Super juicy and inexpensive food and super super people

So let's be honest, none of this has anything to do with good food. Everything is very cheap and doesn't taste good. He had to warm up the meat again because no one was there so please don't go there, it's a waste of money.

We also have a divided opinion about the Hotel Schiffsmühle, which led us to give it a two-star rating... First of all, it should be mentioned that the hotel is very clean and tidy! The room, the sauna area, bowling alley, the outdoor facilities and the restaurant area - everything was great! The bathroom is also very clean and tidy, but much too small. In the perhaps 2.5 square meter floor space, you have to act carefully so as not to get bruises. To get into the shower you have to be agile enough so that the cabin doors don't hit something and damage something. In the shower itself there is no shelf to put your toiletries... We arrived on our e-bikes to explore the directly adjacent Mulder cycle path. When we checked in, however, we were surprised to find that there was no bicycle garage in the hotel or the possibility of storing expensive e-bikes in a way that was safe from theft. The bike stand that was first recommended to us simply sits loosely on the meadow and does not offer any appropriate protection. However, we were promised that they would make some space in the mini golf hut, which we then said no so as not to cause any further problems... There is always something going on in the hotel itself. Since the rooms are very noisy, you automatically take part in conferences and the conference guests. And due to other companies and their events, there is always a lot of activity here that cannot simply be ignored. You constantly hear that some furniture is being moved, arrivals and departures are taking place. And what we haven't understood yet: What has to be done here shortly before 7:00 a.m.?! Maybe the schnitzels for dinner, which would definitely have been available in the early afternoon... So if you're looking for peace and relaxation in your room and the hotel grounds, you're unfortunately in a bad place. The fact that hotel guests loudly say goodbye to sleep after midnight is not the fault of the hotel itself, but simply the lack of manners. However, it would be nice if the happy drinking party after visiting the bar were told to behave appropriately calmly on the way to the room... Speaking of manners: Some service employees don't seem to be particularly well equipped with this attribute. I don't know whether this is thoughtlessness or ignorance, but maybe you're just too stupid to behave decently towards paying customers... All in all, we came to the conclusion that we wouldn't come back again. Too bad...

Quaint vegetarian/vegan restaurant... tried out alternative coffee variations there.

Really very very tasty! The service, the food, the prices - everything is right!

We were guided by our travel guide book and were able to reserve a table. The small dining room was quickly filled and there was a nice, homely atmosphere. Nice and attentive staff. The choice was difficult but we were both thrilled with our food (pelmeni and beef tartare) and the dessert was a taste explosion (mousse au chocolat with vanilla ice cream and apple-cinnamon ragout). Great! Keep it up!

Very nice bar and restaurant with exceptionally friendly service. The unique selling point here is the cocktails, or more precisely the creative presentation of them. The almost non-existent curfew outside allowed orders to be placed until shortly before 1 a.m. Unthinkable here in Munich. Prices are not low for Leipzig, but are definitely justified here. On our favorites list for the next visit to Leipzig.

When you're out all day, you don't want to walk through the entire complex to get your key card and then walk all the way back to the actual house. Parking options are very limited. Rooms reflect the charm of the castle. You can hear your neighbors very well 😉! The breakfast buffet was sparse and wasn't refilled during the hour we were there, according to the motto who comes first, eats first.

This café is a great oasis of calm in the otherwise noisy center of Leipzig. The service is extremely friendly and the food is really excellent. (the fries are recommended) If you have high expectations when it comes to coffee specialties, you shouldn't go to this place. The cappuccino was tasty, but slightly below average. The highlight are of course the cats, which can be petted when the opportunity arises and contribute to a great atmosphere for all animal lovers. Would come here again, clear recommendation.

Wir waren anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstags zum Abendessen als Menü das erste mal zu Gast. Das Candlelight Dinner hatte ich im Vorfeld ganz unkompliziert telefonisch reserviert. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend, das Essen sehr geschmackvoll und optisch auch sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Die Weinbegleitung hat super zu den verschieden Gängen gepasst. Es rundum ein sehr gelungener Abend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können dieses Restaurant sehr empfehlen.
