Die besten Restaurants mit Restaurant Essen in Sachsen

After changing operator, we wanted to go out for a delicious meal again. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The service was bad. The waiter didn't understand us properly and asked several times. The starter came before the drinks and unfortunately we had to wait a long time for the drinks. The food was ok but “without love” as we were used to from Salü. We had to season it quite a bit. Oh, it's just a shame, it used to always be worth a visit.

Leider hat mich das Restaurant nicht überzeugt. Schade, dass auf kritisches Feedback nicht eingegangen wird. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass hier rechtlich gegen negative Bewertungen vorgegangen wird, obwohl meine Kritik sachlich und ehrlich war. Die durchweg positiven Bewertungen sollten daher aus meiner Sicht kritisch hinterfragt werden. Zum Essen: Das Brot erinnerte eher an ein handelsübliches Aufback-Ciabatta. Im Salat waren einige Blätter welk und nicht genießbar. Die Lasagne wurde sehr schnell serviert (ca. 5 Minuten), war innen jedoch nur lauwarm. Die Tomatensauce hätte deutlich mehr Würze vertragen. Insgesamt empfand ich die Gerichte als eher angepasst an den deutschen Geschmack als authentisch italienisch. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die schöne Lage an der Karli, jedoch fehlte mir die Liebe zum Detail in der Küche.

We spontaneously called for lunch today because we were at the Elstra bike park. We were immediately given a table for 4, even though there was a celebration taking place in the restaurant. The two ladies in service are super friendly and always concerned about the well-being of the guests. Later we met a gentleman. Whether owner or chef. The gentleman was simply great. Even though there was a lot to do and we weren't regulars, he took the time to come to our table and ask about us. The food is incredibly delicious. We had 2x schnitzel (wafer-thin and tender) with fries, 1x fire pan with dumplings and 1x goose breast with red cabbage and dumplings. The price-performance ratio is exactly right here. Everything homemade and freshly prepared. We recommend it with a clear conscience and will be happy to come back on our next bike park visit.

We ware traveling around Plauen and I just call to ask about menu. After asking the question: Do you speak English? all I heard was: No! Goodbye! And the sound of the phone hanging up...

I ordered a bowl there to take away every day for the week (April 25th - April 29th). Not only was it always delicious, the two girls who were there in the afternoon were so sweet and friendly! Extra points for that!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
