. There were 4-5 employees running around, why do you have to serve two clearly strangers together? My sub was cold and I was annoyed, and I also had a big bite from the salad in the sandwich. 14 euros for 10 minutes of waiting in a fast food restaurant where there was nothing going on and also eating cold food, which left something to be desired in terms of the quality of the salad, apart from the quantity. I'm no longer a customer here.

Ein Subway halt - aber die Preise hier sind schon frech - 13,50€ für n foot long fajjita? 900 m weiter Richtung Jungfernstieg gibts das knapp 4 € billiger. Nichtmal die zwei KFC's dort haben so krasse Preissteigerungen, nur weils am HBF ist. Ist unglaublich, wie stark in den letzten Jahren in DIESEM Subway die Preise gestiegen sind.

Es ist mir ein Rätsel, wie dieser Subway zu so guten Bewertungen kommt. Das Personal ist teilweise sehr freundlich, die Subs haben hier jedoch deutlich! weniger Belag als bei jedem anderen Subway. Dazu kommt dann der Preis, 12,50 für einen Footlong, das sind einfach mal so 5€ mehr als bei anderen Läden. Solche unnormal hohen Preise ist man nicht gewohnt, also tappt man als Erstbesucher schnell in die Falle.Bei allen anderen ist es günstiger und man bekommt mehr!

Sorry, Leute, aber einen Kunden mitten in der Bestellung stehenzulassen und die nächsten dranzunehmen, bei Beschwerde darüber aber dem Kunden die Schuld zu geben und ihn anzupampen und unfreundlich abblitzen zu lassen, ist kein Service, sondern eine Frechheit. Zwei Sterne gibt's ausschließlich für die nette zweite Mitarbeiterin, die das ausbügeln musste. Das macht einfach nur schlechte Laune.

Small, fine shop at the bus station. Clean atmosphere and the colleague was very friendly and professional. The northernmost subway in Hamburg. Unfortunately. The product was great as always. Thanks. Today in October 2024 I was at Heegbarg again, the Subway colleague was alone in the restaurant and handled everything in a calm and friendly manner. Class . thank you for your work.
