This was our second time there. I had made a reservation in advance and asked for a table by the window. Instead, we were given a table by the door leading to the restrooms. The service was friendly, but a bit disorganized. It was also very warm inside this time. The food arrived quickly, though, and was very tasty.

Delicious food with a wide selection of vegetarian dishes. The building has an indoor section and a small patio in the backyard. Both have a very cozy atmosphere, although it can get a bit noisy inside when it's busy. What pleased me most, however, was the separate menu for vegetarian dishes; there's truly something for everyone here. The food arrived quickly and was very tasty.

The first place in Dresden; I haven't eaten this well in a long time. It was also so inexpensive that the 10% tip was worth it. The restrooms (men's) were very clean and quiet, but the toilet paper holder was a bit low, and I personally would have preferred paper towels, as it was a very hot day and I needed to wash my face. Nevertheless, we all agree that the BrennNessel is a must-visit in Dresden.

We found this lovely little veggie/vegan restaurant during our day visit to Dresden and it was as good as several of the reviews and ratings. The food was delicious and the choice of veggie ingredients was so different but tasty. My wife and I enjoyed it and would certainly recommend it to anybody willing to walk a bit further away from the central touristy bit.

We had various starters and main courses for three, including our vegetarian guest. We could have had chicken, but the other selection was promising and delicious. You have to be careful with the spices; everything is a bit heartier... Most people like that... The back courtyard outside is really cozy and quiet, the staff is friendly. Reservations are recommended... Prices are a bit high, but definitely worth it... We'll definitely go back next time we're in Dresden.

We arrived very hungry and were seated in the cozy courtyard of the BrennNessel restaurant. The menu offers a delicious dish for every taste and dietary requirement (including vegan and gluten-free). It wasn't easy to decide, so we opted for linguine with green asparagus, turnips, and wild garlic pesto, and baked feta cheese with tomato sauce and flatbread. Both were truly delicious, and we left as satisfied and full guests who would recommend the restaurant without reservation.

Was for dinner in this small, rustic restaurant. Thank God I had reserved a table. It was extremely crowded. The reason is that too many tables and chairs have been set up in the limited space available. The extremely cramped conditions did not create a comfortable atmosphere. What is positive is the perfect service and the good cuisine. My food tasted excellent. If you want to eat here, you should reserve a table in advance.

Tuvimos excelente comida aquí en un jueves de invierno por la noche en febrero. Entrar en el cálido y acogedor restaurante desde el pavimento helado fuera fue una sorpresa encantadora! El restaurante tiene un montón de pequeños espacios / habitaciones y techo bajo con iluminación atmosférica, por lo que es perfecto para una comida de invierno. El restaurante ofrece una impresionante selección de comidas en su mayoría vegetarianas. Comimos ensalada de queso de cabra a la parrilla y patatas fritas de tortilla con salsa para empezar , y un boniato queso, horneado de lentejas y arroz, y el roulade de castañas y col con patatas de romero. ¡Las porciones son muy grandes! El horneado de camote estaba tan bueno que no podía dejar ninguno a pesar de estar muy lleno a mitad de camino! Mi marido dejó unas cuantas hojas de col de su roulade😂. ¡Le gustaban especialmente las patatas de romero!

We had excellent food here on a wintery Thursday night in February. Entering the warm, and cosy restaurant from the icy pavement outside was a lovely surprise! The restaurant has lots of little spaces/ rooms and low ceiling with atmospheric lighting, making it perfect for a winter meal out. The restaurant offers an impressive selection of mostly vegetarian meals. We had grilled goats cheese salad and tortilla chips with salsa to start , and a cheesy sweet potato, lentil and rice bake, and the chestnut and cabbage roulade with rosemary potatoes. Portions are very large! The sweet potato bake was so good that I just couldn’t leave any despite being very full half way through! My husband left a few cabbage leaves of his roulade😂. He particularly liked the rosemary potatoes!

As so often, it was again very tasty.

Der Kellner ist höflich, aber an dem Abend war es deutlich zu voll man sah dem Personal den Stress an. Geschmacklich ist das Essen ok, für viele wird es zu fettig und salzig sein. Der Preis für das was man bekam ist ein Drittel zu hoch. Ambiente gab es Nichts zu erwähnen, vieles war abgeranzt und stark abgenutzt. Das ist kein Vintage sondern Vernachlässigung. Die Speisekarten waren schmierig und teils kaputt. Wer vegan oder vegetarisch Essen gehen möchte empfehle ich andere Läden, es gibt genug (bessere) Auswahl.

Every time I come to Dresden I eat here, it is delicious and the menu varies for each season of the year. I recommend everything. They have 2 non-vegetarian options on the menu and they are great.

Based on a recommendation, we reserved a table in the Nettle. I was skeptical at first because most of the dishes on offer were vegetarian. But I learned better. We had lentil soup as a starter and chili noodles and gnocchi pumpkin pan as a main course. All very tasty. The portions look very small but are super filling. The person is friendly and you feel very comfortable. Reservations are recommended as the restaurant is always very busy. We'll definitely be back.

Dear connoisseur community, Today there was food and drink in the nettle. The food was very special in terms of cuisine, but lacked a bit of spice. The staff rudely informed us after an hour that the next ones were coming and we had to leave. PS: The beer tasted like it had been open for 2 days, so I had to drink 2 to endure it.

I thought the casserole itself was okay, I used the nettle version. I can't understand the reviews that say it's fine dining. For the price of €18 I thought it was okay.
